DR. Rachael Nathan is now my new person. Im a 1st impression kinda person. And when I did a walk in appointment, I saw her and she was amazing, sweet, nice, laughter, and she was nothing but smiles. She has a great personality. I love her. I cant wait to continue having her take care of all my needs, sorry my history is a little difficult and a lot. But thank you for being patient with me. Your a beautiful person. She needs a best Dr of the month certificate. 😁 Also the office is very clean all over and I feel very comfortable there. The front desk ladies are so nice and respectful too. Thank you Rachael Nathan.

I had really high hopes for my first appointment after reading all of the positive reviews. I hadnt been to the doctor in years and was hoping this would be a good clinic to help me get back on track with my health. I will say that the staff more pleasant than other doctors offices, but thats all I can say was positive.I didnt get my questions answered, I felt rushed during my appointments, I received conflicting information, and just overall did not feel like the staff cared that going to medical offices can be confusing and hard. The check-in for my last appointment lasted longer than the actual appointment- that was especially frustrating given that we were supposed to go over the lab results Id been worrying about for weeks! I was charged $100 for a 5 minute phone call 😂Definitely not the worst place Ive been to, but I was disappointed given the rave reviews other have left.

Nurse practitioners Teresa and Tara and their ENTIRE medical staff are truly the most amazing group of humans providing medical care in metro-Phoenix, and probably all of Arizona. They are dedicated to providing a very inclusive environment to help individuals and families from all walks of life achieve their best health.My teen daughter has struggled with chronic illness and pain her entire life, and has been dismissed by many healthcare providers. Before meeting Teresa, she would become very depressed and anxious when having to go meet new doctors to have to replay her medical history, yet again. She has been seeing Teresa for the past several months, and after yesterdays visit, my daughter told me that she feels like she isnt sitting talking to a medical person, she feels like she is talking to a friend. Thank you for changing her mindset when it comes to the purpose of seeking medical care!I cannot sing TL Family Practices praise enough! Thank you for helping my myself, my daughter (and so many of my family members and friends) in our journeys to bettering health!

This is the best primary care experience I have ever had. I have had a revolving door of doctors because I could never find one I liked enough to return. Now, I will come here to see Tara Begay until I no longer can. The facility itself is small, very welcoming, and pristine. This is a Safe Space; they are inclusive and inquire about and respect your pronouns. Every single member of the staff I interacted with were extremely kind. I never wait longer than 5-10 minutes for my appointment to get started and when I do see the provider, she takes her time with me. I feel completely comfortable with her and totally trust her medical expertise. She actually listens to and addresses all of my questions and concerns and makes me feel like I actually play a part in my medical care. My favorite thing about this practice is that they are extremely accessible through their patient app, Klara. I am able to request appointments, ask questions regarding my care, request prescriptions, etc all through my phone; and the staff are quick to respond to my inquiries. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Outstanding primary care! My parents and I are very well taken care here. Teresa Loera and her team do a superb job! This practice offers service even on Saturday and online. Every single time I get the necessary time to communicate my symptoms and Teresa Loera explains the options for the best approach. I also had an excellent experience with Tara. I highly recommend this practice.

Teresa is an amazing Nurse Practitioner, she is caring and kind. I had a virtual appointment with her. She is willing to listen really down to earth and is very knowledgeable. Easy to book appointment online same day availability. They also accept insurance. Did visit their office shortly after and love the atmosphere. Great artwork! Rooms are nice and cozy. Provider Terra and her team as top notch and have helped me more than any doctor ever has. Terra always listens to me and provides me with the best care. I appreciate that they opened Saturday and I was able to come in on my day off. Chris is a great office coordinator and always provides the best customer service. I love to see that Dr. Terra is training female providers in medical school. It’s cool to see and always a nice idea to have multiple perspectives when treating me. Love this office and I will see Terra as my medical provider for as long as I can. America needs more providers like Terra and her team. Happy New Year!!

Teresa is a phenomenal Nurse Practitioner, she is caring and kind. She is always willing to take the time to listen, she’s down to earth and is knowledgeable in her services. I am so impressed by this office! Their professionalism, attentiveness and their ability to make the patient a priority is what makes their office stand out from all others. I had my first appointment here the other day with NP Tara Begay and a student doctor. They were very kind and easy to talk with. Took my concerns to heart and got me started on a treatment plan. Very holistic; cared about every aspect of my health. Chris at the front has been great and made the new patient process easy. Love how everything is electronic, makes my life so much easier for communication. Yall rock and I am happy to have found this place.

Im very pleased with the care I received. The practitioner, Teresa was very helpful she listened and addressed all my concerns, which are many. I have been to other doctors offices where they only allow you to bring up to concerns per visit. Also I do not have medical insurance and I feel that their prices are very reasonable. Cost of care has stopped me from receiving treatment so that is a major issue for me and was definitely addressed here. I have referred friends and will continue to refer. Theresa and Tara are 2 of the most professional doctors I have seen. Not only are they professional they are respectful, truthful and treat you like a person not just a number. They take their time to get to know you so they can give you the best care. Their staff Rosalie and Bridget are also on top of things and never have to wait To get things taken care of. My experience with Teresa Loera and staff has been wonderful. Caring & supportive. My health needs met & my diabetes is now more controlled than it has been in years. I appreciate that my text messages are responded to quickly. Very comfortable staff!

My husband and I had a telemedicine appointment with Teresa when we had COVID she was very attentive, and made everything so easy and understandable. She was constantly checking in on us, she was GREAT! When we had a follow up in clinic she was very knowledgeable and spent a plenty of time to listen and addressed any concerns. She is genuinely caring and committed to ensuring patients are healthy and receive the best care. It was easy to make appointments, the staff was very welcoming. The facilty was clean and made me feel comfortable and safe, I would definitely recommend.

I was referred to this office by a family member. I called and was given an appointment very soon. The office environment is cozy and modern and the front office staff person is quick to respond the phone and relay messages. When you go back to see the NP, they are thorough, kind, relatable, and it feels like a place you want to return not dread. I would highly recommend this office to any family member or friend. The staff is knowledgeable and make you feel welcome.

My diabetes care has been neglected due to previous providers not listening to my needs. Im so glad I found TL and the care they have provided. Ive been trying really hard to stay on top of my diabetes care and feel super supported by Tara and staff!

If you were with Dr. Stark and havent found another place to go, This is the place Ive been going to since he retired. In the same building Starks office was at. No chaos waiting like Starks office no chaos office, referrals completed in minutes or the most a day. Teresa is a PA but is awesome! So are her associates. They truly care about YOU! Communication is amazing between you and staff!

I recently moved back to Phoenix and was looking for a new PCP and was honestly dreading it and putting it off for the longest time. My neighbor had recommended this clinic and boy am I glad she did! Teresa and her entire team are fabulous and flexible!! Would not recommend her practice more!

I’ve been to many doctors offices and it’s been difficult for me to find a doctor I can go for everything. This office is amazing!! Everyone is so kind! The doctor has great bedside manners. It’s easy to talk to her and let her know what is going on. I have never had such an amazing experience anywhere else. I will forever come here! I have recommended friends and family to go to this doctors office due to the great experience I have had.

I would 100% recommend this office to anyone. Scheduling was simple, the online questionnaires saved more time to spend with NP Teresa, and Bridget was so friendly while taking vitals and getting us checked in. My husband and I came and saw Theresa, who really listened and engaged with us on a personal level about our overall health and wellness, not just the traditional physical exam. I felt genuinely heard and cared for, and I felt comfortable talking openly about my health and any concerns. I love that this office is LGBTQ+ friendly, has Spanish-speaking providers, and offers STI screenings, PrEP management, and quick and easy referrals. I was recommended this office by a friend, and I’m really glad I was.

This was beyond a doubt the best experience I have had from a medical provider and their team. From the pre-registration process to checking out, I was always treated with respect and compassion. Rosalia, Bridget and Tara, provided me with excellent patient care and made me feel like family. The consult I received was thorough and explained to me in terms I could understand. All treatment options were reviewed and considered together, though I felt complete autonomy and empowered to make the best decision for my health. Insurance and billing were seamless without issues and I will continue to visit the kind, considerate staff here for all healthcare needs and referrals. Highly recommend this practice.

Teresa and her staff ARE AMAZING!!. I returned from vacation and wasnt feeling well. Made the mistake of first going to urgent care where the doctor was meh( not very helpful nor informative). Returned home and thought it was time to find a PCP. Came across TL Family Nurse Practice on Google and decided to contact them( Texted) inquiring about an appointment. They immediately responded and got me in the same day. They performed a Covid and Flu test from my car(Both were negative)before taking me back into their office. This is where the MAGIC HAPPENED every employee I came across was nice and very welcoming which I was shocked coming from a medical office. They made me feel comfortable and at ease and even gave me snacks and water . Queue the part where I met Teresa..... and boy was I blown away! She was awesome! There isnt enough good things I could say about her!. She actually listened to me, answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable. I left my appointment feeling better knowing I was in her hands. A few days after they contacted me to see how I was feeling ( much better thanks to Teresa and gang). She ordered some labs and after getting those done we had a telehealth appointment. And she was still sweet and kind like the first time I met her!. Teresa Im forever grateful for you and your staff! I recommend you all to my friends and family( although Im a little nervous because I have found a gem and Ill get jealous 😅 😄)

The care that you get from this practice is amazing!!!! I followed Teresa from her previous practice she is one of the most caring physicians I have ever met. She goes above and beyond with her care she listens and will give you her honest opinion! Bridget is one of the sweetest MA’s I have dealt with!!! I loved Teresa for being patient with my 1 year old she sat down with him and tried to gain his trust. Tara is awesome explains everything in detailed and gives you different options of what can be going on. Highly recommend their employees are wonderful as well! Great facility super clean and gives you a homey feeling.

Tara is very proactive and gets to you right away. I texted in early am and she walked me via text through getting my information. I received an appointment that same day! Her office staff very nice and easy to work with. They came out to my car to do a flu swab! So happy ☺️

Beginning of the year I was feeling sick, I called and they set up and appointment for me within an hour, did a rapid Covid test and it was positive. Boy was I scared, I have always had lung issues and asthma. They set me up with the meds I needed, and within 2 days I was feeling better. Their treatment worked the way it was supposed to and I couldn’t be any happier that I choose them. They called me multiple times to check in on me and see how I was doing. This is great family practice and I would highly recommend them.

Its hard finding a healthcare provider that actually takes the time to listen to your concerns and isnt in a rush. I have been seeing Tara Begay, FNP for a little over 6 months and her and her staff have become almost like an extending family. I was referred to TL Family Nurse Practice by my wife and I have to say how wonderful it has been since we started using them. Coming from a rural area, there is less access to healthcare. It’s hard to get an appointment if your not established with a clinic. If you are established, it can take days to get an appointment and you spend hours waiting to see a physician. If the service is not provided, the nearest city is 1.5 hours away. TL Family Nurse Practice, based out of Phoenix, has provided all our needs through telehealth. From preconception work up, to hormone therapy, GI/ Cardiovascular issues, kids respiratory infections, medication refills, and they have even been able to call in lab and imaging request to our nearest hospital. The staff there are friendly and efficient. Teresa Loera (the NP we see) is knowledgable in a wide variety of specialities. Teresa is compassionate. You can tell she wants to help, and that she loves what she does. TL Family Nurse Practice is changing the way healthcare is done. Everyone is great at the office. I’ve been a patient for 2.5 Months and they always have been easy to work with and very flexible with scheduling and booking, great communication and overall a fabulous clinic.
