The recording when you call says new patients are being accepted, but then when you get a live (kinda rude) person on the phone, its on pause for new patients. Like every other clinic around, theyve forgotten. Without patients, theyd be unemployed.

Dr Nora has been very helpful and reassuring as have others who work hereI have a lot of anxiety about my cirhossis of liver diagnosis, and they are patient and calm with me

They told me to come in Tuesday. Only for me to cone in Tuesday and be on a wild goose chase.They also wanted me to come again to be scheduled for an appointment when the initial appointment should of been scheduled on my first interaction. It doesnt make much sense to keep attempting to come in to try and schedule someone for an appointment.It should be a two interaction process one being heres what I need followed by a follow up for the actual appointment it makes no sense to have people waste their time ànd day like epically if they need something and are showing up.

By far the sketchiest and worst clinic or pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. You can call to refill a prescription, then arrive to find they not only don’t have the refill ready but they didn’t even start refilling it. This has happened many times. Or calling to refill and giving them four or five hours to finish and I show up and I get “we’re still working on it.” Insane.

The doctors and nurses here are some of the most amazing people so nonjudgmental so kind they actually listen and try to help anyway they can I thank you all from the bottom of my heart you all saved my life jaylene meek

My first 2 doctors werent that great through the clinic, but my last doctor and also my new doctor, Carly Little is great, my new team is also great I really didnt care too much for my last medical team the Pioneers but my doctor through the Pioneers team, my last doctor he was awesome..... I now go through the Bridges team and they too are also an awesome care team,......

The team at OTC are great! Theyve always treated me with respect. Elijah and his team have helped me navigate through some of the most challenging times of my life. When I compare OTC vs the competition, there is no comparison... the competition is sub-par at best!!! Thanks OTC For helping me for the last 7 years! You are appreciated!

Central City Concern has been helping me since March of 2011. They have gone beyond any expectations a person could have. Everyone I interact with has always been kind , compassionate and. considerate to me. When I have a medical need they help me by either getting me special equipment ( like a walker with a seat ) or referring me to the right specialist and making sure I get there. My doctor, Dr. Meg Devoe is the absolute best doctor Ive ever had. Shes so wonderful and needed by many that I now have to see Dr. Elijah Smith more frequently. And hes a wonderful doctor also. The people in the pharmacy are pretty special too! Ive had interaction with many people at CCC Old Town Clinic, from the director to the janitorial staff, and they have all had a good attitude and treated me right. I often wonder if theres a special blessing over that place because Ive never been to a place that had such a diversified group and all of them be decent to you. Beautifully ran and a respectable and RESPECTFUL atmosphere full of care and support and understanding that I’ve never found so consistently, and so deep within the ethos and values of a clinical setting before, and I have been through the gambit of types of treatment, and different centered and hospitals all over the US. So I’m REALLY SAYING SOMETHING, when I tell you, OLD TOWN CLINIC CHANGED MY LIFE AND TAUGHT ME THE IMPORTANCE OF NOT JUST TAKING CARE OF MYSELF-but Myself in general as a PERSON. And I’ve gotten so many people signed up with them and my mother sings their praises non stop-she says it’s the best thing she ever did for herself, and I think many of us can understand that :) and if you’re hesitant-come and try it out! If you like it, STAY! If you don’t, there’s somewhere else out here for you :) THANK YOU OTC!!! From me, my husband, and my mother :) and I think my sister too now hehe 🙃

I have many specialists at OHSU. I do continue my primary care at Old Town clinic. I always feel that I am well taken care of, and in the best hands.

The care is great. If that was the only thing I was rating, the clinic would receive five stars. However, the support staff seem very unhappy and are downright rude sometimes.Note: pharmacy hours are different than listed above and staff will not allow you to wait inside. When I arrived early (per above schedule), they wanted me to stand out on Burnside instead of in the safety of the waiting room!!! Nope!

They are horrible the pioneer team makes it very hard for you to get your results for blood work i had to call the front desk to get my results and she barely told me cuz she doesnt understand lab work terminology smh

I went there today. Ive been going there in and out every year. Theyre very nice oh, the place is really clean, its free for everyone, and they will help anyone. They have doctors there. Also have it where you can come get your meds are too. Its a one stop medical place for everything. Sorry I didnt take any pictures Im trying to keep client confidentiality. Everyones coming and going I couldnt take any pictures.

They deal with a lot...Ill give them that. However, theyre slow and unorganized. My doctors a kook. Im certain he has no soul. Dryer than Ben Stein. They misdiagnose ALL THE TIME. The day I no longer need their services will be a glorious day. Close your eyes...think of the happiest moment of your life...and times that by 1,000. Thats the kind of glory Im talking about.

I got a primary care physician that I really like, and believe shes very good at what she does. I also got a mental health provider, who is also great as to getting things done, and I like her alot as well. Both in the same building, which is so convenient. And soon there will be 3, as Im getting my therapist there as well. You cant be more convenient then that. Their pharmacy is there as well. Awesome.

1st of all the types of people that they are helping is rotten. If I didnt have to go anywhere near there I wouldnt. These people get you doped up on meds then they do not want to be responsible. Then they wonder why their residents leave and go somewhere else. I would not blame them. When you leave you are in fear of others knowing about everything you are taking. Drug dealers outside. If you dont get what you need inside get it outside the door. This place is for the birds. Do not waste your time or breathe. This place should be your end all place.

The women doctor that I had was so comforting towards my own battle wounds Im very greatful for the staff that are like this thats wat we need more all around is comfort ,I think at least theres one place like that its here so thanks to our huge team at the old town

I dont advise any trans people going here for help, especially if youre just looking to start your transition. Theyll misgender you at the desk, and even after corrected theyll tell everyone the wrong pronouns for you even when you write down your preferred pronouns and name. Go to Outside In if youre looking for better trans healthcare!

I owe my life to this place. I wouldnt be able to walk if it werent the help from my care team.

Some of the friendliest medical staff Ive ever experienced (Mika was a delight), and Doctor Kipp Bajaj was very patient and thorough and spent a lot of time with me listening and answered all my many questions.

I turn in a renewal of a trimet form and you tell me Ive no qualifying reasons after learning to walk again. You make me wait 5 days while bleeding profusely for a blood loss test to come back before referring me to a colon doctor. Then the referral to the colon doctor comes to me as a letter from Central City Concern to make sure I contact the doctor and setup my own appointment. I call them and they say they never heard from you and that they require youre referral.I have now contacted Care Oregon and plan to bring this to your donor board next week. If able, Im going legal. You are going to kill or cause harm to people in ways cruel and unimaginable if left to your own devices.

Old town is taking new patients, they can sometimes get you in same day appointments... There is a pharmacy inside, and if your med is needed but you cant afford to pay, they will let you pay over time... You wont be turned away without medicine

This was the worst place I have ever been. Dr Jenifer Bishop called the dmv on her word only did not diagnose me with anything. Now I have to jump threw all kinds of hoops to be able to drive again. She has never spent more than 5min with me ever , she has judge me unfairly. You would be better of going somewhere else.

Been with old town clinic for a long time. Now in recovery they assist me in my health and I feel grateful of the staff and their genuine concern for the broad spectrum of people they see

Astonishingly inept. Elijah, after spending multiple appointments trying to convince me to take Clonazepam for PLMD, then took it to a controlled substance review team, was turned down, and then proceeded to lecture at me as if I hadnt just spent a month being talked into this by him. A mindless, chart evangelizing drone that merely repeats any compelling argument made in his presence, not unlike a parrot. Hysterical. My good friend was a psyche patient there... the bridges treatment team diagnosed her as having a depressive disorder and PTSD. She was showing signs of a dissociative disorder, and so I began talking to her about this. She met the criteria for dissociative identify disorder under DSM V. She is now correctly diagnosed, but these flat astonishingly unskilled people had absolutely nothing to do with that. They were quite unable to treat for it, did not have a clue where to get a clue about how to integrate a DID patient, so I went ahead and did it myself. In six months she went from six personalities to one. These people should not be allowed to dispense aspirin. Funny tho, they are very very good at billing, go figure. To be avoided.

OTC Is outstandingly superior in health care with diverse clients. Most of all they really do care about your health that makes me feel complete and cared for.

I have been a patient at Old Town for 16 years. They helped me get clean and any others things I needed they got referrals for. I love the staff . I recommend it to people.

They really are terrible it seems like it’s gotten worse in recent years I’ve got symptoms of serious illness but they never seem to find anything wrong I’m sick every day and they tell me why I have a feeling they know and are not being honest with me

Ive been going to Old Town Clinic for quite some time nowI have been receiving care from a doctor named Lauren landExtremely wonderful doctorStraight to the point help me out so much with all the problems I had concerning my health issuesShe recently left Old Town Clinic and now Im having to Deal with just any doctor they have on hand they dont know my caseload and they dont seem to careIm having a hard time.

I want to know why they never told me about the horrific side affects and withdrawal symptoms of Dulexotine? Stay away from them they dont listen. I fired them, they dont care about their patients.

I called to try and schedule an appointment and the receptionist was super rude. she seemed like she didnt care and literally laughed at me when I tried to schedule an appointment. my advice? go somewhere else

These people are like extended family members and they care about you. They dont treat you like a paycheck.

This place need get better. The doctor was suppose to call me . After my labs got got sent back to her. It been about 2 weeks she should of got them by now.

They have provided me with amazing care.Dedicated, compassionate staff that strive to make a difference in the lives of all of their clients.

TYPE 1 DIABETICS do not go to this clinic. They can’t handle modern advances in technology. They won’t even call you to tell you they don’t know how to check your blood sugars online through the Dexcom website. They are dinosaurs.

This place is awesome . I have the best Dr. Dr. Land and all the nurses are very well trained and make you feel at ease. !
