My first visit , Very comfortable, Educational .As I learned all of the Benefits of Testosterone and how important it is to have high healthy levels of testosterone is.So many things about my health began to make sense.I wish I had come in sooner!

Responsive, attentive, willing to listen and make adjustments to personalize toward the most effective individual plan. Communicate well during visits and follow up post visit or any regime adjustment. Excellent for near 8 years of working with them first as UMC and now Revibe.

I really liked the service I received when I first began my treatment. The longer I was at the clinic the more time lapsed with out my medication. I made multiple calls and had to come in to get an injection waiting on my RX to arrive. Finally, I had another procedure through a different provider and part of this procedure was a blood draw. When my blood was drawn, the MD commented that my blood was very thick and viscosity may be a problem. So much so they had to do a second blood draw to get enough of whatever they needed bc there were too many red blood cells. She instructed me to get a therapeutic blood draw. After calling and being unable to get what I needed I called Revibe and told them I would pay to have a therapeutic blood draw. I spoke with Shawn and I believe he did his best when speaking with the MD but came back telling me the MD didnt feel there was evidence to support a therapeutic blood draw. Not sure why the MD is so resistant to providing a service that will only help my quality of life. I can send articles and even research that supports this intervention. I paid for my RX up front and once it ends I will be finding another provider that is more educated and takes better care of their patients. This was never a problem when it was universal Mens Clinic. They also charge twice as much for most of their procedures. Shop before you sign up.*************In response to your response. I called multiple times to attempt to resolve my issue. I was told on multiple occasions over the course of one week that I would need to come in and have you retest my blood levels but my last test looked fine. You guys were less than helpful. I finally called my dr at Providence who took care of me and my issue has been solved. I took the action you suggested only to speak to the front desk and get nowhere. Not one call but Multiple calls over the course of a week. As I stated in previous reviews... The service was over the top amazing several years ago. As a business owner I take client complaints serious and take action. Dont blame your patients for poor customer service. My hope is that this was simply a training issue and all patients dont receive this type of care. We trust you guys with our health. Not a good look.

Being in one of the lowest spot of my life, and not knowing why ,the help I received from Portland Revibe was literally a lifesaver for me. Most people don’t understand what this affliction can cause. Be careful. Be real careful. I was originally given a compound of Testosterone mixed with Anastrazole suspended in Grapeseed oil. I was on the mend when I came to this clinic. I took the medication and slowly but surely this sharp pain came. Couldnt figure out for the life of my why. Then my apartment caught on fire (Unthank Plaza). Was in a motel. Realized Id missed a dose or 2 of the medication. Pain was lifting. Ended up getting the medication again. Took a dose. Ended up in the emergency room with pain. The blended medication thinned my tendons! They said it happend to folks sometimes. But if I was willing to trust them. Theyd make it right. At this point Im 1200.00 into medications that gave me medical problems. Im old school. I didnt call an attorney. I talked to the ole fella down there. He looked me in the eye. Said they messed up. Would I let them switch the compound and try to fix it. Theyd eat the cost. I wouldnt pay a penny until January 1st. 2025. I was covered. He shook my hand. I figured okay. I dont need to retain counsel. We worked it out for now. Ill take it on the chin. We will move forward. Later I get a call from nowhere from Julie out of the blue saying my credit card never went through (well why would it, if Im covered until January 2025 I think to myself).She basically says that they dont give free medicine to people like me (Im low income), and that there was a miss communication and now I owe them x amount of dollars and that the only way theyll pay me back for the x amount of months that I recieved the treatment is if I pay for the full course of the treatment. Then theyll tack 6 months onto the end as a courtesy?A courteousy for what!? You gave me bad meds!So... I end up back in the emergency room 2 weeks ago. Id taken a step off a 6 inch curb. The grape seed compound must have caused lasting damage to my back too. Because missing a 4 to 6 inch little step. I herniated C3 to C6. How am I taking injuries like this after being on the Grape seed oil compound? I whole heartedly believe something was off with the meds and I got a bad batch.I digress. Heres the medical reports. Have a gander yourself. Had they kept their word and replaced all the months I paid for with Testosterone Cyp commercial grade & estrogen blockers pill form as needed. Then gave me 6 months on top of it for thinning my tendons. Id have worked with em. Thats what thee ole fella said would happen. But it aint what happend!As it sits I dont know what Im gonna do... I didnt want to Litigate. But...This aint right. Doesnt seem legal.In the end. If you get that blended medication and you feel any pain. Stop immediately. Dont end up with thinned tendons & hurtin like me. Its supposed to make you healthier. Not sicker.

Horrible customer service! Cancelled treatment on May 17th due to side effects. Was told a refund would be mailed out in 4-6 weeks. It’s been 8 weeks and still NO refund!! Called into the office today and was told we would receive our refund now in an additional 4-6 weeks!! They have no problem taking your money, but they sure have a problem refunding it!! I was initially told that our refund would be $1,900+ when we first cancelled, NOW they say we are only getting $1,558!! We also paid for B12 injections and only received one dose in the office and one dose via mail. Asked about the refund for this as well, but now they have no record of it, even though when I cancelled, they did show a record of it and I was told that we would receive a full refund!!

Absolutely horrible follow thru with medication disbursement. Last month I went 17 days interrupted of my treatment waiting for my medication, had been on program 8 months and then they couldnt get my medication.Had referred 4 clients who 1 is having same problem.Terrible at returning phone calls. Staff constantly changing.

I assumed coming in that they would immediately want to sell me on a program but the doctors took my health as their #1 concern and genuinely assessed my health and wellbeing before taking me on as a patient. Im happy to have a set of medical experts looking after me and giving me much needed feedback I was lacking elsewhere.

Dana ...One of the best staffers there --gives above and beyond service and help, both in person and on the phone. Shes professional, knows me by my first name and educates herself on all of the treatments, injections, and services of Revibe. She studies things carefully and alerts the doctors when anything is out of place or needs attention. Because Dana is my go to person not only does she get a FIVE Star rating, the entire place does too!

Revibe Mens Health helped changed my life, I’m currently on Testosterone and Weight Loss program. Before therapy I was tired of not feeling like my old self and was tired of being on depression medications. In a whomping 6 months RMH helped me go from having type 2 diabetes to no longer even being a Pre Diabetic. This helped me beat diabetes! Of course these medications aren’t “magical” it’s gonna take some work on your end as well. I personally started with small walks and staying in a caloric deficit. The Doctor and staff is there to HELP! Nothing better than having a physical location, Instead of online services. Cost is reasonable, Nothing is free and please consider investing in YOUR HEALTH.

DO NOT GO HERE!! You are better of going to see a regular doctor. This “clinic” is designed to make money, not help their patients. I’m on the last month of my contract and I can’t wait to be done with this place and here are some reasons why.1. The moment you go in for a evaluation be prepared for a aggressive sales pitch. Even if you are at normal levels they will try selling a “optimum level” pitch.2. They were unable to keep my levels anywhere near optimum levels over the entire course of treatment. One month I was at 1400 the next I was at 400 and they couldn’t explain how that happens.3. Their prescription delivery system is a hassle. They ship FedEx or USP which is cool.... if you don’t have a job or life and are at home during the day to sign for it.4. Prescription came in late multiple times. Once was due to weather which is understandable. However, at one point they were almost a month late because their system didn’t auto refill. I was told it was because it didn’t recongnize my order because I was on 5 day injections. Their error and they did not offer anything but an apology.5. Prescription came in and half of it was tinted brown. When I asked about it they said I shouldn’t use it but didn’t offer to send any replacements.6. Syringes are poor quality compared to the ones they give you in the office. A few shattered in my hand as I was injecting.In the end I’m not exactly sure what I was spending 165 dollars a month for. I did see some improvement sometimes but their inability to keep me at normal levels or even close. They called me today to see if I wanted to continue treatment for $180 a month and it took a lot of willpower not to laugh.I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here for treatment.

I go in for routine blood work every 4-6 months. The staff is always nice & informative. My test results always come back promptly. I have experienced nothing but great service from them & have recommended many friends to this clinic.

Ive been with UMC for over a year. So far treatment has gone well with some variations over time. Staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. They listen well and will respond if you have questions or concerns. So far my experience has been positive.The only concern Ive had is it is difficult to directly contact their licensed medical professionals (MA or DO) for consult unless you are having a serious issue as a result of treatment. The technicians/reps you talk to on your routine checkups are not medically licensed (as far as Ive seen) and just relay your concerns to the Provider, an individual you wont interface with directly. The Provider then relays back his assessment to the technicians to inform you of any updates. This makes it time consuming to hone in on a specific treatment plan for your needs.Other than that, given time, and money, youll most likely end up where you want to be.

The clinic is fine, although their whole setup is to upsell you on a treatment program. My biggest issue is I did not receive a call back like they said they would do after my blood test. In fact, I called them a week later and they didnt even know anything about it. So I cant speak to the treatments because they werent even professional enough to call back when they said they would.

Recently went to universal men’s clinic. Was not impressed! Before they attempted to diagnose the problem with blood and urine test, they were trying to sell me on 2 very expensive therapies. The results were in and found my testosterone levels were in the acceptable range yet the hard sell continued. I was offered a 72hr right to cancel should I take their offer and purchase a $1500 medication program. Before I got home decided to do the 72hr cancellation. I wanted my money back as promised. They told me that they had all,ready ordered samples of the meds and Check was in the mail, scheduled to arrive in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later no check, no samples. Now, 2 weeks has become 5, no check, no medication. Guys, if you have issues spend your money wisely. See your regular physician.

This is a store not a clinic.After the sales pitch for an hour about how their services were life changing they final took blood draw. It took two weeks and four calls to find out that my testosterone was normal. This place is only looking to turn an burn patients and pretends to care about your complete health.

UMC have been great to work with. Their staff is very caring, knowledgeable and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with low T or ED issues. They follow you closely and make sure all your needs are being met.

The initial service was fine and I received an initial injection. I was then sent 2 injections by mail. A week later, I was told my lab test results for testosterone was normal. I declined further treatment, submitted required forms, and was informed I would be charged only for injections delivered. I then found out two weeks later that it takes 5 weeks to get a refund check. This is not normal business practice using ones money for a whole month.

Its a game changer. Ive been a customer for about a year. Its not a marketing gimmick. Im a business owner in the Portland Metro and I feel fantastic.I sound like a commercial, but Im 45 years old and I feel like Im fifteen years younger. The staff in the downtown location is fantastic. I highly recommend the T treatment. ED is mentally crippling. This will help you. Only critic is their location. Tough to get in and out of downtown.

Let me tell you about my experience. I searched for clinic and Dr. to help with my Conditions. I checked online, and found universal mens clinic in PDX ,their ratings was very low. I was in doubt but I said let me try. I went there discussed with the nurse practitioner, immediately my diagnosis and medication was ready. That was I had ED and prescribed with Testosterone!!!!! what?????.Then money , money. The next time also money. The injection is coming from unknown place Texas no label or instructions. They didnt have instructions where to store or how to store. After a few months I went back and told the nurse I dont see any effect with your medications and he told me I have to have it at least for six months to see the effect. Wait at the first meeting I was told immediately and in 2 months what is going on. No one was concerned about the side effect, alternative medication, other medical conditions which causes ED or any humanity. Only is going for money.I requested for my refund to cancel the service, the response was I have to pay penalty to let them I am unhappy.Advice for any one going there. First go to your primary care physician and consult or discuss.You will ended up in no return medical conditions resulted from the side effects of these treatment.Thank you

If I could, Id rate them in the minuses!!! Been with them for over ten months now, and cant stand it anymore. I have now received THREE shipments of Test C that has went bad within just a couple of weeks!! Not to mention, I am now suspecting that the injections that they are sending me do not even have what they should in them. Went and did a blood draw, and my levels have dropped by over 600! Said it was probably at the end of my shot cycle. HOWEVER, your hormones do not drop so drastically in just two days. I was at 1100 where I should be 3 short months ago, and these hacks now have me crashed again to 500!! LOL Im only 20 shy of what I was when I went in. Dont go for their BS here. Seems kind of funny to me that the injections that they give new patients is much better than what I get in the mail. When I get injections at the office, I feel much better a day later! No quality checks of labs are going on here as well, or I would not be receiving contaminated products AT ALL!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!UPDATE: Since they decided to answer, please, let me retort!!They wish for a positive experience, however, mine was far from that. Even though my levels crashed, their provider kept me on same dosages! LOLWORTHY!! I attempted to call and work it out with these people MORE THAN ONCE, and was apologized to over and over and NOTHING changed...that is except for the pharmacies...Need I go on?

Went into this clinic thinking that they would run some labs, etc. However, no sooner the Dr walks out of the room, they come in and tel you how mi h money they want for their services.They don’t care about the “patient” rather it’s all about the money.

Universal Mens Clinic has changed my life. 6 months ago I felt like an old man, almost no sex drive or energy and getting fat no matter what I ate, my wife and I were rarely intimate I just had no drive anymore and Im only 39. so I finally made the call and every aspect of my life has done a complete 180. Ive been dealing with UMC now for 4 years. Its expensive and my wife was hesitant at first because of the expense but its funny now how when it came time to renew she was all for it. If youve lost your drive and can afford it its well worth the cost, the service is excellent. Im 40 and married for 18 years and this has definitely helped my marriage.

I went to this clinic thinking that the 199.00 was going to be the cost for the treatment ,but I find out that this fee just cover your next visits IF you decide to take the treatment which cost 2900.00 for 18 months my point is that this clinic is not been transparent with their cost, you only find out about it after you pay the 199.00 fee so they can explain you the treatment and the cost if they would toll me how expansive it was going to be I would not make the appointment at all so basically you waste 199 for nothing if you decide not to take the treatment,so they lure people in with this hook ,and then the try really hard to sell you the program,after I tell them I think about it then they use a few techniques to make me sign a contract by starting with a low fee of 325.00on top of the 199, for the fist shot ,when I saw what they wanted I have to be EXTREMELY clear that I would think about it,so then they drawn some blood, I ask when will they have the results for my blood test I was toll they have it the next day,a week has pass they never call me with the results,My advise to any body seeking help with this clinic is to get the information of the treatment before they rip you of your 199.00.oh by the way any additional 18 months would be of course another 2900, so that would be the cost for you every 18 months.I would not recommend ANYBODY to go there ! You been warn!!!

STAY AWAY!!! I made an appointment for a consultation and walked into a high-pressure sales presentation. They want to sell you a $3,200, 20 month contract, and they wont show you a sample contract before they ask you to sign it. Never had a health care professional sell a payment before! Car salesman, yes. Doctor, no! $500 down, $150 a month for 20 months buys you weekly injections of testosterone. Had to go home and take a shower to feel clean again! Yuk!

This is their specialty. I went to my family Dr. regarding Low T and they are clueless on treating it. Im not sure why people on these reviews are upset that YES, there is an expense for the treatment. Where do you go and get a service and dont pay for it? Get real people!The service has drastically changed my energy, metabolism, etc. not to mention additional health factors they have uncovered from regular blood work that my family Dr. has not addressed.

After being a young male at the age of 26 with symptoms of low testosterone I decided to come in to the clinic and have my levels checked. Unsurprisingly I found my levels at 336 which I extremely low for someone my age. I started on the Testosterone replacement program and ever since Ive felt my energy come back, my depression has gotten better. And the best part is my sex life has substance again. Its been a game changer. I feel like Im 15 again.

Everyone was nice and both the doctor and the assistants answered all my questions. One thing I wish they would have as an option, is when you get your medicine shipped to you; you either get an email with the tracking, so you can have someone sign or possible a phone call letting you know the medicine is ready and when to pick it up.

Great customer service, getting exactly what I’m paying for. After retiring from the military early due to some injuries I found out I had low-t and between the crew in Honolulu and the crew Portland they have taking great care of me and helped improve my quality of life.

After waiting for two weeks to see adoctor which is fine. They called and some guy who didn’t sound very intelligent said my doctor decided to take the day of my appointment off. He seemed like it was very common for the doctor to just not be available. Then he said another doctor from another clinic would fill in via conference call in the internet if i was ok with that. That sounded very weird. All I needed was to fill out a exam through a portal he would send over. The dummy didn’t even send the right link over to me so i’m screwed and can’t be seen! These guys are clowns! there is not way I’m leaving my health in the hands of these idiots!! they do not have my best intentions!

This is a store not a clinic, its like they are selling you a time share.None of their products worked for me and I never was able to access my charts on line after repeatedly asking for help to do so. I let my 18 month contract run out and was surprised they didnt try to keep the auto pay going. I cant say anything good about this place, do yourself a favor and stay clear. I only gave 1 star because I cant leave zero.

I feel great on testosterone therapy! I have lost fat and gained muscle with the same workout I was doing before therapy.Regular doctors failed me miserably. An Endocrinologist told me I had low t but had no solution I could afford. These guys helped me immensely. They have solutions for males that are affordable.My Insurance wouldn’t pay, but you can use an hsa or FSA with some hassle. The cost is no prohibitive, though.

They hard sell you testosterone treatments before they even get blood results back; like used car salesmen. Then they lock into a contract. They convinced us it was the best for my husbands overall health so we agreed to start the treatment. When we got the blood work back, my honeys numbers were mid-range and fine for his testosterone levels but they insisted it would keep him healthier with higher levels. Now my husband is experiencing very very sore nipples and cranky mood swings like a pregnant lady. Not like him at all. His muscles hurt and it has reduced his stamina and not helped at all. The nipple discomfort and mood swings are interfering with his job as a self-employed finish carpenter. My husband called their office twice asking for answers and help with the side-effects and they never returned his calls. Then I called and demanded they they help my husband with side-effects or cancel our contact. They squeezed him in this week for an exam. I will update this post after that appointment. Anyway, be wary of these guys. They are expensive and non-responsive and may push you into treatments you do not really need.

This is an investment in your life. They want to help you. You can spend hundreds of dollars per month on GNC FAKE garbage that never works...or you can buy stuff off the streets that may kill you...(Steroids).or you can come here for the real deal. Incredible....Changed everything. Is it expensive? How do I answer that? You get what you pay for. For me...this is an investment that has changed my life. $160 a month X 18 months to change your entire life...expensive?...NOPE. So if you cant afford it...I understand. People spend $300+ a month on cigarettes...LOL. Went to Kaiser..(Which I pay $10,000 a year for coverage).and they wont do a thing. Medical groups and Doctors will NOT treat Low T. They have fabricated a very low testosterone level so they can call it NORMAL so they can avoid treating you. When I went to Kaiser to see if they would help me...they did the blood work and my reading was 273. The Kaiser doctor said this was NORMAL FOR MY AGE. After my treatment at the Mens Clinic...my level is around 1000 consistently. This is the testosterone level of somebody in their 20s. Think that changes things? LOL. I have learned so much. What is a complete change in your life worth? Best thing I ever did for myself. What will it cost you if you dont do this? My answer...EVERYTHING. I am 51. The weight loss, the new energy...the rebirth of my sex life...and great nights of sleep. I am a customer....I read some of the negative reviews before writing this....come on people. If I could give no stars I would.I was getting some help friend my mother whos a neaturpathic doctors assistant in California where she lives, helping me find a clinic here in Portland where I live to find a serious clinic to get me my Testosterone prescription while I have no health insurance. On the phone making a appointment with this clinic, giving them all my information they would need; I am transgender female to male, Ive been on hormones for over 10 years, already have chest surgery done, and all I need is blood work and my prescription Ive always been on. The clinic over the phone said it would be fine, that they would be able to help me even with the blood work. I called yesterday to see if I could make my appointment early that 10:30 am that it was scheduled. Got one for 8:30am and made it in perfect time. Checking in, after looking at my ID the man said, we meant to call you yesterday and this morning... We are unfortunately unable to help you due to your situation. We cant see you as a patient for hormones.I almost lost it. Why DIDNT they call me either day? Why didnt they tell me WHEN I called and rescheduled? And why did you tell me AND my mother after explaining to you my entire situation and all Id actually be needing that you couldnt see me as a patient?The answer I got when I asked those questions was, I am sorry but we are only a mens clinic for mens health. Call it what you want, I am a male, and you guys could have helped me but gave excuses instead. More men in the world are on the Testosterone horomone than transgender folks. Your clinic is tiny and disrespectful.

Great clinic. Great doctors and staff. Testosterone is the greatest darn medication in the world. Ive referred so many people here I they should give me a discount.

I Have been going to the men’s clinic now for 6 months . I definitely feel the results and the process is a lot easier than I thought it would be . I would recommend to anyone who needs help . The staff is always professional too

The customer service sucks!They were not helpfull on the phone and didnt answere question very well about what they do and offer. Just go to a regular doctor and skip this place!!
