I have been going to Jody for 13 years. She was a great Dr during my pregnancy. She actually saved my daughter’s life by delivering her at 29.5 weeks. However today I called about a bill that I received in the mail. I spoke with billing and she was very rude. Said they never sent me a bill but I had it in front of me. She said she was waiting on insurance to pay. I spoke with my insurance company and they paid the bill on 2/21/24 and the check cleared on 2/22/24. So sounds to me they are pocketing money and not putting insurance payments towards bills. Never going back.

I just had my first son (9 SEP 24) and everyone here was amazing and very kind while I was pregnant. I also went in for two visits post delivery and had my son circumcised by Dr Kelly. I would 100% recommend Dr. Kelly and all of her staff. I only had a few stitches from delivery and am doing great during recovery.

There are a lot of negative reviews for Dr. Kellys office, but my awesome NP referred me to this office and I havent had the same negative experience. The staff, from check-in to check-out has always been very nice, polite and helpful. They encourage you to see as many NPs as possible (first-time mom here) to get comfortable with who may be assisting in your babys delivery. The NPs Ive seen so far have both been very nice and engaging and listen to my questions. The only slight hiccup Ive had so far is an hour wait time once I was back in one of the patient rooms. That was out of the staffs control and the NP was very apologetic, but the only improvement wouldve been if one of the nurses couldve updated me prior to an hour.

Horrible experience. Once came in for labs and waited in the exam room for almost an hour just to have the provider come in and be like omg you were here for labs and they left at 4:00 It was 4:08 and I had been there waiting since 3:00 for a 3:15 appointment after leaving work early. Paperwork sent to the wrong place. At 22 weeks still hadnt seen who would actually be delivering my baby. Got told I would have to do a glucose test when Im already diabetic and was argued with when I said no as that could have jeopardized my health. Wouldnt recommend and so glad I switched back to my previous OB.

I have been here for year and finally switched doctors. It’s been a trying experience. When I was just going for annuals, it was fine, nothing to write home about, other than that she pushed chantix on me for years, which I found confusing at an OBGYN having never been pregnant. She also told me I was obese, even though I lift, run and do yoga and Pilates non stop and have been a size 10 for a decade and have never had another doctor tell me that. But now that I have some fibroids and polycystic ovaries, I’m very unhappy with my treatment. I don’t feel heard or valued. I have to advocate for myself by leaving.

They WILL NOT take your pregnancy concerns seriously. If they actually decide to return your calls you’ll get mixed answers that contradict what the last person told you. Finally decided it was time to switch doctors and I’ve never been happier.

Yes! Here! May be 20 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment’ but you’ll have that in a busy obgyn office. Very Thankful and hopefull to get resolve here after several attempts elsewhere. Thank You Ladies for Taking Care of Ladies and their feminine needs.

Do not go here. Dr. Kelly and Kim Cheek refused to collect adequate data to determine what was wrong with me. Urgent care determined I had a uterine polyp when I begged Dr. Kelly to do her job.

I dont understand all the negative reviews. Most business are short handed these days and I believe everybody is doing their best. This is a small practice that doesnt have the same resources and staff as the other OB/GYN offices in the area. But I have never had a negative experience here. I usually see one of the NPs, I recommend Alison, shes very kind and gentle. I have been seeing her for three years now. And I just love all the girls up front, theyre always so nice and personable, even when they seem super busy. Also, Amber was so great getting me the referral I needed. And Kelsey helped me get my IUD ordered and scheduled. Only thing is that if you are wanting to see Dr. Kelly or Dr. Lowe, you need to be prepared to potentially wait longer or reschedule because of emergencies and delivering babies.

I was referred to this doctor’s office to see Dr. Kelly. My first visit I waited well over an hour. They came in to tell me she had been called away for a delivery. I rescheduled. Thinking this was out of her control. Today I waited for an hour and canceled my appointment. My time is just as valuable. I will not be back. I used vacation time both days to go to these appointments.

I was just denied an appointment because of one single no show that I didn’t even get a reminder phone call about or anything. When I booked this appointment I literally told the front desk people out of my mouth that I am extremely forgetful and even asked for an extra appointment card that I unfortunately lost and now I am being denied service. I have long term memory loss….I Couldn’t even remember the name of this place to call them and ask when my appointment was but I also didn’t think it would be an issue because I assumed I would get some type of reminder and that never happened. You’re better off going to heartland. They are friendly, extremely understanding and don’t fault your medical issues. This is supposed to be a doctors office that support women instead I am being punished for my disability.

I unfortunately have to make this extremely long story short due to limited characters per post.Jody Kelly and her entire staff NEVER listen to patients’ concerns. As a result of their negligence, I fully blame them for my son’s death 7-8-22.I am currently with them still in hopes they make up for their mistakes as we try to conceive again.But of course.., I called 2 days ago and they said Allison will call me back at lunch.. I never received a call back.I think I’ll go to the Dr that was actually there for us when we lost our baby boy.

Everytime I have an appointment there I have to wait hours in the waiting room and my appointment ends up being 10 minutes. No one there listens to my concerns or takes me seriously. I went in one day telling them about symptoms that I had and they tested my urine and my blood and told me everything was fine, but I went to the ER that night and they did blood work and turns out I had been extremely dehydrated. And when they said they would put in a referral for me at a psychiatrist office I found out a month later that no one even called.

Dr. Lowe is amazing! I recently had to have a laparoscopic surgery and the morning of, I told him I was nervous and he replied: “I’m not” it definitely reassured me and eased my nerves, everything went great and I’m healing up beautifully! Also all of the nurses and receptionist are all very nice and helpful.

I cannot explain the other terrible reviews on here but this was the absolute BEST patient experience i have ever had. I do not have children so not sure if that has anything to do with it. I called to get on their schedule and was pleasantly surprised at how fast I was able to get in - 3 weeks later. During my initial appointment the Nurse Practitioner (Roseanne) was extremely attentive and patient with discussing my history and answering questions. The next day I had a question about my Rx and I was able to chat with someone right away. The attention to a positive patient experience was so appreciated!

I absolutely love this office. From the staff to the providers, everyone is wonderful.Rosanne Burke is an amazing NP. She is highly intelligent, very caring, takes your concerns seriously, and is always so welcoming. I couldnt recommend her enough!

My husband and I are expecting our first baby and Im not from the area so I wants sure who to go to for care. I’ve been more then pleased with my visits here, I’ve had three so far, each time has been wonderful. All of the staff has been helpful and friendly. My appointments have all been on time, all my questions have been answered kindly and patiently, and I’ve felt very comfortable there.

Have only met Dr. Kelly once. We have been to multiple appointments at her office and rarely ever see her. She takes vacations about three or four times a year. Reason is, “people doing this job would quit if they didn’t get vacations” PATHETIC. Never shows up for anything. Just had our baby and she is nowhere to be found. (Vacation) and now we have to wait to leave the hospital (discharge) until we meet with her. Have been waiting since 7am and it is now 2pm and she has finally came into the building. Communication is absolutely terrible. They can’t remember anything. While waiting to be discharged we are told she will see us on her lunch break……how about you show up on time while you are at work, not on some lolligag lunch break. Only cares about the money and doesn’t respect other peoples time when or efforts. All bad reviews on here sounds right up her alley! DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU LIKE UNPROFESSIONALISM

By far the worst office I have ever been to. You would think for new patients they would have their stuff together but that was not the case. Im only giving 1 star because the front desk staff was very nice.I waited a half hour before I was taken back for my new patient visit. I was told by the girl who roomed me to get undressed from the bottom down. So, I did. For nothing because the Dr didnt even do a pap or exam. The NP (or whatever she is) Dr. Cheek came in and just started giving me a history lesson on the female body. Then she made it sound like I was silly for my concern and replied But, if it were me. The issue is that its not you. Its my body and they should be listening to patients concerns. She then had no knowledge about any of the questions I asked her. It was a total waste of my time. Especially driving from a half hour away. I will not be returning.

Never experienced a obgyn like this they do not do their job they give me urine samples everytime I come in for appointment and I wind up with severe utis and put me in hospital because they dont pay attention or dont check urine like should. I would have to call to have them prescribe me meds or ask for my test results because I wind up in worse condition. I was supposed to have two glucose tests with this pregnancy all because Im high risk and nope had to remind them of my second glucose test as well. Why am I here to waste my time they do not care for their patients only here for the money the worst ever. Thank God this is my last child. My other obligations that delivered my other two is not in this town anymore. Makes me sad he was the best.

There wait times are ridiculous. I had an appointment in November with Dr Kelly which I had to wait over two hours for only to be seen for less then 15 minutes. Have a hard time receiving a call back from the office with answers to questions. Today I waited for over an hour and had to leave due to prior appointments. I rescheduled other appointments for this one because they said if I could not come in today I would have to wait until July 22 to be seen. I therefore rescheduled my daughters appointment to be seen today. I dont want to have to clear my schedule for the day only to be seen for 15 minutes. I love Allison and dont have any problem with appointments with her but since I have been having problems have to see the doctor. Since I have been dealing with the problems for over a year and half I am very frustrated

Dr lowe at Jody Kellys office is fantastic. He took me on as a late patient. I also had an emergency complication after my child was born and he took great care of me. Any issues I have they are quick to address and help me.

Love them! They have been nothing but helpful, understanding and I feel that they genuinely care about my health.

Staff (of all levels) are always extremely courteous and helpful. All of the practitioners I have seen have always been knowledgeable and take the time to listen to any concerns I may have. They are very thorough and efficient. I had an appointment scheduled for a month later but I needed to change my appointment to sometime within the next week and they were able to change it no problem! I would recommend this practice to all.

I started going to this clinic after my time in the military.. seemed good. After awhile I lost my tricare benefits as every member does so I began going to the VA for healthcare... after awhile found that the VA isn’t so great so I call Jodys clinic to make an appointment and am told that I was “dismissed from the clinic” ??? So appearently when you don’t respond to them in a certain amount of days they just drop you and you can’t be seen there anymore? Lol.. that’s pretty poor service if you ask me. Why would you want to lose a patients service? Money out of their pockets but whatever.Oh ALSO had my baby using one of the doctors at this clinic and she was hardly in the room during my delivery.. showed up at the last minute when I was pushing but kept leaving the room. Just sloppy to me.

I am so thankful for Dr. Crawley and her team here. I do agree with the other reviews that the wait time is a huge inconvenience, but thats also somewhat to be expected knowing the nature of the job...emergencies happen and babies may decide they want to come at the same time your appointment is scheduled. I actually really appreciate knowing that if I have an emergency, my doctor is willing to reschedule some appointments to see me last minute. They are extremely busy, but despite some of the other reviews, they DO take time to get to know you and your situation. I had to call the after hours number a handful of times also and everyone I spoke with was great and seemed to genuinely care.Dr. Crawley and Kelly Cole are amazing and I would recommend them any day.

I would never refer this practice to anyone. I’ve been seeing them since I went through puberty and it’s been nothing but headaches. In my experience they don’t listen to you and they just shrug everything off. I’ve seen multiple NP’s , I’ve seen Dr. Jody Kelly once and most recently Dr. Jason Lowe. When I saw Dr. Jason Lowe his bedside manner was just awful. I would rather have the ER doctor be my OBGYN than Dr. Lowe. I eventually had enough of the poor treatment that I’ve now switched to a different provider. My new provider requested my records be transferred as soon as I called to see if I could get in as a new patient with their office, I then called my new provider a week or so ago to verify they received the records and nope. I called Jody Kelly’s office and spoke to someone who took my card information and said that it would be sent over by the end of the week and here we are my new provider still not having it. The professionalism at Jody Kelly’s office doesn’t exist from my experiences at their office.

I adore Jody and Sarah both. Ive seen them both for a few years now, and I even recommended my mother to Sarah. Dr. Kelly is kind, and listened to me when I was dismissed by other doctors. Getting an appointment was easy, and their staff is always nice.

Though I like the doctors and NP, they are supposed to open at 8:30 and I always get the answering service until 9:30. Even tho it says on there that they answer at 8:30. They also NEVER call back when they say they will. I ALWAYS have to call multiple times a day for several days before getting any real response. And when you call, there is two receptionists and one nurse that will ALWAYS make you feel terrible for calling. Lastly, they are NEVER on time for appointments. You can literally expect to wait HOURS after your scheduled appointment. Its becoming quite frustrating and I am on the verge of switching offices strictly because of how hard it is to contact them and how they make me feel even though Im having serious problems.

Rude staff, absolutely NO CONSIDERATION of any ones time. I’ve waited for two hours while she was delivering a baby and they don’t even tell you. I had to leave, after waiting a total of 2.5 hours. She goes through other NP and OB’s like water. There is a reason. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN THEIR CARE. They care only about money, getting people in and out the door.

Overall I have been a client here for at least 13years. The staff has grown and changed alot...lol but I have never felt as if they didnt care about my needs, health issues, etc. The do have long wait times especially for expecting clients. I read reviews to several OBGYN and all have reviews of long wait times. I figure you just have that with expecting clients and since no pregnancy is the same I can see where time gets lost. However I myself was never rushed, always listened too, cared for, and worked in. I had complications with pregnancy and have issues now from pregnancy. They were great to explain issues, help treat, help with future planning etc. So I have seen them for several things. All in all I know they are doctors....they are always busy....they do their best to stay on time....sometime the staff is a bit unfriendly but I have bad days too....lol. I would recommend them and still do but Im honest upfront about the wait as my only complaint. And not just while there to be seen but scheduling an appointment can have a wait too.

Love Dr. Kelly. And most of the nurses are sweet. On one Occasion the sonographer called my mother pushy because she had to remind her to show us the babys genitals to check the gender. When that was the main focus of the appointment in the first place. The wait time sometimes can be over an hour. Very hard sometimes being pregnant & tired and sitting at an office WITH an appointment and your waiting like a walk-in.Just need to work on staffs politeness and wait time.

My first visit to the office today, and it was a good experience. I had no wait, and my appointment was on time. The staff were all helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I saw Dr. Crawley ( née Gualandri), and she was wonderful.Dr. Crawley explained what I needed done for my age, and answered and explained each procedure. I have never been to an office that didnt automatically order blood work. She asked!!I rate my experience a 10 out of 10!

They took our information then called back to tell us they couldnt take transfers since we already have a doctor. The doctor we have is very rude and we only saw the baby on the first appointment 3 months ago and havent heard a heart beat Kelly was our last chance to get a better doctor than what we have and they just turned us away!! Hopefully our baby makes it ok since we couldnt get a decent doctor and hope you guys are happy with yourselves this could be killing our baby!!

Just went for my appointment to only find out they canceled my appointment, they said they called but my phone never rang, so if you don’t answer your phone if it rings they will just cancel your appointment with no warning, very unprofessional. My past experiences with them haven’t been good either, there waiting time is ridiculous they expect you to wait around all day just to see the doctor for 15 mins of your time while you wait an hour in the waiting room or more.

Every single appointment with the exception of one, from the moment my wife first went here to the day she gave birth was late, when we were 15 minutes early as they instruct you to do when they give you when your scheduled an appointment. Each time was atleast 15 minutes late, and got as much as 45-50 minutes late. Every time. When discussed with the person working the front desk, it would always be a variation of the same issue, issue with someone else that conflicted with their lunch. Now there was never an emergency, and it wasnt unbearable considering how nice and clean the place was, however, it sure was irritating to show up around 15 minutes early just to wait atleast 30 minutes for the scheduled time.

I feel as if I am just a number attached to a body here. Every time I am here I spend 2+ hours here and only see my provider for 5 minutes. The first time I came, they left me in a room without telling me what was next, just to get back into my clothes. So after I had dressed, I waited 20 minutes before someone decided to come tell me they needed me to take my clipboard to the checkout counter. I know common sense might say I should have known better, but when some stranger just looked at your hoohaa quicker than the flash your thrown a bit off. Every visit has been very impersonal and takes FOREVER. I do not recommend this place.

Dr. Kelly seems to be a nice and very knowledgeable OB, however her staff, billing practices and extremely ridiculous wait time completely outweighs that fact. I am a current patient, but am absolutely finding a new doctor with a friendlier staff, better customer service in billing and one that also respects my time.

They only get 1 star because for the first few years I went there, I had a great NP (Michele) taking care of me. Once she left, I didn’t get the same quality of care. The other staff are not friendly. Avoid this office if you can.

I have a problem with my contraceptive pill that I was prescribed in this office. My menstruation happens a week before I finish all the pills. I decided to call them just to know what is the problem. I called them three time. The first answer was: someone will call you back in twenty minutes. At the end of the same day, I called them back saying that someone had to call me back within twenty minutes that morning and Im still waiting for a call ...The second answer was: ok well call you back.The next day, Im still waiting for someone to call me back and at the end of the day, I decided to call back and someone (a nurse?) tells me: well call you back. No phone call back!But when you go there, they always say to you with a fake smile: if you have a question, feel free to call us!!!!I may not be an emergency, (in fact, I do not know), but these people who work in this office are dishonest and not at all professional. Its a shame !And plus, the secretary answering at the phone is not nice at all! You feel like you alway bother her!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I have been trying to receive my files since I am no longer welcome as a patient due to a past due bill of .87 cents. ..I have paid the fee of an obscene amount of 40$ to recieve my paperwork (as well as any past due amounts )and still have yet to receive my files. Left messages for the owners and No one will returns my calls. I need my own personal files, for new doctors. VERY disappointed after choosing this office for two pregnancies, and deliveries to be treated like this.

I waited for an hour and a half after my appointment time after I told them that I had to leave at a certain time. I even came to the office early to be seen in time. When I finally was seen by an RN, I was judged because of my decisions regarding birth control. Extremely unprofessional, and I will never be back. Terrible patient care.

This place is terrible when it come to keeping appointments in time. I have waited one to many times hours after my scheduled appointments. I have to leave sometimes because I have other appointments that I have to get to. It’s unprofessional to have patients wait that long, why bother schedule a time for someone if it’s not open. The doctor I went to was Alison and though she’s great this place is terrible and turned me away I won’t be back.

My wife is pregnant and she needed to talk to a nurse for some concerning symptoms. Her usual obgyn was busy and couldnt answer calls so she called here to ask a quick question. Upon calling, she was told by a very rude nurse thar if shes not a patient she cant speak with anyone. Nor can they help her regardless if its an emergency or not. Are you kidding me? Thats just wrong.

We used DR. Crawley, Katie, and from start to finish, she did an amazing job! We highly recommend DR. Crawley as shes super nice, great to talk to and voice our needs or concerns, respectable, and made it on time to deliver our newborn son Brayden into this world. Thanks again for everything and for coaching us through things!!!

I love Dr. Kelly and her associates. The only problem I am having currently is I have been trying to call the office for two days and it keeps saying the office is closed. I know they are not. Is the phone system down? Please help! Thank you

I DONT recommend Jody L Kelly for anyone! Everytime I have an appointment it takes 2 hours minimum! She doesnt even deserve 1 Star! This place Sucks! Today after waiting from 10:30 to 1:00 after leaving they call on my way home, stating that I need to come back in because they forgot to a blood drawl making my total appointment toral appointment time almost 4 hours Longs!

My son could have died because a simple sono wasnt done. not only that, a random doctor had to deliver my son because Kelly cant do c sections. she also broke my wifes water water without asking and over all kept us out of the loop in a highly risky labor process. literally the life and death of both wife and son was hanging by a string due to laziness and wanting it done her way.

I did not care for this office. I tried several different nurse practitioners here and most of the time did not feel I was treated right or with respect. With some it was even downright rude. Too many details to go into but I do not recommend.

Wont allow three people in the sonagram at a time now I have to wait in the dumb waiting room

Delivered my daughter great! No complaints! But this time NO ONE WILL LISTEN TO ME! no one cares to see me...they keep diagnosing issues without EVER seeing me! Idk what to do! I too, feel like a number on a piece of paper!

Its a really nice office and Jody Kelly is very sweet however that doesnt make up for the fact that some of the staff is extremely rude to me and my guests every time I come in. Really considering changing doctors.

RUN, Is all I have to say! I’m not low enough to share details so I won’t but do not continue to go to this office. Not sure if Dr. Lowe is still there but I 100% believe he should never be able to touch another patient! They are just lucky I haven’t found a lawyer that will take my case!

Amazing staff, nurses and providers. Had a scare and they were more than helpful to get me in and took the time to listen to my concerns. So glad to have found this practice.

I recommend Dr. Crawley she is amazing the sweetest doctor ever! Wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to do my c-section! Much love there!

At the beginning I wasn’t sure about this place, but after being a patient there for almost a year I am satisfied with the care. They are such lovely and professional.

The WORST gynecologist I’ve ever been to. Didn’t take my pain seriously, treated me poorly. Don’t go here.

My wife is a blind dialysis patient with many health problems were going on the third hour for a Pap test here avoid this doctor it seems that she is an assembly line Doctor Who takes on as many patients as she could pack in the building
