Irene is a wonderful healer. I went to her for shoulder pain I had for over a year which she healed in less than 10 sessions. I then had her work on my back and for the first time in 15 years I have some relief from my chronic back pain. Irene is compassionate, professional, and incredibly skilled. Her office is peaceful and conducive to healing. Not to mention her office assistant is kind and welcoming.

I have been regularly visiting Natural Healing and Wellness for acupuncture since December 2022. I have so many good things to say and highly recommend! For starters, Irene is incredible at what she does. She is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. She is also a beautiful human being that I am so blessed to have met. Natural Healing Wellness was recommended to me by an expectant mother at my childs school. Ive personally experienced benefits like pain reduction, stress reduction, less hormonal mood/mindset swings, clear thinking, increase awareness/knowledge of my body/mindset, courage to make life changes, and overall boost in vitality/energy/enthusiasm.Irene does have supplements and traditional herbal remedies, but she does not push/pressure you to incorporate those in. But I have found great benefits from every supplement Ive started using based on her guidance.The outside building is unassuming, but the energy and vibe inside is beautiful and relaxing/healing. Easily the best part of my week going to Natural Healing Wellness Center. Irene is incredibly knowledgeable, mindful, and professional yet personable-- all of the traits you would want in someone treating/helping your journey. I went to Irene to help get pregnant after trying for over a year. She was open, honest, and encouraging throughout our 12 week plan. Well, sure enough after 11 weeks I was able to get pregnant along with an amazing fertility doctor who avoided pushing IVF on me. I will forever be grateful to Irene!

Irene is amazing! She’s extremely tentative , her energy is fantastic and she truly cares for her patients! I have a movement disorder that causes pain,spasms,and stiffness , she always knows exactly the areas to target during my acupuncture sessions ! I leave each time feeling like a different person ! Irene is exactly what I was looking for in complementary medicine. We discuss lifestyle choices and habits to identify causes and solutions in realistic, practical ways. One change Irene made to my vitamins and supplements notably reduced swelling within the first day or two and I sent a bottle to my mother and sister right away, while the reduced swelling made it psychologically much easier to lose some unwanted weight long term. When I had a major medical decision to make, I went into the doctor’s office armed with the ability to make a very informed decision about intervention choices and lifestyle changes to prevent further problems in the future based on my discussions with Irene. I had used an acupuncture at a clinic in Washington DC and was a little nervous about trying someone new since I had a bad experience on a cruise ship. At my first visit Fabiola showed me around her office and showed me the needles she used. She has a very calm manner and put me at ease. Her treatments are painless and the treatment room is filled with very relaxing music. I usually fall asleep. Most importantly they work!! I have gone many times and can certainly recommend her with confidence.

Kudos to Fabiola!!!! I was in terrible sciatic nerve back pain, with one of my legs tingling, having to drive around and care for my two kids while my husband was out of town. I have to share my experience because on Thanksgiving, I was bedridden w/ a severe middle & outer ear infection & swollen face. The pain was horrendous. I was on antibiotics for over 4-5 days & was using antibiotic drops as well. No relief :(Out of desperation, I called Fabiola, she was so accommodating , came in for me on Friday, & immediately after her acupuncture treatment & soothing hands, I left there in tears of gratitude for being blessed to have her in my life. I was never such a believer of acupuncture treatment until now.
