Dr. Zoyla Almeida

Dr Almeida is probably one of the best doctors I know, she truly care for her patients and she takes her time to explain everything. The personal at her office is also well organize and they do a great job taking care of of the details in case you need a procedure. Overall my experience is 5 stars

Dr. Zoyla Almeida is an exceptional doctor who not only is highly knowledgeable and skilled in her field, but she also takes the time to listen, ensuring that all your concerns are addressed. I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful doctor and highly recommend her to anyone seeking top-notch medical care.

I would never give this dr. the time of day. Really this is no star She nicked my sisters bladder during the surgery. The only time she was in the room with the dr. was recovery. Never saw her in her office. Told my sister on the phone that she needed to a radiologist as she had cancer. That was the last time she spoke to my sister. Dr almeida should not be allowed to practice medicine.

Dr Almeida, nurse Lucy and everyone else in that office are Amazing! They care about your health and your well being, like you are part of their family! I can’t really say enough praises! They held my hand through a difficult time with my surgery and several post opp UTIs that were not really their fault. If you are looking for someone who actually cares about you and your health- go and see Dr Almeida and Nurse Lucy!!!

Id give zero stars if I could. Our mother bled to death on Dr. Almeidas operating table during a robotic hysterectomy. The surgery was strongly recommended to occur before Christmas, as such, we lost our mother on December 19th. The whole family is in shock and heartbroken.

On December 19, 2023, our mother died on the operating table while Dr. Almeida was performing a routine surgery. Absolutely horrific.

From the moment I entered the Office I felt welcomed. The girls are very friendly and take great care of the patients.I have been coming to this office for a while and Dr. Almeida has the best Bed Side Manner.

Dr. Almeida and her awesome staff are great. The care they give is very warm, comforting and respectful. Dr. Almeida leads with passion, knowledge and give you the overwhelming feeling of being well care for. All my fears were swiped away with her explanation of my needs and what’s going to happened. Dr. Almeida was absolutely correct. It’s been a long rocky journey and I am so grateful.

I’m giving this place a 2 stars because Dr. Almeida is great and very nice she took care of my mom when she had a cyst but Dr. Lucy on the other hand is really rude and horrible. She was treating me for my fibroids and it came to a point that my iron levels drop really low, multiple doctors told me it was because of the fibroids and every time I went to the office Dr. Lucy respond was to keep taking the birth controls it’s not a magic pill that will work from one day to another. But I been struggling with it for years. After my primary physician took more blood samples he said it looks like I can get cancer, I needed surgery asap I went back to Dr. Lucy she said no everything was fine. Until I went to another country to get my surgery done and turns out that it was starting to form into cancer on my ovaries! They said they don’t how the doctor couldn’t catch it. But thankfully I was on treatment for a month and I’m doing really good every 6 months my primary does blood work making sure everything is doing great. So if come to this doctor make sure to get serval doctors opinion because Dr. Lucy will say you’re fine.

I was originally scheduled to go to this doctor office because of having fibroids not caring of the pain that Im in they scheduled me two months away!!! Ok so when I finally got in the office I was scheduled for a surgery which of course they was scheduling another two months away not caring of the pain effort so I went out of country I informed them the lady I spoke with in the office said that would be fine I still get to touch base with the doctor. She was supposed to have her call me of course that never happened so when my surgery was scheduled two days before I called the office, then theyre telling me they cant do the surgery. I ask why they cannot give me an exact answer. However, I ask for the doctor to call me. They told me they were going to have the office manager called wish the office manager just called. She was very rude very disrespectful. Seems like shes very races. She told me that they will no longer be doing my surgery because of what her coordinator told her that I was rude, which is far from the truth so apparently, they never listen to the recording conversations. If youre black stay far away from here this is a very racist place and the doctor could care less of what type of pain you are in. They will schedule your surgery 2 to 3 months out. Youre lucky to even get in when she called me today telling me that they will no longer be doing surgery Ive already made plans with another doctor already but this is one of the worst place Ive ever dealt with their unprofessional there racist has no clue of whats going on. She just goes by word-of-mouth the doctor dont even have much respect to even give you a call to see what happens but her office manager is very disrespectful and she shouldnt be treating patients like that! Im definitely filing a complaint with the board of health as well in the office manager told me to go ahead and make sure I do that immediately!!

When I first saw Dr. Almeida a year ago, I was going through an urgent situation of which no previous doctors could figure out what was wrong with me. I was in excruciating pain all day long and after losing hope that anyone would figure out what was wrong with me, it took one appointment with Dr. Almeida and my surgery was scheduled the next day. She is very professional, very knowledgeable and all around an amazing doctor. The staff is also very friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance. I’m beyond grateful for Dr. Almeida and the care I have received in this office.

Dr. Almeida have been my Dr., for approximately 15 yrs. Ive never had a problem with scheduling or canceling an appointment. The office staff has always been very accommodating and courteous. I love Dr.. Almedias bedside manner as well as her professionalism. I wouldnt even consider leaving her care for another oncologist. I consider her very knowledgeable and a caring friend.

I had the worst experience ever here stay away from here I’m making sure everyone knows they will schedule you two to three months out for surgery and than cancel on you the office manager is very unprofessional rude disrespectful don’t call as a courtesy to here your side she calls immediately threatening which I don’t take lightly I’ve already file a attorney general complaint I’m not going to stop this office manager will never treat people the way she does ever again!!! And if your black stay away they are very prejudice !!!!!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I was compelled to do so after my current contact with the receptionist this morning. I was referred by another Dr and I contacted the office and the receptionist was so dismissive. I have no knowledge of the services offered and each time I would ask her a simple question she sounded like I was being a bother to her and she was annoyed.Her customer service deserves zero stars.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful and Dr Almeida is very thorough and makes me feel comfortable. I trust her completely and highly recommend her to others. Also Lucy, her assistant is excellent and also very sweet! I would never go anywhere else, love them!!😀💕

After 4 years of positive PAP results , and fibroids and a family history of female Gyno cancers my gynecologist recommended I go see Dr. Almeida. After 4 weeks of my follow up calls I have as advertised Id have to see their nurse practitioner. My situation didn’t seem arrant seeing Dr. Almeida.What horrible insensitive and unprofessional customer service.

I was told that I will receive a call within 1 week, 4 weeks ago. Still no call. Well...I already have been at another doctors office and been seen. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE!

Being seen at Dr. Almeida office has been the BEST Healthcare experience I have had ALL year long. The staff is EXCEPTIONALLY nice and courteous and organized! Dr. Almeida was kind and addressed all my issues even more than what I came in for. People often dismiss the importance of professionalism and simple kindness in Healthcare and how patients are affected mentally and physically by the lack of it but Dr. Almeida office has restored my faith in Healthcares ability to uphold these standards. I wish more DRS Offices did the same.

I was referred to Dr Almeida by my Gyn Dr Talavera for a matter that needed immediate attention! Within a few hours I was contacted and an appointment was scheduled for the very next day.I arrived on time and was greeted very nicely. The office appeared immaculate and I was the only one in the waiting area. I filled out the new patient forms and within 10 minutes I was taken back for vitals and to the room to prep for the visit.Dr Almeida was thorough in her examination as well as her explanation of what to expect. All of her staff, from the office to the back as well as scheduling operated in tandom like a well oiled machine. My mind was at ease that I was in well capable hands and I am prepared for what is to come.

Dr. Almeida is an amazing surgeon. I was very nervous about my procedure, but she madeMe feel very comfortable. She explained everything to me from the pre surgery to the post surgery and recovery. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

I had uterine cancer for a few years but she helped me when I was so I’ll. The robotic hysterectomy was no big deal I had a few little incisions and a little sore but I was great after that I felt so much better. Thank you.

Dr. Almeida was very kind, paid close attention to details and gentle to the touch while completing my exam. Her Nurse practitioner was Lucy was wonderful too. Actual her entire office staff was super pleasant despite the COVID-19 craziness they were professional and prompt.

Im 25 years old and have to get surgery. Walking in the office I was extremely scared and nervous to find out more. Everyone in the office was very comforting and made me feel at home. The nurse practitioner, the receptionist Lesley and Dr. Almeida. They initiated a plan for me for my surgery. I wish it could have been sooner but they were more than helpful.

My mom had a bad experience with this doctor. She was very inpatient with a bad attitude. She rushed and didnt answer her questions yet belittled her when she asked for clarification. This hurts because she is newly diagnosed with cervical cancer, but doc had complete disregard of what she is going through.

My appointment was scheduled almost 3 months in advance. I received a call from a staff member 3 days prior to my appointment asking me if I can change my 12pm appointment. I told the lady I was not able to change it and she told me she will give me a call back. I never received a call back from her so I assumed my appointment was still a go but little did I know she canceled it without advising me of such. I decided to call the office to make sure my appointment was still good 1 hour prior to driving almost 45 minutes to get to my appointment. I was told my appointment was canceled. I asked why was my appointment canceled and was told since I was not able to change my appointment time the lady canceled it. I requested a call back from the office manager to discuss what had happened that the office staff that called me that day did not tell me that the appointment was canceled. I was so upset because I had requested the day of from work. I have called the office about 5 times and was told the office manager will give me a call back. The same day of my appointment I asked to talk to the office manager and was told she was very busy and would definitely give me a call back. Well, I have been waiting now for 3 weeks and have yet to receive a call back. Ill not be going back due to the lack of customer service.

The team at Dr. Almeida’s office is always very kind and professional. I look forward to Dr. Almeida’s words of assurance and her kind attention at every visit. Dr. Almeida’s skill and intelligence in handling my condition, I believe, saved my life and I am comforted knowing she’s there throughout my follow up care.

This review is very difficult for me to write. On one hand Im grateful for Dr. Almeida on the other hand I feel so lost because of her. I know that sounds almost like an oxymoron. But it is the truth. First, I must say with the most confidence that Dr. Almeida is truly a talented laprascopic surgeon and real professional. You may have read that she has poor bed side manner. At least I did prior to seeing her and still took the risk. And from my experience, she doesnt have much manners, but not to the point that it is totally insulting. She is one busy woman and an ego to fill the whole room (which is somewhat warranted as she is one heck of a surgeon), she in reality doesnt actually have the time to be so attentive. But, she has a lot experience in surgery---that is absolutely not to say she has enough KNOWLEDGE for endometriosis. She can find and point out endometriosis better than anyone in South FL. For that I am grateful. Its after the diagnosis that you might struggle. No doctor can help after diagnosis really, as it is an incurable sickness, but she can be very misleading and prevent you from dealing with it properly. I know this because she has been giving me misinformation for some time. She has constantly told me that my endometriosis is minimal, shouldnt affect my fertility, and shouldnt be much of a concern. If you do any research you will find out that stages of endometriosis does not mean variations in severity. Fertility is affected with any stage of endometriosis. Pain is just as bad in stage I and IV. Dr. Almeida literally patted me on the shoulder and said, it cant be that bad which is absolutely not the truth. The endometriosis can even be getting bigger. I am actually experiencing worse symptoms than I did prior to surgery. My body is telling me that this is not normal, just like it did when I forced myself to find someone to perform surgery and finally listen. I believe in Dr. Almeida to remove visible endometriosis, I dont believe she knows what to do if the problem persists and grows into more issues. If you are desperately in need of some peace of mind and need to know youre not going crazy and there is something in your body that needs healing--shell be your best bet in finding a diagnosis. She may even be the answer you need better than she has been for me. But, if you sense your endometriosis is beyond your uterus and causing complications elsewhere-like me, or symptoms worsening shortly after surgery you may be at a loss with this doctor. But, I say, she is worth the risk as we really dont have much choices in Florida or in general in dealing with endometriosis. (if you anyone can find another doctor and is in my shoes I hope you can pass the word on...) At the end of the day I must state, Dr. Almeidas track record gives evidence (do your research and read all reviews from every site possible) that her attention is on the check $$$ for surgery than actually listening to you--but you will get a diagnosis safely from her.One more smaller note. I have no kind words for Lucy, the nurse. How so many people do, is shocking to me. Maybe to not young brown women, shes nice to, but certainly not to me. In my post op appointment, Lucy tossed my papers to me and said Nothing was found. To which I thought, surely she means no cancer or other issues because Dr. Almeida called my father directly after the surgery and told him my diagnosis. But, no, Lucy didnt even bother to read my file correctly (or at all) and didnt even notice I was diagnosed with endometriosis. I tried to get more information and she actually told me endometriosis is just only really found in the uterus. Umm...do you even know about endometriosis? it can occur elsewhere in the body!. What was the cherry on top, I had to remind her to check my bandages and remove it as she had her hands on the door knob. She was about to walk away with out giving me any information about aftercare or anything! I always, always avoid going to her and make sure I see Dr. Almeida directly. As you should too.

I love Dr. Almeida and her team. I had stage 3c ovarian cancer in 2014, and ever since I’ve been going there, they have been nothing but professional and kind. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Almeida is wonderful, compassionate doctor who surrounds herself with great assistants. When you need confidence, the last thing you need is a half hearted person. Great office and staff.

First time visit. Was impressed with the very friendly staff, the quickness of how soon I got taken in, the ARNP as well as the doctor herself. She took her time and answered all my questions and I ask alot. I needed surgery which I knew, but she made me feel very comfortable.

Let me start by saying, I have never met or been treated by Dr. Almeida and my review is based from the experience I had with her office, staff, and policies.I was referred here by my regular gyn before the Covid-19 pandemic. I specifically requested to see the Dr. Almeida and not her P.A., I was informed that all new patients are required to be assessed by the physician assistant before seeing the Dr., so I agreed. I waited over 2 weeks for that appt. After seeing the P.A., who ordered an unnecessary ultrasound, performed in the office (I had already brought in the results from a CT scan, which is more specific to my issue) I was told the next available appt to see Dr. Almeida was 5 weeks later. So now a office who specializes in cancer identification and treatment wanted a new patient who to wait 7 weeks before even seeing the actual doctor! During that period I made an appt with the world renowned Moffitt Center in Tampa. They promptly saw, tested, and diagnosed my issue during the 5 weeks that I waited for my appt with Dr. Almeida. Finally in March 2020 when my appt with Dr. Almeida was set, the pandemic began to close down businesses around the country. Dr. Almeidas office called me to reschedule. Thats right, I waited 7 weeks to find out if I had cancer and they were going to reschedule me again!I am eternally grateful to the Moffitt Center for their efficiency and skill because Dr. Almeidas office would have waited too long to treat me effectively, had I been diagnosed with cancer.

While I had a positive experience and intervention by Dr. Almeida in 2015, I am very disappointed currently. My appointment this year was rushed and inconclusive. I kept calling the office and no one got back at me after the Ultrasound. I had to insist calling 4-5 times to get to speak to the nurse practitioner. I am very sorry to have experienced this, especially that I am an international and it was important for me to plan my appointments and course of treatment. The MRI center they recommended Akumen - produced a a vague report, much more simpler and vague than the ultrasound report which was done by students at the Doctor’s office. I was trying to call the Doctor’s office to discuss the MRI report but no chance. :-( All this has caused me a lot of sadness and stress.

As a first time patient,the entire staff was so welcoming. Especially Leslie,Andrea and Catherine in the front! They are amazing and makes you want to come back at every appointment with a smile.Thank you. ☺️

Super unprofessional! Front desk tries to be helpful but the actual way they work is unorganized . I scheduled an appointment months ahead - they canceled it. I showed to my appointment. Had to leave because they couldnt see me. Scheduled another appointment, they moved that one , called to ask why? And the reason was because the Dr could only see me at a different time. But for that appointment to occur I would have had to call the office to let them know that I was going to go. Otherwise- the concept of keeping an appointment is lost on them. I have been going to that office for 4 years and I have YET to be seen by the Doctor , its always the nurse practitioner for some reason. It its super frustrating to deal with such lack of professionalism. I am being scheduled for an appointment NEXT YEAR because they dont have anything for this year. I cannot comprehend the level of DISAPPOINTMENT this office delivers. Its horrible to switch Drs when it comes to something you have to be selective about but it looks like they Do Not Care!Ps I know enough that if you put 1 star your review will not show loud and clear.

Dr Almeida is a caring, incredible doctor. I did not have a positive experience with her PA and now only see Dr Almeida. Many of these negative reviews are probably patients who did not actually see Dr Almeida. She is professional and explained every procedure, test to me.

Good surgeon, great office staff. Dr. Almeida treats you as a number, not a patient. I was very disappointed that she never followed up with me but had her PA take over after the surgery. Would never recommend her to anyone. Very unprofessional

I just have surgery (Hysterectomy). I am so grateful Dra. Almeida herself performed it..i had years with big fibroids to the point i looked like a 7 month pregnant. The few doctors i visited prior to her wanted to open my stomach region from top to down not to mention all the drama and discomfort they made feel.Dra Almeida treat me with compasión a emotion i needed to feel from a Doctor after my past experiences. She gave the option i wanted to hear which this time i did not ask( i accepted whatever the surgery was necessary ) but surprisingly Dra.Almeida offer me to let my ovaries if they were in good condition. She even said it was better to leave them. She did the laparoscopy to me . She was definitely an Angel for me . My only complaint is why i did not go earlier with her. Thank you Dra Almeida.

On may 28th, 2021, my aunt had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Zoyla Almeida. Prior to this appointment, they suspected that she might have cancer in the ovaries. The nurses did their routine questions and check up and left the room. Doctor almeida came into the room and did not even greet us but proceeded to tell us that she needed surgery. Dr. Almeida specifically said that a surgery would be done to remove the cysts. We verbally agreed to the surgery in the examination room. I proceeded to ask the doctor if she knew if my aunt had cancer which she answered with “I’m not sure, we have to remove the mass and a pathologist will determine that”. We went to make the appointment with nurse and the nurse asked “when would you like to schedule the hysterectomy?” Upon hearing that I asked my aunt if she knew about a hysterectomy, as I never heard the doctor mention this. My aunt replied no, but reluctantly agree, thinking it was this or death. I was given a stack of forms which I had questions about and wanted to clarify before signing. They refused to answer my questions about what the forms I was about to sign pertained to. When setting an appointment for the hysterectomy, the woman told me that September 2nd, 2021 was the closest date available. I attempted to get an earlier date, which they said was not possible. I voiced to the nurse that I was confused about why no one ever mentioned that my aunt needed a hysterectomy until we came into said room to make an appointment (in which we were under the impression was a surgery to remove the cysts). I questioned simply why does my aunt need a hysterectomy surgery if the doctor wasn’t sure if she in fact had cancer? I did not notice that the doctor was eavesdropping on me and at that point the doctor walked in and got in my face. She proceeded to say “excuse me, I am the doctor” which I felt was disrespect to the patient. And I continued to ask her the same question. “You said that you didn’t know if my aunt had cancer, why does she need a hysterectomy?” And “you did not mention in the examination room that her surgery would be a hysterectomy rather than just a surgery to remove the cysts” she responded by arguing in a flustered manner that she’s the doctor and that she did tell us that my aunt needed a hysterectomy and that I did not listen. But she did not explain my aunt’s health condition whatsoever. Even once. Only that she needed a “surgery to remove the cysts”. She refused to answer a single one of my health related questions. She looked at the nurse and said “I can’t see her as a patient anymore, I can’t do this. Find her another gynecologist”. The reason for our appointment with Dr. Almeida is because my aunt received an MRI from the ER, which reported that she might have cancer. My aunt first visited Dr. Almeida May.14th and has gotten blood tests and ultrasounds done. We have not received (verbally or physically) or seen any results from the ultrasound, etc even up until this point. No one has said anything regarding the status of my aunt’s gynecological health but they insist that we make an appointment for a hysterectomy that was not ever previously uttered to us. We’ve never had a doctor turn us away as patients for asking questions in a rational manner. Dr. Almeida behaved extremely unprofessionally and her actions are ethically unsound. I have contacted my lawyer regarding this incident.

My experience was the worst of my life!! The doctor performed a hysterectomy and disfigured my abdomen. She sewed my incision to tight and my stomach looks & feels awful. She told me she takes full responsibility and would give me the name of a plastic surgeon, but was not going to pay for the correction. I went to my gynecologist to show her and she immediately said OH THAT IS SEWN TO TIGHT! I was a model & now am uncomfortable with intimacy and feeling good about my body. I cant stand looking at myself in the mirror or anyone else! The recovery was torture for 6 weeks of pain with no help from the doctor. It is 5 years later and I have not gotten over what this has done to my life! I was widowed this year and feel that I will never be comfortable to be with a new partner because of this. I give this doctor NO STARS SHE IS A MISERABLE HUMAN BEING!!!

Dr. Almeida was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. I was almost scared off by the negative reviews on here but I am so glad i went. I left feeling 100 percent better about my situation then when I went in thanks to her walking me through everything. My only complaint was it was a very long wait.

I have called 4 times over the past 3 days to get my prescription and no one has filled it. I keep being told Im sending a message and it doesnt happen. Ive called first thing in the morning and again the the afternoon and I cant get in touch with anyone who can actually call in the prescription- just keep being told Ill give them the message. Its been awful.Im going to switch doctors at this point.

Worst customer service ever, i called in the morning to make an appointment, they waisted 30min of my time to register me as a new patient, and after calling them couple times to check if they got my referral, they decided not see me by saying that they dont accept my insurance anymore. She said they got the notice just a few minutes now, so they registered me in the morning, and rejected me in the afternoon. How fair is that?

Dr. Almeida is a very talented surgeon and doctor. However, she does not have the best bedside manner. Its just how she is. I chose her over someone else because she is very good at what she does.

I was recommended by my OB GYN for possible surgery . The first issue was my OB GYN faxed all records so they can call me for appt , that took about 2 weeks then they want to schedule me for a test that aside from being very expensive was already performed at my OB/GYN office. I had an appt scheduled after they had all my records then they reschedule finally went to appt on December 13. I was lucky that I didn’t have a life threatening condition since I called the office 3x regarding scheduling surgery and here it is the end of March 2019 and haven’t heard from them . After all this I got charge 500 dollars to see the doctor for 15 mins to confirm that I needed surgery . I am just glad that they never called back because I decided to seek a second opinion somewhere else , and I let my OB GYN that this was not good recommendation especially for a life changing surgery that I needed . First time I have experience this in a doctor’s office

I was referred here by my OBGYN for severe pelvic pain and a mass in my ovary. I had to wait over three weeks for the appointment and when the day (today) finally arrived, it was a huge waste of my time. The doctor wasnt listening to a word I said and clearly knew what she was going to say to me before she even walked in. When I spoke, she didnt seem to be taking me seriously and sometimes seemed almost skeptical about what I was saying as If I was making it up. More than once she actually cut me off while I was speaking and the entire time I was there it felt like she couldnt wait to leave the room. She prescribed birth control pills - which I do not need or want to take- AS I JUST TOLD HER not five minutes prior, and attempted to prescribe me an anti-inflammatory medication, which I already take daily for another issue, which she would have known had she let me speak or just read my chart. Then I was told to come back in a FEW WEEKS for an updated ultrasound and then a few weeks after that to see the doctor after the ultrasound. Seriously? A few weeks later to follow-up on an ultrasound taken in the same office? So I waited several weeks for an appointment with a doctor who had no concern for a single thing I was saying or feeling, and who could provide me with no real solutions to a months-long situation for which I am in constant pain. Immediately upon leaving the office, I called my OBGYN for a referral to another doctor.

Its my first time meeting Dr Almeida and she made my checking really comfortable and she also ask questions and listens to me and I really believe knows exactly what she is doing.

Very insensitive to my situation as a pregnant patient, dismissive, pushing surgery and no empathy. I had a very hard time leading up to this appointment and she made it worse. I moved from an OB to midwife practice after this since they referred me over. Horrible experience. Ive sine been checked out by two doctors and a cat scan and dont need surgery.

I had a serious allergic reaction to Afinitor. It put me in ICU at FMC. Now trying to regain voice, eating directly. Eating from tube in belly. Will keep you posted.

Office personnel And nurses, etc. very nice. Dr. Almeida from reviews of her very trustworthy but could use a little more warmth. However, I will trust her judgement because of her experience.

Dr. Almeida is the definition of how a doctor should be. Words can’t describe how safe she made me feel considering my situation so go see her for yourself if you need a specialist.

Took my elderly mother to see Dr. Almeida. Right away felt that my mom was in very capable hands. The office staff very kind & nice.

The person who does the scheduling here is terrible at the their job. I showed up today for my appointment and they said it was last week even though i had confirmed twice with the lady of the date and time. The person put me in the system wrong and never called to confirm the appointment. I had waited a month for this appointment to be told the wrong date. Very very disappointing and a waste of my time.

Had surgery 10/18. Dr was very caring. Allowed me to stay a 2nd night in hospital at my request. Office personnel are professional. Waiting room time is minimal.

I started seeing this doctor back in November when I was newly diagnosed in all my appts I saw her once and when she did my d&c after that I was seeing her PA they started me on these meds never explain to me what it was or nothing just saying take them a month later I started bleeding for 16 days I called they said oh just watch when it got to 24 days I called again they said oh we will call u back and nobody ever did call back or nothing so I switch providers cause the way she neglected me and my issue really bothered me and that shouldn’t happen

I would not go to another Doctor for my problem have been with her for at least 11 years she is the best caring and very easy to talk to takes excellent care of her patients
