Have been going to see Dr. Anya for years. She takes her time with her patients, listens to them, and actually cares about their health and well-being. Highly recommend!!! There arent many doctors like this left in this society, unfortunately. I have also had two kids in the past 4 years and had my prenatal visits with this practice. The nurses are great and responsive. The other doctors overall were good. I have my favorites but its about personal preferences and personality. Another amazing gem is the front office lady. I believe her name is Margaret. She pays attention and cares. She checked on me because I looked tired and off. When she saw me confused reading some updates with my insurance, she broke it down for me. Really wonderful. Peggy from the billing office is nice to work with as well.

I have been going to Wilkerson OB/GYN and seeing Dr. Homiester since I was in my early 20s. I am now 37 years old and I must say she has been the most understanding, very knowledgeable, and has always had my best interest at heart. I absolutely love having her as my Dr. I would give her 1 million stars if I could.

I have been a patient at Wilkerson for over 21 years. Over the years, my experiences have been great. When it comes to my health, they listen and provide necessary feedback. Professionals and nice office staff.

Today was my first time going to this practice and I can honestly say it was a refreshing experience. Everyone was very polite and welcoming. From the woman at the front desk to the Nurse Practitioner, Lindsay Scruggs, everyone was very nice. Thank you!Update: I am taking one star off because the woman who took my blood caused an ugly bruise. It’s a week later and I still have the bruise. I never had anyone take my blood and cause that kind of damage.

I love Wilkerson OBGYN. Everyone is phenomenal. I always feel seen and heard when I go and never feel rushed or like I am just another patient. I especially love my sweet friend at the front desk. She is the best start to any appointment!

Dr. Roche is the best at it. I have seen other providers at the practice too when going through pregnancies. They are all great.

Been with this practice for over 23 years. My adult daughers are now seeking preventative GYN care here as well. HIGHLY recommend this entire group as all have been involved in my past pregnancies but the MD that I see for preventative care is Dr Ann Martine because of her bedside manor, empathy, and knowledge . She is my partner in healthcare which is hard to find in todays healthcare environment. As an RN for over 33 years in the Raleigh Durham area, I can attest to that fact.

Dr. Anya Tatarchuk, is a wonderful Dr. She is kind, thorough highly skilled and spends her time making sure all of your questions have been answered. The whole staff at Wilkerson are the best!

I have been seeing Dr. Homeister for 15+ years and have been very pleased with her care. She listens well and takes time to understand my concerns when I have them. She has only ever recommended necessary tests/procedures but is open to discussing other options. She is very good at letting me make an informed decision about what I feel comfortable with.

I switched to this practice based on a friend’s review and couldn’t be more pleased. The front desk staff were helpful, organized, and so friendly. Lindsay, the NP was so warm and engaged in my appointment. She knew my medical history and asked appropriate questions. She made a plan WITH me and truly listened to my concerns. I felt heard and welcomed. I’m very much looking forward to working with this practice for future pregnancies.

Dr. Anya, the Wilkerson staff, and nurses are some of the kindest, most professional people who have ever provided me with medical care. I am a survivor of sexual violence and Dr. Anya has always taken time to make sure Im comfortable. I always know whats happening before it happens. She takes an interest in my personal and professional life, then uses this information to provide a treatment plan that addresses my overall health as well as my gynecological health.I ESPECIALLY appreciate how she does the post exam consultation in her office after youre dressed. Its just more respectful to get us into a less clinical setting, and fully clothed, to do the discussion part!Im even going so far as to switch my insurance after Cigna dropped Wilkerson as a provider do stay with Dr. Anya and this practice, thats how much I love this group of people. Cannot recommend enough!

Dr. Watson is an amazing human and clinician! I have been her patient for about 14 years, and I followed her to Wilkerson OB from another practice. She delivered 2 of my 3 children and after my second birth which was an unplanned c-section, she adjusted her vacation to make sure she could deliver my last baby (also scheduled c-section). That meant so much!! She always takes the time to ask questions and is very thorough in her medical approach. Since shifting practices, it has been a breath of fresh air. The previous practice seemed cold and very process driven. This practice seems to schedule the patients they can handle, and the office has a more soothing vibe about it.

I have always felt comfortable in this office. I enjoy chatting with the office staff, nurses, and my doctor. I spent a lot of time during my pregnancies going to the practice now every year for my annual I feel like I am coming home to visit the family. I personally have interacted with both Dr. Flanigan and Dr. Matthews both are great! Friendly and patient.

I’ve been going to this group for the last 5 years, and I think they’re absolutely wonderful. Dr. Matthews is my doctor. Now I’m pregnant, and I’ve been meeting all the doctors. Everyone is kind and spends a luxurious amount of time with me. The ladies in reception and checkout are also super nice.Update: I’m pregnant with my second, and I cannot say enough. This team is simply the best.

First time seeing Dr. Martin (usually see Dr. Roche) for an office visit. She was kind, timely, thorough, and eased my concerns. She ordered the testing I needed and even found additional lumps I didn’t know about (came in for one initially). Highly recommend! Office is clean, quick, and easy check in :)

Women of Color Please Read: I saw 3 different doctors during my pregnancy at this practice. They were all professional, kind, & attentive.My favorite however was Dr Matthews. He made me feel heard, we always had pleasant conversations, & he watched my vitals/test results closely.At 38 weeks he noticed my blood pressure was high & my urine had protein in it. He immediately sent me to REX hospital to have my blood pressure monitored to determine if I had developed preeclampsia. The doctor there determined I did in fact have preeclampsia & needed to be admitted & induced that day. As a Black woman we have a higher mortality rate when giving birth so our health concerns should be taken seriously.Thank you Dr Matthews for caring about mines & my babies health/safety. I am forever greatful.

Dr. Watson is great!!!! Spends time ,is not rushed,listens. I would give 5 stars but for the wait time.if my appointment is at 245 and you say b here 15 minutes early and then you dont get seen for 30,40 plus minutes think is unreasonable hopefully this isnt a common practice. Only thing that eased this annoyance was staff and Dr Watson so thank you for the care and attention

Great patient care from the moment I walked in! I would highly recommend this clinic. My name is Nune Khanzratyan. I want to share a clear case of unprofessionalism involving a staff member of Dr. Tatarchuk, specifically the manager Susan. About two months ago, I had an appointment scheduled for November 7th. However, on November 7th, as I was getting ready to leave for the appointment, manager Susan called me. Without offering an apology and in a very rude manner, she informed me that the doctor did not want to see me as a patient. When I questioned why I wasnt informed about this in advance, manager Susan explained that she couldnt reach me by phone. I had been receiving appointment reminders via email, so there was an alternative way to notify me about the cancellation.I had to adjust my work schedule for this appointment, and the company president had to handle it during the holiday season. However, Susan did not show any willingness to address my concerns and abruptly ended the call in the middle of my sentence.I was also disappointed that my doctor did not stand up for me.I find the actions of Dr. Tatarchuks staff to be highly unprofessional, their manner of communication offensive, and their attitude towards the patient entirely inappropriate.

I have been coming to Wilkerson for years, and would highly recommend them. I was able to work with all the doctors during my pregnancy, and never had an unpleasant experience. I always felt they took their time to explain my questions, and really felt cared for as an individual!

Wilkerson OBGYN has shared Dr Roche with me, since high school and helped my little Bear to be the star in my family’s lives. I had a schedule appointment 11/30/2023 for 3:00pm. I arrived for my appointment at 2:45 to 2:50. As I waited I witness about 5 to 10 patients come in and was quickly called back to be seen. By, this time was about 3:20 to 3:25. The lady at the front desk told me that the doctor was running late and she was going to check with the manager to see when I will be seen. I had to wait another 10 minutes before the manage came to tell me that there were 2 patients ahead of me and that I would STILL have to wati to be seen by the doctor. At this time, I was very upset and she did suggest that she could let me see someone else and I declined because I should have been seen at the time so I walked out mad as HELL. I have been a patient for over 30 years and I felt that I should have NOT been treated that way!!!!.

I have been coming here for a very long time and everyone in the office Dr. Matthew, the nurses the front desk have been very kind and friendly.

Awesome place to go. This place is great. Doctors’ offices out there have gotten really bad with whoever they have answering their phones and making appointments. I had to change insurance and had called 26 doctors offices on my new blue cross plan. Horrible experiences. Too many to mention. So it is refreshing to have a NORMAL doctors office. It’s like you don’t appreciate normal until you don’t have it. Completely professional and normal just like it used to be before the pandemic. Regular old NORMAL doctors office. I don’t think this doctors offices knows how bad these other places are with the bliss of how normal and professional their doctors office is but you are very blessed. And I am a very easy going happy bubbly person that is easy to please. So it’s hard to make me complain. That should tell you how bad it is out there at those other Doctors offices. Keep up with what you’re doing. It’s working.

My regular doctor, Dr, Flanagan is AMAZING! This review is for Dr. Homeister. She did not listen to my concerns and I felt very rushed. She wanted me in and out and even shut down my concerns telling me I was incorrect about what I was experiencing. This appointment was a complete waste of time and money. The only reason I will go back is because my regular doctor is great. Dr. Homeister though, don’t waste your time or your money to see her.

Dr Watson is so kind, very knowledgeable, professional, and ended the appointment asking if you have any concerns or questions. My prior Gynecologist that I have been going to for 30 years retired. I was concerned about finding another Dr. But Dr Watson is very personable and quick to establish rapport with her patients. Thanks for your Excellent care. The phlebotomist was wonderful also. Her name started with a J. Sorry I can not remember it.

Ive been seeing Dr Phelicia Flanagan for over 15 years and shes great. Shes professional with a good bedside manner. The office staff also do a good job running the appointments so youre not having to wait too long in the main waiting area or when youre taken back to a room for the doctor.

Dr. Watson is AMAZING! She has such a caring bedside manner. She sat down and was genuinely interested in going through my health history and asking detailed questions about how I was doing. She made me feel like I was her only patient that day. She genuinely cares about making each appointment a positive experience for the patient. I wish more doctors could be like her. I will recommend her to all my friends!

Upon my first visit to the office I was greeted with a warm, friendly welcome. I met with Amy and she was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Matthews came into the room with a friendly welcome and handshake. He explained everything that he would be doing today and also did a physical diagram on his tablet. I have been with this group for over 35 years and I have always been extremely happy with the care I have received at Wilkerson through three children and menopause. Dr. Roche is top notch providing excellent care.

Dr. Kirk Matthews always gives his full attention and makes me feel like I can take my time and ask as many questions as I need. His demeanor is calm and reassuring, and he somehow manages to give the LEAST uncomfortable pelvic exam. I appreciate the time he takes to speak face to face at the end of the appointment. Ive been a patient at Wilkerson for 25 years and cant say enough good things about the practice. Wilkerson doctors delivered all 3 of my children and Im currently a patient of Dr. Matthews and he is wonderful. My doctor retired from this practice and I was not looking forward to having to replace him...My very first visit with Dr. Matthews put me at ease. He was aware of my concern about seeing someone new, but by the end of my visit, I felt at ease and very pleased to have him as my doctor. I dont usually leave reviews however this practice is beyond fantastic. They have a great variety of providers that listen and truly care. I have been through 2 pregnancies with this office and have just been so pleased overall. In addition, everyone on staff, nurses, ultrasound, lab, front desk, etc., are all so pleasant, welcoming and attentive. I am very satisfied with my care and highly recommend.

This was my first time here and it will now be my go-to, and the one I recommend to all of my loved ones. Every step of my visit was wonderful. All the people I came into contact from the front desk staff and the nurses to the doctor were so welcoming, kind, and supportive. I’ve truly never had an experience like this at any practice before, OBGYN or otherwise. It’s always scary going to a new doctor but I truly felt better when I left than when I arrived! Wilkerson OBGYN is great. Anytime I had questions or needed something the call backs to me were very quick. All the doctors/nurses are really easy to talk to & comforting. I never felt like anything medical was ever being pushed onto me, especially during my labor & delivery. Dr. Matthews was on call when I went into labor. He was very encouraging & positive that my body was doing exactly what it needed to do in order for me to give birth naturally. When the shift change happened I ended up with a doctor from Arbor OBGYN. I knew that this could happen & it didn’t bother me at all. Dr. Gray was great during my delivery & she never pushed any medical interventions onto me either. We had discussions about interventions but ultimately I was able to allow my body to do what it was naturally intended to do. I’m so grateful for Wilkerson/Arbor OBGYN. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Every doctor I met here was absolutely amazing. I started my pregnancy seeing another practice, and transferred here much to my relief.Each doctor treated me with kindness and took as much time as I needed to make sure that all of my questions were answered. I never once felt rushed. My wait was never more than ten or fifteen minutes.Dr. Matthews delivered my twins, and his calm confident demeaner helped make my experience a memorable one for all the right reasons. I honestly wish that I could see him as my primary care doctor and my childrens pediatrician!I could not recommend this office enough!

I have been going to Dr. Martin for years followed after my mom and now also my sister. She is so personable, makes me feel so comfortable no matter the situation, and always makes the time to discuss any and all (even if it means a little extra time). I will go to her until she retires and I hope that is after all my babies are born. I would highly recommend she or any other provider at her office.

I have been with Wilkerson for 7 years now. I make the 40 minute drive for my appointments because I love my doctor (Dr Matthews). I am always able to get an appointment with him but I know that if I couldnt, that I would be in good hands with anyone else there (I have seen each one throughout my pregnancy). I have recommended Dr Matthews to numerous friends who now see him and love him as their OB/GYN provider.

Dr Watson made me feel like I was the only patient she had to see. She was prompt, and took a good history and did an excellent exam. She made me feel very comfortable and took time to answer my questions.

I’m having my first baby and was pretty excited to find a practice where I can enjoy the experience.After doing a good amount of research, I landed here. I’ve given it several chances, but almost every single experience has been cold and non personable.They make you rotate between 4-5 doctors because you never know who is on call when your baby is being born. My first meeting was very pleasant with Dr. Matthews! He was thorough and took the time to make me feel comfortable, answering all of my questions and even offering up some that I hadn’t considered. As I said, this is my first pregnancy so not only was I nervous, but I didn’t even know what to ask.The women physicians are cold and never take the time to make you feel welcome or act as if they actually care. I walk out feeling rushed and like I’m just a number.Marsha, the ultrasound tech, needs a new job. Clearly, she’s tired of doing it and doesn’t even take the time to even point out what’s on the screen. Unless you’ve seen a lot of ultrasounds, you wouldn’t know what you’re looking at and she doesn’t explain it either.I know there are better places, probably much smaller in size where you feel like the doctors genuinely care about you and your baby. I would highly recommend going somewhere else first.

This group has taken care of me for over 35 years. They consistently provide excellent, compassionate, efficient, and effective care.... From delivering my 2 babies to routine checkups and everything in between. I especially recommend Dr. Matthews who became my provider recently when my previous excellent providers retired.

Years ago I was a regular patient at this facility and I loved it. Last week I returned due to some issues I am now having and nothing has changed but a few of the doctors. Everyone is still helpful and courteous. Dr. Mathews was awesome and very attentive to my needs. I am glad to be back.

I saw Dr. Matthews as a new patient and before I knew it, the physical was done with no pain, no discomfort. I have a bit of trauma from previous doctors, and I explained this to Dr. Matthews. Im not sure what magic he uses, but I was so impressed with his bedside manner, as well as the speed in which he did it. Where Id normally want to retreat to my bed and cry over feeling violated, I left feeling normal and not violated at all. HIGHLY recommend for ANNUAL EXAM.

We had the best experience with Wilkerson during my pregnancy! I felt really comfortable with all of the doctors and appreciated how kind everyone was and how willing they were to talk through my many questions along the way. I also sent several questions in via the portal and I couldn’t believe how quickly they responded— I usually got a response within an hour or two! We saw Dr. Anya and Dr. Matthews the most during my pregnancy and both were fantastic. Dr. Flanagan delivered my baby and did a great job. When we hit some minor complications she really talked us through everything and helped us feel as confident and calm as possible. Robyn, the lactation consultant, has been really helpful too! I tell all of my friends who are thinking about having kids that they need to go here.

I feel very comfortable with the level of care I have received at Wilkerson Obstetrics and Gynecology and would have no hesitation recommending this provider to anyone. Everyone from front desk staff to nursing staff to all the gynecologists I have encountered have been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, focused, and well-skilled. I can tell she loves her job and to be with patients . I’m definitely returning . The office was on time , up to date on all technology , and even the insurance receptionist was east to work with .

If you are looking for a practice that feels like home look no further! From the time you walk into the door it’s honestly nothing but love and respect shown to you. The staff is always so professional ,and instead of feeling like you are at the doctors office you feel like you are at a family reunion !Now to my favorite Dr. Anya feels like I’ve known her for years. Not only does she take the time to get to the root of what you need she’s truly understanding. She always offers positive insight and gives suggestions to help you that actually work. It is a blessing to be able to find a doctor like her ! I would give her and the practice a 100000000/100000000 if I could !!

Dr Homeister is so incredibly patient and kind. She always makes time for all my questions and I never feel rushed. She is genuine and sincere with how she listens and communicates. I highly recommend this office and Dr Homeister.

Kirk Matthews is amazing! My 18 year old daughter went for her first lady dr visit and was petrified! He spent a ton of time with her discussing birth control, and all the side effects and how they all work differently. He walked her through the arm insertion bc which is what she chose. And the next un-related visit was due to antibiotics causing issues, and he was super with her again! I went, of course, and was blown away with his care in explaining stuff to her! Making(for her) an awkward situation not awkward! I am actually changing myself to him from the Dr I have had for years! HIGHLY recommend Dr Matthews!!!

Dr. Flanagan is amazing! I have been a patient of Wilkerson OBGYN since I was 17, I had a huge ovarian cyst that had to be surgically removed. Very scary for a junior in high school! Dr. Flanagan was kind, understanding, and had a great bedside manner.Fast forward to 2011, I had my first son, 5 weeks early due to a partial placental tear. The doctor who delivered my baby, Dr. Carter I believe (I think she retired) told me step by step everything that was going on, I was able to stay calm and get such a good understanding of what would happen, and she prepared me that my son being premature meant that they would let me hold him unless the case of medical emergency, but that they would need to take him to special care for testing. Thankfully, my son did not need oxygen, and no health issues. I was so grateful that she informed me and prepared me without causing me panic. In 2019 I had my second son with Dr. Tatarchuk. She was so sweet and the delivery went perfectly, again she went step by step telling me everything.I think a good measure of a doctor is not one who just understands medicine, but one who can also explain medicine to non-doctors, and this team does exactly this! I have also seen Dr. Roche, Dr. Homeister and Dr. Matthews for wellness visits not pregnancy related, as well as pregnancy related and they were all fantastic. I have not had the newer providers yet, but if they are anything like the rest of the amazing physicians, I know I will love them.I trust Wilkerson OBGYN with my life, and my sons lives, because even in my difficult situations they have PROVEN that they are experts and skilled in their field. Fantastic care, fantastic in surgery. Thank you for keeping me and my babies safe and healthy all these years!

Dr. Homeister and staff always provide exceptional medical care. I am treated with dignity and respect, my concerns are immediately addressed, and I am convinced that my daughter is alive today due to Dr. Homeisters extensive knowledge and attention to detail. I believe and trust in her capability of providing the very best in gynecological care for me and any member of my family.

Dr. Matthews gets it. He provides excellent treatment and a great ability to connect with his patients. Love this practice and glad they delivered both of my babies ;) Please check them out if youre looking for a new OB/GYN. They dont disappoint!

I absolutely love this practice! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable from the receptionist up front to the doctors! I never feel rushed and they always happy to answer any questions. They respond quickly to questions through their patient portal. Their phlebotomist is awesome! I hate needles and she is so friendly and talks to you to keep your mind off things! The staff is friendly, but I feel the provider that I saw needs to listen to patients because some of us really know our body. I was recommended by my PCP to go to Wilkerson and it started off great until Dr. Flanagan didn’t believe what I was telling her. She wanted to keep repeating blood work that really wasn’t telling me anything. After two almost three months I decided to get a second opinion and now I’m finding out that that’s what I should have done when I could tell she wasn’t listening to me. Maybe there are some patients that come in that just want attention, but I’m not one of them. Other than the provider not listening to me the staff is nice. I just had a bad experience in my little time there and now I’m happy with my new provider.

Dr. Matthews is fantastic! He is always attentive and listens to me. He has the best bedside manner. One of the best doctors ever.

I typically see Dr. Matthews who always goes above and beyond for me. At first I wanted to see a woman, but after seeing him I prefer him over my previous woman doc at another office. He answers all my questions and never makes me feel like he is in a hurry or busy. (Which I know he is). Recently I needed to be seen quickly for a issue I was having and I saw Dr. Homeister who was on call and agreed to squeeze me in. Which I was very appreciate of. She used such grace with me and was very sensitive in explaining the process when she knew I was anxious and upset. I then got a follow up phone call from her and not a team member which I appreciated since I know the doctors are always busy and being pulled every which direction. Wilkerson OB GYN is a friendly and professional practice. It is well located and clean and cheerful The office staff is kind and efficient. Dr. Homeister is always friendly and makes the yearly exam a positive experience with no discomfort. She has a sense of humor and knows each of her patients. I have been seeing the doctors at Wilkerson OB/GYN for over 12 years. I delivered my two children with their doctors over the years. I have not had anything but wonderful experiences with their office. The front desk staff, the nurses, and the doctors are always helpful and courteous. I can call with questions for the advice nurse and am always called back quickly and with the answers to my questions. I refer my own patients to their practice and will continue to do so due to their excellent care that I have received.

Dr. Anya Tatarchuk is an amazing OBGYN. I’ve gone to see Dr. Matthews here as well who is a great professional. Dr. Anya’s process is so well run and she is so knowledgeable. I trust her so much! The office staff are friendly and I’m always in and out without any hiccups so long as I bring my needed paperwork, arrive early, etc. Even though I live in Chicago now, I go back to Dr. Tatarchuk for my annuals!

I love going to any of the doctors at Wilkerson OBGYN office. Dr. H delivered my little boy years ago and I wouldnt have it any other way. The practice is extremely family friendly and attentive. I see two of the doctors here depending on their schedule because you get perfect care and any questions answered no matter which one I see. When I needed to have blood drawn during pregnancy I was terrified due to my history of passing out. When the nurse took my blood I was barely able to feel anything. The nurses are sweet and always take care of you here, dont listen to negative reviews of others. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a doctor to take care of you before, during and after pregnancy. Ive been a patient here for six years and counting.

I started seeing Dr. Louis Wilkerson when they were on Boylan Ave. many years ago. Although I have seen many of the doctors retire over the years, this is the only OB/Gyn I have ever gone to. Dr. Kirk Matthews is a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend him and this practice.

Dr. Anya Tatarchuk is a great doctor and wonderful person!She is very kind and patient. I am very grateful for her.The staff is always helpful and kind.

She said multiple times that she has no other suggestions besides rephresh which I’d mentioned does not work. No guidance about changing diet or foods that could potentially cause BV or effect your PH was offered. Instead I had to mention to her that I READ that sugar can throw it off and in returned she responded that “oh yes a few of my patients have said that”. I don’t come to the doctor to hear “I don’t know” I come for solutions or suggestions because I’ve already attempted to resolve them.Very disappointed but they sure did get their money.

I am 30 weeks pregnant today snd overall have had a great experience other than my first appointment and my apt from today.... both times I’ve seen Dr. Homeister and left in tears. She’s rude and rushes through everything. Doesn’t want to take time to talk to you, tries to refer you for EVERYTHING rather than answering a single question. This is a great office but avoid her unless you want to feel belittled and leave extremely upset.

They don’t care about their patients and felt super rushed through everything. Have been seeing Dr. Martin for 4 years, why I waited so long to switch practices I have no idea.Every single time I went in there I felt judged and unheard. I would share my concerns or questions and would get mixed feedback. Dr. Martin wouldn’t remember me or would forget what we’ve spoken about. Not only that, but I could hear her talking about me through the walls. It would give me extreme anxiety to talk to her which ran my blood pressure up giving false readings. I would take it multiple times at home, record results, and even had it well managed by my primary care physician and she would still say it’s too high, even though I asked her multiple times to take it again after a few minutes of me calming down.She would be baffled when it would read significantly lower latter in the appt. i tried to share that I had anxiety and that I get great readings at home but she said it doesn’t matter. She literally did not believe me even though I took detailed records.In regards to gynecological treatment, I had amenorrhea for a year, to which she wasn’t concerned about. She decided to test me for PCOS, ran the test told me I didn’t have it. She felt my thyroid, rana basic test told me it was okay, then let it go. Legit didn’t even solve the issue, was just like oh well. Fast forward a few months, my thyroid was tested again and came back with high panels. My primary care tested me wvery 3 months for a year and ran an expansive thyroid panel to find out that I had hypothyroidism and needed to beon medication. Came back to Dr. Martin for my annual visit, updated her on my new meds, and she was shocked that I had aomeone else test and was seemed offended that someone else had diagnosed me contrary to what she thought. In addition to that, she constantly was pushing me about my weight (which to some degree I understand is important), however she would provide unattainable plans. She told me to do 1200 calories a day and exercise 5 days a week. (I have no issue with excercisejng, but to go from what I was to demanding all of this was too much.). At one point, she even prescribed me the medical equivalent of speed to drop the weight, which didn’t work but did drive up my anxiety and blood pressure.Additonally, she never took my mental health seriously and even tried to lower my anti-depressants which backfired.All this to say, do better Dr. Martin. Treat your patients with repect and love. Being a doctor is more than practicing medicine, it is about patient care. I now carry this mental trauma with me and have to work through it for any future visits. Listen to your patients, hear them and never make them feel less of a person by bringing you their concerns or feedback. And please familiarize yourself with their charts before you see them.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 40 years. I have had very good experiences with all the doctors and staff over this time. They always treat you with deference and appreciate your time. The doctors always listen to your concerns and work hard to resolve your physical problems.

You will not find a more caring, compassionate Doctor. Dr. Flanagan is one who has experienced what you are going through. Highly recommended.

This is THE BEST OBGYN PRACTICE IN THE TRIANGLE!!!! The entire staff is amazing and friendly and caring. I have experienced 3 pregnancies and 2 births through this office and they have been amazing in all areas of their field. If you are looking for a OB or if your just looking for a GYN doctor you can trust and feel comfortable with this is the place to go!!

My partner called me VERY upset and crying after her appointment. We have had a long journey with her diagnosis of PCOS and the growth of her fibroids. I’ve seen her in excruciating pain and, as of late, have had to rushed her to the ER twice, only to be referred to an OBGYN. Imagine my surprise went I’m told by my partner that as she tried to raise her concerns about carrying and having a child that DR. WATSON’s response was me as her partner could always carry children, when a patient is literally putting emphasis on carrying a child of her own! My partner called in shock and tears to have gone through this LACK OF DISREGARD in knowing exactly was going on, preventive measures, next steps, etc. We are literally in the same spot medically (with things obviously getting worse) with this practice since her first visit in AUGUST 2020. I don’t recommend anyone going through the sensitive process of trying to carry a child under these measures to visit this practice, especially women of color. HIGHLY disappointed.

Pretty sad to see some of these negative reviews, I have loved my experience and continue to love Wilkerson! Love every nurse and have met 3 of their doctors already. Friendly front desk service too. Out of all the OBGYNs I have been to, this has been my favorite. Also convenient its on Rex campus and the womens center is right next door, where I will be delivering. They get 5 stars in my book!

My birth at Rex was overall a good experience, however, I ended up giving birth to the hands of a stranger. I didnt get the chance to go through labor with ONE of my doctors. Yes I they told me it could be anyone from their practice but Im telling you, not even one single doctor that I met at Wilkerson OBGYN was there for me that night . Pretty sad :(Front desk staff is RUDE, they have no patience and wont bother to help you with simple things like notifying you about their insurance policy changing. They billed me 3 times more the amount they had estimated and I had a normal healthy delivery. They do not care about trying to make you feel comfortable, they only want your insurance to claim exaggerated amounts of money! Bad experience with Wilkerson!

Dr. Martin is really awesome. She was so personal and actually cares and listens to you. The staff is wonderful and happy to have found them!

I would never go back there. First they won’t treat you unless You agree to a blood transfusion first. Second the nurse called the office manager on me because I wouldn’t agree to do testing I already completed. They completely disregard patient wishes and are clearly just looking to bill your insurance. The doctor offered me a referral for another concern I had and didn’t even follow through. I went once and the appointment brought me to tears. Idk why they are even in the business of dealing with pregnant women because they aren’t caring at all.

These bad reviews are making me sad, even though most of them are from 6+ years ago.. I could not be more pleased with this practice. I love how they make you rotate through the Drs. You get to know them all just incase your primary can not deliver you. The nurses, and the receptionist are also wonderful. I loved walking through the door and them knowing exactly who I am in a room full of people. Everyone at the practice will answer your questions and I have never felt unwanted, uncomfortable or like I didnt have my questions answered appropriately. LOVE this place and the DRs.

The new office policy of removing fathers from appointments due to COVID is quite disappointing. When I escorted my wife into the office, I was rudely pushed out of the waiting room entirely by the desk clerk, who only told me COVID as the explanation. I was forced to wait outside instead of the waiting room, and not allowed to hear the heartbeat of our child.I called the office and they said they did have a one patient only policy. My wife knew nothing about this. It was not explained to her when the appointment was made.This one patient policy at this office has never applied to the other offices my wife and myself have visited, including urgent care, primary care, the pediatricians office, or even the dentist. This policy carelessly leaves out the patients partner. Its also an ineffectual policy, because if the partner does have COVID its highly likely the patient does as well, if they are living together. As a father, I was heartbroken that am I not allowed to be with my wife during these moments.

Ive been a patient here for years and have had two successful c-sections. Everyone is pleasant and professional and as helpful as they can be. Only issue I run into from time to time is waiting, but they are busy and great so it comes with the territory.

Was a long time patient there and loved my doctor (Dr. Roche). When I got pregnant they had me see all the doctors since my due date was on the weekend. I did not like that because they were all different. Ended up with Dr. Matthews, who is the worst. He never really took my concerns seriously and the end result was me having a still birth. He told me I was in false labor and that there was nothing to worry about when my sons heart rate dropped as I was having contractions. The next day I go in and they cannot find a heart beat. I refuse to go back there because of him.

Highly recommend Dr. Matthews and Wilkerson OBGYN. He helped me have a successful VBAC. Always listened, very caring and was an awesome coach and exactly what I needed during delivery.

I LOVE this place! I had a different doctor office for my first son and they were terrible. I would get an appointment and wait over an hour. Here at Wilkerson I would get there and would go back immediately. They are very professional. Dr. Matthews and Dr. Flanagan are awesome! I had such a great pregnancy with my second son at this dr. office. I would highly recommend them to other ladies looking for a great family friendly ob gyn! Rex Hospital is fantastic too!!!

I love Wilkerson OB-GYN! All the doctors are wonderful and caring and the staff is so nice and welcoming. I left another OB-GYN and came to Wilkerson after being recommended by a friend- and the showed me a world of difference in how I was treated. They have been with me through the births of both of my children, in which I was a scared pregnant lady with alot of questions. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for an OB-GYN. These people are Racist! If you are Indian, Ethiopian, African American, anything other than Caucasian dont go here. I had one appointment and changed providers, Dr. Michelle Homeister is a prick! I believe she took one look at me and made a judgement on how she should speak to me. I was told I would be expelled from the clinic because i was unable to go to an appointment and I was 8 months pregnant at the time. They try to make you do things I believe to get money from your insurance, I had to take a test and I couldnt stomach the drink; there are plenty of other alternatives to that test and Dr. Homeister LIED to me and said that there wasnt any other way. I may be young, but im not stupid; I attended a very prestigious college and did well. The judgmental physicians will leave you self conscious and wondering should you stay at this location. There are too many other OB/GYN in and around that complex to allow your self to be tied to down to this one.This facility should be closed! These physicians need to learn soft skills, because what they do there is ridiculous. I filed a complaint against them and I honestly hope something is done. I would NEVER Recommend them to anyone, not even the folks who they prefer to tend to. This rating is poor btw, not fair.

If you are looking for an OBGYN look no further. Very well organized, clean and friendly healthcare providers. I value a doctor that offers personalized care. You are not just a chart number. Dr. Tatarchuk went above and beyond to ensure that I understood what was going to occur during the examination and she made a point to make sure I understood the aftercare.

Dr. Homeister is a very knowledgeable, caring and kind. I highly recommend her and Wilkerson OG/Gyn.

The billing department of this clinic is the worst in the world. They send me a bill for a delivery in Jan 2013 in Oct 2015. and then send the bill to collection. There reason was that they changed the billing system and they forgot to let us know. The insurance company denied the claim in Jun 2014 and they waited a whole year to contact us and directly send it to collections.

Concern for patient well being and Drs. that are very friendly. Waiting room staff is equally as friendly.

The staff here at Wilkerson is always pleasant. Dr. Anya is the best. I would highly recommend giving them a try.
