Just had my first experience transferring my embryos from ReproTech and I wasnt impressed. First off I didnt know that they only shipped once a month to Boca Fertility, even though this place is located in Coconut Creek. I had to expedite the process and paid an additional fee in order for my embryos to arrive on time. Secondly, I had emailed the notarized letter and faxed it to the company after receiving a call that I needed to hurry up and submit the notary to release the embryos. I committed to my promise to have the notary arrive by a certain time. Instead of looking through their email and fax machine, they were calling and emailing me and stated they had other obligations if my notary was not submitted in order to ship the embryos. I finally emailed back and requested for a refund for the rushed delivery. This place made me feel like a burden and not a patient. They receive three stars for their promptness, easy access to reach a person from their company, and the refund receive due to not looking for the notary first before calling me husband and me and sending us emails.

Awful doesnt begin to describe my experience with Reprotech over the past nearly 8 years. Its a shame 0 stars isnt an option.
