They tell you one thing and say something else when u see them next time they word don’t mean nothing

Initially I was a patient of Dr Norman however she transferred to a new facility. While trying to locate her I needed to be seen so I figured the same professionalism that her staff was at the paradise valley location I’ll receive here. This was not the case over a week of failed promises and inconsistent communication was a lot of tears stress and anxiety due to the staff not keeping me up to speed related to test results. It seemed as though no one was on the same page and I heard different versions of why things were delayed each time. Honestly I would probably never refer anyone here. This was probably the worst experience of my life from the midwife all the way down to the support staff including the schedulers. It doesn’t matter how often a person calls you should still show a sense of respect and professionalism. All in all I appreciate the head nurse Ms. Joedy. We started off rough due to what had happened leading up to us actually speaking. But she stayed in communication and provided me with answers. For that I am thankful. Truly appreciative of you hearing me out and helping me get to the bottom.

Every step of pregnancy and birth was so terrible. Please go anywhere else. They also really messed up my nexplanon removal and I have a huge scar now. The worst.

Dirtiest clinic I’ve ever seen, and on top of that they’re very clearly racist, seriously though, everything was so dirty I had to shower after I left

Only had a few appt and have been happy thus far with their organization and professionalism.

Most xenophobic, rude and dirty doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. I mean it was DIRTY.
