Wanted to rate this place higher.pros- appointment was on time. (to go back in room… but then had to wait longer.)nurse was friendly.cons- no hot water in the bathroom. GROSS especially this being a place where sick people come.the front desk lady was making remarks about my insurance saying things like “oh it must be nice to have free…” made me feel uncomfortable.the face mask provided were not thick (good quality) at all… and considering a gal was in the lobby next to me throwing up in a bag i would have liked to better been protected.thin thin thin walls! i could hear everything next door and im sure they could hear me! HIPPA??rudeeee rudeee older male doctor. seemed to really hate his job.

Friendly and helpful staff. My check in process was easy and I was seen within minutes after registering.You can register online and wait until youre texted to come in for your appointment. This might be modern, but it was a first for me. Their registration site was intuitive as well.I was registered and scheduled very quickly (10 min), my prescription was put in immediately, and I was home within the hour.*This is an in network VA urgent care* at the time of writing.The receptionist called the VA and handled the insurance info in about 5 minutes total. This was also much less of a drive, and better service (by a large margin) than the Omaha VAs Immediate Care facility. If youre an eligible veteran, check this place out.

Came in to do an employer drug screen. The lady at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Wait time was not long for being a walk-in. Brooke who did my drug screen was super polite and made the process fast, easy, and comfortable.

I visited the 132nd Street location for an employer drug screen. While I may not be ill, I expect to be treated with the same respect and courtesy as patients who are there due to sickness or injury. Upon approaching the counter, the receptionist told me to take a seat so she could assist someone else who was not present and did not have their insurance at the time. This interaction was unwelcoming, and her demeanor was far from personable or inviting. First impressions matter, and she certainly left a negative one. When I provided my phone number, she made a snarky comment about her typing speed. The energy she projected was mirrored in my response. The front desk staff is the most important representative of your establishment. Please improve your service.

Horrible, horrible experience. I took my boyfriend in because he was having a tingly/numb feeling on his left side and was having trouble breathing. When we got to the front desk the lady greeted us and we asked how it was going and she responded oh..... its goin I guess. Not terrible but very weird. She explained how to check in so we sat down and started that process. Ended up getting an appointment for 2:15pm, we had walked in around 1:30pm.I had high hopes because things seemed to be moving quickly with other patients being asked to come back and then leaving the urgent care shortly after. We were called back by a nurse promptly at 2:15 and she began to take his vitals and said the doctor would be in shortly. We waited one full hour with no one coming back in to check him out. We were the last ones in the waiting room to be called back so we knew there werent many, if any, patients being seen as we had seem several walk out while we were waiting.After waiting for one full hour with no update we decided to leave. When we walked by the front desk I told the same lady who greeted us that we hadnt been seen and had been in the room for one full hour. She said Ok so I responded saying we were going to go elsewhere and she again just said, okTerrible experience. Didnt feel looked after at all, whatsoever. The front desk lady didnt even try to help when we said it had been an hour. We were wanting to go somewhere a little further west on Maple Street but this was closer so we gave it a shot and it was a huge let down. Now I just hope we dont get a bill since we were never even seen by the doctor.

I called AFC Urgent Care 30 minutes prior to close time and was told to hurry over, and they would help me. There was no line or waiting at the moment, so very quick service. I had a migraine, nausea, swelling, and burning due to multiple wasp attacks. Since it was close to closing time, the receptionist pointed out that most pharmacies were already closing, so she located the closest pharmacy that had late hours. I was feeling some relief by the time I got home.** AFC really helped me out. At 7:20 pm, I had already been refused service by 4 other urgent care clinics, although their hours stated they were open until 8:00 pm.

I will never return. They had a change in staff. The nurse was wonderful but the guy who checked me in was rude, the doctor was not very assuring and very condescending.I heard the doctor and what i can assume was the guy who checked me in talking about me before I was seen and it was not nice. They made me feel bad for getting checked out. This was the worst experience I have ever had here which makes me sad. I was seen 8/8/24

My experience at the urgent Care at 132 & Maple was so much better than I anticipated. From the time I walked in I felt the staff was efficient and welcoming. Thanks to them I am nearly recovered and grateful for their care.

AFC has a wonderful and caring staff. The doctor and nurses are happy to explain any questions you may have. They do not treat MAJOR injuries or illness like concussions or possible appendicitis attacks, but for colds, sinus infections, Strep throat, ear infections etc they are quick to diagnose and treat the problem and send you on your way. Most of the time, there is less than a 20 minute wait! I had MUCH rather go to AFC than call and make an appointment, that may or may not be for the same day and unless you have met your deductible it costs $200 plus!

I was literally just denied care, on an insurance policy with Blue Cross Blue Shield. The receptionist and the doctor lied to my face.

Easy to check in and request an appointment time online. Friendly staff, from reception to provider. Provider listened to the problem and was able to address my issue. This was a great experience, I would highly recommend if you are in need or Urgent Care service.

Unfortunately, it’s bad business that forces people to leave reviews more than good business. I went into this establishment for a preop on a surgery. I asked them if I owed anything on the way out the door they said no. Apparently they charge my insurance $500 for the five minutes that I was there $70 was on me, I received zero correspondence from these folks. They say they texted me nine times I received no text. They say they emailed me yet I received no email. Instead of trying to call the number that they say they’re texting they decide to send me to collection agencies for $70. I mean 70 bucks! I come in try to resolve the matter and pay the $70 and ask them to go back to my credit bureau and fix this they refused to do so and they refused payment. This establishment is OK with ruining your credit over $70 because a text was never responded to. You know some people spend literally years of their life to obtain a good credit score for them to be knocked down by years over 70 bucks. Shame on this establishment for assuming they have all deadbeats coming through the door. I feel horrible for those that need that score to manage. The manager of the establishment was very unhelpful rude and disingenuous. It’s unfortunate that establishments like this dictate how people are viewed in the world of credit.

Truly appreciate the quick, courteous care that weve always received here. My wife now a few times and me this week. Thank you for taking VA and treating us vets! You will be our first stop for care when in town. Bless you!

One of the worst places to visit if a person is not feeling well. The wait time was exceptionally long over 30 minutes and only one person, patient in line for PA or Doctor. If I were guessing facts I would not put it pass the clinic if they had a known patient in the waiting area intentionally waiting for others to be drawn to gain business. Utterly disgusting, desperate, and manipulative for financial gain and attention.

Another 5 star review! This is the best urgent care I’ve been to in years. We recently moved back to Omaha and they have been so attentive and caring. My family and I love AFC. Thanks guys!

I have been going to this urgent care for almost 3 yrs ALL staff are always polite kind helpful and caring and prompt. With checking in getting back to a room and being seen by a dr I am ALWAYS out of there within an hour I live ve seeing Jim he’s very down to earth caring and on point and always remembers me and listens to me and involves me in decisions about what works best for me for my health they are ALL a 10 ++++++++++ here love all you people here thank you

Excellent medical care. Quickly seen, easily registered. Staff were professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Luis, who helped care for me this morning was thoughtful in his approach and did the best blood draw I’ve ever had. The provider Brian was also very friendly and I could tell I was in good hands. Everyone had a smile on their face and I could tell they cared about their patients and the business as a whole. Will return again for any future needs.

Refused to actually even feel my back or do any investigation after I went in after a car accident. Then never got in touch with my insurance like they claimed they would. NeatEdit: not the wrong clinic, just dont want harassed.

I was very pleased with my experience at AFC Urgent Care. Everyone from the front office to the exam was very efficient. The staff were all friendly and caring. I called ahead and made an appointment. I was seen right away, no wait at all. Thank you AFC for making me feel better.

My wife was treated here a month ago and when I hurt my foot she sent me here. I was very happy with the visit, easy to check in, was seen very quickly, even took an xray, and prescribed antibiotics to prevent infection and referred me to a foot doctor as nothing showed on xray and they didnt want to go digging around for no reason.. which I appreciated. Highly recommend this facility.

My son was sick on a Sunday. I wasn’t sure where to take him. I stopped in and got the nicest lady at the front desk who helped me get him checked in and seen immediately. The doctor was very prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. We will be back.

I posted earlier today how happy I was with my experience at AFC Urgent Care at, Eagle Run. I was diagnosed with Influenza Type B. I was given a prescription for Tamiflu and Prednisone which I started taking as soon as I picked it up at Walgreens. A few minutes ago I received a phone call telling me that they looked at the wrong test results and I dont have Influenza Type B. They actually told me to continue taking the prescribed drugs even though I dont think they have any idea what I actually have. UNBELIEVABLE!! They also said someone would contact me. Its been almost two weeks and nothing even though I called them again asking why no follow up. I told them I want the $60 copay refunded but not holding my breath!

The entire staff was friendly and professional! The provider, Jennifer Leonard, did an excellent job and was very reassuring. I did not feel a thing getting my toe lanced.

They were busy, but we didnt have to wait long. Everyone was kind. When we got into a room the doctor was quick to come in and find out what was going on. He was kind and made me feel comfortable.

This is the place to go! Super friendly and fun staff! Wish I wasn’t so clumsy to have to go get stitches on my day off but happy these guys are close and made the appointment and day still a success! Thanks!!!!

I felt like I was swallowing knives today but Alex made me feel comfortable and laugh during the entire check in process. Laughter is the best medicine. He is one of the best nurses Ive had in a long time. Overall the care was excellent. The wait time was reasonable. I would return to this location.

I had been feeling pretty ill for a few weeks, but was busy moving and the holidays I neglected to take care of myself. The day after Thanksgiving I had had enough and my clinic was closed so I visited your AFC clinic and as I expected because of a visit prior to this one. It was simply amazing. The staff is so welcoming and the PAs and the nurses are outstanding. Even before my prescriptions were picked up and I begin to take them I left there feeling so much better. Of course, I will use my normal clinic when time allows. Emergencies that I have, I will be coming to your clinic. Thank you AFC staff for making me feel comfortable and taking care of my illness.I was also cut pretty deep by a broken glass and went there for my stitches, I have never needed stitches before and I was nervous but they got me through it just fine. Then returned to have my stitches removed.About 2 weeks later I returned because I can’t seem to get into my own Dr. I had been feeling sick for 3-4 days and they once again got me in quickly and took care of a couple of problems I had. They call in my prescriptions quickly because they are ready for me within minutes. Always a positive experience for me.

Seamless on-line check in. theyll hold your place in line and text you 20 minutes before your appointment. Just provide basic information, upload ID and insurance. Entire process from start to finish including stopping to get prescription in under an hour. Staff knowledgeable and friendly.

Had a very good experience. I made an appointment so my wait time was next to nothing. Everyone was super professional. I saw the PA James Mooney. He was patient, took time to answer my questions. I didn’t feel rushed. He was reassuring but honest. He also had a great bedside manner. I would feel comfortable returning if needed. I recommend this urgent care.

Not very happy with my recent experience here.I have been many times and have never had what recently happen, happen.Went here for a UTI, they diagnosed that, had a urinalysis done, was prescribed antibiotics and went on my merry way.Got a bill for 194.78 because it was the 1st of the year and everything went towards my deductible. Last week I get an EOB from AIT Laboratories, which they apparently use and they had sent the urine sample in to run more test at the tune of $789.48. No one told me they were going to send it in for more test. Over $1000.00 was charged out for a common UTI that I knew I had. I would be very hesitant to use them if you go in and have any lab work done.I will NOT be going back here. These were unnecessary charges sent to the insurance company.

I took my daughter here on a Sunday afternoon. She had pain in her ankle and on her arm. Brooke retrieved our information from a previous visit and we were seen very quickly by Dr. Carson was friendly and talked plainly.

Great place for urgent care needs. The staff were kind and attentive. James Mooney, PA was great. He showed care and concern. Was quick, yet thorough! Thank you!

Treated here Thurs night, very friendly and efficient, found out had co-infection, viral influenza A and bacterial strep throat, Dr Mooney explained this to me very well as I had no clue you could have 2 different infections at same time. He gave me antibiotics, Tamiflu and steroids. The covid test was negative. Very pleased with the visit, less than 45 mins, no waiting, nice welcoming and informative health professionals. BUT, continued to feel much worse, so by Saturday night I took home covid test and it was positive. I live chatted the clinic as it was very late, and they called me right away. The nurse and Dr Cunningham explained that now I have 3 infections...2 viral and 1 bacterial. He prescribed paxlovid, and advised to continue the tamiflu and antibiotic, stopping only the original steroids me drol. They made me understand I still had all the conditions, they werent changing from one to another.I was very impressed with this clinic and how responsive they were to my needs. And felt very comfortable with treatment, I guess I was pleasantly surprised that I felt like they actually cared. Will cautiously say I might feel a little better tonight than I have for past 4 days, but received excellent and compassionate care at this facility. Thank you all

By far, the best Urgent Care Ive been to. Been here a couple times and each time I am in and out quickly.I went to them recently for a blood titer and TB testing for school and it was quick, easy, and much much cheaper than Quest Diagnostics.

Do not visit this location if youre unsure of whether or not theyll be able to treat you. During my time here the doctor saw me for 5-15 minutes and stated that the only option they had to stop the bleeding on my hand from a kitchen injury was going to be painful and was not recommended and that she believed the ER would be a better bet in terms of getting the injury handled properly. I was assured at the time that I would not be billed for this as no action was taken and I was in between insurances after having just moved to Nebraska. I have been attempting to reach someone to discuss this for almost a month and have gotten little to no assistance other than being told that the notes stated the patient refused services, I was advised against them. I still had to see the ER and this office has been unable to assist me with the billing so I will seek aid from another location in the future. If youve any concerns about insurance or what they may be able to assist with, I suggest you avoid them and go somewhere else that is willing to be upfront and honest upon check-in regarding what they are equip to handle. Save your $$. Staff aside from billing staff was pleasant.**Update**After setting up a payment plan through their service to pay off the bill, they took the first $38 or so dollars. Just recently I noticed they pulled the remaining $155 or so of the balance from my debit card without any notification. My next payment was not until 1/13/24 as set by the terms of the payment plan.

Jim is the best, and should go independently!But owners, I had a specimen collected on Saturday, today is Wednesday morning, no results are available to determine my diagnosis certainty . You should reconsider using a local hospital or Physicians Lab for your specimen processing. Sending labs to Texas is not a good idea! This 1 star review has no reflection on the staff, but to the owners. I will not return, but will go to NE Med Urgent Care across the street for specimen collections to be processed in state and locally. This is not good patient care. Totally unacceptable on management!Owner, in response to your comment. It is not how I feel, those are the facts, there is no untruth in the above.

The staff Saturday afternoon was wonderful. Brooke is awesome and Dr. G was great with my daughter who had an earache and was upset.

Ive been scratching my skin off from a severe eczema outbreak for weeks and walked in to this clinic with no insurance. Its super clean. I was seen right away, and the staff were very nice. The provider Tracey Jenkins didnt run any unnecessary tests and came up with a quick solution for my issue. On the first day of the medication and already seeing improvement. Thank you for making me feel better so quickly and keeping it affordable when I was really suffering and in a bind! 100% recommend this clinic.

I came here because of UTI problem. Very quickly, they gave me a urine test and ordered me an antibiotic. Same night, I took the first dose and went to bed, however, my sleep was interrupted by shortness of breath and chest tightness. The next morning, I called their clinic because I was having side effects from the antibiotic they ordered and wanted to change to another antibiotic. The staff there told me to stop using that antibiotic and the doctor would call me back to tell me what to do next. 4 hours later, no response, I had to call back because I started to have fever and fatigue, the staff there said they were busy so they couldnt get back to me but the doctor would call me back as quickly as possible. Another 5 hours, still no response. I decided to go to their clinic, there were no customers, not busy at all as mentioned. After seeing me, the front desk person shyly and hesitantly told me to wait a few minutes, she would consult with the doctor and get back to me. She came back after 5 minutes and told me that with my conditions, the doctor wanted me to go to ER since they couldnt help.I then decided to go to another urgent care, the doctor there told me I got side effects from the previous antibiotic and quickly ordered me another antibiotic after taking my urine test and I’m gradually feeling better after taking the prescription they ordered.Well, if you couldnt order me another prescription, why didnt you tell me to go to ER right at my first and second call? or simply call back and tell me to go to ER. Why did you have to use an excuse of being busy and make me wait the entire day while your clinic were not busy at all?Will never EVER go back to this urgent care because of the doctors poor care towards his patients.

Incredible experience here. Im taking a year off of work so I am without health insurance, and my primary doctor is out of town all week on vacation, so I was on the hunt to have a couple of tests done as quickly & as cheaply as possible to get on an antibiotic for an illness an at-home test already told me I have. I had called around dozens of clinics, hospitals, and doctors all day getting quotes on what I was needing done & I can tell you everywhere else is more expensive - first off - and secondly - everywhere else will give you the run-around. This place was quick, concise, helpful, & easy - and I had my antibiotics filled immediately after - by the time I drove to my pharmacy, it was ready for me. Not even my actual doctor gets prescriptions in that fast. I cant thank them enough - they were so friendly, helpful, professional, quick, and they are absolutely the best price - lowest cost for sure. Excellent care clinic & if I ever need urgent care again I will absolutely be back here - highly recommend it - you can walk in -or- make an appointment, I made an appointment, they could see me in a half an hour from when I called and they saw me as soon as I checked in. A+ experience.

Was in serious pain from gout on Sunday. Went in and they got me in 20 mins. 35 mins later, I was on my way to Walgreens to get my rxn’s which saved me that day.

Anytime I have brought my 1 year old here they have been quick, patient and friendly. Brooke and Alec have always been awesome and sweet and Nate is so patient with my 1 year old! Definitely recommend!

During my vacation to Omaha, I contracted a sudden and painful ear infection. My insurance does not work out-of-state, so paying out of pocket for urgent care was my only option. I appreciate the swift service, the kindness of the front desk staff and medical team and the overall demeanor of the practitioner who saw me. I felt listened to, respected and like I was given exactly what I came in for (diagnosis and antibiotics).Being from another state and needing to pick a random medical facility to meet my needs made me very nervous. After making phone calls for price comparisons and reading reviews, AFC really did prove to be the best choice for out-of-pocket, high-quality urgent care.Bill Summary:$130 Office Visit$32 Medicine (rx was sent to the Walgreens directly across the street, where the pharmacy tech found a coupon for me - highly recommend doing the same!)

Staff were friendly and I didnt have to wait long for my scheduled appointment. The nurse was amazing. The doctor, however, did not do a thorough examination of me and was quick to prescribe antibiotics. I called back the next day about my concerns with the visit and the area needing to be drained. The same doctor was in and and stated the same thing from when I was in, when he only looked at the area for a quick second.When I got the bill, I called to make payment arrangements to have the balance paid in full by August 15th. They took it out today with no authorization whatsoever, using the card I used to pay my copay. A whole 12 days early. When I called to see why, the lady kept repeating herself saying that although I was to make the payment on the 15th (myself, not them taking it automatically) that it came out today. That did not help anything at all. Will never EVER go back to this urgent care because of the doctors poor care towards his patients and their unethical billing practices. Now my account is in the negative because they couldnt wait until I got paid.

My first Experience at this Urgent Care! I was surprisingly Pleased at how quickly I was Seen and how Wonderful the Staff were to make my Visit the best possible Experience for me! Im a Veteran and went so much more smoothly than going to the VA! I will definitely Recommend to anyone seeking Urgent care! 😊

I brought my daughter in to be seen. Was coughing horrible, losing her voice, almost throwing up from coughing. Running fevers on and off. The dr looked at her for less than 2 minutes. Said give her some Zarbees over the counter cough medicine. I explained that she has been taking over the counter meds for over a week. They said she is fine. I knew she wasnt. They even put her weight in the system incorrect. I decided to take my daughter to a different doctor, needing a second opinion. She was miserable and I knew something was wrong. Next morning I took her somewhere else, she has a double ear infection, upper respiratory infection and swollen tonsils. The dr at that clinic allowed my daughter to go home with all these problems, Im so thankful someone would listen and help us. Because this clinic is a joke. I would give them zero stars if I had the option.

Went in on a Sunday for my eye bothering, a male nurse was braggging about being drunk, they briefly looked at my eye and said nothing was in it. A couple days go by eye got worse and went to another place and they successfully got whatever was Im my eye out. And sends me a $200 bill for helping nothing. I dont recommend this place

Ive been here thrice in the past five years, and the most recent visit was so amazingly excellent that I am compelled to give them props. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. I did not have to wait long at all to see the technician. He was also very kind and professional. If you have any degree of iatrophobia, I highly recommend this clinic. Please note that I didnt see a doctor, but the employees I encountered understood and exhibited excellent customer service.

I was seen in a timely fashion which is not always the case at urgent care, the physician I saw and the two nurses that helped me were kind and caring. The front desk receptionist was patient during intake and a tremendous help when I needed to find a pharmacy that was open (after 6pm on a Saturday) after my visit.

Check in and Nurse were good. Unfortunately the doctor did not bother to examine me and just accepted my diagnosis from the internet. He had me cancel my vacation based on MY diagnosis. When I followed up with a surgeon , who actually did examine me, he immediately knew I had a totally different issue which required further testing prior to any surgery. I would not recommend the Urgent Care Physician.

Terrible billing, do not go! They made me sign an electronic agreement to auto bill the card on file if for any balance due, with no copies of the agreement that they made me agree to. At the time of service I tried to explain that we had medicade but I didn’t have the number on me and was having an urgent medical situation with my son when I went there. A few months later I got the bill in the mail with a future due date but when I checked my account balance they had already deducted $315 from my account. I tried to call and address the situation and after getting the run around with them and their 3rd party billing I contacted my insurance who had already given them the correct information to bill so essentially they screwed it ip to begin with. I was promised a refund that NEVER HAPPENED. I really cannot explain in words how terrible their service is. Do not ever go there they will screw you over!!!

The staff was kind, courteous and very welcoming. I didnt have to wait long at all to get the medical assistance that I needed. The doctor was very thorough in his examinations and was very sincere with his bedside manner. I was very impressed with my overall experience. Definitely recommend.

Website is unhelpful. Make sure to call to see if they take your insurance because they wont tell you until you show up and its 130 for just a checkup

If you need a sports physical, AFC Urgent Care Omaha was very friendly and the wait was very short.

The man who checked me in was very nice. The person who came and got me to take me back to be seen was nice. But I was astonished when she asked me if I had any surgeries and I started to list them she stopped me and was very impatient saying he will want to get in here soon. If you dont have the time to get the history you seem to be asking for, then dont ask the question. She asked me about drug allergies and when I tried to explain about an incident that happened this week she again stopped me and said somebody would be in. This did not give me a whole lot of faith in how good it would be to see this place for a serious illness. They were not very crowded but seemed to be in a big hurry. Fortunately I was just there for a test. The provider who came in was very nice and gave me adequate time to discuss. Unfortunately because the person who was asking all the questions before the provider came in did not want to take the time to let me answer her questions I could not recommend them.

My family is very pleased with each visit we have at UFC. Knowledgeable staff and Drs who care about each patients health. Waiting time is usually very quick, but If it’s busy, wait it out. This staff is definitely worth the wait time. Very thorough clinic.

I have been sick twice in the past year. Both times I tried to get in to see my primary unmc provider and was told it would be at least a week for an appointment. So I headed to afc which is conveniently located and was taken care of right away. They are compassionate and thorough. Highly recommend. BTW I could not have waited an entire week to someone. I am from California..I was in Omaha and contacted COVID..I went to AFC urgent care and could not have been happier. Very efficient and such a great empathetic Dr.! Was very patient with my husband and I answering our multiple questions..I have severe auto immune deficiencies and he put me and my husband on paxlovid. You could see he really cared.. I went back to him a week later just to get the ok to get on a plane to go home. Whenever I am back in Omaha this is where I will go if I need help. They are terrific!Nancy and Tim Miller

Update! This is the second time we’ve been here in a month but I have had the new doctor and she is absolutely rude! She is not a good asset to this company at all. Today was the last straw, she came in the room asked where our mask were and I said we need to wear them and she said people always do. In a rude way. And then she proceeded to take the small chair away from my daughter but she was sitting on it nicely in the corner of the room and put it outside and shut the door. It felt like she was questioning me why I thought my daughter was sick she was very unprofessional. The office manager is supposed to call me tomorrow but I wanted to let everybody know just in case. We will not be back to this location!!!I read the reviews before coming to bring my daughter in and they were dead on! Great customer service and the nurse and doctor were outstanding! And very quickly In and out and sent her medicine in quickly to our pharmacy! No complaints and defiantly will recommend them!

Dr Mooney is fantastic and good with kids! Examined my son after he hit his head, explained the situation in ways that were very considerate of a stressed parent, was not overly direct, but gentle and explained thoroughly at the same time.Thank you!-Sean

This urgent care is amazing. No appointment, I just walked in and waited around 15 minutes before being seen. The doctor was thorough and explained what was going on. He called in a Rx to my local pharmacy and it was waiting for me when I drove up. The entire staff was quick, efficient, and friendly.I am now using AFC Urgent Care as my primary provider. Needed to see them for a refill on my meds... no appointment was necessary. Waited less than 10 minutes to get into a room and less than 5 to see a doctor. The service is even better than when I first started using them!

Normal wait time. Friendly, efficient staff. Good listeners, Dr heard me, asked me the right questions, did not wait in room long. Clean, pleasant experience. Called my med in right away and it was ready by the time I left and got to Walgreens. Got phone call with follow up test results 2 days later. Very impressed as I am RN and I know how busy urgent cares are. Would definitely go back as it is also in handy location.

We’ve been to AFC several times for different reasons. Stitches, broken arm, illness, pain etc. We’ve always had great experiences with all the doctors and staff. We moved last year to Bennington but we still drive to AFC become of the quality of care and level of compassion and understanding. All the doctors we’ve seen have been so great with my young kids.

They are always very professional and helpful and I feel like they listen to what Im saying.

Went to urgent care after CVS recommended after concluding that CVS could not do anything for me. The doctor on duty at 6 pm was fantastic. He put me at ease and had a great personality giving me a prescription and instruction on how to treat my cellulitis. Thankyou again urgent care.

The staff and doctor on duty were very caring and professional. They took time to assess my needs and made sure I received great care. I don’t have a primary doctor because I rarely have issues. I will always go to this location for any of my urgent care needs and highly recommend them. They are fast and efficient! What a great staff and team you have here!!

The receptionist or the gentleman at the front desk, even on phone call with questions before I went in was awesome. He explained things he was patient, and knew what he was talking about because he helped answer my questions. Once I went in he helped me fill out the paperwork because I had questions I didnt understand again very patient. The nurse was very friendly She was funny. Her skills were exceptional! She went to draw blood and I did not feel a single thing! I confused the doctor but again he was also patient and understanding and worked with me. Ive never been to an urgent care or even sometimes to the doctors office where everything has gone as well as it did last night

American Family Urgent Care saved my vacation! I had a horrible allergic reaction and came here the day before I was catching an early flight out of the country. Everyone from the support staff up front to the nurses and Dr. Geditz were amazing - professional, efficient, kind, and caring. I was seen quickly, given a thorough evaluation, and treatment was administered. (If you ever need shots, the tech here is incredible! I barely felt them!) Absolutely everything about my experience was top-notch. I recommend them without reservation. I’m midway through my time enjoying beaches, coconuts, and amazing coffee in the sun, and I owe it the professionals at this clinic for making it possible.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The front desk person was nice, the nurse was nice. The doctor was horrible. The nurse and the doctor were outside my room and I overheard him say “let me just get this girl out of the way and we can get to that person next.” What a great thing to hear before you’re about to see him. He walks in and talks to me as if I’m wasting HIS time. Doesn’t even try to be friendly towards me, he tried to get through my physical as fast as he could. No eye contact. When he was checking my ear and noticed something wasn’t right, he made no effort to give me solutions of what to do next. Is this the type of doctor you want to check on you? Absolutely not. Don’t go here unless you want to feel like youre wasting the doctors time.

This is by far the best Urgent Care I have ever went to. From the front desk, to the nurses to the doctors, top notch care. Every time I have went in to the clinic I am greeted with a warm friendly smile and the staff care about your concerns and treat you in a timely manner. I was so impressed how clean the rooms and building were. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. You wont be disappointed.

Took my husband to AFC Urgent Care after he cut his arm badly. Staff was all great, very personable. Waiting time to get called back into room was minimal, only a couple minutes. Care he received was awesome. Everyone was very professional and provided exceptional patient care. Entire visit to get stitched up was less than 30 minutes. Literally the most ridiculous rude people on the we Earth. I have to work in an hour and I literally called to see on people will be ahead of me so I can see if I can hurry and get an antibiotic for my eye but the lady was extremely rude on the phone and hung up and then I called talked to a manager and he said we cant tell me that cuz they might come shoot the place up these people are absolutely ridiculous.Never go here-in response to the owners response, no one demanded anything be done, asked to meet any expectations or time limits as I simply told the lady I was one block away and wanted to know how many were waiting and after she hung up on me I was able to speak to a supervisor who said they cant tell people how many people are here in case someone was going to shoot up the building--makes no sense I am working with DHHS on this.

I drive 40 minutes out of my way to take a UA and twice they cant do it because of whatever made up reason but cool so what you just want me to come back a third time? A joke its a cup test take my piss and run it through the system when its working as long as its at temp who cares its a cup not a lab

I visited this place for the first time today. The registration process was quick, the wait time was not very long, nurses and the doctor were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this place.

Courteous and friendly staff - very knowledgeable. Check-in was simple and quick at reception. Wait time was as expected. The doctor and nursing staff was very attentive to my needs and responded to all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend as the staff is very personable and friendly and wait time was no worse than as expected or average. (Around 30 minutes.) I would visit the office again in the future if the situation warranted an urgent care visit.

I’ve always had a good experience each time I’ve gone here friendly reception. But this is the second time I’ve gone here and literally nothing was done. But yet they’ll send a bill for doing nothing I’m upset I went in because I’ve been feeling pressure in my ear and ringing. I went in so they could maybe do an ear irrigation or something. Well she looked in one ear and said there’s no earwax maybe it’s just fluid from a recent flu or something drink mucinex and let us know if anything changes oh ok!!!!. Don’t just assume anyway I just said thanks and left. What a waste of my time honestly should have stayed home if I knew all I’ll receive is that. I’ll wait and see what they bill me for

I am extremely thankful this urgent care has opened up by my house. My husband and I have both been here around 5 times each, and we have always had great experiences. The facility is immaculately clean and all the staff is friendly and helpful. I went in yesterday and was out in 20 minutes and my prescription was waiting for me at Walgreens! I cannot say enough good things about this place.

I came in with a bad cut to my arm and was treated like royalty. The staff was wonderful and the Doctor did a fantastic job. I was happy to find a place open on Sunday that could do x-rays, but not be an ER. The staff was so kind and listened. The whole place was spotless and you can tell they take pride in providing quality care.

If I could give them 0 it would be too good.It was the most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to. There’s no dr during daytime. You see a nurse practitioner who owns it.There’s no intake form to list medications. The receptionist continued eating while talking to me.The nurse?? That took be to a room asked about meds & allergies. She wrote them on a scrap of paper! Then asked if I wanted to be treated for a sinus infection or have the 3 tests for covid & etc!! Hello, I’m NOT a medical professional.The practitioner spent 3 minutes with me & rushed out. There was confusion over the antibiotic ordered & as he did NOT LISTEN TO ME he ordered the same antibiotic that hurt my stomach.Nothing was ordered. Called back 5x that day & got an answering machine. . In the evening a dr comes in. He caught the antibiotic called in as I was allergic to the one the owner, ( who’s NOT a dr) ordered. They gave me an antibiotic so mild it would not help a bird.Saw my OWN DR after the weak antibiotic & she shook her head in disbelief at the weak antibiotic that place ordered. No wonder I was still so sick. My dr ordered a strong antibiotic & prednisone for my month long sinus infection. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 TO THE OWNER. I TOLD YOU NOT TO CONTACT ME AGAIN!

I will absolutely be going back to this urgent care again. I was in the waiting room for maybe 10 minutes at max. Most urgent cares (in my experience) are close to an hour. The staff got us back immediately & the doctor was incredible. She was the one who spent the most time with us even! We were in & out within 45 minutes. Will definitely be going back to this urgent care!

Dr. Goeditz is great. She takes the time time to really listen and make sure all aspects of care are covered. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well with your care and treatment. I had a burn and she made sure to show me how to dress it, care for it, and even offered a time to come back while she was working to make sure it was healing correctly. I as a busy mom of 3 (soon to be 4), she and the staff here have been great about my time and making sure Im in and out quickly.After having a rough initial encounter with a doctor at this location, the staff and other doctors have done everything they can to rebuild my trust and relationship with them. It was a positive experience, even though I had to take all my children, they treated us very kindly, all of them were highly recommended.

My wife and I found it easy to make our appointments for a travel required COVID test. It took very little time to fill out the necessary paperwork and get the actual test. Everyone was very helpful and professional. All our concerns and questions were taken care of, and our test results were back within 24 hours.

I have been to this urgent care multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and gets in you in to see a doctor as quickly as possible. They were also great with my 5 year old daughter when she had strep throat a few weeks ago. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

DONT GO HERE! I have been here a few times but when I got served for a summons from a bill from 2018 that I never saw a bill from was the last straw. I was told to call their lawyer and did and they then directed me to their collections person. It was a bill for a total of $425...They had the wrong address on file and never attempted to call me. The collections person said oh thats why we never got ahold of you. Called and asked for the bill and was finally sent it. When I was on the phone with the receptionist he whispered under his breathe that he couldnt find it. Looking at it they never billed my insurance... This company is horrible and is willing to sue anyone for a $1.AGAIN THEY DID NOT BILL MY INSURANCE AS MY INSURANCE BACK THEN WOULD HAVE COVERED IT 100%

Great Customer Service! Hardly any wait time. The Doctors were very thorough and they even did my X-ray right in the office, and my results were back in 15min. The facility is very clean and the Doctors and staff are very friendly! This is so close to my house- we will be back!

Best visit to an urgent care I have ever had. The doctor and staff were absolutely amazing and were very patient with my daughter when trying to look at her throat and perform a strep test. When finding out I was in for my daughter and she was only two the Lady at the front desk said they do not take children that young. The doctor over heard her say that and stepped in and said he would be willing to take her. He was so gentle and relaxed with her that she calmed down for him to look at her. My daughter is not a mans baby at all and normally will not let any men she doesnt know anywhere near her. He wasnt like most doctors that push me out of the way and tell me he can handle it and hold her down.

This was my first time ever going to urgent care, and it was awesome. They got my little one in fast, the sign in process was fast also. The doctors there was very friendly and knew what was wrong in no time.

Liked that I could set up an appointment time on line. Quickly seen but took a lot longer than I thought to get results there was only 1 other person ahead of me. But I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill $246 for influenza test, Chest X-ray and scrips. Well worth my time to drive a little out of my way 7.5 miles from my house. To save ,$750 it would have cost at he closet ER.

I had a wonderful experience I was checked right in. I was so grateful that this place was open on a Sunday afternoon. I knew that I needed to see a doctor because my throat was so sore and I needed some meds to start the healing process. I was seen by a very nice Nurse and Doctor. I was right I needed an antibiotic so after two days of taking the medicine I was able to go work without infecting anyone else. Thanks so much for being open. I have already told my family and friends about this place. I was thankful that I did not have spend hours in an emergency room to be seen.

I started going to AFC during covid. I always had a great experience. Yesterday my normal health provider couldnt get me in due to hackers in their computer system and AFC was the first place that came to mind. Short line, exceptional service. Thank you

Needed urgent care for what turned out to be a dental emergency on a Sunday, the AFC team was fantastic. They quickly got a handle on the situation and got me through a tough day so I could get to a dentist on Monday. The courtesy and genuine caring started at reception and carried through to the PA and the Doctor. Am grateful for this highest level of service excellence.

Unfortunately had a horrible experience here a few months ago. I’m leaving the review now because I just got the bill and remembered how upset I was then and am now upset to pay a $100 bill for literally nothing.So I had the worst cold of my life and was going on 7 days of the cold when I went to this urgent care. I had an appointment set with my doctor for the following morning but while at work my symptoms continued to progress and the cold had turned into a horrendous sinus infection that made me feel like I got punched in the face a few times. Instead of waiting for my appointment the following day, I decided I couldn’t go another day without getting a proper sleep and hoped going to this urgent care would help so I canceled my appt with my dr and went to this urgent care. I had to leave work early to go to this urgent care when when I got there the dr. checked me and said I have a cold and I should be over it in a few days (uhh thanks for your expertise?) she said she was not going to prescribe me antibiotics because it could cause stomach issues which I didn’t need. She even said “if you had gone to any other urgent care or had any other doctor they would have probably prescribed you something but I’m not going to” I left there dumbfounded. So all in all I wasted my time and money to be told I have a cold and it should be gone in a few days. Thankfully I called my dr and told her the story. She prescribed me a z-pak which helped tremendously. Guess what, I didn’t have any stomach issues with it!Please try any other urgent care but this one.

I would recommend this urgent care to anyone. Went in on Sunday with an injury to my ankle. Receptionist was very friendly and warm when she greeted us. The wait time was not long but this was a Sunday morning. The Dr. was awesome. Overall I would look to this office for any of my urgent care needs.

The Eagle Run office is less than 5 minutes from my house, so we use it for all our minor health issues. Always prompt and professional service. Doctors and Nurse Practitioners are professional and knowledgeable. Staff is courteous and professional as well. Highly recommend.

Despite showing up 45 minutes before closing and a rush of people before I arrived, the staff was friendly and I was able to be seen quickly. The doctor arrived within minutes of my entering an examination room. The doctor quickly diagnosed my condition and I am feeling much better a couple of days later. Well done AFC team!

For whatever ails you, AFC Urgent Care Eagle Run is the place to go. Ive been there several times over the past three years they have been open and every experience has been wonderful. I make it a point now to get my annual work physical there as the doctors are very thorough when taking down my medical history looking for possible red flags on things they should look out for. All of the staff is very friendly and I have never had a negative experience. I have referred several people and they all agree - best urgent care facility in town. Tell your friends!

I was having problems with painful urination and went for appointment and was prescribed antibiotic. I am a faithful married man but the nurse suggested that I get tested for gonorrhoeae and chlamydia so I decided to be safe and took her up on her suggestion which ended up negative. When the appointment was over I paid for both my visit($150.00) and lab work($160.00) in advance because they send it to third party for results. A couple weeks later I get a bill from third party lab service for $160.00. I called urgent care to remind them that I payed in advance so the bill that was sent to me from the third party should be their responsibility since I paid in advance. It took them about a month to investigate because the nurse who I was told is the only one that can take care of the billing which is unheard of was in and out of the office.When I finally spoke to her she was telling me that the tubes they use to send the urine to third party lab have sensors that determine if its positive or not so I was confused as to why they needed to send it to another third party lab if they knew the results from the beginning. In essence she was telling me that it cost the same amount of money to send the urine to the lab as it does to pay somebody to run the culture and also examine it under the microscope to find the same results. It just doesnt make sense. Then the kicker I get another bill from the third party lab about a month after the first bill with the $160 that urgent care was supposed to take care of plus some extra charges ($75)for some lab work from the same visit that wasnt on the first bill. To say the least theyre very unorganized with the way they handle their clerical business. Ive never heard of the nurse taking care of patients and also being sole responsible for billing as well. They took care of my problem with prescribing antibiotic but the business is SHADY and flat out GREEDY!

I came here for a hep B titer that I needed for work, as proof of immunity. They were very quick in getting me scheduled. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with the test they ran, when I mentioned this to them they were very apologetic called the lab and had the right test ran. Additionally I was called with results that same day. In the end, mistakes sometimes happen and I was very impressed with how they handled this. I am grateful that they were able to resolve this in a timely fashion.Thank yall again.

This IS NOT an Urgent Care center as the name implies. I came in with COVID symptoms and to be tested. The guy at the desk rudely told me that if I didn’t have an appointment there was little chance I would be seen. He also told me that I could wait in the lobby as long as wanted and they could try to work me in but no guarantees. If I was still sitting there at 6pm (2 hours) later I would just have to leave anyway as they don’t take walk ins after that time anyway. He wouldn’t even give me an estimate on how long that would be.I waited for about an hour and observed clinics staff joking, laughing, talking about what to have for dinner, and definitely no sense of urgency to help. I overheard them telling people on the phone yes they did covid testing and could schedule an appt or just come on in to have it done. Lies!Long short is that if you are looking for an Urgent Care go somewhere else. Nothing urgent or attempts at caring here

Great experience! We needed Covid tests to board a plane, and the efficiency and friendliness of the AFC staff was impressive! And we had our results in hand in less than a half hour. Cant recommend them highly enough!!

We used AFC for a COVID test, required by the State of Hawaii. The test needed to be conducted within 72 hours of our departure to Hawaii. The appointment went smoothly and we got our result within 10 minutes. They also completed the form that was required by the state of Hawaii. Our insurance paid for the test and AFC coordinated it so there was no out of pocket.There were some additional online forms to be completed, but as a result we had no issues when we landed in Hawaii and simply walked to baggage claim. We did not have to stand in another line that I heard took 1-1.5 hours. Thank you AFC.

Everyone was nice and friendly. 10 minutes to get my Rapid PCR test results. Waited in the room and when they came into give me my results it seemed they were as excited as I was. Definitely give them the highest review.

Wish I would have known the names of the two nurses and doctor that helped us. My husband and I were very impressed overall and think that everyone that was in the room should get raises for bed side manner and information given!

I did not have an appointment when I went in but was quickly assisted. The whole staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The facility was immaculately clean and tidy. I hate going to see the DR. but they made the whole process very seamless and got me treated in a very timely manner. I will be back!!!

Went it on a Sunday morning when I woke up with my eye swollen and matted shut. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Everyone was so polite and my concerns were addressed quickly. I was able to get back to my Sunday plans without any delays! Thanks again!

The place was clean and didnt have a long wait to check in, but was waiting a really long time to be seen after having checked in.I find it crazy that this place advertises pretty hard for covid testing and requires all customers to wear a mask, but more than half of the staff do not wear a mask. It is just off-putting for a woman, who is not wearing a mask to hand you one while looking you dead in the eye and say everyone is required to wear a mask while in the building.

I got in quickly, the front desk person was very efficient, the nurse that took my vitals and the nose swab was friendly, the Dr was super nice and got my prescriptions sent as soon as the diagnosis came back. I will return if I need to, but hope I won’t 😂

I am so happy to write this review. I needed emergicare treatment due to a fall which resulted in a facial abrasion. I was somewhat hesitant about not using my primary care physician. However, I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of care I received at AFC Urgent Care. In particular, Dr. George Pratt did an exceptional job assessing my wound and providing quality care. Given the location of the wound, he exercised the utmost concern with minimizing scarring. He was also humorous and made a very nervous patient feel at ease. After five weeks of recovery, I cannot express enough the quality of treatment from Dr. Pratt. In addition, the office and nursing staff were top notch! Thank you!

Such a friendly and inviting staff who were swift and compassionate. Never had a quicker and more pleasant experience with my 4 yr old at a medical facility! Dr. Otto made my son laugh through the entire exam when he normally cries. Greatful to have such a great establishment close to us when in need.

Upon arrival, the receptionist seemed nice and the lobby was decorated with large banner advertising their state of the art technology. After about 10 minutes, I was escorted back by a nurse (no nametag) who listened to my symptoms but wrote very little down. As for the “state of the art” technology, all I saw was an out of date blood oxygen monitor and no automatic blood pressure cuff. The appearance of the room was unappealing. There was an old exam table, a chair, and a few jars full of cotton balls and tongue depressors on a worn down counter. After waiting another 10 minutes, the PA (no nametag) walked in and spent no more than 2 minutes with me. I was prescribed medication for something he told me I most likely don’t have. I was experiencing a few other problems, but was too rushed to bring them up. As I left, the receptionist told me my copay was $75, which is an out of network charge for our insurance. This was a surprise as the sign on the door says they accept most insurances. We are insured by the largest health insurance company in Nebraska.

I went to This specific location and they were beyond pleasant. There was hardly a wait to see the doctor and my X-ray results were back in about 10-15 minutes. They told me if I was still feeling much pain to not hesitate to call or stop back. I will definitely use this place again! Thank you for an experience that could have been a pain!Kate Reisdorff

Will never go there again. Wasted my time and money. Saw a nurse Practitioner that needs to either go back to school or find a different career. She was beyond arrogant!! She obviously does not have listening skills. Very interruptive and dismissive!!Update, AFC reached out to me and assured me the NP is no longer with them. I will in the future continue to use their urgent care. Thank you AFC for listening and caring!!

All the staff that I interacted with were very professional and friendly. The facility is really clean and well taken care of from the looks. If I ever get sick again, I am coming back here. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, they are amazing.

I have been to other Urgent cares in the past and this has been my best experience. Very friendly staff, good care, and timely service. Dr. Otto the treating physician was thorough in his exam and listened to my complaints. Facility is very clean. I would highly recommend this facility.

This facility deserves a ten star rating! I desperately needed help with having a drug test performed accurately on a third party. The people at this facility helped me as I didnt have a clue as to how to have this done. The first person I came in contact with, Karen, went above and beyond with helping me accomplish this. The owner, Cindi, was a godsend as she explained to me the procedure that the facility would use to ensure correct testing. I am very thankful for all the help that they provided.

From the receiption staff to the medical staff, my experience was great...very friendly and thorough. It was even a little cheaper than the urgent care closer to me! Will definitely be bringing my family back here if needed!

This place is awesome. I took my 2 year son there for possible ear infeaction. I am actually used to places like this just looking in ears and saying yep its an ear infection. The doctor came in and sat down and asked for me to tell him about my son and whats going on. When I think about it, its probably smart since we are normal people he sees like you would see with your normal family doctor (who by the way was booked) We didnt have a long wait either. He manages his time very well. The nurse was outstanding. My son was not a happy boy and uncoperative. At the end he got a toy from the treasure chest. They had a very nice selection of toys.

Most unprofessional place. I had an 11:15am appointment on Saturday 11/21/2020 for a Covid test. Didnt get me in till 11:45am. Had the test done by a nurse and asked me to wait for the doctor. Waited another 10-15 minutes for the doctor who never showed up. I opened the door and saw the doctor talking to another person, I told her that I am working at noon and have been waiting quite a bit. I also asked if I can leave sine I already had my test done. She rudely answered if I dont see you, then we cant run it through your insurance and you have to pay cash. Because of how rude she was, I paid in cash. They didnt even apologize for not managing their time and appointments the right way. There was more than 10 people in the waiting room when I left which is not recommended due to Covid anyway. Will never go there again

I’ve been there several times. Always get great service. I went there with a bad cough and sinus pressure. Dr Winters was great asked a lot of questions ordered an x Ray because he didn’t like the sound in my chest. Turns out I had a serious case of pneumonia. If he wouldn’t done such a thorough job I would have ended up in the ER. Love this place. Goodbye CHI.

Everything went well up until the point that my insurance number would not go thru. Still needing treatment I paid 120 cash up front. I sibsequently was told by the doctor that they were unable to treat me at their facility and I was provided information as to where to go. Info that I already knew. One reason for choosing to go to this office was to see if there were any potential of finding a primary care phys. I was never given an opportunity to mention it. I spent a total of 60 seconds with the doctor. No examination, no medical history, nothing. While being hurried to vacate the exam room I asked the Dr. would I get a refund of my $120, she without hesitation she replies, Oooh no...I would think that at an office that advertises primary care, they would have basic primary care functions. To no avail....

Edit: now we discovered they filed with the courts. Please never use this business!They sent lawyers to our house over supposedly unpaid covid tests (over a year and an half ago), when they never contacted or billed us. We even put a card on file to have the remainder billed automatically. Tried calling to understand and they put us on hold for 20mins and disconnected the call.

Receptionist was kind. Facility is new and clean. I got in quick. Dr. Byrnes was great! He listened close to my symptons, and prescribed exactly what I needed.I felt 100% the next day and was able to sing and lead worship at my church. Very thankful.

Terrible experience. Front desk lady was very uninviting and had an attitude issue right off the bat. Waited well over an hour with a five year old to get to a room in the back just to wait another hour before being seen. The doctor peeked in the door and ordered a strep test for my daughter without even doing an exam. He then proceeded to come in and look in her ears and throat without saying anything to me. His bedside manner was atrocious to say the least. After the test was performed we waited much longer than the seven minutes we were told it would take to get the results. Finally someone came in and said that we were being discharged and handed me a prescription for an antibiotic. I asked if the strep test was positive and she said it was negative in an annoyed tone. I had no clue what was wrong with my child or why she was needing an antibiotic until we checked out at the desk. The paperwork simply stated acute pharyngitis, unspecified. With no explanation I left the office extremely upset that Id spent three hours and still didnt have a clear answer. I wouldnt go here again. Please dont waste your time.

This place was fabulous! I had an ear issue. Made an appointment online. They got me in right away. Dr and NP were super helpful, even drew detailed pictures of what was going on with my ear. 10/10!

Second visit to this awesome friendly urgent care! Was in and out in under 20 minutes! The staff was very professional and friendly. I had a sinus infection they figured it out got me antibiotics and today I feel 10 times better. Ill be 100% by the weekend banks to afc urgent care

All of these staff was professional, efficient, a very polite. I would come back over and over. I would recommend it all my family and friends. All the employees was three men, I would keep them all employed.

Couldnt be more pleased with our 1st try at visiting an urgent care center. Husband woke up with a nosebleed we couldnt get stopped. Sunday morning, 8 am, dreaded the thought of an Emergency Rooms waiting room. We got right in at AFC & treated like The Most Important Patient there. As we were leaving, I overhead Karen the receptionist explaining to another customer why thered be a brief wait - and in doing so, she made that person also feel Important. Great customer service, great health care service. Thank you Dr Hald and staff!

Place was clean, prompt service, friendly receptionist and person who took weight, blood pressure, etc. Got in and out and dr was friendly. Went to walgreens to pick up prescription and was told it was never called in. Called afc urgent care and informed nurse that walgreens said the script was never called in. Asked nurse if the prescription was called in...she said it was. Received a phone call from afc urgent care about 15 mins after speaking with nurse and dr said i accused her nurse of lying, which was not accurate. When i tried to explain this to the dr, very matter of factly and calmly, she accused me of yelling at her (which did not occur).Excellent initial reception/service staff, but nurse caused communication problems. Will likely return if needed due to prompt and courteous customer service, but not sure what is going on with the meritless accusations. Would recommend clinic, but problem/conflict resolution seems to be lacking...maybe a stress issue that bled over into work? Hoping this is a one-time issue.

Hello my name is Jaime and I have a severely compromised immune system from being born extremely premature I was without a family doctor for mine had passed away and I ran into an unexpected blessing by choosing American Family Care Urgent Care I have been an emergency rooms all across this country and in others I come from a military family proudly I can tell you unequivocally that I have never been treated as well as I have at the American Family Care Urgent Care from the moment you walk in you are greeted with kindness and compassion they take care of you in a timely matter and when I say take care of you they treat you like a human being they dont make you feel alone they make you feel like theyre going to get you through it together this is a lost art in the practice of Medicine also from the ladies and gentlemen if their front desk which are Maggie Cindy and Lewis or so very kind to the young ladies who take your blood pressure and get you to your room Alyssa and Mariah are so very kind and friendly and when I was treated I have been there three times so far dr. Pratt was amazing so very skilled and kind and Doctor Winters also so professional so skilled and so friendly their bedside manners are unrivaled I am fortunate enough to be able to have dr. Winters as my family doctor now as a priest I can confidently tell you that these people are doing Gods work and that I have never in my life been treated with such caring compassion when I told my mother how kind they were to me it brought her to tears because its always the opposite when Ive had to go to urgent care or emergency rooms I would recommend this to my mother to all of my family all of my friends and absolutely to The Strangers that are reading this review when you need medical attention this is where you want to go they take walk-ins you will walk in give them your information whether its your insurance cards or self-pay and you will be treated in a timely matter and most importantly you will be treated kindly and as a human being which is just not the case anymore I thank God for this wonderful place and the incredibly dedicated staff that work here there an unbelievable amount of compassion professionalism and kindness in one little building it is with great pleasure that I recommend the American Family Care Urgent Care and I did call and ask them specifically for their name so that I could give them the Kudos and credit that they so very much deserve I implore you to think of nowhere else when you need care sincerely Jamie Emerson Sornberger. For an urgent care I was pleased with the short wait time even having four people ahead of me but since the doctor obviously has no idea what he’s doing I can see why patients are seen and get in and out so quick. Very very disappointed that I had to pay for an urgent care visit being misdiagnosed
