My husband and I had an amazing experience with Dr. Andrew and his team during my IVF treatment. From the get-go, they were super warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Andrew really knows his stuff when it comes to IVF. He took the time to explain everything in detail and was always there to address my concerns. I felt like I was in good hands from the start. Im happy to say that thanks to Dr. Andrew, Dr. Chang, and his team, our baby boy was born in December! I couldnt be more grateful for the care I received at their clinic.

After some troubling experiences with other doctors and facilities, my husband and I have some new found peace coming to East Bay and Dr. Andrew. We are still at the beginning of our fertility journey but already have more answers to my health, and insight for what our future may hold than ever before! I came to Dr Andrew and East Bay after feeling pretty dismissed and invisible at my last fertility clinic. The staff at East Bay treat us like family, greeting us by name when we walk in. They reach out individually whenever I have concerns and questions and Dr Andrew is so smart and meticulous in making sure we cover all our bases to have a safe and healthy fertility journey/pregnancy. Besides bloodwork appointments, I saw the doctor at basically every visit, making it an extremely personal and individualized experience. Dr Andrew traveled a few times through some of our treatments but was still responsive via text to questions.As a side note, I think any positive medical experience does require a lot of engagement and advocacy on the patient end. I asked a lot of questions and followed up actively, which I think made it a good experience as well. But that was only positive because on the other side I had a responsive team who really cared. Can’t even say much about it because we were never able to talk to them. Scheduled an online video call and we were in the call 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Waited about a half an hour before just leaving because no one showed up. My wife and I have been trying to find a way to do IVF for a long time and were hopeful because of the payment plan options. Now we’re very disappointed.

Our experience at East Bay for IVF has been absolutely amazing. Dr Andrew and staff are so caring and invested in your journey. We felt like family every time we came in. We traveled from Colorado to be in their care. They have been accommodating to us as well as letting us know what to expect in our journey.We are currently 9 weeks pregnant expecting our first baby!

Dr. Andrew is very knowledgeable and kind. Whenever I had questions, I was able to email them as well and get responses rather quickly. I definitely recommend this place and I’m excited for our first IVF cycle here!

So so grateful for Dr. Andrew, Thomas, and the team at East Bay. They were so much more thorough and organized than the other places that we considered. Dr. Andrew recommended testing that no other places had mentioned, and we were able to base a lot of my treatment planning off of those tests, which other offices did not even offer. We were able to conceive and have a successful pregnancy with our first attempt, with both of our two separate IVF treatments. (I was age 40 with my first baby and 42 with my second and was able to use my own eggs.) And we now have two happy, healthy children because of their miraculous efforts. There are not enough words to express the deep gratitude that I have for Dr. Andrew, Thomas, and the team.

I can’t say enough positive things about Eastbay Fertility Center. From the first consultation we had we knew that this experience was going to be different in a positive way ! We had been on an infertility journey for 7 years , and it was rough to say the least. We were ready to give up hope, then we came across Eastbay Fertility. Dr Andrew was the first doctor to give me actual answers beyond the all encompassing, “unexplained fertility.” From there, we were able to move forward and conceive our baby boy!:)The staff was personable, I felt they always remembered me. I wasn’t just another number. I was able to meet with Dr Andrew every single appointment. He always was ready and willing to answer questions and concerns I had.Their pricing was more than reasonable, which was what first drew us to them. To start on a positive note, I will say that I am grateful for the resource East Bay has been to me and my husband. We started testing through this clinic and felt like we had a game plan from the beginning, which is something we hadnt experienced with our regular doctors. Their hours are flexible and I was able to schedule last minute appointments multiple times when we were in need of a treatment done quickly. The staff is kind and friendly.My critiques of East Bay mainly revolve around Dr. Andrew himself. Andrew is a nice man, and is well educated in this background. However, looking back and after getting a 2nd opinion from another specialist, there were a lot of treatments and tests that Andrew administered to make more money off of us, plain and simple. And I will say, these treatments are not cheap. He also gave us a huge scare that was really uncalled for and ended up being completely untrue.He told us our only treatment options for a hematoma found in my uterus was a $3500 treatment through him, or a trip to Mexico for a $600 treatment. After seeing a different specialist, we were told the complete opposite, and that these hematomas are totally normal and will resolve on their own. 4 weeks later, my hematoma is gone.We were put through the wringer emotionally, simply because Andrew wanted us to spend more money at his clinic.I will also say that Dr. Andrew would receive test results and was not great at dumbing things down for us to understand. He would use medical terms that were foreign to us and no matter how many questions we asked, we still left feeling confused. So we would schedule further tests or treatments without understanding exactly what he meant. I still dont feel as though I completely understand a lot of our results/findings because of this.Overall, I would recommend this clinic for anyone who is looking for a thorough staff that are ready to help you test and find anything. But I also wouldnt take everything that they say/suggest to heart.

To call Dr. Andrew an outstanding physician and East Bay Fertility a great business would be to undersell them! There really arent words for how grateful we are that we saw that billboard for East Bay. We came in with secondary infertility which was left previously unexplained. Dr. Andrew was quickly able to diagnose several fertility problems from our first visit. He actually listened to our patient history, then after a physical exam he was able to show us evidence of what was going wrong when we tried on our own. He started with the least expensive options and throughout the process he kept searching for what caused the problems. What a relief to have a doctor that was actually interested in solving my fertility problem instead of offering condolences and saying sometimes these things happen, there was nothing you could do.. like our previous doctors.Our beautiful twins were born just a few weeks ago (and thanks to Dr. Andrews recommendation for LIT treatment they were our healthiest, longest lasting pregnancy) and we have the entire staff at East Bay to thank for them! The whole process was easy to understand and as affordable as IVF gets. We highly recommend East Bay to anyone struggling with any fertility problems. Dr. Andrew is amazing at his job. He works with you (spoils you really) on such a profound level that itll leave you puzzled when your OBGYN gives you mediocre care at best. Thank you Dr. Andrew! We look forward to working with you again when the time comes!

Dr. Andrews and his staff are incredible! They were very kind and talked me through any questions I had. They helped me be able to get pregnant with all 3 of my kids, I couldnt have done it without them. Ive always had such a great experience!

I would like to start by saying that we have loved the receptionist, and hormone coordinator Shanda. Just impeccable people skills.We had been struggling with hormone related problems for a while, we’ve had a run around with several different Dr offices before we found EastBay Fertility. After leaving a previous clinic where they messed up charts (to be honest, I’m not really sure how they made such a mistake….)EastBay was recommended to us by family and friends who had had success with hormone therapy.We decided to go a different route for hormones that started with improving insulin resistance that could not be healed through the method EBF uses. I’m grateful for what we were able to learn about hormones with EBF.And big thank you to Shanda who always made us feel important!Only recommendation is Follow-up is important.

My husband and I have been dealing with a complicated case of infertility for over 5 years. East Bay has been by our side for at least half that time and they have become like family to us. They have been incredibly compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable. We were finally ready to do In Vitro Fertilization this year and I am now 8 weeks pregnant. I really feel they have gone the extra mile to help me if something was wrong and I didnt have an appointment that day, they would still do what was needed, even if it wasnt their problem like when I had difficulty getting a prescription filled. Dr. Andrew, and Dr. Chang and all the other staff members have always treated us with top notch professionalism and ethics. If you want an affordable place that truly cares about you and your family I urge you to choose East Bay Fertility. You wont regret it!! Update: Our sweet baby boy was born full term healthy and happy and has been the richest joy and blessing in our lives. We will forever be in debt to Dr. Andrew and his wonderful staff for helping this miracle come to pass.

We want to thank Dr. Andrews and Thomas for helping us get our miracle baby.My husband an I have been patients at East Bay Fertility Clinic for more than two years now. Our IVF journey was NOT EASY. But, Dr. Andrews was always very kind, compassionate and informative through out the process. I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids and consulted a specialist who agreed to proceed to IVF without removing the fibroids because of my advancing maternal age, a HUGE MISTAKE! My first IVF attempt ended up with a biochemical pregnancy. I was so heartbroken, but Dr. Andrews never gave up and convinced me to go to another specialist to address my uterine fibroids. On May 2021 i had undergone robotic myomectomy to removed my uterine fibroids and also the endometriosis the doctor found out when i was in the OR. Surgery went smoothly and was placed on Aygestin to stop me from having monthly cycle in order to keep my uterine lining in pristine condition. Fast forward, on April 2022 we decided to do our second miniSTIM IVF cycle.On the day of egg retrieval, i was shocked to know that no eggs were retrieved because the trigger shot did not work. My heart sunk with news, but again Dr. Andrews was very calm and really knowledgeable to deal with those unexpected outcomes. He handed me a new bottle of HCG for FREE, and told me to do trigger shot again to rescue the cycle and came back after 36 hours to do another egg retrieval. So ,after 36 hours we went to clinic again and this time Dr. Andrews was able to retrieved 8 eggs, i was ecstatic!East Bay has a clinic protocol to provide status update of the fertilization on day 1,3 and 5 post-egg retrieval. The goal is for the embryo to become blastocyst on day 5. On day 1 , we got an update , of the 8 eggs retrieved only 5 were mature and only 3 fertilized. On day 3, only one showing potential to become a blastocyst and two were growing behind. On day 5, Thomas broke the news that only one became a blastocyst with a grading of 4CB ( fair quality based on morphology ). I was so devastated and wanted to gave up.We did a consultation with Dr Andrews and were advise to do another cycle to increase the chances of pregnancy. My husband and I decided to proceed with frozen embryo transfer using our ONLY ONE embryo despite knowing our chance was very low. We were so grateful we did that because i am 9 weeks and 5 days pregnant with our miracle baby! Its true based on our experienced , it takes ONLY ONE to get pregnant.IVF is a very hard journey with lots of ups and downs and you need a doctor who is knowledgeable, compassionate and caring and Dr Andrews is the best you can find! We cant thank Dr. Andrews enough for the care and diligence in our case to make our dream come true to become pregnant and for us to have our own biological child! We also thank, our embryologist Thomas for taking care of our little one and the staffs, Jill, Lauryn, Derek and Erin for all their support in our journey!

My wife and I have just frozen 7 embryos from 11 healthy eggs taken out. (not bad considering were 42) We were lucky we came across Eastbay Fertility and switched to them as we had already been wasting time and money with another giant IVF place in Sandy that treated us like a barcode.Everyone at this smaller family-style clinic is friendly, informative and have gone far out of their way to make things right and comfortable when complications inevitably happened. IVF is challenging in so many ways beyond money, its really helped that they actually care, call us by name and treat us like family.Financially, everyones case will be so different from the next. I watch my wallet and have done more research than probably most. That said, Eastbay is very competitive with price. If you dont require multiple egg harvests and insert attempts(like us), they will beat all on the Wasatch front. Dr. Andrew & Chang know what theyre doing and have hundreds of happy, successful examples for you to see and read about while there. Good luck

Overall the staff was kind and helpful. Communication overall was very poor though. Anytime I would call for information I would get transferred and have to leave a voicemail. I have never received a call back. I have decided to work with a different clinic.

I’ve had an amazing experience working with everyone there. I worked with the hormone therapy department with Allison who was absolutely amazing to work with and then switched over a year and a half later to the fertility side with Dr. Andrew and had a very good and professional experience. Everything went really smoothly and any hiccups we did have they were quick to solve the problems. Holly, who draws blood is one of the best phlebotomists I’ve ever had draw my blood. I’ve had a lot of really bad experiences with that and my tiny veins, so I would go to her anytime I need blood drawn ever again!My experience was that I had tied my tubes with my 4th baby in 2015. In 2021 I decided I wanted to try and have another baby. Then I hoped for two. They did not have to untie my tubes but we did IVF instead. Because of my age, 38 at the time, they allowed 3 embryos to be placed and thankfully we had two that stayed and grew! Now we have our two little girls that complete our family of 8!The price was reasonable compared to other companies around here, and Dr Andrew is very knowledgeable and intelligent and I felt like we had the best doctor and other specialists around. We can’t say enough good about them!

We were told we could only get pregnant with IVF by 3 different clinics. So we did one more IUI for good measure with EBF and got pregnant. The prices are as affordable as they can be, one-on-one with Dr. Andrews most visits, as a hormone specialist along with fertility Dr. Andrews knows his stuff!

East bay was amazing!!!! Dr Andrew is competent and personable! All of the staff are organized and that brings so much peace of mind.. Their prices are better than any in the valley, and we saved a ton using their services. I would recommend them to anyone who is having trouble conceiving.

I ended up leaving East Bay because of the terrible communication. It was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. In October, I had an urgent question and called several times a day at different times for a couple of days and never got a hold of someone. I left two voicemails, and two months later, I still havent heard back. I would not recommend this clinic for fertility assistance. The lack of communication is highly frustrating in an already sensitive situation.

I cant even begin to express my gratitude for East Bay Fertility, Dr. Andrew, the nurses, Thomas Chang and of course Jill! We had been going to another fertility clinic in Utah, spending thousands with no results and see the doctor one time. We finally made the switch to East Bay, and now have a family of 4! You see the doctor with every visit. The staff is so kind and patient and the treatments are affordable. If you are having any kind of struggle with your fertility clinic, this is worth checking out!! They are amazing and care about their patients so much. We love East Bay!

I love this office! They are attentive to your questions and needs.They are thorough and make sure that you are equipped with knowledge to take care of yourself WITH their care.

Great services and the individuals working there are very personable. The only issue I’ve had with them is you have to go in person to their business to get questions answered. I have left numerous voicemails for their lab and for the hormone coordinator. The lab called only after the very amazing front desk receptionist gave several friendly reminders after I had called several times. I have left 5+ voicemails since starting at the clinic several months ago for routine follow up with the hormone coordinator and have yet to actually talk to this person. Good services and an exceptional receptionist but unless you live close and can make inquiries in person, could be hard to have questions answered telephonically, atleast from my experience.

East Bay Fertility gave me my incredible daughter. I started with 3 IUIs, and experienced 2 chemical pregnancies. We moved forward with IVF. We did some testing and found that I would benefit from intralipid treatments, so we did 4 rounds of IV infusions. The time came to start STIMS for mini IVF. At my final follicle scan/blood draw, we found my body was trying to ovulate despite all of the medications. We did an additional injection expecting it to stop my body from ovulating. Egg retrieval day came, and we found that I had already ovulated all my leading follicles. I still had 2 that had matured, so Dr Andrew decided to proceed with the retrieval. When I woke up they told me they were able to retrieve 2 eggs! Because it was such a small number, they only used a small amount of the sperm sample- he suggested doing an IUI right then to make an effort to catch the ovulated eggs. If he hadnt made this Innovative call, I wouldnt have my amazing girl. Thank you Dr Andrew and Thomas!!

I recommend them 100% I had 15 years trying to conceive I went to other places where told us I would not get pregnant because of my age 42 my husband asked me to check other options I founded Dr Andrew and he did help us to have our dream come true we had our miracle baby his team worked with us all the time everything was worth it he is definitely a great fertility doctor don’t hesitate to choose him we now have the family we always pray for 🙂

Best clinic ever! Dr Andrew and his whole team are super professional and nice people.We worked with them doing IVF out of state because I live in Florida and they did a great job. I can’t say enough good things about them.He is the only Dr also that will tell you right away the cost of the treatment and he is amazing. This is my second IVF so by experience I have been to many other doctors and clinics before and all they did was take my money and treat me bad. So glad we found you. Thanks Dr Andrew and the nurse Mandy and everyone is wonderful.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The staff is friendly but Jenn the NP who does hormone consultation is awful. Both my friend and I who have worked with her have had bad experiences. She is unprofessional, doesn’t seem to have any knowledge or confidence in what she is doing. It was very frustrating and off-putting. Was told I would have a 1.5 hour appointment and she only spend 30 minutes with me. Very unimpressed

We finally have our sweet baby girl thanks to Dr. Andrew and Thomas (the amazing embryologist)!! We switched to this clinic from our initial clinic after we received three separate recommendations for dr. Andrew. Im SO glad we did! Not only is he so knowledgeable, thorough, and patient, but the office staff and nurses are happy to see you and help you. Theyre all so kind! I dont feel rushed or like Im just dollar signs to them. They really all seem to care, and that support can make a big difference in infertility. The facility is nice and welcoming, and my experience with appointments and medications has been excellent as well. Just cant rave about them enough.

We had a fantastic experience at East Bay Fertility. We were very impressed with the staff, they were all super helpful, friendly, and very knowledgable. We switched to East Bay for IVF after having a bad experience at the University of Utah; Dr. Andrew was able to explain everything we needed to know in a way we could understand. The price was very great, which is another plus. We are now the proud parents of a beautiful baby girl!

I cant not explain how amazing Dr. Andrew is. After 4 years of infertility. One failed IVF cycle ( at a different clinic ) I decided it was time to find a new DR.Long story short, he told me what my issues were within a month of seeing him. I had never gotten ANY answers with any other DR. Was considered unexplained for years.After working with him for 7 months I was going through certain treatments he recommended for my issues.We were getting ready for our second IVF cycle now at East Bay and my period never showed up. I took A pregnancy test and got my FIRST EVER POSITIVE.It is still very early but I cannot put into words how thankful I am for finding this clinic. Dr. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing !He doesn’t push you right into IVF (like my last clinic) he is determined to do tests etc before any sort of treatments.If you are looking for a fertility Dr or a new clinic. Definitely come here. I live 2 hours away and it is WORTH IT.Voted best in UTAH for a reason!

After exhaustive research, we decided to put our trust and future family hopes in Dr. Andrew’s hands. We made the 7 hour trip to Southern Utah from our home in Boise, Idaho multiple times (driving past other fertility clinics along the way). From the beginning, we felt comfortable with the path he laid out before us. His knowledge, expertise, and chair side manner we exactly what we needed to feel peace during this process. After all the stress, anxiety, and doubt, we were recently blessed with heathy twin boys from our first transfer! On June 14, 2020 our family became complete. My husband and I have been dealing with infertility for a very long time. I have PCOS so I tried going to several doctors before I found Dr.Andrews. I never found 1 person who could help me until I found East Bay! Now Im going on 11 weeks pregnant and have no clue how to thank him.. my husband and i have been waiting for this for years!! Dr.Andrews and his staff are amazing, comforting, and very caring. Ive never found a doctor or doctors office that made me feel so comfortable and was so welcoming. Dr.Andrews is very knowledgeable and quick to figure out what to do next. My first 2 cycles failed due to my ovaries acting very weird. Trust me I wanted to give up it hurt me so much and made me cry a couple times because I never thought I would actually be able to get pregnant. The 3rd go around Dr.Andrews lifted my spirits and we tried again, this time it was a success! I live in Nevada and traveled 4 hours everytime to go see him and his staff at their office in Payson. It was worth the drive and time! I will be coming to this clinic again when it comes time for a second child! Thank you so much East Bay!! You guys are the best!!

This place is amazing! Everyone is always so kind and really want to help. I go for Hormone Therapy and Dr. Andrews is so smart and knows exactly what to do. He has helped me out with all of the issues that I was so previously worried about and helped me feel my best. All of my sisters and my mom go here as well because it truly is the best place out there!

The staff was helpful and friendly, but fertility problems can be so discouraging, and I felt like Dr. Andrews made them even more stressful. He is knowledgeable, but I often felt confused about what medications I was supposed to be taking and when to take them, and he made me feel dumb when I asked too many questions or needed clarification. More than once, I would leave this office and immediately start crying in my car because he had been condescending when asking me why I still hadnt lost weight or why I hadnt emptied my bladder before seeing him.Whenever I was in this office, I felt nervous, uncomfortable, vulnerable, and confused.

I been coming to East Bay for a few years now and I’m very satisfied with the treatment and the professionalism of the staff. Dr. Andrew is very knowledgeable and supportive to cater a plan that will work for you.

THIS IS THE BEST fertility clinic EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!I don’t have enough words to describe how happy and grateful I am for Dr. Andrew!I was trying to conceive my second baby for long months. I went to different doctors, and none of them believed I had something wrong, it was only not the “timing”, but I could feel that my hormones were all over the place and had a short luteal phase.Went to this clinic for ONLY ONE CYCLE, and I got pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!!Dr Andrew is very knowledgeable and listened all my concerns and did everything do find out what was going on. And indeed! He could see that my progesterone was very low and short luteal phase, just like I imagined!We did a natural IUI and progesterone, I got my positive pregnancy yesterday night!He is amazing! I’m grateful for this clinic and would recommend to ANYONE!

I had a wonderful experience at East Bay Fertility. Dr. Andrew is extremely thorough and was able to give us answers that our 3 previous doctors failed to solve. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I appreciate that I was always able to get a hold of the doctor when I had questions or concerns- even on the weekends! Two thumbs up!

I made the drive from salt lake and it was 100% worth it. Ive seen a handful of OBGYNs over the years and never felt heard. The Dr. Whens about it time with you and I felt like he genuinely wanted to get to the bottom of whats been going on. I learned more in that hour than I have the last 16 years through other doctors.

Dr. Andrew and his staff have been our IVF dream team since 2013! They helped us bring our 5 year old twin sons into this world and are currently helping us try for a third baby. Dr. Larry Andrews and staff have always been positive and kind to my family and I. I have been receiving care from Dr. Andrews for about 18 months. He is the only doctor I’ve met that understands the chemistry of the female body enough to correct it with out creating many side effects. I’m a pre-med student and would highly recommend him from a medical and patient stand point. I will continue to travel 6.5 hours round trip for his care.

Dr Andrew is so nice and explains everything in a way that you can understand. We’ve been to so many fertility drs and Dr Andrew is by far the very best!! We’re grateful we found Eastbay fertility center. The nurse, lab tech, and secretary were so helpful as well!

We used East Bay Fertility twice and both were very positive experiences. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr Andrew and his embryologist are gifted, getting us pregnant twice. The best part is theyll work with you on a budget.

Update: Thanks to Dr. Andrew we finally had a pregnancy that resulted in a live birth. Were so thankful for Dr. Andrew and his staff.My wife and I live in Denver, CO and we found Dr. Andrew while researching low-cost IVF options. We did our consultation over the phone and had our reproductive endocrinologist from Denver fax our records. Rather than jumping directly to IVF, Dr. Andrew suggested we try some injections first. He could have easily told us to do IVF and we certainly would have, so I very much admire the fact that he suggested a lower cost option first. Our doctor here in Denver told us IVF was our ONLY option.After around 90 days of therapy, we conceived naturally! Sadly, this did not result in a live birth, but this is farther than weve ever made it and cant thank Dr. Andrew enough. Hes a miracle worker.Dr. Andrews IVF coordinator, Shontae, spent tons of time on the phone with us answering all of our questions. They were always available and coordinated with the OBGYN here in Denver to transmit medical records. Wee been to several RE and OBGYNs and East Bay is by far the best weve encountered.I cant recommend Dr. Andrew enough. We will continue to work with East Bay Fertility and really wish we had found them sooner, before spending thousands upon thousands of dollars with our RE here in Denver.

I have been seeing Dr Andrews for 2 years for HRT. I was recommended to him by a friend of mine. There are several doctors in my area that I could see for HRT seeings how I live about 40miles from his office. Dr Andrews and his staff are very compassionate and efficient. I would highly recommend this office!!! HRT has truly changed my life!

Going to see Dr. Andrew was the best decision Ive ever made! I am so glad I found him! Infertility can be hard and having a doctor that really cares makes all the difference. He is one of the best in the field and I was not suprised to find that he has the highest sucesss rates in all of Utah for in-vitro!! My experience with Dr. Andrew is incredible as I travel 9 hours every four months to see him. I feel cared about and valued as a person, rather than a patient. He listens to my concerns and finds solutions to issues that I had suffering with for years before. I was not able to sleep through the night for years and had been to doctors that had not been able to help. When I went to Dr. Andrew, he quickly identified an imbalance in my hormones and was able to correct it. I am now sleeping through the night. There are many symptoms that I was dealing with, but all have improved because of this doctor that took time to listen, care, and apply his experience, with me.

I couldnt be happier with our experience at Eastbay fertility. After a series of miscarriages my husband and I continued to try to conceive for over a year with no luck. We began going to a fertility doctor who did all the testing and assured us everything looked normal but still offered us fertility treatments; obviously we jumped on bored because we really wanted a baby and we figured it couldnt hurt. After six months and thousands of dollars we were exhausted and frustrated; thats when we decided to see Doctor Andrews. On the very first visit he immediately saw issues our previous doctor overlooked or just hadnt thought of, and he had several ideas of what could be causing them. Instead of throwing medications at us he wanted to see if changes to my diet would help my body cooperate on its own. Three weeks later and I got a positive pregnancy test! I was just so so so grateful he didnt just act like I was fine, he agreed with us that something was definitely up, and he was willing to try different avenues to help us reach our goal. Thank you thank you!

I am so grateful for Dr. Andrew. He helped me from day one. Im a 40 year old man and he helped me go from feeling like a 75 year old to feeling like Im in my 20s again. I have been undergoing testosterone replacement pellet therapy and my whole body composition has changed with significant muscle increase (I also started weight bearing and aerobic exercise), better mood, mental clarity, and decreased anxiety. I actually have the desire to be active again.He is skilled with pellet insertion (dont go to someone who has only placed a few pellets and just finished a 3 day course). He has placed thousands of pellets.His prices are fair and his office is well run. East Bay Fertility isnt just for women.

Highly disappointed in the service we received with East Bay Fertility Center. I wont even go into the history of Dr. Andrews (google him) because it wasnt anything I was made aware of until after my failed IVF. Had I known his history, I would have never used him. Just goes to show to research and consult with your doctors before using them (I learned that lesson the hard way). I can only go off the medical experience... Without going into all the crazy details, Dr. Andrews did hormone therapy on me months before my IVF claiming it would balance me nicely before the cycle. It didnt. It made my cycles worse. In fact, I didnt have a normal cycle until long after the failed IVF. After my IVF failed, I had to ask for the doctor to follow up with me (instead of them proactively checking my hormone levels, how I was doing, etc). During the phone call - follow up, he admitted that my hormones werent monitored well and that theyd do a better job of watching them if I decided to do an IVF through them again. The bedside manner during my embryo transfer was atrocious (very insensitive). At first I really liked the staff, they were kind and lighthearted but when I called the staff to describe some of my concerns with my failed treatment (along with some of the questionable things I had read about the doctor), the IVF coordinator turned on me, got very upset, and yelled, Who have you been talking to?! That confused me because at that point, I had not discussed my concerns with anyone. But it made me wonder... who else has had issues? After that, I did more digging and found that Dr. Andrews is just a family doctor (D.O.) specializing in fertility (without the official SART certification). East Bay does have lower costs, but for me, it was a waste of money (and not even because I didnt get pregnant, but because I wasnt monitored well and my manipulated off-the-chart hormones would have never sustained a pregnancy). I know many people have had success through them, and to those people, I honestly and truly give my warmest, heartfelt congratulations. I just caution to everyone starting in the infertility world to research ALL the options in Salt Lake before making a decision. Good luck to you all!

Dr. Andrews saw me and my husband and told me I have PCOS and endometriosis and was not ovulating. He also told my husband he does not have a varicocele after we pointed it out to him and just said he has a gimp ball. We got second opinions, and I do NOT have PCOS and I AM ovulating and my husband DOES have a varicocele, which requires surgery. This is a huge deal because it will help my husband with chronic fatigue and headaches AND will help with fertility problems in the future. Im glad we got second opinions. Our current doctor also told us the supplements Dr. Andrews gave us arent regulated and dont have any data to back up using them. Not happy we wasted the money to go to Dr. Andrews - who billed us on the spot without even asking about insurance might I add.

I went to East Bay for menopause related hormone pellets. The staff was incredibly friendly.I was given a consult on the pros and cons of the hormone pellet. I was told the only con would be a possible reaction/infection at the injection sight.I was not told there can be terrible side effects of this pellet, with the accompanied hormone RX.Within 72 hours I was overtired, sluggish, rapid weight gain, extreme mood swings, sleeplessness, bloating.I would make sure you are award of all the side effects going into this procedure, not all results are favorable.

Biggest waste of time and money! We always left in tears and feeling worse off because the doctor wasnt personable and helpful whatsoever. He only offered us IVF and we thought there was no other way. We decided to get a second opinion at the fertility center in P.G. and after one treatment of IUI, Were Now Pregnant! they even took our insurance for some of the treatment where east bay wouldnt! We spent the same amount at east bay for consults as we did our whole IUI process!! Save yourself the headache/heartache/money and go elsewhere!!

We love this clinic! Dr. Andrew is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They have given us all three of our children and we are in the process of another attempt! Can’t say enough about them.

I am lucky that I read some of the reviews in time to cancel my consult with this fertility center. I chose them because theyre inexpensive, but in my opinion, there is no price on feeling emotionally and physically safe, especially during a big event like IVF. I highly recommend you google Larry G. Andrews to educate yourself on his criminal charges before deciding whether this clinic is for you.

The staff is great, everyone was so polite! You get asked a lot of personal/awkward questions and it was like chatting with friends. I didnt feel uncomfortable once. Every time Ive called with questions I have gotten a call back the same day.

We have loved our experience so far!! We feel like we are receiving the best help the staff is great and super funny. Who doesnt need a good laugh in the doctors office :) I wish I would have never gone anywhere but here because they have blown anything else out of the water.

They have done so much for my health. I was struggling with low testosterone and he fixed it and I feel so much better and more motivated.

Dr. Andrews is very knowledgeable and handled our infertility concerns with compassion. Even my husband felt like all his concerns were addressed!
