Carle Health Methodist North - Family Medicine

My PCP is a good doctor. Have been going here for 10 years. Since Carle acquired Methodist, the service went downhill. They starting charging 4 times the year before by changing the codes. When I asked about it to the customer representative, she was so rude that its unbelievable. Well, maybe they were always like this, and fortunately I didnt have to deal with them. The bills with exorbitant charges arrive before the results. You guys should check how much they are charging to the insurance. You should avoid Carle, when you still can.

Shocked to see the low ratings!!! I have had to come here several times for X-rays, CT Scans & MRIsI have always been greeted by the nicest people and testing always went very smooth!!!I can speak for my husband, he has had the same nice experiences as myself!Keep up the good work u guys do!!!And Thankyou!

My sister doesnt do google reviews, so Ill do it for her. The receptionist for blood draw? WHAT A MISERABLE PERSON. I drive an hour in to get bloodwork done because obviously I am not feeling great. And it is a little scary. The receptionist, who had her name tag turned around, well call her Nosferatu, doesnt bother to look up from her computer. So I stand there. Stand there. Stand there... as though I am invisible. I finally ask, Busy day? To which Count Orlok replies, very, as she barely looks at me from the top of her glasses. Ok, fine. I get it. No confetti expected at my arrival. I continue to stand there for a very awkward amount of time (clearly annoying Count Orlok with my existence). She finally asks, what can I do for you? I have labs. Do you have an appointment? No I do not. (this is supposed to be a walk in office and my medical issue is alarming, so I came in for bloodwork as soon as I could at the behest of my doc). She takes down my name and number, tells me to have a seat, then immediately asks the lady behind me, How can I help you?

Wow, where do i start? i was treated so rudely today, trying to get blood drawn. i dropped off my orders on mon. they lost them, and it was a big problem for them to find them. she treated me as if it was my fault. i called my dr, had them faxed over. the paperwork sat in the fax machine for over an hour before she rudely called me up to the desk. she was treating someone on the phone just as rude, as i listened. she should not be working with the public. the reason for 2 stars, is, the gal that actually drew my blood was wonderful.

The most unprofessional pediatric physicians office I’ve ever been to in my life .Doctor CHIDIEBERE, OPARA immediately came in the room and refused to do her scheduled well visit because “he didnt have the time” . We expressed to doctor CHIDIEBERE, OPARA that we wanted her well visit done as she has congenital heart defect . We Also expressed to doctor CHIDIEBERE, OPARA that we aren’t vaccinating our daughter due to her specific heart defect which had been cleared with her cardiology team and regular pediatrician . He continued to push vaccinations on us and refused to give her the one vaccination she’s allowed to get . After I made it clear she will not be vaccinated FOR HER OWN HEALTH he threatened to call DCFS on me and her father for “neglect of medical care” . I made it very clear we are her parents and medical necessity or not it’s our right as to which vaccination she receives if any . He continued to say he would report us to DCFS so I told him I did not want him seeing my daughter and got her dressed to go , I then went to the desk and asked for his physician’s license number which I was declined . If you are anti-vaccination or have a child with serious medical needs I would highly recommend seeking care elsewhere . Nobody deserves to be threatened with the loss of their children due to abiding by her medical needs.

I called ahead to see if they could take me for a blood draw. they answered and said yes, you can walk right in. but it turns out theyre not the ones taking people for the blood draw. when you go in for the blood draw, they ask for an appointment and its an hour and a half wait before they get to you for a 1 minute task. whoever answers the direct phone number should direct you to the blood draw counter number so you can see if they have time to take you or if itll be 1.5 hour wait. or the ones who answer could tell the blood draw desk someone called to get a blood draw and theyre coming today. overall poor communication and organization. the actual blood draw went fine, it took her 1 minute to get the vein and vials. also the hours listed on the door are different than on google. it opens at 7 am, not 7:45 or 8 am as it says online. I expected better organization from unity point! Pekin is great so quite disappointed in this office in peoria.

The physicians are great, but if you need anything from staff, they won’t listen to a word you say. But, I guess that is the state of health care in general.

I saw Pettit and I was more than pleased very thorough and kind and respectful best primary careni have ever received ...

Filthy floor, even sticky next day for patient accidentally diarrhea on floor the Next day!!!Short staff.

Dr cindy is a very good dr and i love her so much but her receptionist Theresa is very snobby. I can no longer come here.

Resectionest Ruth is very rude and dosent do anything to help you. Just asked a bunch of questions and pushed everything a side. Very rude. Not happy.

Will just shove my son to random providers that may or may not be in network. Cant seem to bill the proper address either.

So disappointed in the lack of response. Three phone calls over three days … still waiting on follow up ..

My Dr. and her office, are always very nice, and accommodating.

Not happy at all ! Would not recommend to anyone
