Very kind and helpful team. Came in for Paxlovid after testing positive for COVID-19; was seen quickly, given a thorough exam and discussed taking paxlovid and what to look out for. Im glad this place is so close to my home; Ill be back for my future urgent care needs.

On a Saturday, late in the day, I contacted the Raleigh Hills Urgent Care around 4:30 with the next appointment available at 6:00. I opted to go to the clinic hoping for a no-show or a cancellation. The receptionist/nurse, Holly, said I could wait and see if an opening became available. I’m not sure there was an opening, but she signed me in and put me in a room and did her routine vitals check. Within a few minutes, the on-duty PA, Adam, came in and tended to my needs. I had an infection causing chills and overall lethargy. After conversation, he prescribed an antibiotic shot and a prescription. He had concerns if the medication didn’t show relief overnight. The next morning I received a call from Adam checking on my condition. The meds had worked and I was on the mend.I appreciate the care given by both Holly and Adam and feel they both acted above a beyond their expected performance. They are both professional and cordial in their positions. Kudos to both!Jon

The staff (receptionist, medical assistant, and NP) was pleasant. I had made an appointment (August 13), but still had a 45-minute wait. I was diagnosed with cellulitis and an antibiotic was prescribed. I followed up with my own physician after taking the 7-day course of antibiotics, and his diagnosis was spider bites (which was my hunch before going to the clinic). I think it important for the NP to know that this was a mis-diagnosis, and that the antibiotic might not have been necessary. We all make mistakes, and hopefully having feedback such as this can lead to better diagnoses in the future. Thank you.

Busy!But didnt feel rushed and was seen within a very reasonable time from when I was able to make an appointment.Was worried about an ear infection with some new pain & fluid noises, peace of mind to hear that it wasnt infected since I have a history of little unexpected illnesses like this (even as an adult) was appreciated.Legacy as a whole seems a little too overbooked to provide really person-centered care, maybe its the culture Im not sureGood urgent care though! Knowledgeable provider and helpful, professional staff

I went to Legacy in SW Portland across from Fred Meyer in Raleigh Hills. My nurse practitioner was outstanding. Better than any ER. She covered everything and was exceptional. I couldn’t recommend her more. I felt well taken care of.

.A BIG THANK YOU to the Amazing Team at the Raleigh Hill Urgent Care location for being so kind, professional, and Helpful, I truly appreciate you, and I’m so grateful you gave me the care I needed 🙏🏻The Cedar hills urgent care location was not a good experience for me! They were rude, and they basically told me because I didn’t have an appointment I probably wouldn’t be seen, and that they closed at 8 PM. I told them I would wait. Then after waiting at the Cedar hills urgent care location for over three hours, someone walked in saying they needed to be seen, and they didn’t h ave an appointment!The person at the front desk said yes, we will take you.I was sent to urgent care because my Primary Care couldn’t see me, and they also said that I didn’t need an appointment. I had been bitten by a cat, and my arm was starting to swell, and was turning red.Once the front desk person at the Cedar Hills location excepted the other walk in (who didn’t have an appointment), I walked back up to the front desk and asked that they refund my $40 co-pay and I left… I then called the Raleigh Hills urgent care location, and they told me they would see me ASAP, even though I didn’t have an appointment.Thank goodness I was seen at the Raleigh Hills location , because I started to develop a serious infection from the cat bite, and they started me on antibiotics immediately. I will never go to the Cedar Hills urgent care location again because of their rude and unprofessional actions.And will only go to the Raleigh Hills Legacy urgent care location from here on out

Your whole Raleigh Hills team is absolutely the BEST. I am deeply grateful for such a positive, supportive experience during an initial appointment, a follow-up, and a generous phone consult. PA Morgan Einwaller is a calming, wise provider; PA Pam Lui is deeply kind and smart, and PA Lindsey Peterson is an absolute angel on the planet who was willing to talk with me on the phone for nearly 30 minutes, seriously above and beyond, thank you Lindsey! Other notable staff are Katherine Tes, Joshua Lee, and others whose names I didn’t catch. Legacy GoHealth has given me such a renewed faith in our medical system for which I will be ever grateful.

The one in NW is not open, (does not show this on the inter-net, then to North Williams, booked, but gave us referral for Raleigh Hills, and they were able to get me in, very quickly. The NP we saw did not bother to test for pneumonia (even though my partner was presenting some symptoms) and 2 weeks later he has been hospitalized. Im giving 2 stars because Ive had good experiences otherwise at this location.

I was able to call up and get an appointment the same morning (speaking with Sequoia), there was no wait when I came in and I was seen immediately by the PA Adrian, and then very shortly afterwards, Kristen, the nurse practitioner, saw me. Good explanation. Professional manner I thought I had a dental problem but I did have a rash on only one side of my face.. This means Shingles..I went to the ER 2 days later and was diagnosed with Shingles. It is important to get the antiviral medicine as soon as possible..

Came in for a sore throat. They thought I was my twin sister, which I kind of understand since she had also been to urgent care today, but we still have different names. They did the strep swab test four separate times, because I guess they couldn’t get it right the first 3… they told me I don’t have strep, which I’m finding hard to believe because they seemingly couldn’t even correctly do the test the first three times. Oh, and that’ll be $200. Just for them to tell me to do a saltwater gargle and take advil. What’s really interesting to me is that they didn’t even test for mono. I really hope they’re right about my condition but it’s hard to trust the staff since my entire visit was a total mess. Finding it hard to believe that these people went to school. Maybe some people shouldnt be allowed to work in the medical field.

Charged $425 for a single Covid Test and nothing else was done. Keep in mind that the same Covid test administered could be purchased for $10 at Target. Was put on a payment plan with them to pay this insane amount of money for a single Covid Test and have been consistently paying on time with $161.72 paid towards the debt but that didn’t stop them from giving my debt to a debt collector. These are mediocre medical “professionals” who only care about money. Go to literally any other urgent care. This place should be shut down.

I awoke in the morning with my left hand swollen and aching. I went to the clinic and saw Lindsay who gave me a thumb brace and some Diclofenac ointment. I came home and put on the brace over the ointment a few hours later my hand was really aching badly. So I took off the brace and slipped normally.The next day my hand was still swollen so I called and went down to the clinic again and had a thorough PA exam by Nicole. She suspected I had a bone infection from the previous days x-rays and called the Consulting doctor on call to get his opinion. I was told to go to Legacy Meridian Hospital and see one of their doctors which I did. He did quite a bit of questioning and Analysis and feeling around my hand and felt I perhaps had gout!He sent a prescription for prednisone treatment to last a total of 5 days, after giving me two pills on the spot. I was able to fill my prescription immediately and that evening my hand started to feel better and less swollen and achy.It is now Tuesday and I have followed this protocol now for 3 days and my hand feels wonderful! I am so glad this is working for me.I am very pleased with the treatment I received over the two days and would certainly recommend both the Legacy go health treatment office as well as Legacy Meridian Hospital.

Amazing experience. The place was super clean, open, modern, equipped. I feel safe knowing they are right around the corner. The staff was all super nice and each really knew their jobs so my son and I could relax knowing that his double ruptured ears were going to be healed quickly. Ive been to urgent cares before that just dont come even close to this one. Ill be going back for sure next time we have any issues. Thank you to Dr. Nicole for taking care of my kiddo. The staff is friendly and attentive and out of the 4 times a member of our family has used Legacy GoHealth, all 4 visits they were quick to get us signed in, efficient with the process. More exam rooms than Ive ever seen in an urgent care facility and the interior is clean, up-to-date and comfortable. The Medical Staff was kind, patient, proficient and knowledgeable. Dont go here if youre a diabetic, and need sugar, they will ask you to leave.I came here because I was unable to visit my PCP. I figured I could get some things addressed here. Little did I know the doctor would argue with me for 5 minutes over the fact I couldnt visit my PCP. I had to repeat myself a number times, and he was still unwilling to accept what I was saying.The only reason I walked in was to get help. I would not trust these people with anything related to medicine. They lack the ability to act in a professional manner.

In the past, I have gone here and had great service. However, after my last visit, I will never go to this office again. I was in an immense amount of pain and could barely walk because my left leg had swollen up so badly. I spoke with the doctor Nicole Weis and explained how I had been unofficially diagnosed with arthritis/gout. She cares very little about helping me, then diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis, which was ridiculous given how much pain and swelling I had experienced.Flash forward to now and I finally got in to get an ultrasound and it turns out I have a baker’s cyst behind my left knee, which has been causing my left leg to swell for nearly two months.On top of all this, I was billed an extra $173 for this terrible service on top of the $200 co-pay. I am beyond livid and would not advise anyone to go here, especially if they see this doctor,I basically ended up paying almost $400 for nothing and to be mad to feel stupid for the amount of pain I was experiencing. Thanks for nothing.

In my entire life, I have not once ever felt the need to raise my voice at someone in their workplace.With the lack of care I received here, I did for the first time today.I was referred to this location as a primary care provider from a different legacy go health urgent care location specifically to get imaging requested because they did not do imaging at that location.The nurse practitioner I saw, Ida, had one of the most belittling and antagonistic bedside manners I’ve ever experienced.She refused to request for imaging as she believed it was “entirely unnecessary” despite colleagues of hers at another location REFERRING me to her specifically for imaging.When I attempted to advocate for myself and request her to please reconsider requesting the imaging as I have been unable to work for a month and waited two weeks for this appointment to be able to get started on further treatment, she said “let me get a translator for you” and proceeded to repeat herself with another coworker present,She wouldn’t listen about the fact that the care regimen she recommended for me was what I was already prescribed: muscle relaxant, ibuprofen, and physical therapy.I now have to wait an additional 2-3 weeks to start this process over with another provider.That’s 3 more weeks that I am unable to work.3 more weeks of constant pain.I am utterly disgusted by the care she provided. Your job is to help people, not to belittle them and ignore them. I needed help, and you let your ego get in the way of doing your job. I recommend that you find a job where your lack of care for human beings will help you get farther in life. Perhaps as a manager for Amazon?

When I checked there was an appointment available in 20 minutes. I took that spot and arrived in time to fill out paperwork. Immediately taken back to a room. Molly was the provider and she was excellent. A plus for me is that Im listed with Legacy so all my meds and medical history were right there on the computer screen. I went to this clinic because a friends mother (who is 90) said she got a better exam from this clinic than she gets from her own doctor! Impressive. I was very pleased as well!

Extremely poor care and rude staff that is only trying to move on to their next patient rather than give actual care. Sandra is dangerous to the medical profession. Really disappointing and sad. Do not go here!Update:Second opinion was a torn pectoral muscle after needing to go to another Urgent Care. Sandra said it was nothing and “all in my head”. I said I think I tore my pectoral as soon as I got there.Now I will need to take additional steps to ensure Sandra does not do this to another patient. Save yourself (literally) and do not go here.

The service that i received here was amazing. Christine went above and beyond to help me. Went in with severe leg pain and she got me into an ultrasound at the hospital right away. Turns out i have a pretty awful blood clot. She followed up with me and answered all questions and even called around to different pharmacies when mine didnt carry the prescription i needed. She genuinely cares for patients and it really showed. I would highly recommend this place.

I have an infection. They prescribed me antibiotics without telling me the regiment/schedule. They didn’t ask me what pharmacy I would like it sent to, so I had to check with the front desk. They were sending it to the wrong pharmacy, but they ensured me they would change that promptly, and I felt like I was shuffled out the door with no confirmation.I checked on my prescription at the preferred pharmacy, it wasn’t there. Then I called the one I told them not to send it to. The prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. Not only that, but the pharmacist said they gave unclear directions and they would have to call the urgent care back to confirm the dosage and regiment.They are extremely disorganized, and did not respect my time.

Go anywhere else. Ive always gotten rude service here, even for simple covid testing on two different occasions. Today I came in with a variety of symptoms and needed to rule out covid because Im working in a medical office and arrived one minute late for my appointment because I paused to put my sunglasses back in the car while walking inside. They then bumped me an hour claiming they had an emergency, yet as I sit here in a waiting room I heard everyone talking about going to lunch and there is zero sign of anyone receiving any treatment here at this time. No one has taken my vitals or anything, despite everyone standing around chatting when I arrived. Plus, very minimal patient confidentiality given that I can hear everything said anywhere in the office right now, even behind the closed glass doors to the exam room, because it is that empty and quiet here.I now really doubt the quality of care I might eventually receive and wondering if work can wait another day until I can try a different place or start feeling better.Update: The physicians assistant was very friendly while diagnosing me with dehydration as the cause of my vertigo without ever asking me how much fluid Id had that morning, how much urine output I was having, and dismissing my assertion that I was experiencing vertigo and not dizziness. I explained I had actually been making sure it wasnt from dehydration and how much water Id had already. It was dismissed with nothing more than a nod and assertion that because of a mild pressure headache Id had the night before in my sinus area that this was dehydration.He then proceeded to do the exam (yes, a diagnosis before the exam, not after) and spent no more than 5 seconds looking into each of my ears on only one magnification level and without moving around to get different angles. As he saw my physical response to the vertigo, he finally became open that maybe it wasnt dizziness. Only then did he ask me if I had any of the other dizzy symptoms such as narrowing/blackening vison or spots and lightheadedness. I again said it was a swimming sensation, like having drunk too much alcohol and none of those. Finally he believed me - but still dehydration.After a week of intermittent vertigo and I woke up with a muffled/full feeling in my left ear. Went to a different urgent care on the advice of my doctor so I could have a physical exam that day instead of waiting to see her. This next physicians assistant did the exam first, listened to my symptoms instead of telling me what my experience was, and looked in my ears considerably longer, with multiple magnifications on the same type of scope the other guy had, and only after everything she made the diagnosis. Its too much fluid in the inner ear. Now Id like to give that other guy the benefit of the doubt that this problem wasnt visible a week earlier, but honestly, he wouldnt have found it even if it was visible because of the cursory exam he did after having diagnosed me and only looking to back up his diagnosis.Seriously, if youve read this far - go to any one of the other clinics here. Providence Express Care in Beaverton was really good and accepted OHP.

Came in with back pain and difficulty breathing. The doctor barely spoke English and did nothing to help me. She didn’t seem to know what to do and I basically had to guide her through it. I mentioned that maybe I should get an X-ray, so all she did was send me elsewhere to get one. Complete waste of time and money.

Update: I went to AFC Urgent care and the doctor prescribed me an antibiotic because he said the UTI tests weren’t very reliable and that it was his responsibility to treat the symptoms which they went away after taking the antibiotic. Thankful for a doctor that listened to his patient and treated their symptoms.For my experience today I’d give a 1. The woman says her name was Heather Hunter and I was in this past weekend and everyone was amazing from the front desk to the PA to the woman who drew my blood. I was in for a possible UTI and was offered an antibiotic but also was advised to wait in case it was another type of infection. The tests all came back negative and I still have the UTI symptoms. Also I tested positive at home 3 weeks with the strips you buy from the store. I call today and Heather was very dismissive and even laughed at me when I said I had taken a test at home as if that is not a thing. It’s frustrating to be laughed at and not taken seriously especially as a woman and especially during these crazy times where it takes months to get in anywhere. Also apparently if they weren’t the doctor who saw you then they won’t do anything for you. A frustrating experience. For the staff on Sunday it would be 5 stars as again they were amazing, helpful and communicative. Heather was the direct antithesis of that.

Genuinely friendly and awesome healthcare professionals at this location in Raleigh hills. If you use the online/texting service, make sure you follow up by checking in in person before waiting in your car as there was a technical error leading to a delay in my appointment. The staff working at this particular location more than make up for the mix up. They were so kind, professional, and all around awesome people. 10 out of 10 for service. I hope I will not need to come back but will definitely visit this location in Raleigh hills for any urgent care needs for my family. My providers were Betty (?) (the beautiful woman with a lovely voice) and Dr. Something who was a very knowledgeable and friendly fellow!I’ll be back for any urgent care needs.-Nicole and Brycen

The best Urgent Care-type experience Ive ever had. Dr. Heicke was attentive and concerned, and showed real compassion for my minor car-accident related injuries, as did the other staff. What was especially impressive was that she was able to recommend both more traditional western options like antibiotics and prescription drugs, but also suggested applied heat, stretching, and Arnica to help with sore muscles and bruising from the accident. Further, online appointment booking meant almost no wait time- I was in and out within an hour!

My family has now had 2 horrible experiences with the Legacy GoHealth Urgent Care in Raleigh Hills. The first was months ago when we were attempting to get COVID-19 tests for upcoming travel. We made appointments, went in and ended up having to convince the staff that we were indeed eligible for a COVID-19 test. The experience left my wife in tears. Then, most recently my wife needed a COVID-19 test and searching urgent care places covered by our insurance, all the Legacy GoHealth locations in the greater Portland area came up as in-network. She made an appointment, went in and was told that our insurance would not be accepted. She called me and I talked to the employee who was checking her in and I too was told that they wouldnt accept our insurance. I suggested that the Legacy employee call the insurance company (whose number is on the back of the insurance card) and was told that was not the role of the Provider. My wife eventually left and will obtain what she needs elsewhere. I then called our insurance company, they confirmed that Legacy GoHealth is in-network and should be accepting our insurance, including this Raleigh Hills location. The person at the insurance company called Legacy GoHealth but only received a voicemail message stating they were too busy to answer the phone. She left a message to hopefully clear this up with this Legacy GoHealth location. The insurance provider also suggested that next time we suggest the Provider call them to confirm coverage...which I mentioned I had done and this Provider replied that doing such wasnt their job. Overall, two very disappointing experiences with this location and we wont be going there again or recommending it to anyone.

Terrible customer service. My 6 year old daughter had a broken arm (not yet diagnosed when we went to Legacy). I called ahead to make an appointment, they said we couldnt do that, but to come in as a walk in. When we arrived the internet was down, so they said they couldnt take any patients. My daughter has been to Legacy before, shes in the system, and has insurance. The receptionist was unwilling to call in our insurance card, write down our info or do anything to help.If they dont have internet they cant provide care. What a terrible system that a 6 year old in significant pain cant even talk to a Dr because of an IT problem.

Went in for a covid test post travel. They left me in the waiting room and forgot about me. One staff member was coughing horribly. She said its allergies but when I asked if she got tested she wouldnt answer. My results came back negative but this is before she coughed all over my test results.Edit: I took the time to write the email like you suggested but the email could not be delivered because The group WeCareLegacy only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isnt on the list. I guess you guys only accept feedback from your own people?

Oh if 0 stars was an option...Ida, You are the worst human I have ever come across. The sheer DISRESPECT AND DEHUMANIZATION that I felt with you should not be allowed anywhere. You slack at your job which is clearly an indication of your personal life. Maybe If you would help people that come to you at their worst rather than letting your big headed Egotistical soul lead your responses to people who just want help and to feel better then you would have been a nicer individual. I asked for help with my pain and the tests to determine my issues with a professional. WHAT I GOT WAS SHEER DISRESPECT IN THINKING I COULD NOT EVEN FATHOM YOUR WORDS??? Never had an urgent care experience like this. Able to register online in minutes able to save a space in line. When I arrive staff was fast efficient courteous. Medical team great at listening getting clear direction. All urgent Care should be like this.

If you want to pay $5000 for a visit this is the place to go. They ask you a credit card to charge you directly, they say they won’t mail you the bill, they email the bill and charge your credit card directly. If your insurance didn’t pay.Also, the front desk is neither nice nor polite.

Love this place! It’s helpful to be able to schedule an appointment online and not have to wait once you get there. Every PA I’ve seen at this location has been extremely knowledgeable. They have never rushed me out of there but made sure I was taken care of and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that happened. I had a horrible traumatizing experience at this Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care. I showed up as a walk-in for pain I have been having for a few days in my neck/shoulder. When the Physicians Assistant came in and asked me what was going on today I explained the pain I was feeling and continuing by saying its been on and off for over a year now and was hoping to speak with a doctor about getting a referral for an orthopedic surgeon... as I was still talking the Physician Assistant walks out of the door and said Well get you out of here right away when he came back I asked him why he cut me off and is done seeing me after 30 seconds of interaction. He snapped back at me you wanted to see a doctor so its time for you to go. then he hands me a prescription for mussel relaxer and tells me again its time for you to go or Im calling the cops. I tried backtracking realizing the comment I had made, asking for a doctor had obviously offended him and he would not listen to me. Here I am trying to apologize because I realized that what I said came across the wrong way, trying to tell him I didnt mean a doctor I really was just looking to speak with any medical professional for an orthopedic referral and would never in a million years mean to hurt or offend anyone. I have learned my lesson and will absolutely be more aware of that in my future appointments. But let me tell you how horrible this experience was...I was standing there bawling my eyes out trying to apologize for an honest mistake and misuse of words, asking to PLEASE be seen since I had already paid for the appointment and I have only been there for 30 seconds, I was in a lot of pain and was being refused treatment. As I am crying asking him why this is happening and what I did so wrong where he wouldnt treat me as a patient and he would not address me at all. All he kept saying was you need to leave now before I call the cops. I am a young female who went to urgent care in a lot of pain looking for help and guidance and I left with more pain in my neck and shoulders because I was crying so hard unable to understand why someone would think that I would purposely say something offensive and refuse to treat someone who was apologizing and trying to fix the situation. The more I shared the story with others I realized the one thing that everyone responded with was this: It doesnt matter if you were rude, it doesnt matter if you said something that offended the provider YOU are the patient and you are paying them for their services. You should be able to say whats on your mind and how you are feeling, you should always leave feeling heard. I hope whoever the owner is will give me a call to understand the full situation or I hope they have surveillance tapes in their patient rooms so they can rewatch that interaction and see how one of their employees treated me and possibly others.

Not the first time I’ve been discriminated against for having OHP/being low-income, but definitely the first time I had someone tell me I “didn’t really need a test”, proceed to refuse to even try billing my insurance for a test, then finally straight up walk away like a child. Bizarre behavior. After refusing me service, she sent me an after visit summary, explaining she denied me service- which was also very bizarre, because obviously there was no visit to summarize.Not sure what is going on in her personal life but the whole experience was kinda sad to be honest.I’ve been seen at multiple GoHealth UC locations, including this one, but never experienced anything like this.I truly believe this individual is simply disturbed and may require time away from her job to seek professional help & recollect herself to allow for proper treatment of her clientele.I already emailed about their discriminatory practices but want to give fair warning to anyone also hoping they will receive their test at this location with respect and basic human dignity.If you are on Oregon Health Plan or are Low-Income and have concerns about being discriminated against by staff; please consider visiting a more informed team than this location as they struggle with service skills.I won’t be returning here as there are plenty of other locations locally.
