I just went in for my Labs this morning, Mrs. Alyssa did my blood work! She was so gentle and sweet! Quick and Efficient! I don’t like getting my blood drawn and she made it a very easy experience. Also, the other lady working with her in the office was also very welcoming and helpful! 5 stars all around! 🩷

I cannot express enough gratefulness for Tabby & Alyssa they are excellent at what they do. They were so understanding that I am petrified of needles and blood work. I had to do it twice in less than 48 hours due to the doctor’s office messing up the order. I was literally crying and they calmed me down. Tabby offered me a warm compress a snack and something to drink to make sure I was well enough to leave. I’ve never felt so cared for by anyone just doing their job. Thank you so much! Professional, fast, efficient! I went to AnyLabs for some labs my dermatologist ordered. After dealing with two other labs in town, I did not have high hopes of ever finding a pleasant lab experience. I ran to AnyLabs Thursday 12/28/2023 over my lunch break. They had me in and out in under 15 minutes! I even had time to eat my lunch before returning to work. Paying for convenience and professionalism is something I will take any day over dealing with insurance companies, and overworked, unprofessional and rude lab employees. The tech that performed my labs was very kind and courteous. I can’t recall her name but I hope she receives due credit for her fantastic work!

We had such a great experience this morning at the lab. Janet and Tela were just amazing with my son who needed lab work. Tela was gentle and patient while Janet engaged in conversation to help lower my sons anxiety during the blood draw. These ladies made us feel at ease and were so kind and professional! My son said Tela was the best at drawing blood. Would definitely recommend!

This place has amazing customer service! I visited for my Sneak Peek Gender Testing. Both times I came, they were incredible. Extremely knowledgeable and beautiful smiling faces! I had such a good experience at your location. Megan, technician extraordinaire help me navigate through a unique and challenging situation. I needed to be finger printed for a background check being used in a different state. So the process was difficult and Megan continued to be patient, professional and understanding through it all. Megan is an outstanding asset to Lab Corp.

I made an appointment the last minute and they fit me in. I’m super nervous and anxious around needles, but Brooke was so sweet and talked me through it. A lot of people get annoyed with my fear, but Brooke was patient and made me feel super comfortable.

10/10 recommend if you need a rapid test for travel. I opted to pay for the 3hr rapid PCR test and got my results well within that time frame. I’m sure there are lots of variables in play, but in my case it worked out.Highly recommend just paying for this test up front if you need results within a very tight window (I had to have a PCR test results within 72hrs of travel). Staff was very professional and easy to talk to over the phone.

10/10 would recommend to anyone. i didn’t catch the name of the nurse i had the pleasure of working with, but she was running the whole place due to a wedding and was doing an AMAZING job at it. i will absolutely be back here for any testing needs i have!

Last year I needed a PCR Covid test for an international trip but was unable to locate a place who could give me confirmation that I would get the results on time before my flight. Very friendly did excellent work. Was able to get in and do everything I needed in reasonable time with very nice friendly people. When I had blood drawn I barely felt it. Very nice experience.

Had to get a Covid PCR test for overseas travel. Host nation required test be within 48 hours of arrival. I went to any lab and got my results in 3 hours! Staff was polite, professional and safe. Facility was clean and well organized. Was an excellent experience.

I went in last week for some blood work on food intolerance. I’ve done a lot of research on tests you can do online and how ineffective they were, so I ended up here.Everyone that was in the office was super sweet. They went over all the different packages they had, gave me their opinions, pricing, and took their time to make sure I understood everything.I’m like a kid waiting for Christmas waiting on my results. (Which only take a week.)Keep up the great work.

Ive seen this business for years but had never been in. I needed FDLE fingerprints. The office is clean and way more professional than most other lab test places or walk in clinics. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Megan hrlped me and she was awesome. 5 stars for an unexpectedly great experience!

The space was clean and fast. My nurse or Lab tech was very friendly and helpful. Love that you can go in and get your blood work without having to go to a doctor and ask for lab work. You can walk right in and your finished within 10 mins.

As an incoming student for the registered nursing program at Pensacola State College, I found myself needing several vaccinations and such. I chose to visit Any Lab Test Now in Pensacola and was very pleasantly surprised.Prior to heading to Any Lab Test Now , I called in advance to inquire about what I could potentially need, Jermaine answered the phone was very patient, thorough with explanations and polite.Both the service as well as the customer service exceeded my expectations. Megan is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to , Jermaine is bubbly, very kind, and in this instance most importantly- very good with a needle. I had to have blood drawn for her titers and a PPD skin test, virtually Painless on both fronts, no bruising the next day. Furthermore, both times I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I cannot recommend any lab test now enough, or Jermaine and Megan . I will be using them for any such services in the future

I went in for a tb test on Friday at 2:45. I was told to come back on Monday after 2:45 or Tuesday before 2:45, I came back Tuesday Morning at 8:30 and was told by another employee that I would have had to be back by Monday before 2:45 & that I would have to repay for a new test! Very unprofessional, lack of knowledge to know that someone is paying money and you’re not giving out correct information! No one apologized or took responsibility for giving the wrong information. I was rushed at the counter, and the employee was taking in other customers information (Id & lab sheets) while she was supposed to be helping me (hippa violation) I would not recommend this place!

Lovely ladies, there had great compassion and distraction abilities and made my blood test as smooth as it can possibly go.

Always get our labs here. Very convenient and efficient. Meghan is very knowledgable and helpful always makes us feel like old friends when we walk through the door. Always a good experience.

We needed covid testing for travel requirements. Being from out of country and trying to get to talk to someone was a challenge. I was able to talk to someone personally to ask my questions and get specific answers that was what I appreciated. Open Saturday and results were to us promptly…booked an appointment and AnyLab was behind 1/2 hour because only one great lab tech working. That was ok it got done!

I’m very pleased with this facility!!! I have rheumatoid arthritis. Since I have been getting a weekly B12 injection I have had very much improvement.Simple process, helpful and courteous staff!!!

Well, I called and was able to be seen within 45 minutes. The testing that I asked for was handled quickly, and the needle used to draw my blood wasnt even felt! I greatly appreciate your service!

Made appointment for fingerprinting at an early morning time (08:15am); arrived only to be told that I shouldnt have made an appointment at that time because they dont perform fingerprinting services until around 10am (this is not mentioned while making appointment online). Also turns out price $20 more than elsewhere in town, so needless to say, didnt wait around and will go have services completed elsewhere.

Quick and easy! Just a little prick, it didn’t hurt at all like a lot of times when I’ve gotten blood drawn 🙂

Would not recommend at all! After scheduling an appt I was told that I would not be able to get finger printed because they do not finger print passed 4:00 and I had an email confirmation of my appt time of 4:30. Apparently that time block should have been blocked from booking. However its terrible customer service to send someone away due to a system mix up that was the companys issue. Considering that the site didnt close for another hour, good customer service would have been finger printing me since it was their fluke! I will take my business and money else where!!

Great place ! Had a DNA test done. No appointment. Just walked in and got the cheek swab done. Got the results back in 3 days. Excellent Customer service as well!

Needed Livescan fingerprint for license application. Able to get same-day appointment (told thats not always the case), and Jermaine handled entire process Very professionally, efficiently, and most of all Pleasantly. Highly recommended!

This is a shady testing center not worth going to for anything at any time. I went here to get some fingerprinting done for a license. The ladies doing them were unsure of how to submiy the fingerprints and expressed that they were unsure while I was there. I didnt think anything of it. I figured Id get in and out. Easy. Fast forward to 3 weeks. I find out that they arent licensed by the appropriate agency/department and my fingerprints were never accepted or submitted, according to the letter I received. Do not go here. Ever.

My fingerprints were found after the 3rd attempt contacting the board of nursing. I had them taken on the 27th at this location but they were not submitted until the 30th (so I changed the stars to 3 from 1). It appeared it wasnt this offices fault. I still felt the customer service and privacy was lacking. The owner took the time to reach out which meant she cared; however, I would rather avoid the headache of what I went through as a customer and will not be using this facility again.

I was required to have a drug screening, tb test, and proof of immunizations. I called Any Lab Test Now on a Wednesday afternoon, scheduled an appointment to occur later in the day and was in and out within 15 minutes of my scheduled time with all tests completed. Results for some of the tests were in my inbox by the time I got home; the remaining results were all available within 48 hours. Very quick, very courteous, very professional.

This place is the best. The staff is very nice and helpful. I may only come once or twice a year, but they are the best place around for bloodwork, B12 shots, you name it.

Not the most professional of services: no info about how to get a doctors certificate, name spelt wrong on the result, all info in lower case. All quite expensive, get a free test from a proper medical institution if you can. As we were travelling on a Sunday this was our only option.

So happy I found Any Lab Test! Extremely professional, knowledgeable & fast! The results are eye-opening and I will continue to go annually.

Well I called prior to going and the person says we stop testing at 5:30 so if you come after 5 it may be hectic and you may not be able to be tested if there’s to many people. Ok fine no problem I say! Get there and NOPE, we stop testing at 4 and I don’t know why they would tell you that! But I can come back from 9-12. Oh well so is that 10-11 or exactly how should I translate that! UghReally they should’ve taken my urine being how SOMEONE IS THERE NOW! But NO the customer always get screwed! Oh and I had to give a one star just to say what I wanted to say but it would be zero

My wife came here to get fingerprints for her endorsement licence for RN. They accepted her as walk-in, but the following day we received notice that her application had been denied by the Florida board of nursing. After several phone calls we learned that when taking her finger prints they submitted the wrong ORI number leading to her application being denied. And that there was a typographical error by Lab Test Now. To resubmit we had to pay an additional 100 dollars even though the error was the fault of uncaring employees. We will never use this company again, and recommend anyone else steer clear.

Horribly rude staff. Treated my husband like a criminal for a pre employment drug test. Receptionist did not greet him in any way, just threw the paperwork at him. I wouldnt return here ever.

I had testing done at the end of July at DaphineAL, I had to have further testing done on August 1, 2019 a whole month has almost went by and I contacted Gena on 8/19/2019 she stated she would call me back I never received a call back I waited I called back at 8/21/2019 and spoke to Jermaine and Megan, Jermaine was very helpful at assisting me, I dont understand why it took Gena so long at calling me back
