Coyle Institute

I pay for my office visit up front and every visit. Out of the blue, I get a bill for a new amount. I paid it. I went in for a follow up visit, I was told I had an outstanding balance along with the amount due that day. I paid them both and asked was that all I needed to pay because I didn’t want anything hanging over my head. I was told that was all which took place was last week. Now I received an another outstanding bill for a past visit several months ago that was already paid. I called the office and the receptionist told me my chart was recently updated with the added charges. I asked to speak with the office manager, she is not available and can’t no one answer me why I am getting these “added new charges” on visits that I already paid for.

Excellent doctor, very caring, helped me and got me fixed back to normal. Had a Bad Doctor before him that messed me up I cant thank him enough. Also all his staff were excellent and very nice. Doctor Coyle is wonderful and explain everything five stars for sure

Ive had surgery for a while now and whatever doctor coyle did it didnt work Im back to square one again...The whole staff was nice but the blonde at the front desk is a real piece of work she doesnt even know you she gives you attitude.I LIKE TO CALL PRIOR TO COMING TO MY APPOINTMENT TO VERIFY I STILL HAVE IT, IN TODAYS WORLD YOU COULD NEVER TELL IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT OR THEY CANCELED IT OR WHATEVER...AND OF COURSE MISS PERSONALITY SAID NO APT. DR COYLE DOESNT TAKE YOUR INSURANCE ANYMORE...WHATEVER HE DID OR DIDNT DO IT DIDNT WORK AND EVERYTHINGS FALLING OUT AGAIN....So now I have to go back to another doctor and have a hysterectomy......🤷🏻3-14-2024

100% recommend Dr. Coyle and his staff ! He has 100% changed my life by fixing my incontinence issues! His bedside manner and the care and attention he gives his patients is incredible! Im so thankful for the Coyle Institute!

Absolutely amazing experience. Beautiful office, easy location to get to, clean facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything moved quickly but not in a rushed way. The consultation was great, informative, and made me feel great knowing I was leaving and a plan was in place. I was lucky enough that someone had cancel their day and was in surgery the following week. All worked out. Thank you to the staff at Coyle Institute!!!!

It may sometimes be painful to get womens health care but they do their best to ease your mind and your body as much as possible. The level of care you will receive from this doctors office is one that every facility should strive to reach. Theyve taken VERY good care of my female problems and I will continue to have any female procedures I need in the future through Dr. Brankin and Dr. Coyle only. I am so happy my mother recommended I call them!!! They got me in right away and within weeks Ive had life changing procedures done to help me live a normal life and I could NOT have been in better hands!!!! Thank you so much to the Coyle Institute!! I VERY HIGHLY recommend this facility for all of your womans health care needs!!!

My experience at The Coyle Institute was absolutely amazing! Dr.Coyle is the best! The staff was very professional and friendly to me. It is also a very clean facility.I was diagnosed with LS a few years ago. I set up an appointment for THE TULIP procedure and Im 2 months healed. The results are absolutely amazing! Im off of ALL of my ointments, and experiencing no pain or inflammation. I would recommend the Tulip procedure to help anybody with LS.

My experience with Dr. Coyle and the Coyle Institute was awesome. I have nothing but good things to say as it relates to the staff and Dr. Coyle. He was friendly, kind, and concerned during all aspects of my treatment. He did not force me into any one kind of treatment. He explained all of the options I had available and allowed my husband to attend via FaceTime. His notes were made avialable to me via the patient portal and he was very meticulous. During my surgery Dr. Coyle went above and beyond by removing additional scar tissue that had plagued me for over 10 years. I recommend Dr. Coyle to any woman who is experiencing pelvic floor dysfunctions of any sort. He is truly a dedicated professional in the field of Urogynecology. Basically, he knows his stuff.Update : It’s been 4 years since I had my procedure and I’ve had zero issues . During these last 4 years if I did have any questions all I had to do was simple pick up the phone and call or send a message through the patient portal. I will be forever thankful for all Coyle Institute did for me.

Minnie who is the only one I was able to talk to at the Coyle Institute is extremely kind and professional. I am so frustrated because I had my appointment with Alicia Crane rescheduled twice. Really? I am unable to drive since I have epilepsy and had to plan ahead to have a family member take off work to drive me to these appointments - which were cancelled the day of the appointment, not once but twice. Definitely not a good impression when I am trying to make my first visit with them. And also disappointed that they dont file my insurance. They make a big point to let you know by phone, email, and text that I am responsible for payment in full at the time of my appointment and that it is my responsibility to file with my insurance. Guess this is not the facility for me since they canceled twice. I am used to having the medical/dental offices take my insurance and file it while I am responsible for the co-payment.

I had an endometrial ablation done only two years ago and already my periods have come back in full swing. I now get a bonus issue which is horrendous cramps. I never used to have cramps prior to the surgery. The procedure failed.

I struggled for years until coming here. 6 months after treatment I got pregnant with our first kid after 4 years of trying.Only took a star off after a lot of thought because they dont really use insurance for anything and must use their preferred lab for testing they require which was very very expensive (but it worked!!!).

I traveled from Texas to visit Dr. Coyle and it was the best decision I could have made. He took the time to review any questions I had, give me correct information which my OBGYN had obviously missed in previous tests. Dr. Coyle is a phenomenal doctor. He is passionate about his work and helping his patients.

Dr. Coyle and his team were kind, knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. Dr. Coyle took the time to listen to my concerns, educate me on the issue, and outline treatment options with pros and cons for each. My surgery was successful, with minimal downtime. I would eagerly seek his care again.

Very expensive and takes only payment upfront, then refuses to provide CPT codes to submit to insurance. Sent my tissue to lab and stated “I had no insurance”. Front staff quite rude and cold and I stated “I have insurance” fell on deaf ears. I had to beg for a receipt after I shelled out several thousand dollars at front desk. Unreasonable IMO. I see a Money Hungry place. It’s like this place has purposely sought out every possible procedure and treatment that’s alternative and not covered by insurance. It spells GREED to me. The doctor does have good bedside manners, is friendly, but much else is lacking. Guess who pays for the fancy building and location and all the staff? You do! This place is mostly about profit and billing.

The MEDICAL STAFF at Coyle Institute have always been great and I am very pleased with my Nurse Practitioner Alicia Crane for several years now. She has a wonderful bedside manner, is professional, very knowledgeable and puts you at ease.However...you need to get another receptionist. I’m sure I am not the only one who has complained about her. Whenever you call the office (and I rarely do because of her) and she answers, she acts like “Why you bothering me?” She makes me feel very uncomfortable if I have anything to ask or tell her. She is just as rude in person. The same attitude, like I am a dumb patient snd what are you doing here. If she doesn’t like her job there she should go elsewhere.

If you are considering Colon hydro therapy. This is the place to go. Closed system. Clean,relaxing, comfortable, very professional. Ashley is so knowledgeable and personable as well. I have had several sessions now and it has been very beneficial for my health.

Truly impressed with this office! Dr. Cranes bedside manner is refreshing. I have never once felt rushed through my visits or as if my concerns go unheard. She is very thorough, takes time to listen and provide assistance wherever needed. Grateful to have found them!

I am so thankful I was referred to the Coyle Institute. Dr. Catherine Brankin and the entire staff are so caring and professional. Every appointment I have had with them was informative and very personal. I have never felt like just another patient being rushed in and rushed out of the office. I was having several issues and feeling so sluggish. Dr. Brankin has addressed all of my concerns and I have had an amazing recovery. If you are doing research and looking for a great gynecologist, I highly this office and Dr. Catherine Brankin.

Hi, my name is Cathy Hall. What can I say about Dr. Coyle? I am so happy that I found him! He saved my life! I had been in horrible pain for 3 years and had been to numerous doctors but they couldnt find out where the pain was coming from or what was wrong with me. I was given several prescriptions but nothing seemed to help. The pain would get better for a short time and then it got so bad that I could not stand it any longer. I was leaking horribly and having much pain when urinating. Many times, I could barely walk, the pain was so bad. I was having to get up all night to go to the bathroom, but could never fully empty my bladder I couldnt sleep and the quality of my life was going downhill, I was miserable. I heard about Dr. Coyle when I was discussing bio-identical hormones with a friend. I immediately called for an appointment.He did four different tests measuring how much urine my bladder was holding and also an MRI to be able to see what was going on. The MRI showed that I had a very large cyst behind the bladder. He immediately scheduled the surgery at Santa Rosa Hospital. I went in that morning and was out later that afternoon. My husband and I were very surprised at the service that we got at the hospital. They took us to a private room to wait, put me in a bed with warmed blankets, and took great care of me. Have never been treated so well at any hospital! The next morning when I woke up, I was expecting a lot of pain. I have had a hysterectomy and several other surgeries, so I was really dreading the after experience and the pain. I had NO pain, zero. I walked outside, upright for the first time in months with no pain! I felt like dancing and had to make myself take it easy! No downtime at all.Dr. Coyle has a fantastic bedside manner and he really cares. The first time we met him, he came in and hugged my husband and me. He and his staff make you feel so comfortable and he is so easy to talk to. Each and every procedure and test he did previous to the surgery was carefully explained and was written out as a plan...that I have never gotten from a doctor! I was very impressed!I have an appointment with Amy this week for a saliva test for bio-identical hormones. I have been taking them since last July and the difference they have made in my moods, hot flashes, night sweats, and temperament has been amazing. She is so sweet and gentle, just like Dr. Coyle. All of the nurses and the receptionist in his office are super sweet and kind.I am so thankful that I started taking the bio-identical hormones, because without them I would have probably never had found Dr. Coyle and I would still be miserable. I love him and his office! Thank you for giving me my life back!P.S. My husband really likes him too! He got his wife back! He is a very happy man!

Dr. Coyle is a PHENOMENAL doctor. He truly cares about his patients and their wellbeing above all else. He’s very passionate about what he does and he is very good at it!!! In my opinion, you won’t find a more caring and compassionate doctor!!! And his staff is the sweetest!

I was sent to Dr. Coyle via the VA & Tri-West. I am so glad they sent me here. Dr. Coyle and his staff are absolutely amazing. Dr. Coyle explained everything he was doing and I like the fact that he is also a Navy Veteran (I am an Air Force Veteran). By far the best physician I have been to in years!! I needed major surgery, and was recommended by a good friend, that Dr. Coyle was the best in urology and gynecology. His superior knowledge and expertise, makes him stand out above the rest! Excellent staff, beautiful office, and state of the art equipment. He has a comforting bedside manner, and is extremely compassionate.He specializes in using DiVinci Robotics for surgery, and after my complete pelvic reconstruction, I was back at work, two weeks post-op and fully recovered for all activities six weeks post-op. Do not use them for BHRT . Waist of $250 , that’s the cost for the first visit, I have seen two other doctors since then both confirmed I was prescribed inadequate amount to feel any improvement, got worse shortly after being seen at coyle inst. and they have two business days to get back with you , so it was on Friday and they didn’t respond till Wednesday, not acceptable when dealing with hormones! I truly feel like BHRT is a side gig for them because the are not up to date on certain methods of delivery.

I have had great service and continue to have great service. I see his nurse practitioner and she has really taken the time to help me. She ordered hormone tests, prescribed solutions, checked back up on my hormone level and made more improvements. I was estrogen dominant and now more hormones are leveling out. I used to have 2-3 migranes a week now I rarely have one. I feel better daily because of the care, attention, and advice I have received!

Cinco estrellas!! They were incredibly nice from beginning to end. I am a very nervous hypochondriac, and this was my very first time getting a pap smear. I had Alicia Crane APRN and she was very knowledgeable and kind. I asked for a moment to collect myself before the pelvic exam and she and her nurse were very understanding and nice about it! They didnt rush me or make me feel bad about being nervous. I was told that I would get my test results in two weeks, but they called me one week later. Super fast! This is a great clinic if you are in need of a new OBGYN!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Coyle and his entire staff. They made my surgery and recovery as easy as possible. Its very clear Dr. Coyle cares about his patients and works hard to make their surgery as easy as possible. I highly recommend the Coyle Institute.

Absolutely amazing!There is hope for those suffering with lichen sclerosis. His name is Dr. Coyle. His Tulip procedure is miraculous! After suffering with lichen for 30 years I found Dr. Coyle and had the Tulip procedure done. I was the worst case he has ever seen! If he can help me he can help you!

Ive known Dr. Coyle for over 10 years now and hes amazing. Hes constantly looking for ways to advance womens healthcare and has taken care of friends and family including my own daughter. He treats the issue and not just the symptom. Hes changing peoples lives!

I suffered from incontinence most of my life. The older I got the worse it became. Dr. Coyle and his team worked with me using several options. Each option he tried worked for a few months then stopped working. I was distraught and began to accept that pee was going to continue to be my life. Dr. Coyle refused to let me give up. Dr.Coyle is wonderful . He has and is helping me doing recontruction surgery . Cause A Doctor who did previous Surgery . Doctor Coyle has been a God sent to me . I have suffered for years with a problem that was getting worse . I went to a Doctor and she referred me to Dr. Coyle he is so patient and had give me Hope in my Golden Years thta are anything but Golden . The staff at this office is as juvenile as it gets. I was referred to this doctors office (using term loosely). Their initial contact was to advise me that they will NOT see me until I had a saliva lab test performed. Minnie then proceeded to let me know that it is NOT covered by insurance, it will run me about $250 out of pocket, and they ONLY use their lab. She doesnt schedule an appointment nor tell me what to do next. I contact my insurance company, and it turns out it is, in fact, 100% covered by my insurance. I call the office back let them know what I discovered, and she stated that it is NOT covered with them because they ONLY use their lab (their lab is not covered by my insurance - and they already knew this, somehow?). LabCorp is covered by my insurance. When I contacted my doctors office to let them know the status of their referral, they asked me to call Dr. Coyles office back and speak with the office manager...which they do not have....she is called a service manager (whatever that is). However, as it turns out, Misty, right out of the gate, was outright rude and stated that the doctor will not accept lab work from ANYWHERE except his lab. When I attempted to call back and ask what, exactly, my options are at this point, the juvenile staff picked up the phone and hung up (without a word). I attempted to call back and was then put on hold for 15 minutes then transferred to Mistys voicemail again. I left a message for a callback, but they did not call me back. Instead, after THEY behaved so hideously, they contacted my doctor (that referred me to them) and told them they refuse to have me as a patient. Wow. Does it get any more unprofessional and juvenile than that? DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR to ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. ARE THEY GETTING KICKBACKS FROM THEIR LAB OR DO THEY ALSO OWN THE LAB AND CHARGE THEIR RATES?? THIS OFFICE APPEARS TO BE A SCAM, but cant verify because they refuse to service me...even though they are in my insurance network. Interesting. My next call will be to my insurance provider.

I accompanied my 85 yr old mother. We had the absolute worst experience ever! The staff is rude and short tempered. They have absolutely no bedside manner. Dr Coyle is a bully! My mother was in tears! We will not be back even if I have to beg for a new doctor!

I took my mom to Dr. Coyle at the Coyle Institute. She WAS having issues with her bladder. Not only did Dr. Coyle and his team thoroughly diagnose her situation through multiple tests and procedures, but he also performed surgery that repaired her issues. She is now 1000% -yes 1000% repaired and she feels better than she has in a long time and has a positive and major improvement in quality of life. We highly recommend Dr. Coyle and his medical staff. He is an upstanding physician who is both kind and caring. His bedside manner is professional and his explanations are easy to understand. His office and medical staff also do a great job with scheduling and honestly they are all just friendly and very kind hearted. I highly recommend this practice. - your sisters in Christ

I called and the receptionist could tell I was in extreme pain, they were able to see me the very next day. They are attentive and pay close attention to detail. They also stay in touch with you and you never feel like you are bothering them when you call. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family!

Dr. Coyle is amazing. I had out patient surgery today and I think he may be a miracle worker. No pain after , I’m ready to go shopping !! I cant wait to see him in two weeks so I can give him a hug !!

Dr Rogers has excellent rapport with patients & is very knowledgeable in the latest procedures in GYN/URO medicine. A gifted young lady, she has taught me more info than I ever dreamed existed. I highly recommend Dr Rogers!!
