Columbia Clinic Urgent Care - Tigard, OR

I had a consultation in 2018 and I liked how they treated me. I came back recently and I dont know if it was because they moved to a new building, but it seemed so ridiculous what they charged me for an injection. They are charging too much

Fantastic. Kate was among the most enjoyable and savvy clinicians Ive ever been treated by. The rest of staff was friendly and pleasant and the whole experience--as a walk-in with a minor issue--was easy and convenient as well as helpful. Highly recommend!

New to Portland. No established Dr when I arrived. Went to this clinic based on positive reviews after I took a hard fall and injured my arm. Couldn’t move it, massive bruising. My new insurance not in effect for another month but couldn’t wait and was willing to pay cash if immediate attention needed. Long story short, I saw PA Katherine Molyneux who was ZERO help. And come to find out, gave me really bad advice. I waited a month in excrutiating pain to see new Dr on insurance to find out I had muscle tears AND a fractured shoulder. Katherine ‘assumed’ I might have a ‘sprain’. Shedidn’t even suggest an X-ray, just Told me to exerciseit (worse thing I could’ve done with a broken shoulder), ice it, take ibuprofen. On top of that...I found her to be rather pompous. When I questioned if I have a torn rotator cuff...as inferred by a few friends who had similar symptoms....she stated “oh, now everyone’s a Dr. Even though I have a degree in Medicine”. Absolutely worthless advice and to not even suggest an X-ray? Not sure how she has a degree as a PA and/or what the point of this clinic is if can’t even diagnose a break. Ugg.

The Best Clinic I have ever been! The best doctors and staff I have ever had! I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is very compassionate and thorough. They make you feel welcome and comfortable enough to be honest and open. They work with you and find alternatives if need be. Timing is efficient, not rushed but yet quick. There is not one negative thing I have to say about this clinic! I love this clinic!! Jason is my main doctor and he’s amazing! Kate is amazing as well I have the best of both worlds! You’d be very blessed to have either one!

This place is great. The doctors are caring and friendly.****UPDATE**** I have to say I would no longer go here. Dr Taylor used to care and he was the best Dr I had ever seen. Now, I called him 1 week prior to major back surgery to tell him that I couldnt take the meloxicam and needed something else before surgery. He told me to take Tylenol.... 9 out of 10 on the pain chart and all I could take is Tylenol. Tomorrow I will be filling a complaint with the state for inadequate patient care. 2 weeks after surgery and I have to turn to alcohol for pain relief and I hate alcohol.

Ive been seeing the same doctor at this clinic for 10 years. I came in as a walk in one day for a minor ailment. The man checking people in told me it would be a two hour wait even though I was the only patient in the office. He told me that they have to have their lunches first. They cant stagger their lunches? Why didnt they take care of me first then go to lunch. Obviously lunch is more important than your patients!

Excellent, affordable medical service with no wait.We love their clinics. They offer both primary care and same day urgent care services.I have been to this office a few times. They check you in and get you to see their doctor very quickly. They always took great care of me. Both Jason and Kate are wonderful PAs.Needed a refill one time and they also called it in for me without having to be seen. Their pricing is very affordable as well. They are contracted as primary care providers so I only had to pay a primary care copay instead of an urgent care copay which would be much higher. Would highly recommend.

Thumbs up hands down. The best clinic I have ever been to especially in Oregon. They actually take time to listen to your needs and what you are going through. I travel a distance to see both Jason and Kate and wouldnt have it any other way. Even the office staff I tip my hat to them as well. They go over and beyond to make sure Im well taken care of. The staff is efficient, friendly and kind. The whole atmosphere there is comfortable. Dr Denker is amazing at diagnosing. He is thorough, extremely knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. He always listens and you don’t feel rushed.

Jason has been our primary for about 3 years. He has taken exceptional care of our health needs and concerns. He is kind, compassionate and so knowledgeable. He is just part of the family! Kate is new in the mix to us. She has been here all along, we just always see Jason. In the past few months, I have needed care on Jasons day off. Kate is amazing too! I recommend both of these practitioners highly. They will take awesome care of your family.

I moved to the Portland area in June 2019 and needed to see a doctor. Since I didnt have a primary care Dr yet, I went to Columbia Clinic. I was really happy with my experience there, so upon learning that they offer primary care services, I decided to give it a try. Ive now been a patient of Jason Taylor for 2 years. His warm, down-to-earth personality makes him super easy to communicate with. He always listens to my concerns without being dismissive or condescending (an issue Ive had with many doctors in the past). I also love the fact that I was able to drop in without an appt and see my own pc dr when I suspected I had a kidney stone. Something that is near impossible with a typical primary care provider. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!

The doctors at this clinic do an amazing job. The care and understanding they give each patient is nothing short of remarkable. I have been going here for several months and actually have them as my primary doctors now. The team is so good and they always make you feel at home.

I’ve always had the best experience here. The doctor is always thoughtful and comes across as a caring person. And, he can hold a conversation. The nurses are personable. The blood test are painless, literally. At least mine are. Still afraid of them though haha. I don’t like needles no matter who’s wielding them.Health recommendations are on point and the doctor tries to save you as much money as possible. If it’s unnecessary, he’ll let you know. I would recommend this to anyone.

Amazing clinic, I would highly recommend. Been a patient of their urgent care clinics for many years. They are always able to get you in on the same day with almost no wait time whether its a visit for an illness or injury. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Didnt get her name, but the receptionist was one of the best Ive engaged. She made me feel special and as if I were the only person that mattered. I observed her with other patients and her behaviors were amazingly spot on for each individual! Jason Taylor, PA-C. did not disappoint after my initial introduction to the clinic. I have been to this clinic many times and the staff are always upbeat and positive! Jason is the best. Hes very down to earth and actually listens and cares about people. He has went above and beyond to get all of my medical issues resolved no matter how big or small.

Very helpful and happy staff. Unlike alot of doctors/urgent care offices, Columbias staff took the time to sincerely listen to my ailments. You definitely have the feeling of being in a small family practice where you get the proper attention. Definitely will go back and refer others as well.

I am not usually a fan of the medical industry, and I was hesitant to go into the doctor for a several month issue Id had with my right shoulder. The pain got to a point where I felt I had no choice. On a fluke, because my primary care office was booked out 2 weeks, I decided to go to Urgent Care. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Columbia bills as a primary care provider, and that I could be seen quickly and affordably.I was incredibly impressed with Jason Taylor, PA. Felt like talking to a friend. He was so friendly and immediately put me at ease. He also has a background in holistic medicine, and he catered his plan for me taking into account my preference to be as natural as possible. It really blew me away!Anyhow, I will now be going to PA Taylor for any of my urgent care or primary care needs. Highly recommended!

I have been coming to this clinic for two years, and the care I have received has been excellent. The staff is professional and friendly, and my provider, Jason Taylor, is top notch. He is professional, attentive and responsive. I cannot say enough about this clinic - highly recommended.

I came into the UC with an issue that was distressing me quite a bit. Columbia was the third urgent care I had visited in a weeks time. Jason Taylor was by far the best provider I had seen, even more so than my own primary care. He spent at least 30 minutes with me answering all my questions, most of which were out of extreme worry. I liked him so much I may just start seeing him now.

First of all this place is wonderful! It is an Urgent Care which is great for anyone who needs Urgent Care, but what people dont always know is that Dr Taylor is actually a primary care doctor and him and his team are amazing ! Kate is wonderful as well the whole staff there is great supportive, you dont have to wait for long for care 5 min wait usually, clean, they listen and really care about you, your health and let you be involved in making descisions about your health. Fantastic experience! I was able to get an appointment the day of with no waiting. Jason Taylor and Kate were great, caring and funny, and they were able to cure my sudden hearing loss. All the staff were friendly.

Columbia Medical Clinic is by far the BEST clinic in the Portland Metro area! You will never be disappointed with the hospitality and quality care that you will receive here. The best urgent care! The price was only $115 cash price vs. $165 at the other urgent care options. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that made me feel that they really cared about my treatment. I will be going here again for sure! A great place and I highly recommend them.

So lemme tell you from experience I’ve been to many of dr.s offices and sadly I’ve been judged and treated poorly cause of my appearance. I’ve tried to keep myself up kept but sometimes certain situationsMake it where that can’t happen but Columbia clinic urgent care and there awesome staff make you feel like a real human being seeking help they are punctual and respectful. I have never had a poorer experience at a medical facility in my life. I did not appreciate the way I was treated and spoken to by the PA whose inappropriate and insensitive jokes were a constant throughout the appointment, I did not appreciate the several HIPPA violations that occurred during my very short appointment time, and I definitely did not appreciate the fact that I had to call in for days for test results that I know were received by the office over a day prior. I was also billed an additional copay to speak with someone (anyone) about my test results for additional clarity. Do not go here.

After my regular clinic closed I needed a new clinic and PCP. I went to one in Tigard, and found it more than disappointing, getting none of my needs met. I decided to give Columbia Urgent Care Tigard a call and set up a meet, wary after my last terrible short experience. So glad I did!!! I was treated respectfully and with care, and most of all listened to and actually HEARD. Im now able to resume the care and goals I had made so much progress with before my last clinic closed in March, and am happy to have good staff that understands my needs. They are actually in the business of caring for the patient and working WITH them.

My experience with this urgent care clinic was abysmal. Go elsewhere if you need urgent care. Their scheduling system did not work, and despite my follow up, waiting, and multiple phone calls, they did not see me in person. I’m shocked by the negligence and lack of care here and will never attempt to use this clinic again. The poor treatment of sick patients by clinics such as these are what drive people to call 911 and/or go to the ER, which overburdens first responders and ERs. This incompetence rises to the level of being unethical.

I cannot offer a higher recommendation for a doctor than Jason Taylor. I see him as my GP because hee focusses on my total health in a most attentive and compassionate manner devoting as much time to listen to my questions and concerns as needed. I never get the feeling from him that he is anxious to move on to the next patient, etc.I see a lot of specialists and he diligently pulls all my records together to form the most complete picture of my overall health.The only reason I did not give Columbia Clinic a 5 star rating is because the administrative side of their business can be less than satisfactory. Things seem to sometimes fall through the cracks and it can be difficult to reach them on the phone or have calls returned. I think that a lot of it is the corporate organization and not so much a problem due to the staff at the Tigard office. Still it can be a frustrating experience and needs to be part of an honest review.

Been here 3 times now. Never had to wait more than 15 minutes and amazingly saw the same doctor (Dr. Taylor) every time. Once was a serious emergency, as my 8 month old had a fever of 104. They spent over an hour, giving him medicine, checking and rechecking his stats, checking for flu, making sure fever went down. I tried the bigger clinic (Portland Providence Urgent Care or something, on Hall and Olsen in Tigard) and they wanted us to wait 1.5 hours to be seen...with an infant with a 104 temp. I am grateful for Columbia. They are thorough, caring & professional. Thank you guys!

Pa Taylor is wonderful and so is the staff timely efficient knowlegeable care. Its nice to consider your medical providers friends/allies. Hint: Bring cash to pay your deductible. You dont HAVE TO but you will like the result if you do.😄

I felt as if I was their only patient. I felt respected and important. I felt heard and understood.This was my initial consult and before I left, they had THREE referrals done and two prescriptions called in!!!

Great doctor and staff! Waiting times are never too long and they tell you upfront how long you’re going to be waiting in case you’d prefer to go somewhere else. I’ve been going to this urgent care for years when I can’t get in to see my doctor, and have referred friends, family, and co-workers.

For being an urgent care unit and having to make an appointment for a later time to be seen is disappointing. The receptionist was rude and could use some better training in the customer service industry as well. No recommendations coming from me to your business.

Im editing my review for this clinic. I really like the Doctors and I really like the convenience of being able to set up quick visits. However, this clinic really bad at answering the phone in a timely manner. I have to call over and over again after their line asks for me to leave a message. I dont leave messages during business hours. If you have someone at the desk, the phone needs to be answered or the caller needs to be placed on hold until you can answer the phone.

Absolutely the best practice in Oregon. The health practioners provide expert care. You are seen as a individual person, not just another patient. The staff are fantastic as well. The entire practice is filled with kind, intelligent hard working folks who put their life on the line the minute they walk into work.

I absolutely love this place. For the first time in my life I can say that I have a doctor that truly listens to me is honest with me about me not just statistics or what doctors are supposed to say. He takes the time to pin point the medical problem and to find a solution. I am forever grateful for what brought me to this office. Thank you!

Needed a tetanus shot,booked an appointment online. Go to the address listed on Google and theres a sign they moved. Go to the new location and theyre closed. Really frustrating that the system would let me schedule if they arent open, and that the address is not updated .

My P.A. Kate Molineaux is wonderful. She really listens to my concerns. I feel very comfortable with the decisions we have agreed on for my care. The staff at Clackamas and Tigard are very nice, knowledgable, and professional. I just wish the people in power would stop moving Dr. Kate around so much.

I have Kaiser, yet when I dont feel well, this is my go to for outstanding and swift service. Well worth paying cash. Their fee is less than the surrounding Urgent Cares and they give a discount if you pay in cash.

I paid money that I don’t have for the doctor not to do nothing for me. I have really bad allergies and I wanted something stronger than what’s over the counter and seemed to not care just told me to keep taking the medication that isn’t working for me. He insisted that I had covid focusing on only the covid symptoms. Got covid test done and negative. A waste of time and money

I dont have insurance and this place was very straight forward and honest about what cost it would be up front. I truly have nothing but good things to say about my whole experience from the woman at the check in to the doctor everyone was super friendly and very professional and courteous. I would give more stars if I had the option

Thorough and efficient! Many areas of expertise. Something I thought was a routine household matter was much more serious. Columbia arranged for the ER to receive me within 10 minutes and offered to arrange an ambulance.

My favorite place to go. Lucky I found them. Nice staff all around. On point for everything. My preferred clinic for medical things. Theyve helped me a lot. They all go above and beyond and care about my health. Bed side manner is always lovely and appreciated. The time and listening the they offer is needed on a healing journey. Thank you. Their prices are more than fair and they actually talk to you like a real human in person taking into account what you have to say on the situation. At other hospitals and doctors I feel like I’m going in for a guest with these guys I can win any solution is found every time so it just feels like I’m going to a garage sale versus a machine shop where a solution Especially made for you instead of just trying to find one in the junk drawer

Garbage doctors. Im out of town, and they REFUSED to send my anti depressant to a pharmacy near me, insisting that I come in for a visit. Ive been on this medication for two years, and my previous doctor kept it filled at the pharmacy for me. This ridiculous, control issue caused me to go into a complete mental breakdown, since I didnt have access to my meds. Doctors like this should be stripped of their license.

This would be a five star review if it wasn’t for the incompetent people in billing. They over charged us and threatened to take it to collections after we thought we had paid our bill in full over four months ago and heard nothing about it up until now. Careful dealing with this place.

Quick to see the doctor, did not rush my visit. He listened and gave helpful suggestions and sent me on my way with meds and a plan. I was grateful for the ease of visit.

I’m not sure what records they also get shared with them but I went in with a rash and without knowing me or without having history and the lady looked at me and said that we don’t do naturopathic and we do real medications... Whatever they have access to they neglected my treatment because of whatever opinion they formed from those records.

Every time I visit I receive excellent service, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the Nurses and Doctors provide excellent feedback and explanations.

Doctor Nancy Macy is an amazing human being! She helped me on one of the toughest days I’ve ever had. Urgent care took only one hour to get in and out of. She accessed me with care and even turned into a therapy session as well. She is a wonderful person and the best doctor I’ve received treatment from.Thank you so much Dr Macy!
