Needed a titer for school. Scheduling was easy. Got right in with Casey and he answered all my questions and I was in and out in 15 minutes while he was juggling many people coming in. Does a great job!

I’ve been here multiple times and each time the experience is easy and painless. The employees are cool and explain everything you need to know about what you’re getting done.

I work for the State of Oregon and had made an appointment to get fingerprinted through fieldprint. I arrived on time for my appointment but the gal at the front desk said that there was nothing scheduled. I showed her my email confirmation, yet she still did not allow me to get fingerprinted. A man came from the back room speaking over me, refusing to listen to anything I said and gave me a 1-800 number to call, stating that they could not help and that they didnt work for fieldprint directly. They didnt offer to call on my behalf or assist in any way. There were no other customers or anyone else in the building, they were literally just standing there on their phones telling me they couldnt do anything without an appointment. I felt that they were extremely rude and did not offer any assistance. I rescheduled my appointment at a different site and will advise my co-workers not to use this site either.

Oh gosh I just left and I cant remember her name, the nurse was SO kind. I got multiple shots and blood drawn, she talked me through it and calmed me down. Genuinely asked questions, the sweetest nurse Ive ever worked with. I got so lucky, thank you sweetheart!!!

Truly lovely! We arrived close to the end of the day and the nurse was incredibly helpful and kind, despite being inundated with three other patients at the same time. Would recommend, thank you so much!

I made an appointment and was told I would have to wait over a half an hour later than my scheduled appointment. I even came early and signed in but a large group of other people were helped before me. The lady behind the counter was rude and ignored me while texting on her phone and didn’t apologize for the wait.

I get test and labs done pretty regularly for my job. This was by far the best experience Ive had. Thank you so much for fast friendly service during a pandemic. Staff gave me clear instructions and answered questions I didnt even know I had yet. I thought they were reading from a script but no she is just that good!

If you are looking for I-693 for immigration medical exam, this is the place you must go. They are super friendly and make it easy for your paperwork done. Also for me everything took only within 2 weeks, it was so quick. You don’t have to worry about filling out the paper, they will review the document with you step by step, if you need to get a vaccines, they also have a very reasonable price chart for that and you can get it in 1hour. Christi, you were so nice and helpful! Thank you so much.

Quick and easy. I went in for a tb test and needed a finger print scan as well. I had to have an appointment for the scan but the woman was able to get me in at the same time as my tb test!

Technician C.V. seemed to have a non-existent comprehension of customer service. Of the 3 customers I saw them interact with, I observed 4 issues that were immediately blamed on the customer. Regardless of where the culpability for a mistake or oversight lays, employees should not be in the habit of assigning blame. The amount of assuming this employee does is enough to make me assume they do this to everyone and makes me assume this establishment is a symptom of a healthcare industry that no longer sees patients, but customers.
