I came in recently for a Covid test (negative, woo!) and everything went smoothly and quickly. The gentleman at the reception desk really impressed me as a woman who was having a bad day arrived just after me and was highly agitated. He did a great job of calming her down and reassuring her that she would be looked after and cared for quickly. Everyone that I interacted with demonstrated great people skills and genuine care for their patients, thank you!

My husband was seen quickly and treated with care and respect. We were visiting from east coast and scheduled to flight home the next night when he developed an issue. Doctor was attentive, sought additional assistance. We left there with prescriptions and a plan to allow us to fly home. They also provided advise should he have further issues. I found them to be very empathetic and thorough in their service.

Horrible awful disgusting customer service.If you want friendly and compassionate care this not the place for you!We were turned away for a covid test appointment because an antigen was positive, despite scheduling a PCR test to confirm, which is following the current guidelines for COVID. The front desk staff member “Maysiana” gave us major Karen attitude the entire time and the other staff member refused to give her name, because she knows they were acting inappropriately. The staff member tried to tell me that it was going to be medical fraud to get a Covid test after having a positive antigen..🤣🤣 The lack of basic education displayed in their medical assistants makes me fear for the care they could provide in any situation. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I’ve had good experiences at the Williams location and will never be coming back to the Pearl purely because of the staff and how they handled the situation. I even spoke with the manager and she could not provide a valid reason as to why we could not pay for a Covid test. This place is a waste of time, please go somewhere else or to a different location!

The check in process was impossibly easy. The staff were extremely friendly on both my visits and were kind enough to help me out when my pharmacy made a mistake. The doctor and PA were kind and explained their thinking the entire time. Check in nurse was awesome too. Very much recommend.

All 3 people I dealt with today ( receptionist, technician and doctor) were very kind, and helpful. All very professional. I especially appreciated the doctors extra effort to make sure I got the results of a blood test ASAP, since it was late on a Friday by the time it was taken.

I was concerned that my pneumonia had returned and realized I wouldn’t see my regular doctor until Monday. Dropping in at the urgent care late Friday I received the kind of attention I’m used to from my regular doctor whom think very highly of. had an x-ray, an exam and Gina consulted with the x-ray technicians. We settled on an inhaler to give my tired lungs a break. So far that has been a significant help and I couldn’t recommend these people enough. So friendly and kind and respectful and thoroughly professional. If I need urgent care anytime again I will go back here.

This is the kind of experience we need when we are sick! It took me just a few minutes to book an appointment online, and it was only 30 minutes out so I had jut enough time to get there. Each of the providers were great! They listened well and responded accordingly, which showed their compassion and concern. I felt extremely confident when I left, knowing what I had and how to treat it. I am a huge fan!!

We are very grateful to the staff and provider for taking care of our little girl when we were on vacation and without our support system. Thank you for their flexibility and assistance with finding an appropriate medication that was available at a nearby pharmacy immediately. So glad we did not need to rideshare 20 miles away for the prescription.

Great experience this morning. I had a cyst removed from my back shoulder. It had recently ruptured (Ill spare you the gross details) but I was in and out while having a very fun conversation with the two lovely ladies who assist me today. Less than 30 minutes later and Im cyst free. Once I get the final bill Ill let everyone know how much the insurance will pay for!If you have something going on give them a call and ask if they can help, you might be happily surprised!

Came in to get stitches on my hand after a kitchen accident. The doctor did whatever she could to help me remain calm (it was my first time getting stitches and I hate blood) and my hand fully healed in 2 weeks. Was expecting a $500 bill (WITH insurance) as Id been billed that for an urgent care visit at another facility. The whole cost after insurance was only $26! I recommend this place

The staff were very friendly and I did not have a very long wait to see the provider. I was a little disappointed in that I had asked for a PCR test, but received the other not-so-sensitive COVID test. When I called I let the staff know that I had a negative home test, but didnt trust it. I wanted a PCR. test, but did not get one even though I also asked specifically for one upon arriving to the clinic.

To start,Andrew was excellent. At the counter he greeted me with a welcome kindness. The check in process was quick and easy; he was very explanatory, and his demeanor was calming. Back in the exam room, his intake assessment was also excellent. He was direct and I felt heard. I was also very assured when my concern and descriptions were promptly and properly relayed to the provider. Andrew’s manner and practice of care was delicate, tidy, meticulous, and far more so than I can say for most. That’s coming from someone who’s worked in an inpatient setting for over a decade. I also really appreciated the follow up phone message. Thank you Andrew, you are a gem 💎.The PA, Gina, was in the same bowl of superb. I cannot stress enough how important it is for someone like myself to feel heard. Even more so, I appreciated how thorough she was in making sure all the pertinent questions were asked, and answered. She was super quick in forming a detailed plan, and got me in for the diagnostics that I required. Clutch 💪🏼, Gina.I was able to receive the emergent care that I needed at Good Sam, because I had an All-Star team at the gohealth urgent care on NW Marshall, to get me there. Thank you and keep doing what you do so well!

The front desk lady was very off putting and had an attitude as soon as i came in. also made me repeat my very embarrassing reason for being there multiple times in front of everyone in the waiting room, because she didn’t know what it was.other than that everyone was super friendly .they did lie on my chart (i have the MyChart app) and said i denied a bunch of things that they never even mentioned to me at all.not a horrible place, but I know of a lot better locations.

Gina Bawden and Elwood took great care of me! Seriously, I didnt know urgent care staff could possibly be this amazing! They put extreme kindness and professionalism in dealing with my issue. They made me feel like I was the most important patient there. I will recommend this GoHealth Urgent Care to anyone I care about. I feel much better and my toe is recovering better than I expected, thanks to Gina and Elwood!

The front desk gentleman was warm and kind. I was able to get in right away. Alicia the nurse was so gentle and sweet. She had a personality that was calming yet full of character. I highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed!!!

My daughter had been in pain all day and I decided to take her in to Urgent Care. It was 4:50 pm when we arrived. They close at 5 pm. They were able to see my daughter meanwhile providing excellent care and she was done in 30 minutes. I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of my daughter.

The doctors and staff were so kind and helpful and even called TriWest to sort through the prescription on my behalf. The doctor gave me a recommendation to get a specialist for ongoing issues and explained all the medications I was taking and over-counter ones as well. The staff sorted through the confusion with the Safeway pharmacists (the pharmacists were refusing to fill my prescription through the VA and the receptionist at Legacy called then up on the phone). This was really a human and compassionate experience and well worth the trip from where I was staying in Beaverton.

5 stars treatment! Landed after 30 hr trip from the other side of the world while very sick and in pain. Was admitted promptly and professionally, no wait at all ( Fri. Morning). Both the nurse and the doctor were attentive and I got the best emergency treatment ever. If in Portland and need an emergency care, I highly recommend.

Getting sick on your first day of a long trip is no fun. The professional staff quickly identified my problem and I am now feeling great! From the moment I arrived to the time I saw the doctor I felt like I was being seen by my regular physician. Being able to access my records electronically was a real bonus and saved time. So glad I choose this location.

Im a pretty clumsy person with an awful immune system, so Im a regular when it comes to ERs and urgent care facilities. My experience here was, hands down, the best Ive ever had. The staff is very friendly and show genuine concern over your ailments. I was seen immediately, and they made sure I was totally comfortable every step of the way. Narda was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond in how she treated me. Generally, urgent care facilities arent a fun occasion, but it was about as pleasant as having a knee injury could be!

I went for a PCR COVID test, a test only pre procedure. “Company policy” is to charge an office visit on top of the change for the test. I wasn’t in the building 15 minutes, the FNP didn’t assess me, didn’t check my vitals, didn’t review my medications, did not even lay a hand on me. I could have done the test in my car but had to have a PCR. Horrible “policy” to nickel and dime health care for services not actually provided.

Everyone was so nice and courteous! From the receptionist at the front, the nurse and the doctor. I was anxious coming in to get checked out but they all made me feel safe and comfortable during my visit.

Worst experience I have ever had at a clinic. Samantha A Stevenson-Stowell was my physician and she was one of the coldest people Ive ever met. She did not make me feel welcome at all, I felt like I was being accused of faking my symptoms the entire time, Ive been incredibly sick for a week now and I honestly regret going to this clinic. I got prescribed sudafed and the docs exact words to me were I got you the good stuff, you can make meth out of this I will never return to this place and Id highly advise anyone else to choose the same.

I can’t say I had a very pleasant experience with this facility. I had been feeling sick for a few weeks, and finally decided to go in to see a doctor when I had some weird feelings in my chest. The nurse was very friendly and nice, and talked softly in a way that was relaxing. That nurse, he was the only good part about any of this, because as soon as the doctor came in, things started going down hill.He completely brushed aside the main symptoms I was having, attributing them to another issue which was unrelated (I won’t get into the unrelated issue, as I don’t feel like dumping my medical history in a review). They did an EKG test, to which the doctor found something concerning, but he never really explained what. He made a big deal that I needed to have it looked at, and that was the end of the visit. Well, except that he told me to wait a minute while he got me some paperwork. A hour later he finally shows up, explaining that he forgot about me, and thought he had given me my paperwork. Mind you, during this hour wait, I sat in horrible pain from the symptoms that the doctor was so quickly to brush off as nothing. Of the paperwork he gave me, there was nothing of use. It said they gave me an EKG test, and listed the unrelated issue as the other reason I was in… despite that not being it, or being related to the symptoms I had.I did visit another doctor, from a competing service. And I’ll tell you what, they actually cared and looked into my symptoms. They didn’t brush me off, or just try to push me out the door. They actually spent the time to help me, and to look into everything. They did blood work, sent out for further test, they did urinal samples. They extensively checked me out, and asked me in-depth questions. They explained everything as they did it. They told me what they were seeing, what it could be, what it could mean, and what we have to do. They didn’t abandon me.They looked into my heart. They did more than just an EKG test. They verified the information they gathered, to the best of their abilities. So those symptoms the doctor at Legacy Go Health brushed off as nothing… yeah turns out it wasn’t nothing.This place was so useless. The doctor was awful and didn’t help at all. I got nothing out of that visit but worry and it cost me.The competing service I went to, for the same price, they did a lot. The difference was night and day. They showed that they cared. They helped me. They took the time to take me serious, to look into things, to entertain my concerns. Legacy GoHealth did none of that. That competing service helped me start to identify what’s wrong, and set out some guidance as to what I can do, and where this goes once I leave the doctor’s office. The doctor even talked to me about what I can do to help alleviate the pain I’ve been having. Legacy GoHealth did none of that.Terrible experience. I would not recommend going there. Look up other services in the area, as there are better ones, and it’s worth taking the time to go to those ones instead. They don’t care about you, they won’t care about you. They’ll just take your money, and brush you side.

I cut my finger badly with glass. We called up the Urgent Care Center on Marshall and they were able to see me as soon as we got there, about 20-30 minutes later. I received excellent care and attention from the medical folks there and was out in 30 minutes.

I have no insurance and unfortunately did not read that this was only covered by insurance but the front desk person was incredibly rude about the entire situation especially when I was almost in tears knowing a test without insurance is $240. The blonde employee however offered a help and was much kinder about the situation, obviously I won’t be coming back but learn to be more sensitive to people in an already high stress situation. The atmosphere felt calm and friendly, not like the usual tense waiting (and looooong waits at that) in an Emergency Department at your standard hospital. I was seen by the Physician Assistant within five minutes. Both she and the CNA who attended me were relaxed and spent a long time with me.

Took my worker there to have a splinter removed. And was unsuccessful the first time then they made appointment with a specialist. Unsuccessful again and now a new appointment for a third specialist. First two did nothing hopes are not high. Other clinics would be one trip. This is like insurance fraud. Very unhappy. Worker has been struggling along with a problem for weeks now that is unreasonable. Frauds. Just working it for multiple visits.

Never would I have imagined giving an urgent care 5 stars. And then I met Heather and her voodoo magic.I crashed my motorcycle and had to have my knee scrubbed out. They immediately brought me in without a wait and explained in detail the process and options.What should have been an incredibly anxious and painful process was oddly pleasant.Heather and the ladies here are phenomenal and despite not wanting to be in a situation where I need to see them again. If Humpty Dumpty ever needs to be put back together again, Ill definitely be heading here!

Went in for a rapid Covid test. It was out of network, but the only place I could get a test on time, give the circumstances. I was charged $77.20 for the test. It was my one and only test and should have been free under the CARES Act. I called my insurance and Legacy beforehand to make sure this wouldnt be an issue and was assured by Legacy it would not be an issue. Afterwards, I called Legacy and my own insurance and was told it was not marked as a covid related visit when the entire clinic was devoted to COVID tests at the time. Finally got ahold of Legacy and they said I would receive a refund/credit for the visit. I never received that refund.

Excellent experience. Narda and Andrew Were both kind and very professional. My 13 year old son hurt his ankle and they made him feel very comfortable immediately. A+ experience. In and out in less than 90 minutes. Thank you.

I was visiting Portland and became ill with the flu (which I didn’t know until I got to this facility) . I found Legacy online but was nervous to go anywhere I had never been. This facility was clean, the staff was friendly and I was in and out in 20-30 minutes. Safeway is across the street and had a pharmacy. Great experience for an unpleasant situation.

The staff at Go Health were attentive, caring and professional. I was seen quickly and provided with a prescription for medication that allowed me to recover from the illness within 24 hours. I highly recommend this Legacy-Go-Health Urgent Care facility.

I had a piece of metal in my arm. And it was causing discomfort...it had been there for years, apparently. I called them, and it is a walk- in basis. They couldnt tell me a price without seeing it. They did x-rays, and i am glad because i mightve wondered it another piece was there. Anyhoo, it was $405 after all said. $75 for the 2 xrays. The nurse practioner did the work, and needed 2 scalpels because the skin was so dense. When i was in Salem, the chief doctor would not take it out, and told me to get a surgeon. So i am grateful that she (lydia) took it out. It took a couple hours all told. Im just glad it was done. The clinic was super clean, modern, and nice. This flattery requires modern criticism.I would have preferred not to use bank cards, and pay cash, but that is the immediate future of medicine. Hopefully, those folks that do not have a bank card are not turned away. Helping people should not be based upon a bankers notion of whose worthy enough to obtain credit scores.It also wouldve been nice to automatically get the itemized statement right away, rather than have to email someone in Atlanta for it, when I am only given 3 days to find any errors to dispute before the card is automatically charged. The statement was fine, however. The business end of medicine is cold.Lastly, there should be a way to put medicineOn the open market to ensure competition and that insurance companies no longer insulate hospitols from capitalism. It wasnt a total shock on the billing. But it would be exceptional to obtain a price for services beforehand.I would recommend anyone to legacy, but they must read my long-winded novella first! Thanks again.

PA could not provide information about Cycle Thresholds with regard to the Rapid Covid 19 test I wanted to take, nor did they seem to understand the importance of this factor for meaningful testing. We all need to be requiring that clinics and labs provide this information, or these tests have little value. I cancelled my test and left. It was a waste of time. These clinics and labs need to inform people up front when they engage in questionable lab practices.

Pearl Urgent Care is an incredible resource in our community for prompt, professional care. I am deeply grateful that this place has been here when my family needed it-twice in the last year!

I came in very concerned about extremely high blood pressure. I was seen promptly and was treated very kindly and professionally by Zubaida Abdulai, who calmed me down, gave me the information and prescription I needed. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I was seen on Tuesday, I suspected I had strep throat. The rapid culture came back negative. I insisted that I knew this was strep and that I needed antibiotics. They in turn insisted that it was viral and there was nothing they could do. They didn’t bother to grow the culture for 24 hours which is standard practice, especially for someone who has a history with strep. With my symptoms growing worse I had to go to my primary care doctor a day later where they performed another culture, grew it for 24 hours and it turns out I was positive for strep. A lot of suffering and expense could have been alleviated on my end had they just run the culture properly upon my first visit.

Clean, efficient and friendly. Currently a COVID testing facility. The provider on staff today, David, was super friendly and engaging. Couldnt be happier with my visit.

Sign says they close at 8pm. Arroved at 7:55 for a quick UTI check and they said they were closed . Told me to go to the emergency room for a simple UTI. Dont say you close at 8pm if you stop taking patients earlier. Very unprofessional and front desk was on her cellphone.

Go anywhere but here. I have been struggling with this clinic to move me through a workers comp claim and find that no one ever calls me back, and when they do it is with information that goes directly against what my adjusters says. The PA / NP spend about twenty seconds with you. I have had much much much better luck with zoom cares.

Beautiful convenient facility... the care I received was top notch! As a visitor to Portland,I was so grateful for the professionalism and especially the follow up call the next day to see how I was doing. Highly recommend!

My son came in with a foot infection. He didnt have his insurance card with him at the time. so instead of calling the state to look it up they turned him away... the next night he went into the ER with a MERSA infection. Very dissapointed in the lack of effort to help him.

Went there for a throat infection, the doctor there misdiagnosed me and sent me to the ER and the ER doctor disagreed with the Urgent Care DR’s diagnosis, prescribed antibiotics and it cleared up the infection. Unfortunately, added $1300 ER bill because I was misdiagnosed.You can see the response from Legacy Go Health below that they sound like they wanted to make it right. Reached out to them and got no response.

The staff was excellent, I have to say they made my son feel comfortable and got us in and out. Dr was excellent, great experience, clean facility, would highly recommend.

The wait time was reasonable. I went here really sick and everyone was very professional. NP Abdulai wrote the prescriptions I needed, and I already feel better.

I was very happy with the care and concern from Justin, he was great and put in extra time to find a specialist to see me about my eye on a Saturday afternoon. I really appreciated that.

Ive been here twice, the staff has always been friendly. I was in and out in about 1/2 hour. I highly recommend stopping in for any non emergency medical needs.

I’ve gone to this location twice and was treated wonderful. The PA, Narda Sherman, exudes competence and caring. The front desk receptionist was also friendly and efficient.

No stars if I could, an urgent care that cant see you for non-emergency urgent medical issue is utterly useless and totally superfluous. Waste of time, space, and energy.

Scheduled COVID test, arrived on time. Waited outside 35 min, inside 40 min. Previous drive-up test at Cedar Hills took 5 min TOTAL. This place is a mess.
