Dr. Friedman, professional, patient, friendly. Solved my ear problem which had bothered me for several months. Step by step (we) fixed the problem. Dr. explained every step of the way. His three assistants are pleasant, very accommodating and professional. The whole experience was one of the best doctor/patient/staff interactions Ive ever had. Thank you.

Dr Easton has been our family physician for over 5 years. We are grateful for her thoroughness, her care taken to note small trends in lab values with their future implications... implications that can be circumvented by immediate changes in both meds and lifestyles. Dr Easton has been a terrific ally in striving to maintain optimal health. No detail in her assessments is overlooked. 5 Star ++++++++!!!!

My review is of the hearing side of things. I have hearing aides already and recently moved to the payson area. My wife called and made appointment to check hearing and then send hearing aides in before warranty expired to have them cleaned. The estimated was 150$. So we made pre appointment to see Dr Friedman and make sure no wax build-up. We were told prior to appointment it would all be handled the day of appointment. Having him do pre appointment and then hearing test afterwards.Had pre-appointment with Dr and was told to make appointment for hearing. So after explaining we were told it was all today he said sorry they arent here today. So we made appointment for next available day.Arrived for appointment and she asked why we were there and explained we needed test and then do warranty cleaning on hearing aides. She said hold on and left the room with other patient records on screen. About 5 min later came in and said it would be 400$ to take me on as patient with hearing aides boight somewhere else. After questioning why we were told the other things and why so much, she replied thats just the way it is. Very unprofessional and seems as though customer service is not as important than the money. I could understand maybe 100$ to become a patient but 400$ just because I bought them were I lived previously? Bad business ethics and unprofessional. They didnt even want to work with me. Said that was final.So when you walk in the front door and see the big sign on the fireplace mantle that says A higher power works here you may want to ask what kind of higher power?

Dr Friedman is awesome! He is the most down-to-earth and honest doctor Ive ever had. I could barely breathe when I met him and hes got me breathing and sleeping 100 times better! I would recommend all people to him. Dont believe any other reviews if you want an honest doctor without all the BS this is your guy!

I felt very uncomfortable here because not a single staff member wore a mask, even when examining my nose and throat. They had an open air bowl of cream puffs (?) in the lobby and I watched the doctor make tea for a patient using a cup hed dropped on the floor. I did not see them sanitize the tools that they used on me either before or after use.Furthermore, my 2nd appointment was rescheduled (thats fine) because my doctor had left town suddenly and when they rescheduled it, they only rescheduled one of the tests I needed done and were very rude when I thought both tests were scheduled for the same day. Im cancelling my next test in favor of a more professional and safe office even if it means driving twice as far.EDIT: The office manager called my personal number after seeing this review and told me to change it because it made her look bad. So this is me changing it at her request. :)She assured me that only either she or another young lady in the office make the tea for the patients, so the dirty cup I saw the doctor use must have been for himself. When I debated this, she changed her story and said that the doctor doesnt even know how to use the tea machine that I watched him use with the dirty cup.She also insisted that she personally sanitizes the rooms between patients, but with the lie Ive already caught her in and what I personally witnessed in the office, I am not convinced of this.This phone call has lead me to be even more dubious of this office and their practices. I could not morally recommend this office to anyone.

My mom had a painfull surgery in his office. About 5 or 6 weeks later her nose wouldnt stop bleeding and he was not able to take care of it because she was in Banner Hospital ER in Payson. He said he cant practice at Banner for contract reasons so he wasnt able to care for her. After 3 days at Banner he said he would heve her transferred to Scottsdale Hospital the next day. That night Banner gave her a blood transfusion because of loss of blood. That night she aspirated from the blood going down her throat and died.

Went to this well Educated Dr because of a persistent cough that has been with me for about 15 yrs. He said I needed his in house special surgery on my sinuses. It would make me breath better(although I had no problem breathing) and may stop the cough. After he put me through the most painful surgery of my life, ( Other surgeries include two hernia surgeries, back surgery, and a surgery on my esophagus), I have nothing to show for it except constant headaches, no difference in breathing, and of course I still have the persistent cough. Would I recommend him? Not to my worst enemy. Would I go back? Never. I thought I had experienced pain with my back, which at times would reach a level 10. Dr. Friedman took me to about a level 15. I wouldnt let the Dr touch me with a ten foot pole. There is no way in hell that surgery should have been done outside the hospital.Follow up. 3/5/19 It has been Several months since Freidman did surgery on me. Before I went to him, I got a headache two to three times a year. I now have head aches four to six times a week. I cannot prove that his surgery is causing my headaches, but I dont believe it is just a coincident.

When to his office for a schedule hearing test. Waited in office about 1 hour. He came out and introduced himself and ask for me to follow him into exam room. I said I was here for a hearing test. He looked into my ears then escorted me out to the front desk. He said that they would not be able to do my hearing test today and will have to reschedule. He apologized and said that there would not be any charges and to reschedule. I had planned to reschedule after our vacation. I got a bill from him for $190.14. Called him and filing a complaint that I never received a hearing test which my Doctor had ordered. He did agree to incorrect billing thus bill would be corrected to zero. I would never go back due to false billing practices and poor scheduling.

The good doctor is well educated easy to talk to and a true professional. Coming from the East, his personal interaction with some of the local buffoons may appear offensive, but it is his personality and mannerisms. If the one star reviews are unhappy, we have several veterinarians who would be happy to tend to their medical issues. Bottom line, hes one of the best medical professionals I have encountered in 76 years. Hes your go-to guy.

Been waiting for the office staff to get authorization for a procedure. I call to check and Im told flatly, well call you when we get it. No other convo, just that. This has been going on for weeks. No confidence in the people taking the calls at the front desk.

I had chronic sinusitis. It would drain into my chest and cause chronic asthma. Having him do surgery on my sinuses was the name best thing ever!! I have only had sinusitis twice in the last 2 yrs. What a blessing!! Thank you Dr.Friedman.
