Hands down the best care provider I have ever had. I feel heard at every appointment. The staff is amazing. Yes. Every single one of them. Dr. Boyd spotted an issue after I my primary care doctor gave me a “good” on my physical and I am now the healthiest and most confident in my wellness that I’ve ever been. The value of knowing you can trust your doctor explicitly is worth my previous weight in gold.

Great doctor! Always attentive and listening. Answers any questions I have and allows me to be in control of my health. If I feel something isn’t right she doesn’t just say oh it’s probably whatever and send me on my way! Also great where in the same age range so very relatable. ☺️

This was my first visit to Arizona gynecology consultants and it was a horrible experience. My gynecologist retired so I’ve been on a search for a new doctor. I chose this office based on the reviews they had but I am very disappointed. The front desk and MA were very nice and got my back into the room quickly. I waited undressed in the exam room for 40 min before I stepped out to see if I was going to be seen by the doctor. The doctor finally came in and didn’t even introduce herself. She barely talked and didn’t ask me anything about my medical history. My pap was very painful and I’ve never experienced that before and explained that to her. She just said “yea, that happens to some people.” I left the office feeling so uncomfortable and in tears. These types of appointments are very vulnerable, you shouldn’t be a provider in gynecology if you’re not going to care about your patients. It was such a horrible experience. I hope no one else experiences that.

So far so good. I had some issues with getting records received and on file in the beginning. I saw Dr Garg, shes very pleasant and performed a hysterectomy for me. I saw NP Nikkeya for my follow up and she’s very pleasant as well. Both are informative and patient. You’ll feel well taken care of here. They promptly respond to phone calls and messages. Front desk is staff is nice too. Thanks to everyone there for helping me.

I have nothing but good things to write about Arizona Gynecology Consultants. The staff are professional, courteous and efficient. The office is very clean. Most importantly I really like my provider, Esosa Nwambuonwo. I will continue there as a patient and recommend Arizona Gynecology Consultants highly.

This place is fantastic. All of the staff are great, and Dr. Garg is a the absolute best. I wish she could be my doctor for everything. They get things done quickly and efficiently .Very highly recommend!

This is the best gyno office I have ever experienced in my 30+ years of life. I’ve seen a few of the doctors in the practice, and they have all been kind, knowledgeable good listeners. Dr. Diana absolutely transformed my life—I came to the practice with a problem that was severely impacting my ability to move through the world, and she not only listened, but got me on treatments and medicine that gave me my body back. If you have a complex issue, go to this practice asap. The front desk folks are so kind as well (at every location!).

Had an amazing experience with Lesley Myrick! She was very kind and quick. Made me feel comfortable the entire appointment.

I was able to call and get an appointment same day since I was experiencing severe pain. Upon arriving at the office I was greeted by a young lady at the desk who was kind. Upon receiving the iPad to complete the paperwork the same young lady very loudly said that she wished they would stop sending new patients without letting them know especially since they are busy. For context, the waiting area was completely empty when I arrived and the young woman who walked in after me was the only other patient waiting. The receptionist complained about this the entire time while I waited to see the doctor and while I understood her frustration I don’t think it’s too much to ask for the receptionist to be professional seeing that she is working at a doctors office and there is no separation or glass that can keep the patients from hearing her. The encounter with the doctor was phenomenal but the receptionist left a bad taste in my mouth, especially since it’s not like it’s free to go to the doctor. I have great insurance I can was go elsewhere if you don’t want to do your job.

Nikkeya Boyd is wonderful! She always listens, asks great questions and answers mine, and she’s very knowledgeable. Nikkeya is gentle and very thorough.

Dr. Ashley DeYoung is heaven sent! She is an amazing provider and made my first pap a great experience! Recommending her to every person I know!

After my initial consultation with the medical assistant, who asked me the same questions I had just answered on my intake form (I politely informed her of this and she said “oh! If I push a few buttons maybe I can see your answers), I sat waiting in the exam room for over 30 minutes. I went to the front desk and they asked if I needed to book a follow up appointment. I told them I wanted a refund since I was forgotten about and never seen at all. I understand things come up, but communicate with me. Don’t leave me alone for half an hour not knowing what’s going on. No one gave me any explanation or apology.Also, while I was in the lobby, I was lucky enough to bear witness to multiple loud speakerphone conversations from other patients. That should be disallowed in a shared space.Not my kind of provider.

Jacqueline Harrison was welcoming and kind! I was comfortable with her as she made you feel relaxed.

Dr. Garg was the ABSOLUTE best! She was so supportive throughout my entire IUD procedure. She talked through everything she did, and reassured me consistently that everything was gonna be okay. So glad I had her!

Dr was great! Receptionists were really loud about the reason for my visit and there were people in the lobby who clearly heard. I knew exactly why the people behind me came in. Embarrassing for my personal issues to be announced, which is a HIPPA violation . This happens every time I have went to this office. They certainly dont value privacy when you check in and when rescheduling. Disappointed that the Receptionists who are the first impression for this company and the Dr., continue to violate my privacy. Unsure about returning to this office. Again, The Dr was so sensitive and helpful, concerned and genuine. Fix the office staff immediately before you get a HIPPA violation lawsuit!

First time seeing Nikkeya Boyd & she was great! Very nice, thorough & professional which I can appreciate. I would recommend & will definitely be back.

Ms. Boyd explained all my options very clearly, clarified the timeline and tests required, and made a point of seeking my own questions. On top all that, I found her very friendly and kind.

I saw Dr. Garg as a new patient and she was wonderful. She was very gentle and respectful and told me everything she was doing before she did it. I was referred to Nikkeya Boyd, NP by another patient. She is seriously an amazing provider! I have been to many in the last 15 years. She does not talk to you as if youre small. She is very thorough in treatment based off of getting the proper testing. She encourages patients to ask questions about their bodies. She will tell you all information about your body it doesnt matter if it is minor.I have been to many providers who feel they have the right to decided what information is important or not and i hate that with a passion. For example, I heard a provider say, oh I wouldnt tell my patient that, it isnt important. That made me think, I am glad I am not a patient of that doctor. I want to be told everything about my body so I can make informed decisions. Ms.Boyd does NOT do that at all. She doesnt rush you and she takes the time to help you understand what is going on with YOUR body.I have developed a lack of trust with health care providers in the USA recently after experiencing amazing medical treatment abroad in what the USA would consider a 3rd world country. I experienced what an American would consider concierge medical treatment in the USA. I was livid coming back to the USA after that amazing experience abroad that diagnosed me properly and gave me proper medicine that worked. Treatment I was lacking the last 2 years before seeing a cardiologist abroad.Becoming a patient of Nikkeya Boyd NP. has helped me gain trust again with American healthcare providers. I highly recommend her and I am glad I took the step to switch over. I trust her professional judgement.

The office is very professional. Dr. Nikkeya explains everything and she makes you feel comfortable.Update not 5 stars anymore. I had blood work done and yes they tried to call me I called back asked to have the doctor call me again she did but no message was left and never hear from them again. What does my blood work say is everything ok? Where do I go from here? We had a plan for my birth control to be taken out and to get an ultrasound for my stomach pain well I guess she’s busy. I have to find another OBGYN cause this one does not care.

I will start by saying the office at 7th and Bell and Dr. Gupta is absolutely amazing. However, the office at 2222 Highland Ave needs patient sensitivity training or something. Without exposing my HIPAA or causing myself any more embarrassment than I’ve already experienced today, I’ll say this as best as I can: Use common sense, consideration and better time management when having people drink all that water and then ask them to come in 20 minutes early only to have them sit there and wait.. until they have an accident.

My husband and I are wanting help for the right steps to our fertility journey. N.P. Esosa Nwambuonwo was easy to speak to and very informative. She walked us through the steps and process to start our journey. We highly recommend her.The back office M.A. was nice and pleasant as well tho the reception do not serve the right representation of the people inside.The receptionist did not great us, instead of saying “Hi or welcome” the first words she said was “Last name.” That wasn’t even a full question, she also did not even look at us when asking questions. THE MOST HORRIBLE receptionist experience I had ever had in my life and I used to manage a doctor’s office.

Best Practice in the Valley.NP Kris Calligan took the time to listen to all my concerns and provided me emotional relief. The whole staff was just Exceptional. From the Front Desk ladies, phlebotomist and nurse assistant; all of them were compassionate and caring. Highly recommended!

The staff was extremely rude when I made my appointment and also gave me the wrong address. When I got to the correct address I waited an hour and a half in the room and still never saw the doctor bc I was told that she was seeing patients that were “on time for their appointments”. Horrible communication and horrible service.

Esosa Nwambuonwo and Dr. Roy are amazing! Compassionate, patient, open to all my questions, and unhurried in addressing my concerns. I highly recommend them!

Nikkeya was wonderful! I went in for my well-woman exam and Nikkeya asked a lot of questions to better understand my medical history, which I appreciated. I too had questions and Nikkeya made me feel respected and heard. At no point did my appointment feel rushed. Nikkeya was warm and professional at all times. I should also mention that the office on Highland was clean and well organized because that’s very important.

Nikkeya Boyd saw my 17 yr old daughter for her first “well woman” appt and to address concerns regarding painful period w/heavy flow. I am a first time patient at this practice and I came for an annual exam. The questions I was asked were very thorough. As a result I felt more confident that the practitioner, Julia Cyr, would give me informed and accurate advice.

The absolute worst doctors office experiences of my life. Jennifer Tempest, NP refused to listen to me and said that I needed to see a psychiatrist. I was absolutely right about my diagnosis after she tried to make me feel like I was crazy. She then proceeded to prescribe me two different doses of the same medication I needed and when I messaged her on my chart to ask which dose to take she was very rude to me about it. She also got me confused with another patient. She then tried to blame me for getting confused about what medication I was on. She was very rude to me with every my chart message and office visit. I have screen shots of all the messages so if AZ GYN would like to see them all I’ll gladly share. I am a nurse myself and understand that mistakes happen but how you handle your mistakes with patients is what matters. There’s so many more terrible details about my experience with her that I am not willing to share online but I hope that if she reads this she can take this and treat her future patients with dignity and respect.

BEWARE!! Review your bills! I had a $187 charge and when I asked for a summary (it was my first visit and annual Pap smear) it seemed out of sorts. The office said I had “an EXTENSIVE conversation about LABIAPLASTY and the post operative care”. Never have I ever asked or inquired or even fathomed having a labiaplasty and I believe they are tying to sneak in charges to my insurance. I’m going to have to report this to the medical board and get this resolved. They are also incentivizing positive reviews with $5 Starbucks cards in office so I assume these positive reviews have been swayed.

Jennifer is amazing. She takes her time and really listens to her patients. Every time I have been to the office, the entire staff has been very courteous. Would definitely recommend AZGYN to anyone that’s wants a professional, courteous and understanding physician.

I had to make an emergency appointment. They were able to accommodate my needs and I was in with a doctor within 48 hours. No nonsense. Just the way it should be. In and out and on with my day. Highly recommend.

I love the 4th Ave location. The office is always very clean and have a good wait time. I was sad to learn they’re moving because it’s right by my house but with the service I get it’ll be worth the drive.The scheduling rep Jessica was amazing and professional calling me right back and getting me in quickly when I was freaking out about something. Also letting me know about the office move. The front desk girl gave me more info about the new location and asked for a review. I don’t mind leaving the review because I really like the clinic overall but I did think it was weird she asked to see what I wrote before submitting. I felt a little pressured to add her on here. Other than that the visit went well and I’ll keep coming and referring people here.

Jennifer and the team at Arizona Gynecology Consultants we’re great. I really wish all primary care providers showed the same level of care and concern that the staff here does for your wellness. They are very thorough so plan a few minutes answering questions about your health which is to your benefit. I recommend filling out the paperwork link they send you in advance as it is very detailed oriented and they will review the questions with you in office to make sure nothing is missed. Jenner to was wonderful to make sure they all my questions were answered while explaining everything I needed to know about my IUD removal and future birth control options. I feel very confident and well taken care of by the staff at this office.

Ashley Deyoung is amazing ! Due to trauma etc I’ve always hated physicals . Ashley was so gentle , understanding, and solution oriented ! I was having issues with a medication through insurance she spent hours on the phone with them ! Messaged me on weekends for updates ! I’ve never gotten such good care 💜

Absolutely amazing. Dr. Zechman is just the best. Ive been to 2 different offices and each one the staff is just great and make you just feel so comfortable. Dr did a great job with everything Ive had done (personal and surgical). She takes the time to talk and listen to her patients. Shes very thorough with her care and very responsive when asked questions. I would recommend this practice to anyone who asks. Ive seen so many different OBGYNs and she is by far one of the best.

Dr. Laband is the single best care provider (gynecological or otherwise) that I have ever had. He is stellar with his patients, attentive, thoughtful, respectful, and approachable. I can’t recommend him enough! I fly from California out to Arizona to see him each year. Wonderful doctor!

The staff and nures that I seen were awesome. My emotions were all over the place coming in due to what Im dealing with. Im glad to say that they were attentive to my needs eased my concerns and gave great suggestions to assist with my needs. Im blessed to be under there care and direction. I know Im getting the best care.

Amazing staff! Dr tempest is fantastic. She was so helpful and explained everything. The front desk women are friendly and know what they are doing. My tech was super sweet also and hugely helpful. Love this place.

I’m so glad I’ve found better providers. I’ve never had any medical bills sent to collections by entire life, until now! This office provided my incorrect phone number and home address and I never received any notifications. The charge is from 2019 and I have visited SEVERAL times since then and updated my paperwork every single time. The address this office sent was from when I become a patient many years ago. Seriously so ridiculous. That coupled with the wait time, my experience as a patient and terribly scheduling, it was more than time for me to move on.

This practice has come short in terms of my medical expectations. I received conflicting information from the same provider. They gave me a diagnosis and circled back saying I need more tests. They gave me the exact prescription I had complained about after looking me in the face and telling me they would be giving me something else. For me it was a waste of time and money. After four visits, I am back at square one. When asked to be seen by an actual Doctor they get offended even though the NP admitted to not being a specialist of my supposedly condition. I didn’t feel like they cared for my health and I will be looking for a practice where the medical staff actually know what they are doing.

As a woman, going to the Gynecologist is such a vulnerable, uncomfortable thing. I have never felt that way here! I feel like everyone puts me at ease and the Drs and NPs are very thorough with EVERYTHING it takes to be a well woman.

Dr Garge was so gentle and personable. Really looking forward to my next appointment.

All the staff has always been polite. NPs Nikkeya and Kristina have been been very competent with premature menopause, knowledgeable and patient with my case as its a complex one. I originally was seeing Kristina but she stopped doing telehealth appts, so I was switched to Julia Cyr who I felt was just ok in demeanor. So, I asked to see Nikkeya instead and have been very happy with her. Shes really nice, experienced, on top of your care, and is respectful toward the patients concerns and thoughts on their own gyn health. In my experiences, I feel this is a really important quality in a healthcare provider & Ive been blessed & pleased with AZ Gyn consultants!

I would not recomend this place and personaly I will not be going back I had to call to almost beg for my results to be mailed to me or email but no they cant do that they want to charge for a new appointment just to tell me the outcome total scam very disapointing to know they only care for the money $$$ please chose another place where they are more responsable and truly care for patients .

Ashley DeYoung was probably the best provider Ive seen in GYN! She was patient and interested in not only my health, but also my life and interests. Ive also never had a pap smear that was completely painless until this annual visit with AZ GYN Consultants. We also had an IUD consult where she gave me a lot of information and options for birth control--I expressed concerns about anxiety and pain for the insertion and she provided me with information and help for the procedure.

My visit was very pleasant and informative. I give this visit a 10 !!

The Highland ave place is absolutely wonderful! They’ve been so thorough and kind through this process and very gentle with me as this is all my first time. Absolutely lovely people!

HORRIBLE absolutely horrible!!!! I spent an hour and a half waiting to be seen after getting to my appointment early. I came in to be seen for my horrible cramps I get every month (and Ive seen many many many Physicians for this, but never one thats compelled me to write a bad review. I really dont like writing bad reviews!) once I finally see her for a lovely span of 10 minutes, she does not even touch me, and starts making multiple blind recommendations! The only information she had was that I get bad menstrual cramps and that I have tried many things before, so she goes as far to heavily emphasize and urge me, a 22 year old who gets cramps to have my uterus taken out (again, no exams, no assessments, no nothing). Just RIDICULOUS! I work in health care so I know more than the average person, and WOW it was so blatantly obvious that she was trying to make money by trying to prescribe multiple items(because she did indeed try to prescribe lots of different things)! Oh also, at the end of the appointment she says she wants to do a simple routine exam (vaginal exam) in a few weeks. Why not today after I waited for 1 1/2 hours? Probably because she wants to get paid again. Also, I couldnt tell you what her teeth look like because she did not smile at once. Definitely definitely not coming back. I tried explaining these unfortunate events as nicely and politely as I could here. I am extremely and beyond disappointed with this office and Doctor. I understand genuinely helpful physicians are hard to come by, but definitely try your luck at a different facility, it is doubtful theyll be found here.

Scheduling is horrible. My OBs office sent my referral at the end of a month (office doesn’t do birth control). Wasn’t able to get an appointment until 2 weeks later (no biggie). Went in for my appointment and was told they couldn’t do it until my insurance was confirmed. Correct me if I’m wrong but I thought when referrals are sent in, they send in your insurance info?I received a call from my pharmacy (3weeks later) saying they’ll be shipping my birth control to the office and they’d be receiving it expedited (2days).It’s now 2months after my initial referral and I barely got the call to schedule. I’ll be getting my birth control literally 2.5 months after my referral was sent. Come on work on improving your scheduling because this is horrible.

Unfortunately the appointment wasn’t made correctly. It was for the wrong reason. I came in and my actual appointment needed was not made. So I will need to wait for a call to get my actual appointment.

Eugenie Anderson, MD is the nicest gynecologist I have seen. She truly cares for her patients wellness. She has been able to get my PCOS under control. I highly recommend Arizona Gynecology Consultants to anyone suffering from PCOS.
