I tried for over 3 years to ‘do menopause’ on my own with supplements and other vitamins/regimes.Then I caved and scheduled an appointment at East Bay. I soon realized that I wasn’t ‘caving’, I was in such need of help.Blood tests revealed that I would have never gotten myself back on track on my own. Our bodies are so intricate and hormones are so complicated that getting this type of help is the only way to go. I’ve had my bioidentical pellets and oral progesterone for a week now and, even though I’m not back to my normal self YET, I can feel my body start to relax.It’s only going to get better from here.The treatment I received from everyone has been only kindness and empathy.I’m thrilled to be a patient here.

Annie is a wonderful receptionist! She welcomes you and makes sure everything is in order. Erin always has a smile on her face and makes everyone feel so welcome and comfortable. She listens very well and if she doesn’t know the answer, she finds out the answer and also makes sure Doctor Andrew is up to date with any new information. Doctor Andrew is professional and never rushed. He takes great care of his patients and is respectful. Answers any additional questions and does great in his field of work!

I’ve had a great experience at East Bay Fertility. The front staff is so kind. My only complaint is that every time I’ve gone I’ve seen a different doctor and they don’t know my treatment plan until I explain it or they take a few minutes during our visit to review my chart. There have also been times where I’ve had to call to follow up on things because it seemed a lab didn’t get ordered, or medication wasn’t sent.

I have been a hormone replacement patient at East Bay for nearly three years. Ive received excellent care from the entire staff, prompt follow-up on blood work, and little to no wait time when arriving for my appointments. Dr. Andrew and Holly give as much time as needed, making you feel like youre their only patient! They are very knowledgeable, sincere, and communicative. The facility and exam rooms are clean and everyone genuinely seems happy to be at work. I would highly recommend East Bay.

I have had a good experience at Eastbay. I am trying the BHRT and it seems to be helping. They were very nice and very helpful and informative. I saw Nurse Holly and really like her. She was professional, understanding and very helpful in my situation. Only two suggestions/complaints is #1 they refer you to Labcorp to do labs, which is a pain. #2 insurance is not applicable in their office so my visits have been all out of pocket. Aside from those two small quarks, they have been great! Go see them!

I have been going to East Bay Fertility Clinic for a couple years now. They are really great to work with. They are very reasonably priced and scheduling an appointment is very simple and easy. Their staff is very professional and the doctors are very good at what they do. I recommend them all the time.

East Bay was really great to work with and their staff was very helpful and friendly . I had got a testosterone test a couple years ago from my primary doctor and I did some supplements/lifestyle things on my own after that but never got a follow up or any significant treatment options: suggestions so I was really appreciative in this case to get the follow up To get an in depth analysis of my blood work and review on everything Regarding treatment plans, etc.The miracle assistant, and Doctor (Holly Lovell) seem to genuinely care and I felt very encouraged by the treatment options available and confident in their ability to help As most likely, I will be doing the pellets or injection, but they were good About reviewing lifestyle/supplements (and possibly medication?) options But they weren’t pushy at all. The only thing I feel that kept it from the five star is, I had some questions on a family medical condition and my migraines and could have reviewed that more as the latter is my main current concern , But they otherwise did a excellent job of reviewing everything in depth as it seems as though the low-t/migraine symptoms are very similar. I would highly recommend this clinic !

Had a good experience with this clinic. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions without feeling rushed. I also appreciate that they recognize the need for HRT not just based on numbers but on symptoms unlike family practice Drs or even most gynecologists. I got the HRT pellets and it was an easy insert and experience.They also have a nurse/aid who gives you her direct number and you can call or text her anytime you have questions which is really helpful service.

Eastbay is the best! Every single doctor I went to before them just told me to take bloating pills because I was having major issues with my stomach. Eastbay helped me through everything and tested me for things that I rarely would have but turned out I was diagnosed with a lot more than I ever thought and they have helped me through out my journey and are super nice and supportive!

I have been going to Dr Andrew for 3 years. He has always been very thorough and kind. He orders bloodwork and he goes through all of them with you. He gives you the whole picture of what’s going on in your body. He is not in a hurry and answers all your questions. His staff is very helpful and kind. His hormone therapy has helped me out so much. I will go to him as long as I can. The only draw back is that insurance doesn’t cover his services.

Dr. Andrew and his staff have been amazing through everything I have needed him for. They helped me conceive twice and I have more children because of them. They have helped me figure out what was wrong with my body hormonally and helped to correct it. Its obvious that everyone at East Bay works together as a team. They also have your best interest at heart. Their knowledge, experience, and care have made a difference for me and my hormonal health. My health has improved significantly -less hot flashes and night sweats, slowed weight gain, and much better sleep.

This is probably the worst place I have ever been. While everyone is kind, kindness does NOT equal professionalism. They never call in prescriptions when they say they will, and it takes at least three phone calls for them to remember. They never call back to discuss bloodwork. I always had to call them and ask about my results, and then they were put out that they had to have a conversation with me. They had my bloodwork for 6 weeks, and they didn’t call me until the day of my appointment to tell me something was wrong and I couldn’t proceed. I’m sorry—you’ve had six weeks to tell me that we needed to change a prescription, and you wait until NOW? And they weren’t even calling to talk to me about it. They were calling to CANCEL. Well, thanks for the help. I’m never going back. My only conclusion is that they don’t know what they are doing.

Great clinic to work with. Been dealing with some negative physical and mental things for years and these guys got me sorted and I feel 10 years younger! Wish I would have come to see these guys years ago.

Ive been getting the bioidentical hormone pellets for a year or more now and I feel amazing! They do a great job with them and its pretty quick and painless. Ive also lost about 65lbs over the last couple of years and Ive used semaglutide but I also workout and eat healthier but since I have the testosterone pellet, Ive been able to maintain and even build more muscle, which is very rare for that much weight loss, so that has been an added bonus. I also believe they are the cheapest place to get the pellets in Utah county.

After they ran my blood work and looked at my levels, I started hormone treatments. I haven’t felt this good in years! I did an at home hormone test because I suspected my hormones were off due to extreme fatigue and other symptoms. I was able to bring my results into the office where Dr. Jennifer Davidson was able to go through my results with me. She went through each hormone and told me what levels they were supposed to be at and helped me understand how low my hormones were and confirmed my adrenal fatigue. She answered my questions and concerns and helped me understand my options for HRT. She made sure to look at the big picture to make sure I’m getting the proper treatment. I felt very comfortable and looked after by all of the staff. The receptionist I scheduled with was so kind, and the nurse/assistant (Stephanie I believe is her name) was so sweet. I will be starting my treatment soon and look forward to the results. I would highly recommend coming here for any hormone concerns if you are tired of or afraid of being dismissed.

I have had too many great experiences to write them all but a few of them are that Dr. Andrew saved my last baby by giving me progesterone before I even got the bloodwork back that told me I needed it.In another pregnancy he caught that I had a hematoma and put me on bed rest so I wouldn’t lose my baby and my obgyn didn’t even find it.Dr. Andrew also discovered a gene mutation I had and also helped me with anxiety and other issues by giving me the hormone pellets. I can recommend East Bay Hormone Therapy Center with no reservations. I saw Holly and Jennifer for a consultation about using semaglutide as an aid in reducing weight. I found they explained the advantages and potential issues associated with semaglutide. They detailed the labs that would be monitored, as well as the meaning of the lab results. They explained this all in terms I could understand. I felt comfortable asking questions, and their answers responded to my concerns and gave me a good understanding of what I might expect. My husband and I have been HRT patients for three years at East Bay. It seems that the patients who see Dr Andrew rate the clinic high. We have never seen him except the first brief meeting, and the provider has been Practioner nurses. The one who counseled us recently obviously did not have much knowledge about HRT. When my cortisol level was very low, she said “go get mental counseling.” It would make sense if the cortisol level is high, but if it is very low, it is not caused by stress. I had very high estragiol and that would have caused a low level of cortisol. I lost trust in this staff member. When paying this much money, I need to be able to trust the provider, but I cannot trust them. Dr Andrew, I think you need to educate your staff members better. We will switch back our HRT provider to the one in SLC we were seeing before.

Discovering East Bay Hormone and Fertility has completely changed my life! I had a hysterectomy 21 years ago at the age of 35. I haven’t taken any hormones or even had my levels checked. My doctor would prescribe only synthetic hormones but warned me that it could cause my endometriosis to come back. I was also aware of the cancer risks with synthetic hormones. I ran into a friend that works at East Bay Hormone and Fertility. She told me about her work there. I told her about my situation and she recommended a book to me. I have never done this before but the reviews were all good so I would try it. Even though they dont except insurance its still affordable. The procedure was simple and painless. I just started going to east Bay Fertility and hormones for hormone replacement. They have been great to work with and have answered all the questions I have had.

Please be careful with this doctor. I went in hoping to find relief from fatigue/PMS and came out with a prescription for testosterone cream. I later found out I was given an insanely high (8 times what should have been prescribed) dose, which, based on my lab results, it turns out I didnt even need. Testosterone was not on my radar before my appointment, but I trusted Dr. Andrew completely. I was not informed of the risks of hormone therapy/testosterone, nor of the many risks of discontinuing hormone therapy. I experienced many negative effects from using the cream after a few weeks, so I discontinued. As a result, I experienced the most terrible side effecs imagineable that have taken months and thousands of dollars to correct. And after almost a year, I still dont feel like myself.

I have been going to East Bay fertility for hormone replacement for over 2 years. When Menopause started I was miserable with hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia and all the fun things that come with menopause. Once Dr ANDREWS ran a blood panel and found how drastically imbalanced my hormones were, he put in some natural hormone pellets as well as prescribing a few other medications to help me balance. Within a week I felt normal again with energy as well as no more menopause symptoms!!

The staff is extremely friendly and I love how easy and quickly I can get in for an appointment.

I have been seeing Dr. Andrew for 16+ years, for infertility (I have 4 children thanks to him and his staff), and now see him for HRT. He’s the best.

Dr. Andrews is awesome!I am so grateful that he is thorough in his testing to help me achieve optimal health.I had my annual blood labs done to make sure my hormone levels were ok, but It detected my levels were off in a way that needed further testing. This led to the discovery of a cancerous tumor that was in the early stages!We were able to find it quickly and have it removed before it spread.I never would have found it without the tests that Dr. Andrews had done.I am so grateful for him and his wonderful staff!
