After having a miscarriage in both 2022 and 2023, my OBGYN gave me a referral to see Dr. Koulianos at this clinic at the end of 2023. My husband and I met with Dr. K to discuss what was needed before treatment could begin. We both immediately were enthralled with how kind and attentive Dr. K was. He took the time to ask questions and listen to us. The office staff was always kind as well. After I got all of the needed tests/screenings done, we were able to start with Dr. K’s recommended treatment. After just one cycle of us using his recommendations (trigger shot + medication) we got pregnant with our baby girl. The clinic closely monitored her progress all throughout the first trimester, which helped ease our nerves through the process. I know for a fact that we would not have our baby (born July 2024!) without The Center for Reproductive Medicine. I am forever grateful for them!

This was a very frustrating experience. I had a VA referral. I received 5 emails and 4text messages within 6 weeks reminding me of my appointment, asking me to text YES to confirm appointmentsWhen I arrived at my scheduled appointment time (after driving 1.5 hours, giving up a day of work and hiring a sitter) I was told my appointment was canceled because I didn’t fill out my paperwork in time. Thing is, I did fill out my paperwork when asked the only time through email. I even followed their link within the email. The very flippant woman at the desk claimed they input my phone number in their system wrong so voicemails did not come to me. This was THEIR mistake. They refused to honor my appointment. This was a heartbreaking experience for me because for personal reasons I had one shot at this. So now, my hopes have been shattered due to their negligence.I would absolutely it recommend anyone to go to this uncaring, unprofessional doctors office. This was by far my very worst experience with medical appointments.

My care at CRM has been exceptional! This vulnerable time has been made so much easier by caring staff and the care that they show to you as an individual. I’ve been to both Pensacola and Mobile offices, with Pensacola being my primary office. Dr Inge has been exceptional at taking steps to diagnosing the cause of my infertility as well as advancing treatment. Debbie and Leigh in the Pensacola office have been THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! They’ve been my go to girls through this whole process and I can’t thank them enough for their care. Kelly, based out of the Mobile office, has been the phone nurse I communicate most with. She has also showed exceptional care, always listening to and addressing my concerns.I can’t say enough good things about this group as a whole, and I would recommend them to anyone going through this difficult situation.

Im extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness & attentiveness of this clinic. After my initial appointment with the physician, I was informed I would receive a call within a few days. Unfortunately, after several weeks, multiple phone calls and messages, I have not received a call or any follow-up. I understand that perhaps the clinic may be experiencing an influx of patients, with perhaps limited support, however I believe its unreasonable to not respond to patient inquiries, particularly when a patient has made several attempts to contact someone within the span of several weeks. The fertility process is a very personal, vulnerable, and humble journey. It takes a lot of courage to seek support, a lot of time to fill out paper work, and physical and emotional effort to complete preliminary tests. I was very hopeful & excited about this clinic as there are only two near my current home and to experience the lack of follow-up that I have at this clinic is very upsetting and disappointing. So now, my husband and I have to explore other options which again is very limited. However, Im prayerful that the Lord will bless us inspite of this adverse experience.

I was using this clinic as a distant clinic doing monitoring for me while I was getting eggs frozen in a New York clinic. The person doing my ultrasound said “do you have a left ovary?” I could not believe it . How can she not find my ovary? All the other doctors can. I thought this is absurd and was thinking to myself how is she qualified to count my follicles if she can’t even locate one of my ovaries . Ok I asked th center to book my next appointment in their other location maybe they will do a better job. Then comes the part that I am really upset about. They sent me a form to fill out and I did and sent it back with my credit card info. They said only after I return that to them can I start treatment . She received it and said everything was good and scheduled me in. Then after finishing mt second appointment several days after the first one they supposedly sent an email to my New York clinic saying I had a huge balance that I refused to pay. They made me look terrible in front of another clinic , by making me look like someone who doesn’t pay bills. My credit score is excellent and I never ever in my life not paid any bills . They said they sent and email to me saying that on that original form that I filed out I forgot to put the three digit security code . That is VERY different than someone not paying their balance . I had assumed since I never heard anything after the first ultrasound and blood work that they were withdrawing money from my debit card and no problem. When I called to complain that they ar wrong for fist saying I didn’t pay the balance ( I paid within a week of the email which was less than a week after my second appointment), they got upset because I told them how this was wrong to assume . Then they told me they can’t see me anymore half way through my treatment with the New York clinic . They refused to continue my outside monitoring and said I was rude . I was never ever rude . I am a mental health counselor and I was raised by very educated family. This was a lie and my boyfriend was right there next to me. They lied because they new they were violating my privacy by telling another clinic wrongly that I didn’t pay my balance . Btw as soon as I saw and understood that they needed the three digit code I sent it right away. They assumed Maybe because I’m Brazilian and they stereotyped me that I don’t pay bills , that is the only reason I can think of . I have never in my entire life experience this type of treatment from any business . They were scared because they made a mistake twice . I really do not recommend this clinic to anyome . The two lady’s that schedule the appointments never apologized to o me instead they made me look like the bad person. I feel I was basically discriminated for being poor (which I am not simply because I am from Brazil . They assumed and acted on that assumption and did it within a week after telling me that the only thing needed was the three digit code which I had absolutely no idea that this is the reason. Be careful, these patterns of hatred and lie are not good. The behavior at that office is suppressive to say the least. Imagine if I didn’t find another clinc to continue outside monitoring (I had to go to Orlando which was 7 hours aways and spend two weeks on hotels simply because they discriminated me and then lied and said I was rude to cover up. Again, I make plenty of money and NEVER missed one bill in my life and I highly value my credit score . I also read online about a case which they had to fight in court . Which is something I thought would match their irresponsible behavior .

The satellite office in Pensacola has a limited amount of staff and the appointment slots due to blood having to be transported to Mobile. Typically blood results to my ‘home’ clinic are late because of the long turnaround time. Most of all, expect to be seen 30 minutes or so later than scheduled appointment. They schedule several people at once and at 15 minute intervals. Most patients have jobs and a schedule they have to adhere to. If getting everyone in to meet blood pickup, then they should a. open earlier and b. have a front office designated person not the lab or sonogram person checking patients in/out in between seeing patients.

I never got the chance to personally meet anyone at the Mobile location but spoke with nurse Diane multiple times while attending the Pensacola location. Diane is phenomenal! All the ladies (along with Dr. K) show constant compassion and patience with all the questions the come up. I highly recommend this facility to anyone on the fertility journey! My husband and I are now pregnant and it’s bittersweet that we won’t see them anymore :)

So far my experience has been very well. Dr Inge was very kind, took his time and went through everything well. Anytime I call and have a nurse question they call back by the end of the day which as a nurse myself I appreciate so much. Thanks for all you guys do!

They never pick up the phone or call back. 3h to 4h hours lunch time. Insurance will bounce all the claims because they run the office under the Alabama license. All the claims will he declined with “out of state physician” even you went to a Florida medical facility. How crazy is that?

Dr K is great. Office staff sucks. Terrible communication between the staff as well as with us the patients. Getting burnt out dealing with them. Been working with them over a year and we are no closer to having children than when we started.

8 years of fertility treatments with different doctors and no one could understand why I couldn’t get pregnant. Came to Dr Inge and he told me he was 99% sure he could get me pregnant. 1 round of IVF with Dr Inge and staff and I’m currently 9 weeks pregnant. All the other drs told me to give up and adopt. Their office does things the correct way, no shortcuts and does their absolute best to ensure your dream comes true. Recommended their office to a friend after having a similar experience and she too now is expecting.

I used the option to request an appointment on their website. Filled the form out and got email that they would contact me within 3 days. Well 3 weeks later and several phone calls and voicemails later.. Still no call back or email.. Not sure what kind of business is happening here.. Just incredibly upset to put it politely..

Over all the Doctors are the best out there. My only problem is the horrible communication and trying to get ahold of them. Getting a live person on the phone or a timely call back is dubious at best. Everything seems rushed and deciding treatment at the last minute.

Very rude over the phone. Long phone return times. Little information and overall unhelpful. Sounded like they are more interested in money than the patients.
