Dr. Hoyos is a rock star. We had our first appointment as tele health. He was very reassuring and I truly felt he was a people’s person. He is very responsive, going back and forth on my questions. He gave Mw wonderful advice and has a very positive vibe. Being a patient from another country, Dr. Hoyos was always mindful of differences. He is exceptional. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate doctor.

I have never anticipated writing a review more than I do at this moment. I wont delve into my infertility struggles because I want this review to focus entirely on the incredible doctor, Dr. Hoyos. Prior to seeing him, my wife and I endured two egg retrievals, six transfers, and two miscarriages. We were defeated, mistreated by another clinic, and losing hope in this process. However, from day one, Dr. Hoyos showed us love, empathy, compassion, and profound knowledge on infertility. It didnt take long for him to completely change our outlook. There wasnt a moment he didnt believe this would happen for us, and every interaction with him left us with renewed hope. After experiencing multiple unsuccessful medicated cycles at another clinic, Dr. Hoyos provided me with the opportunity to attempt a natural cycle, something that was never offered before. Dr Hoyos was an amazing doctor. He was very thorough and always took his time with me and answered all my questions. Also, when I was home and sick from pregnancy nausea in my first trimester, he would order extra tests and call me himself to check in with me and make sure that everything was OK. I highly recommend his services.

IVF is a long, scary process and Dr. Hoyos made me feel incredibly cared for and about. He has an extremely calming presence and is encouraging while always staying measured and grounded. He also encouraged me to take an opportunity to be a part of a medical trial for a new medication, which significantly helped with the cost of IVF and also made me feel like all of the shots and checkups and stress were part of something bigger.All of the nurses and office staff are wonderful. I had to go so often that I felt bonded to them, and I knew they were all rooting for me. Ivf is an excellent clinic with very good doctors, especially Dr. Luis Hoyos and his group of nurses and colleagues. I had the best experience in the short time I was attending the clinic, everyone was always very friendly and always contacted me every time I had a question to help me, they were always attentive to my tests and my follow-up.
