They were always on top of things, reaching out and providing support when I needed it, and even when I didnt. I received awesome surprises and gifts in the mail. I just completed my surrogacy journey in August and it was the most wonderful experience ever! NWSC was amazing from the very start till the end. They really take in to consideration to find the perfect match for intended parents to surrogates.

There arent enough stars available to show how awesome this agency is. Currently I have completed two journeys with them and now working on my third. I was matched with a single dad who resides in Spain and had a dream of being a father. I was able to help his dreams come true by carrying and delivering his son and daughter. We now have an everlasting friendship and bond that I wouldnt give up for anything. NWSC does an excellent job of matching intended parents to surrogates. They work had to find people on both sides that are like minded. Anytime I needed anything, they were there to help. They really have the surrogacy process figured out and make the process flow smoothly. I have always wanted to be a surrogate and Im so grateful that this is the agency I got to work with.

Surrogacy is very special and unique path to parenthood. It can also be confusing and complicated. Luckily, we had NWSC to help us navigate through two journeys for each of our daughters. Nina our case manager as well as her extended colleagues were extremely professional, communicative and thoughtful. I wouldnt hesitate to highly recommend this agency to any future intended parents.

I just finished my first surrogacy journey through NWSC and even though I can’t compare them to other places, I know I will be using them again. The entire staff was so nice and understanding with every question I had. As an international parent, I was very lucky to have the Northwest team working with me in the journey of building up my family. The team is highly professional and experienced, they are always able to inform me what is going to happen the next step, so that I could plan ahead. My surrogacy journey happened during the covid period, which made it more difficult to find a surrogate. Northwest team had been doing a great job to manage my expectation and giving me updates on the searching process. Eventually, I had a great, kind-hearted, and highly responsible surrogate mom to work with me.Throughout the journey, my key contact is Amber. She is extremely responsive, professional and caring, and was always able to provide timely communication between the surrogate and me. I also work with the finance team, the in-house lawyer and the legal team of Northwest. They are all highly professional and responsive.I would recommend the Northwest team with no doubt. I had a wonderful experience becoming a surrogate with NWSC. My coordinator Amber was amazing and so helpful during the whole process. I had to have my surrobabe at 34 weeks due to preeclampsia and she checked in and made sure I was ok and everything was taken care of. I started this journey around 2 years ago. I got matched last year, perfectly with an amazing family. Any questions I had my coordinators were happy to help me, even the simplest questions. I had 3 coordinators during my one journey but each were amazing and made the transition from one coordinator to the next so easy and flawless. I couldnt recommend NWSC enough. I hope to do another journey with this agency again.

My first surrogacy journey started before the pandemic and 2 days before I was supposed to go to my first appoint at the fertility clinic, they shut down any new patients/treatment plans. NWSC continued to be there for any of my questions or concerns - but that wasnt new because they were always professional and friendly from the moment the team replied to my inquiry.This February (2023) I gave birth to the brother of surro-baby number 1, whom I gave birth to in 2021.Now that its postpartum, yet again, they continue to be kind and courteous.

I just completed my first surrogacy, and with NWSC. The process has been long, but totally worth the time and energy. I dont know how they manage to match the surrogate with the perfect family, but they might expand into the friend matching business, cause the Intended Parents and I will be keeping in touch for life, for sure. I think this is the most critical part of the surrogacy process, because it sets the entire journey up for success. Most of the surrogacy is communicating with the IPs, and our case worker at NWSC was the support and go-between so we never had to discuss nitty-gritty stuff, between parents and surrogate. We simply developed a relationship (over 2+ years!) and had a baby together! I definitely recommend NWSC.

I’ve been a surrogate with this company for 3 journeys, they’ve helped me complete a part of my life where at one point I never knew it would take me. Through every step of the way, any question, any wonder or curiosity was answered, always timely, and never with any judgement. This company has really nailed what they do and how they do it. I initially contacted NWSC shortly after my own baby was born in 2016 just to get more information. They were so helpful, even from the very beginning stages. My initial contact was Christa and she helped me with all of the beginning stuff before matching with intended parents. Once I was ready, I was matched with a great couple and was transferred to my case coordinator, Angel. Angel helped through everything and was a rock while navigating through the whole process. Any and every question I had, she was there to help. I delivered my first surrogate baby in 2018 and then had a sibling for that baby in 2021. All around I had a great experience both times.

I have been with NWSC for 2 amazing surrogacy journeys. They have been so supportive and helpful in each step of the process. I worked along side of Nina, the absolute BESSSSST person, I am soo happy Nina was my coordinator, any question I had, she ALWAYS had answers! If I ever chose to do a second journey, it will only be if Nina can be my coordinator again, she’s the sweetest most caring person ever!
