I have finally found “my” provider. Dr. DePasquale is phenomenal. I’ve never had a provider actually take the time to explain data to me and provide me with relevant and recent health studies. Her ability to rattle off and relate your issue to the current data is impeccable.I absolutely love her and her bedside manner. Ladies, she’s also very gentle so there’s no concern there.She is worth the wait to see and I am so glad I found her.

I have been going to this practice since I moved to Raleigh in 2019 and have had nothing but great experiences. Recently I was having discomfort and drove to the office to see if they could schedule me for another day. The front office promptly got me into an exam room with the triage nurse, tools vitals etc and squeezed me on Dr. Depascuale’s schedule within the next hour. Everyone was very kind and reassuring and I left the office with a plan for treatment in the future.

This review is specifically for the very helpful ladies at the call center/appointment scheduling. I am a brand new patient who has yet to be seen for my pregnancy, but was blown away by the kindness when calling to schedule my first appointment. They were so helpful in getting me scheduled exactly when I needed and made the process so easy. I had called other OBGYNs in the area and none were as happy to help.

BEWARE-the practice values your money way more than your care or your experience as a patient. The providers are great and front desk have always been pleasant but if you have any billing issues, their resolution is simple: pay what we say or we will dismiss you from the practice! I was told by two different staff members, that this is their POLICY. A simple phone call to me would have resolved the insurance issue immediately. Apparently the team is not equipped to deal with simple insurance issues and would rather charge the patient the full amount (on a credit card they REQUIRE you put on file) and then threaten dismissal from the practice if you have issue with this. Frankly, I have plenty of other easy options, but for someone who is pregnant or in the throws of an illness, this would be disruptive to have to change providers.

This 5 stars reflects the care that Dr. Breazeale gave to us while our baby boy came into the world. He was extremely respectful of our original birthing plan & always gave comforting and trustworthy advice. When things did not go as planned, we trusted his opinion and guidance completely. He was understanding, respectful & extremely nurturing to our situation. Even though we felt like our birthing experience was a little traumatic, him and our nursing team at UNC Rex were better than we could’ve ever expected. Thank you Dr. Breazeale 💙

Knocked off a star for the attitude/lack of clarity in communication many of the nurses have. The two doctors Ive had (Dr. Alvarez and Dr. Runkle) were nothing short of the first OBGYNs I felt actually listened so Id highly recommend them. The nurses, though, are a gamble as to what youll get. Some are fine and others are not as thorough in communication as they ought to be and others are downright snappy and need a review of basic manners, empathy, and client communication. They also need to standardize answers and pay attention to what they say because Ive heard different things from different nurses and had the same nurse communicate different things to what they had previously communicated. Its quite confusing and I wouldnt put up with such rigmarole if it werent for the outstanding care, compassion, and aptitude of the doctors. I definitely get that healthcare is a tough field, particularly nowadays, but if you cant have even an ounce of bedside manner, go into another field.Updating after an awful experience with a lab tech: I am self pay right now and went in to have blood drawn for 3 tests. She stated that I shouldve told her way ahead of time that I only needed 3 and not all the ones the doctor ordered when I didnt realize that was my responsibility and not the nurses/doctors? Then she didnt take checks which I hadnt been notified of beforehand and she was huffy and seemed upset the whole visit like it was my fault I didnt have insurance. I would see of LabCorp could send another tech that actually has professionalism.

I saw Dr. Depasquale for the first time today as a GYN patient. I was very impressed. She is so kind & really takes the time to get to know you and listen. She was thorough in her exam. The office staff, medical assistant & nurse were so sweet!

I had my first baby with Arbor and overlooked a handful of major issues, but once I got pregnant with my second baby and was met with issues on my confirmation visit, I knew I deserved a better OB.I will start by saying the majority of the doctors and nurses I met with are incredible. I felt very taken care of when scheduled with the right people. But when youre pregnant and giving birth, you do not always have much flexibility on who you get and I could not take that risk for my entire second pregnancy.The person in the lab, I believer her name is Sheila, is extremely rude and lacks all compassion. I have passed out from blood draws and had to get them regularly in my first pregnancy due to some health concerns and the lab staff never failed to make the experience harder on me. I had to fight every time to be put in a recliner so I did not pass out and was regularly told just calm down, its not the serious, its all in your head, and much more. All I do is look away and take deep breaths. I am not disruptive and do not move. I also heard her talking poorly about other patients to the receptionist very loudly on multiple occasions. I understand she works for LabCorp, but Arbor should take responsibility for who they choose to bring into their clinic.I got pregnant 5 months after having my first baby so my babies will be close in age. At my confirmation visit, Dr. Depasquale was very shameful and made me feel like this pregnancy is a bad thing. She asked if this was an accident which I found inappropriate. She said I should expect a NICU baby because I did not give my body enough time to heal. She also made shameful comments around not being able to breastfeed my first child for the recommended year now that I got pregnant.With my first baby, I had an unpleasant experience with Dr. Alvarez. I was out of town and called at 30 weeks when I was having painful contractions. He brushed me off and said it was probably just something I ate. A week later at an appointment with Arbor, I was sent to the hospital for pre-term labor because my contractions were so strong and regular. At that visit, I was diagnosed with pregnancy induced hypertension and needed regular monitoring to rest of my pregnancy.I switched to another OB in early December and have been calling to get my refund on my second baby ever since. At least 3 days go by before I receive a call back, if I even receive one at all. We paid the full fee at the confirmation visit before deciding to switch so we are currently out a large sum of money and have not been able to pay the new practice due to Arbors negligence. When I called to follow up again 3 weeks ago, they said they never even started the refund process. I have called several times since December and every time they have assured me they were working on it.There are so many different areas at Arbor that need improvement and I could no longer stick around hoping they would get better.

Dr Gray and Dr Deibel are the most compassionate and kind doctors I have ever met. In a horrible situation they made me feel cared for and answered all my questions. I cannot say enough good things about them, they really care about their patients.

Dr Alvarez & Dr DePasquale are wonderful providers! In the past, I’ve had a difficult time finding OBGYNs I felt I could trust and feel at ease with, so their genuine care and exceptional knowledge truly means so much

I cannot recommend ARBOR enough. Our first pregnancy was high risk and accompanied by extra ultrasounds, referral out to MFM, monitoring, and a hospital stay, and it resulted in an emergency c-section five weeks early followed by an emergency D&C weeks later. Throughout the entire process, we felt so supported both medically and personally. The doctors take extra time and care to explain to you what is happening, share risks and various approaches, and offer support to your family. I’m honestly excited to get pregnant again and be supported by this practice. The nurses and front desk staff can occasionally be short when it comes to scheduling/calling in for questions, but as far as the OBs and NPs go, I honestly think you won’t find better care in the Raleigh area. Highly recommend!

Ive been going here since 2010 or 2011 and I absolutely love Dr. Alvarez, who is my main provider. Ive had two babies with them and my first was delivered by the office they partner with, Wilkerson. Last year, I had my second baby 7 weeks early due to my water breaking and stayed in the hospital for a week. My parents were so impressed with Dr. Gray who was there when I was first admitted. She explained the process of taking care of my baby and I very thoroughly. We all felt at ease with such a difficult situation. All of the Drs who saw me made sure I was well taken care of.Dr. Beatty delivered my sweet baby girl and she was phenomenal. Very mild mannered and sweet. She was also very thorough with my care after delivery which significantly decreased my chances of preventable complications. I am so appreciative of her and all of the Drs, NPs and staff. My baby is a preemie but you honestly wouldnt know it unless I told you. Thank you all sooo much!!!

Arbor is the best! I see them for annual exams and I received all of my prenatal care there. They also delivered my baby. I’ve seen all of the providers and every one of them are wonderful. Definitely recommend, especially if you are expecting.

Dr. DePasquale was wonderful, very helpful and she took extra time to explain and make sure I understood. Thank you!

Simply the best! Dr Breazeale goes above and beyond for his patients. He stayed hours after his shift to make sure he was there for my delivery. After delivering all 3 of my babies, I can’t imagine being under better care. Highly recommend anyone at Arbor.

We have had a great experience here. All the doctors, nurses and admin were great leading up to delivery. We just had our baby 6 weeks early at REX and Dr. Gray delivered her, she was so amazing and supportive. Thank you Dr. Gray!

Absolutely the rudest and unprofessional lab/phlebotomy tech I have ever had contact with. The way she spoke to me is one thing but who I feel the most embarrased for is how bad she made the company (Arbor OGyN) and all the amazing Doctors and nurses look. Her behavior was unprofessional and reprehensible. I can only imagine had I been a mother in there who just lost a baby. Or struggling with fertility issues or suffering from cancer. Arbor may want to retink this tech who is coming in contact with some of the most sensitive patients. This tech not only lacked empathy but her behavior was out right sick! Honesty the only person she truly made look bad was herself.Everyone else from check in to check out was absolutely professional, kind, and welcoming. They are the only reason I will return.UPDATE TO POSTThank you Arbor OB and the clinical manager for responding to this review with kindness and compassion. Like I mentioned in my initial review the Arbor staff was all around amazing!! This particular tech does not work for Arbor but rather LabCorp. I am going to leave the review up so that LabCorp is able to see how their employee represents them and their clients businesses. This experience was of no fault of Arbor but unfortunately this tech is not only the face for LabCorp but also of Arbor OBGYN. Her behavior, lack of professionalism and compassion for the patient not only negatively impacts the patient but also Labcorp and every employee at Arbor. This represents a very selfish and not a classy individual. That is no fault of Arbor OBGYN and I would highly recommend them to anyone!! Thank you again Arbor for rising up and making my experience a pleasurable one.

EDIT: After this review, I received a call from Elisa, their office manager. We talked for a while, and she was very apologetic about the way I was treated. She stated, and I quote this is definitely not the way we do business. After speaking with her and being comforted in knowing things were going to be taken care of the way they should have been initially, she had a very pleasant lady named Pam reach out immediately to schedule my appointment-which will be in 4 business days. Prior to this conversation, I had tried two other places who could not see me for 2 weeks. I am truly impressed with their customer service after this experience I had initially. I am looking forward to my first visit!Original post: Waited over 6 days for someone to call me for a new patient appointment. I finally called them. The girl who answered the phone was wonderful (she gets 5 stars-Carissa) but then I was on hold so long it rang back to her. I was transferred again, and the guy who answered, refused to schedule an appt until he had all of my insurance information (I had one not both). Seriously? Its not like you were scheduling me today. I could really feel the care and compassion. No thanks...

I rarely write reviews of any kind, but feel compelled to take the time to share what an outstanding experience I have had with Arbor over the last 5 years. This practice is run seamlessly. They are efficient and respectful of your time, without rushing any appointments. All of the physicians and nurse practitioners have demonstrated an exceptional level of kindness and dedication to providing individualized patient care. Dr. Breazeale delivered all three of our children and his care simply cannot be rivaled! As always, I will continue recommending Arbor to my family, friends and my own patients!

I highly recommend Arbor Ob/gyn both for gynecological care and for obstetric care. I have had 2 of my babies with them and have met many of the staff/providers - the most memorable thing to me is that I feel like they really listen to you and sincerely care.Specifically, I want to mention:-Dr. Breazeale is the main provider I see - he is smart, caring, compassionate, takes time to understand your needs/concerns, and has thorough answers and explanations for things, which I love. He has been very attentive to my questions and stays up to date with research, and I like his calm demeanor.-Dr. Gray - I recently saw her for a concern that I was worried about. She took time to fit me into her schedule, was extremely thorough in her history, assessment, and treatment plan, and answered my questions. Again the most memorable thing to me though is that I felt listed to and cared about. I came away from the appt with a lot of peace of mind, which meant a lot (thank you!).-Rachel Runkle, NP - I saw her during my pregnancies. She also has great bedside manner, is smart and caring, and I think what makes her stand out is she is great at patient education. She takes time to go the extra step and inform pts about relevant topics regarding their health or pregnancy.While I only mentioned the 3 above, the other providers are also fantastic! I am grateful for this practice and would recommend it if you are searching for one!

The doctors here at Arbor are the best of the best. Even if you arent assigned to the physician that you see they all show so much care and concern. I have been a patient for almost a year with DrBeatty and Dr DePasquale. The care before and especially after having my baby has been exceptional. I can send an email in the portal on Sunday evening then by lunch Monday it has been answered. I appreciate the quick service. I’m grateful I going them from a google search

I mean, my wife’s the one with the baby, but I’d go there if I could get pregnant…Everyone at Arbor is incredible. Front desk folks are great. The nurses and the doctors are wonderful. The facility is clean and modern. All of our appointments have started on time. We never feel rushed. Fully recommend.

I’ve been going to Arbor for ten years now, and I am so happy with the care and attention I’ve received from all the staff. The nurse always calls back within the agreed upon timeframe, the office staff are lovely. I’ve been under the care of Dr. Breazeale and he has been incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommended practice!!

If youre looking for an OBGYN practice that is efficient, prompt and friendly, then look no further than Arbor. Dr. Alvarez took his time to get to know my medical history and even offered solutions. He is very knowledgeable about his field and treats you and your issues as if they are his number one priority. Im so glad a colleague referred me to Arbor and after my annual visit, I would gladly do the same!

During my first pregnancy, I had interactions with all of the Doctors at the practice, I liked them all, but genuinely liked my interactions with Dr. Gray. Shes personable, genuine and shows she truly cares. I had not seen her since my previous pregnancy and she even recalled my daughters name. All the staff at the practice are super personable and efficient as well; never have waited longer than 3-5 minutes to be seen. Would highly recommend Arbor OBGYN.

I always recommend Arbor to my friends and family! Everyone at this practice is kind and thorough. You will be seen on time and be taken very well care of. My yearly visits with Meghan Presnell are always meet with professionalism and genuine time spent listening to any concerns or answering any questions - truly a no judgement zone. I also recently had fallopian tube removal with Dr. Deibel and that couldnt have been a smoother process, again meet with professionalism and genuine care.

I would 100% recommend Arbor to any friends or family. I have been with the practice for a decade and delivered three of my four babies with them. I have seen all of the doctors over the years and they are all wonderful, although Dr. Gray and Rachel Runkle are my favorites. You are treated like a human being here, and promptly.

I was scheduled for my first OBGYN appointment of my life today and needless to say what little treatment i received was horrible and disappointing. After spending 9 minutes (exactly) trying to find parking, I was forced to wait 7 more minutes (exactly) in line to check in. I had arrived around the time of my appointment but was roughly 10 minutes late due to these delays. The receptionist finally had me come up to the front desk only to tell me that my “15 minute grace period has passed” and that I’d be unable to continue with my appointment. I explained how not only was I 15 minutes late but that the 10 that I was, was due to slow processing of other patients’ check ins. She said it “doesn’t matter, late is late and it’s not our fault.” Super disappointed, especially with her miserable and disgusting attitude. I will not be coming back here and recommend others not to as well. There comes a point where it doesn’t matter how good a doctor is if by the time you walk in the front door, the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is no longer tolerable.

I always feel comfortable going to Arbor as they are incredibly patient and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Gray has to be (out of any of my other doctors) my favorite. She listens, answers questions, and makes sure you are comfortable before you leave, and if need be, you have a plan. I have only had great interactions with the rest of the staff. Highly recommend.

Love this group! They definitely made pregnancy a breeze for me. Not only did they monitor baby, but they also made sure I was okay as well. It was never a time when I felt like I wasnt an important patient. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. ALL of the providers are just great! During labor, Dr. Alvarez took time to just sit and talk and get to know me and my family. Nothing was ever rushed with this practice. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice. During my first pregnancy I had such a negative experience with my first OBGYN that I left halfway through my pregnancy looking for a new practice. Luckily I found Arbor and had a great experience with Dr. Deibel and Dr. Gray. I never felt rushed or ignored during appointments. They listen to me and we’re very caring. Their bedside manner was beyond anything I could’ve expected. I had such a positive experience that I traveled from New York with my most recent pregnancy to deliver with them. Highly recommend them!

I love this practice! All the physicians and nurses treat you like family, care about what you’re going through and the wait time is always minimal and efficient. Thank you so much Arbor for making my pregnancy, post pregnancies and fertility journey comfortable!

My experience with Arbor has wonderful since my first visit. At my previous OBGYN I was treated like a number, but here, I felt my care was more individualized. Dr. Breazeale was particularly caring and helpful while was I trying to beccome pregnant. From there on, every provider I encountered took the time to answer questions. I loved from the start of my pregnancy how organized they were and their prenatal care handbook they wrote was very helpful. Dr. Deibel delivered my son. He has great bedside manner and is an excellent surgeon. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful treatment I have had with them!

I love Arbor and their staff and would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Beatty delivered both of my children via c-section (the first being an emergency c-section). She was so kind and calming throughout both deliveries. She did her best to stick to my birth plan when able and made me feel involved and heard through every step of pregnancy. I will always be thankful to her and the Arbor staff for healthy babies and sound deliveries 🙌🏼

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. They were so supportive during my pregnancy and my delivery by Dr.Alvarez was flawless. Everyone from the lab techs, to the nurses, to the ladies at the front desk and the physicians are phenomenal. Sure sometimes your appointment will occasionally run late but that happens. The staff always spend as much time with you as you need and make sure your questions are answered which can sometimes lengthen the appointment before yours. I wouldn’t go to anyone else to deliver our next baby!

Wonderful experience with our first child. We were referred by a friend, then found out multiple friends of ours used this practice. I was able to get appointments on my preferred days and times. They do their best to rotate you so you meet all the providers. Everyone is absolutely amazing. Big shout out to Dr. Alverez who ended up performing a c-section for us. As well as Ashley the NP: I really hope she is interested in continuing her education to become an OB because I absolutely adored her. Definitely use this practice, they are outstanding.

I am a new patient at Arbor OBGYN and saw Dr. Alvarez for my first visit - after a couple bad experiences at a previous practice, I was hoping this office / experience would be different and it was! The staff was friendly and Dr. Alvarez and his nursing staff was extremely thorough, communicated well and ensured I felt comfortable and empowered with knowledge. I would recommend Arbor & Dr. Alvarez!

2 friends of mine recommended me Arbor because Im expecting. I have some health diseases so I was concerned on how to deal with these during my pregnancy. The staff and the doctors are being great, very careful and recommended me to other trusted places as well. Requested me several blood tests, ultrasounds and all types of exams to guarantee me and baby are fine. Id definitely recommend Arbor because they are humans dealing with human beings!

I wish I could put into words how much I love this office! I have never had a negative experience with this facility. And I have had several experiences where they went above and beyond. I had two challenging episodes during my pregnancies and I get emotional just thinking about the wonderful way I was treated here by all the doctors and staff. My heartfelt thanks goes out to the wonderful people at Arbor (formerly Atrium).

I cannot recommend Arbor ObGyn enough. This was my first pregnancy and we were treated like family. The staff, doctors- everyone is amazing. And they are on TOP of their schedule- I never had to wait 5 minutes past my appointment time.

I dont normally write reviews but Dr. Keiko DePasquale deserves one. Not only is the the best OBGYN I have seen, but she is also incredibly kind and attentive. She never is rushing and she actually cares about her patients. I am very grateful I found her!

I cant give enough stars to this practice and its practitioners. I had three babies while being seen at Arbor OBGYN and the care I received was extraordinary. Dr. Breazeale walked our family through multiple losses with so much care and compassion - he made very painful situations bearable. Dr. Deibel and Dr. Beatty kept us calm in the delivery room and were both highly skilled and personable. I truly looked forward to my appointments because I knew whoever I saw (front staff, nurses, doctors) would be kind and professional. Weve since moved out of state and Ill be hard-pressed to find the level of care that I received at Arbor!

I have had the best care experience at Atrium from start to finish with my pregnancy. All of the doctors here have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for, reassured in my pregnancy and birth experience. Dr. Alvarez delivered my daughter via repeat c-section, and not only did I feel safe and reassured, he made it a happy and positive experience. I felt very little pain after this c-section section, even after I stopped taking pain medication. Oh yes, must also mention the front desk ladies and nurses who were so wonderful at every single appointment.

I love the care that receive from Arbor; I love all of the doctors and nurses on staff! They really helped me through my journey of pregnancy and my postpartum journey! You never know your doctors until they go through your journey of pregnancy with you week by week & sometimes day by day! This will forever be my OB home!

I am leaving this on behalf of my wife. After dealing with severe and erratic bleeding issues, and having three different practitioners at her current OBGYN not being able to solve the problem she decided to get a second opinion. On the recommendation of a friend, she attempted to try Arbor because they supposedly specialize in her kind of cases. They had her send her medical records, and all appearances were she would get an appointment, and possible get this hugely disruptive problem resolved. After the Doctor supposedly reviewed the file his comment to her was her OBGYN should be able to solve this and declined to give her an appointment. This was interpreted as “your case isn’t interesting enough. We don’t want to deal with it.” If you are looking for a place to resolve a severe and disruptive gynecological condition Arbor is not the place to go.

I really have enjoyed my experience at Atrium. Just had my second child (first using this practice) and I am very pleased. I like all the doctors and they all have great bedside manner. I have been fit in same day a couple times for concerns. The only thing Im disappointed in is that after 9 months my baby ended up being delivered by an oncall doctor from the practice they share (I think its one day a week) deliveries with - Wilkerson. So, unfortunately it was someone I hadnt met, but he delivered my baby safely and thats all that matters!!

Update: I really love this office. I had written a review over a year ago when I first established care because I had a problem, and they were amazing in helping me get through that difficult time. I have stayed with the office since and they have continued to provide wonderful care. I saw almost all the providers throughout my pregnancy, and did not have a bad visit. Dr Beatty was incredibly caring and informative throughout my delivery. Although the delivery did not go as I had imagined it, I would not change a thing. I was empowered to make appropriate decisions and never felt like decisions were being made for me. My questions were always answered thoughtfully.In the days to follow during my hospital stay, I was very well cared for by each provider from the office I saw. I can’t thank them enough!The staff here have been wonderful! I was having a difficult time getting good medical care at another office and Atrium was able to accommodate me and help me get better. They adjusted their schedule to get me in the day after I called, even though I was new to the practice. The office is warm and welcoming. I felt that my concerns were heard and I was being offered the best care. Dr Deibel even called to check in on me the next day to see how I was doing. It was above and beyond. Feeling cared for during a difficult time makes a world of a difference. Also other perks about the office: they give you an estimate of your costs if you have a high deductible plan; there is a lab onsite; ultrasounds are done in the office; and because I had a problem, I was able to see the same provider for all my visits related to this issue.

Edit* I originally gave a unhappy review and thought I would be finding a new practice. But after my review I went to what I thought might be my last visit, and Dr Deibel asked about my concerns and told me they would be addressed. He was very caring and understanding, and he made my feelings feel validated. I really appreciated him reaching out to me about my experience and wanting to make it right. Im happy to be staying.Original post * I wish I could give this place a good review, the Dr are good but getting a hold of anyone is hard. I ALWAYS have to leave voicemail and a lot of the time they dont call you back until the next day, or not at all. One of the nurses I believe her name is Joanna(?). She is extremely rude and is the ultimate cause for me finding a new practice. She was rude to me during my miscarriage and when I called about my post op. She always talked to me like I was stupid, and she would talk over me and not let me finish a sentence. Going through a loss is hard enough, and having her talk to me the way she did made it worse. I can handle not being able to get a hold of people, but I can not handle being treated so poorly during an already emotional time.

Everyone at Arbor are so friendly and professional. I feel like they really care about me and my good health. Dr Breazeale is very tuned into what my needs are and quickly responds to any procedure or treatment that I may need.

I absolutely love all the providers and nurses that i have dealt with during this pregnancy. So the three stars go towards them definitely. However, i have experienced a couple front staff not very pleasant to talk to over the phone when answering the phone and or checking out. I want to continue to see this office for post care but i don’t go where i am not felt welcome. When answering the phones you are the first voice that people here make sure you are pleasant and not passively sarcastic like I experienced today. Also make sure you smile through the phone. A negative staff turns me off about a facility. After this baby I will be finding a new OBGYN. Again let me reiterate Doctors and nurses are amazing.

Dr. Gray with Arbor OBGYN is one of the best medical providers I have had. She was engaging, answered all my questions, made me fell comfortable and not rushed! I had my mammogram results in a couple days and pap results in about a week. All staff was very friendly and helpful. :)

I started going to Arbor ObGyn when I was pregnant with my second. I saw almost every provider throughout my pregnancy and they were all wonderful. Dr. Breazeale delivered my 10 lb 5oz baby boy and he was fantasticl! I felt so safe and at ease with him during the delivery that I was even cracking jokes with him in between pushes. The postpartum care that I received was just as personable and supportive as all of my prenatal visits. Then, unfortunately, I experienced a miscarriage earlier this year. The compassion and accommodations from all staff was unbelievable. Dr. Beatty and Dr. Breazeale were the providers who saw me during the experience. Words cannot adequately express the gratitude I have for their care. They made a truly horrific experience bearable. I would recommend Arbor to anyone - on both the good days and the bad days of your obstetric and gynecologic care.

There is a male Dr, former military, that gave me the “husband stitch” without my knowledge or consent. The barbaric procedure should be eliminated period. Had I not been in the fog of new motherhood and understood what he did- it would not be just a bad review.

I love Atrium! Everyone here from the staff at the front desk to the Doctors are beyond Amazing! I love their process they have for expecting parents. After being a patient at Atrium I feel like I was cheated out of an experience we had with our 1st child at a different obgyn office. Positive Attitudes and outstanding service goes such a long way. I feel like everyone is so friendly! They are always smiling and make you feel so comfortable. I NEVER felt rushed at a single appointment. They take their time and talk to you and make sure you comprehend everything and are comfortable. I love how they send you notes after every appt and you always know what to expect at each upcoming appt. What also stood out to me is how they follow up with you even after you had the baby with a call and a letter just ti make sure you are okay and how you felt like your experience was. I was shown nothing short of extraordinary service from the time I called to schedule my 1st appt to the time my son was delivered. I am so glad our friend referred us to Atrium and I highly recommend women and expecting parents to Atrium!

I have seen two doctors at this practice and they have been AMAZING! That is why it’s hard for me to give two stars, but… The past few times I’ve called the office, I’ve been tempted to ask for someone else to speak to. The receptionist sounds irritated and condescending when (trying to) answer my questions, which is especially off-putting considering the nature of this practice. I’m actually considering switching OBGYNs because of this poor desk service.

I recently began seeing Rachel Runkel, and it has been the best experience.Rachel is very caring, and made me feel completely at ease with exchanging my IUD. Seriously, I am a big baby when it comes to paps, etc and she is kind and patient, along with the staff. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be called back.

This practice was recommended to me by a Rex labor and delivery nurse 7 years ago. Dr. Grey, Deibel and Alvarez delivered our children -- great experiences! Every visit I felt fully listened to and knew that I was receiving outstanding and compassionate care.

I really love this practice. There are a handful of doctors and they are all wonderful! I am on my second pregnancy going with this practice. They seem very cognisant about each persons time - I have never been to an office that has been so on time with appointments and efficient (not rushed) with appointments. They are also great with kids if you have to bring them along to an appointment.

Best OBGYN in the Triangle. I actually drive from outside the triangle to go there. I had 3 back to back pregnancies (1 was a miscarriage) and the doctors here treat you so well! They do not treat you as just another patient. If you are pregnant, they deliver at REX (also wonderful). I am currently not pregnant and I miss all the doctors their terribly. There CNAs are equally as good. I was terrified of needles and they are very accommodating. The front staff takes the time to get to know you and are always smiling. Great job Arbor. I miss you all and I look forward to my yearly.

I can only speak from the perspective of a husband to a patient, but I was so impressed with the service/care/ethics of the Arbor doctors that we worked with during the recent birth of our first child. My wife had a pregnancy that developed unexpected complications in the 33rd week that led to an early delivery and a couple of really challenging days post-partum. We mainly worked with Dr. Beatty and Dr. Alvarez. The latter was great in supporting us during the nerve-wracking days leading up to delivery (we thought we had 6 more weeks!) and Dr. Alvarez did an amazing job taking care of my wife during the actual delivery & post-partum period. Both were kind and personable, diligent in consulting other doctors and experts to ensure that the right medical steps were taken, transparent & concise in communicating with us about exactly what was happening, and invested in ensuring that we saw the best possible outcomes for my wife and our child. Despite not being on call or on the schedule, Dr. Alvarez came in early the morning following delivery to help my wife as we worked through the unexpected complications. We also had brief interactions with Doctors Gray, Breazeale, and Deibel all of which were positive. Its clear they take a client first approach and work well together as a team.Lastly, this is just my perspective on the delivery period itself. But, my wife has been going to this practice for a long time and has always enjoyed it.

I just had my first born after a miscarriage (first time mom), and my first born has several health concerns that need to be monitored. When I come back for the 1st time for post partum appointment, all of the staff checked on me and showed that they care. Dr. Deibel is very attentive to my health before and after the delivery. He listens to my thoughts, feelings, and experiences before giving me advices. Arbor OBGYN staff show that they care about their patients.

Ive been going to this office for many years and have always been treated very well. The office staff is friendly and attentive, and the nurses are kind and efficient. I usually see Dr. Deibel who is caring, knowledgeable and offers valuable insight and treatment. When Ive needed to see other doctors or nurse practitioners at this practice, Ive always been highly satisfied with their care as well.

Absolutely incredible experience. I had a little bit of a complicated paperwork situation that I needed help with. I messaged Arbor through my patient portal and Allison took care of EVERYTHING! I was so impressed with her quick responses and solution to my problem. It made for a really incredible customer experience.

Highly recommend Arbor ObGyn and Dr. Breazeale! He was a breath of fresh air! Unlike other recent gynos Ive visited, who were dismissive and did not seem to care enough about my concerns, Dr. Breazeale took the time to meet with me (as a new patient) in his office first to discuss everything. He showed me a book to help explain everything. He was also very personable. The staff was also very friendly, Gina who assisted with a procedure and Lauren who did the scheduling.

I had what could have been a really awful situation but the Atrium staff and Drs Breazeale and Deibel in particular, were amazing. It was my very first appointment at Atrium (referred here by my GP) and I ended up needing surgery which they set up for me for the very next morning. Never once did I feel like I wasnt taken care of or that I could have been in better hands. Everything went smoothly and honestly, I feel incredibly lucky to have been referred to such a wonderful practice. I highly recommend Atrium to anyone looking for an OBGYN. I will absolutely continue as a patient at this practice.

I had a small procedure done by Dr. Gray, she was proficient and efficient. Her staff was kind and her CMA went above and beyond. Dr. Gray and her team are professionals and it shows in the way they carry themselves and their work. 100/100 recommend.

As a patient for nearly two years youd think I would receive better service. I wait at LEAST 20min past my scheduled appointment EVERY TIME! And all I need is to get a shot!!!!!! REALLY?!?! The nurse Renee is very rude. I overheard her talking about me to another nurse. (real professional) The ONLY reason Ive continued to go back is because of Dr. Runkle (who is wonderful). Unfortunately I dont see her every time I go. Today they wasted over an hour of my time and I got absolutely nothing done! Parking is horrible as well....Good luck finding a space.

I originally went to this office because the doctors came highly recommended. I dont know if their office policies are new but they insist on keeping a credit card on file and will not let you make future appointments if you do not. I had a routine annual exam and also asked Dr. Deibel for a 2nd opinion about an MRI. The whole appt took about 15 minutes. I received a notice a week later saying my credit card would be billed for $123 without any explanation. I told the office that I believed the appt would be covered by my insurance. Brooke said that the annual check-up was 100% paid for by my insurance but that it was deemed that Id discussed things beyond the scope of an annual visit so they charged me for an extra office visit. So my introduction to the office was being threatened with a collection agency (never said I wouldnt pay) and to be cut-off from making future appointments. Too bad because Dr. Deibel was very attentive and professional and now I have to search again for a new doctor.September 2020 update: So, I was paying out the $123 added fee: $15 a month via their portal since May. Well, ,even though I was promptly making those payments, I received a letter from a collection agency threatening me even though it said to still pay arbor directly. I tried to make my payment via the portal as usual but it wouldn’t go through and said I had to call the office. So I called the office and asked if there was anyone I could make a payment with besides Brooke. They gave me Brittany. Brittany looked at my account and said that only Brooke could take my payment. (All this for $78. But wait...it gets better.) I left a vm for Brooke but nobody mentioned until I called back hours later that Brooke wasn’t even working that day. She called me back this morning and I made the final payment with her. So I guess they won. Of course I’ll never go back and I’m writing these reviews and so on... so phone calls, monthly bills in the mail, threats and emails over 4 months, they won what? $123?

All of the staff is always prompt, friendly, helpful and kind. Dr. Deibel is a rare find these days. His approach for care is the old school way. He always takes time to meet with you and discuss any concerns, without rush, before he does any type of exam. He is knowledgeable and helpful. I think my favorite thing about him is the fact that any office or exam room of his you go into, his wall of fame is not just diplomas and accomplishments but it is photos of his beautiful family. That speaks a lot for where his priorities are!

Ive never written a review before but I am so angry right now that I have to. My daughters and I have been patients of Atrium OB/GYN for years; me for 14 and them for about 6. When my 21 year old daughter had her yearly checkup two years ago, a lump was found in her breast. Jill Barbour referred her for an ultrasound and it was found that it was something that she could just watch but have checked every year. She recently had another ultrasound and it was discovered that it has grown and it was recommended that it be removed. My daughter is a student and does not live in Raleigh but she made an appointment to come to Atrium and to Raleigh on Friday. She was told to go onto the portal and update her records. She did that and since there were no changes, she saved the records with no changes. When she arrived at 10:20 for her appointment at 10:30, she was told by the receptionist that she had not completed her paperwork online and could not be seen today. She said that she needed to arrive at least 30 minutes before the appointment time. My daughter explained that she had completed the forms online but there were no changes. She asked if she could do it there and she finished it in about 3 minutes, still before her 10:30 appt. time. The receptionist said that they were too busy and that Heather, the P.A. would not be able to see her. My daughter told them that she had come from out of town for this appt. but they did not care one bit, probably because shes young, and still turned her away. She called me crying, I called them and was told that it was too bad but there was nothing they could do. This call was completed at 10:35. I explained that she had a lump in her breast and needed to be seen but they didnt care. They rescheduled her for Oct. 10th without confirming with her. I asked to speak with the practice manager, a nurse or Jill Barbour. The only option they gave me was to leave a message with a nurse. I did and I have not received a call back from anyone. I dont expect to. I have requested all of our medical record so that I can take them to our new doctor at the appointment that I was able to get for her next week when I explained her situation. Unbelievable what medical care has become

I have been extremely pleased with my experiences at Arbor Ob/Gyn! All of the staff are very friendly, patient, understanding and considerate of your time and feelings. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Ill keep this review updated as I continue to interact with this practice, but Ive gotta say Im pretty happy so far. Even though theyre a large practice, theyre caring, thorough, and willing to fit me in at the last minute when Im worried about something, however silly. Ive been to other nearby practices that have treated patients as less than human. This is not one of those practices. Do leave a little extra time to find parking for afternoon appointments-- the lot can get full.

I love this practice! All of the providers Ive met have had the best bedside manner and really listened to questions or concerns. Wait times are minimal and its always a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend!

I have been going to this practice since 2008 and I have been thoroughly pleased with every aspect. All of the providers are wonderful but my absolute favorite is Dr. Gray. She is wonderful and so easy to talk with. Highly highly recommend!!!

I have had three babies with Atrium and every single doctor there was absolutely wonderful! I never once felt rushed during an appointment and they always made me feel very comfortable!!! Love Atrium!

I have been seeing Rachel Runkle for a few years now and I am thankful she shows much more respect for her patients than the front desk workers do. I called to schedule an appointment (because an operator has called my phone every day for a week telling me to make an appointment) and one of the secretary ladies answered and was extremely rude to me when I asked if they had anything available the 18th week of December. She snapped and said NO, Rachel does not have ANY openings until after January 10th! Its October 13th right now...it is really hard for me to believe she is booked from open to close every single day between now and January 10th. Anyways, the lady did not try to work with me at all..I told her I would have to find another provider because I travel from VA to see Rachel..she quickly replied okay, thanks bye. I was expecting maybe a if someone cancels, I will give you a call. Obviously Atrium has enough customers right now that they can afford to lose long time clients.

Basically this facility was a recommendation from a friend in my church. I just moved from NYC to Cary, NC so you can imagine the stress im in with finding a trust worthy gyn doctor. I called to inquire with questions and the receptionist put me through to the voice mail of one of the doctors. So I left my message with questions that I had hoped would be answered. Well, basically no one called me back—not one. That speaks volumes. If they cant even return a call—then they cant be trusted. It doesnt matter if they provide great care. Communication is key as a doctor-to-patient relationship.

We had a very good experience with Atrium obgyn, they took good care of us throughout my pregnancy. UNC REX hospital labour, delivery and postpartum care was also very good. We are totally satisfied with Atrium.

Wonderful doctors!! Couldnt have asked for a better experience the day my first son was born!Delivered my second, a daughter, with atrium. So pleased the second time around too!!

Personally i wouldnt tell anyone to come here , they should hire men to work the front desk , the front desk attitude is so nasty and the lady that works in billing is nasty person, she over talks you and she cuts you off and she talks bold over a phone , i had a great doctor but thanks to the front desk and billing I will never return

I was referred to Arbor by my primary care physician. The staff is great. Dr Alvarez is very knowledgeable and professional. He listened carefully and answered all my questions.

Great staff although every visit I am waiting 30 min or more to see a doctor. They work you up quickly but then you sit in another waiting room for a while and then your exam room for a while. I’ve had several visits and they have all been this way

This is the best OB/GYN practice and I could not recommend it more. I have been going here for years for gynecological care. I recently had a baby and had such a great experience.

Since becoming Arbor the practice just seems focused on money. Patient care is really not good. Not in the interest of the patient.

Dr. Rachel W and nurse staff is great, but the front office staff and admin answering the phones are extremely rude and unhelpful.

I have been going here since 2008. They have delivered all 3 of my babies! If I had a 4th I would return to them as well!
