My doctor, Amanda Hurliman, and the staff here are all incredible so this review does NOT reflect my experience with them. Amanda takes time to listen to me, explain things, and answers my questions.This review reflects my experience with the billing department. Honestly, it’s been so bad that I don’t even want to continue receiving care here. It’s unfortunate that I have the stress of trying to conceive, and now I have the ADDED stress of receiving multiple bills in the mail that aren’t being resolved because my insurance wasn’t billed properly.Emily Geraci

The provider and staff at this clinic are lovely. Their billing team on the other hand is complete rubbish! Prior to the apt, which I had booked a week in advance, they are supposed to run my eligibility with my insurance to see if anything will be covered. On the day of my appointment, this had not been done. I had already called my insurance and had been told that the first appointment would be covered and any testing for infertility. The receptionist let me know that their billing team had not checked my coverage but she would send them a message to urgently do so, so that we would know by the end of my appointment. When I left for the day, this had not been done.At my second appointment, as I was leaving, the receptionist let me know that the billing team had checked my coverage and I had no benefits to be seen at their clinic so I would need to pay out of pocket in full, interesting because this is not what I had been told, which I had stated. I paid over a $1000, and then later that day got the news that my partner and I could not have children. Waited until my insurance had processed the claims, to which it was covered, in full, and my responsibility had only been $300, so theoretically, $700 should be refunded to me... well not according to the billing team at ORM!I called to let them know that I would be discontinuing service, as there was no point for me to continue going. The first person I spoke with was very understanding at let me know that I would be receiving a check for $783.37. However, when the check arrived it was only for a fraction of that amount. I called again and spoke with someone different who told me that insurance had not actually paid and left the amount to my deductible and the remaining balance would be a credit on my account. I stated that it should not be a credit because I had already paid in full, so it didnt matter if insurance paid or not, and there should be no credit as I was no longer a patient. This woman argued with me! Finally, after talking in circles, she agreed to have my account sent back to someone else who handles refunds and Id be getting a check in 6-8 weeks! Totally unacceptable!Youre so quick to take a patients money but very slow to return it when you overcharged and it was your billing teams mistake that I even had to pay out of pocket to begin with! If you go to this clinic, insist that you wait until insurance processes, before paying anything else you may never see your money again!

The journey of infertility is and can be a very big and scarey process full of unknowns and uncertainty. Dr Hurliman and her team care about you and make your journey very personalized. Dr Hurliman is invested in you like you are her only patient. I have had the opportunity to meet many doctors throughout my journey and Dr Hurliman and her team by far are the best. I would recommend anyone who wants the best ending to your fertility journey to choose Dr Hurliman and her team at ORM.

I wouldnt even give you a 1 star. By telling someone they are overweight for a treatment even before they are seen by a doctor is plain rude and unprofessional. They need to be more friendly because couples going thrue this situation are already under stress and the words are used should be more on the gentle side of things rather than just saying them

ORM has always been professional and helpful. They provide so much information during your treatments. It does take awhile to get in for an appt sometimes but once you’re in the cycle, they prioritize your timing and you get what you need.
