Dr Minassian and his staff at Mainline Fertility have been nothing but amazing. Always available to answer questions, have a direct conversation, treat and value you as person not a number. I have been under their care for 3 years and each treatment plan is reviewed in detail. Many options are gone over and decided upon as a group not just told this is the way you need to proceed.

Dr. Minassian has been so supportive through my IVF journey! So grateful to have him as my doctor. Always one step ahead, he has not failed us through this roller coaster journey and the many turns we have had to make with my case, I am very confident that one day we will have our miracle baby with the help of God first and Dr. Minassian!

If I could give Mainline negative stars I would. My husband and I felt that Dr. Minassian saw us as dollar signs and fed on vulnerabilities. He told us that I didn’t have much time left , I’m in my early thirties. That IVF was the only way to go. That I may hit menopause next year. I had to go for an in office procedure to the Bryn Mawr location where Dr. Minassian was going to perform it. During the procedure, I asked him about a previous finding from my last ultrasound and asked if it was visible during the procedure. His reply “ I’m not your doctor you’re going to have to contact the doctor “. I kept telling him you’re my doctor. Thankfully the ultrasound tech was in the room, she informed him that he is my doctor. His reply “ohhh I guess I am your doctor “. I had contacted their patient advocate about this experience. She was able to get me scheduled with another doctor. I had also informed the patient advocate that at another appointment he was reading me results of someone else’s blood work.After the experience with Dr. Miniassian , my husband and I lost all confidence with mainline. We have left their “practice “ to another doctor’s office.

She was very nice and took the time to explain everything we left very satisfied

Main line fertility is terrible. My girlfriend went there as A referral and they got me involved before they would answer any of her questions or giving her any results of tests/procedures. I had appointments for specimen samples. Went to the one place and couldnt produce because the place was so noisy and distracting. Wanted to make an appointment for the office closest to me and it ended up being made to the office I was just at for a week later. Called and wanted the same appointment for the place closest to me and was told that time slot wasnt available. Dont know how they expect A man to produce certain samples on their schedule. Its been over a month now and I still cant get an appointment that works for me and she still doesnt have answers. Its completely ridiculous.

Dr. Minassian explained everything well and was very understanding and knowledgeable. Went through the steps and really gave me comfort in knowing with PCOS we can still get through this and have the outcome we are looking for. Loved everyone we had to work with was so nice! 10/10

Dr. Minassian was fantastic. He explained all of the steps in the process that we need to take so we know what to expect and what to do. He also explained the reason for each part of the process and was very patient with answering all of our questions. As a woman with PCOS, its refreshing to find a doctor that actually understands my issues and knows how to help.

I am still receiving care and I can not believe how amazing the reading office is. When they have to call with negative results they are the most compassionate people I have ever met. Morgan is great always checking in with me making sure I am ok and always prays for me!!! Missy at the front desk always has a smile on her face which makes going there a little easier. I do not know the girl that does my labs but she is amazing. I think the other girl is Diane if I am wrong I am sorry but she is phenomenal as well. We can not forget Dr Minassain he is so amazing and I can not wait to have my rainbow baby and I will be doing it because of them!!!! Great office I have zero complaints.

Our experience with Dr. Minassian and his team was nothing less than professional and as pleasant as can be. I felt compelled to express my gratitude after hearing stories about other practices and realizing just how amazing this team really is. I always felt educated, informed, and respected. I can’t thank them enough!

Dr manassian , and all the other doctors are great the this to everything you have to say , they really know what they are doing . I always felt so welcoming coming into the office , Morgan was always there to answer all my questions I had no matter how many times I send them a message they got back right away. I highly recommend this place to anyone

Dr. Minassian was wonderful. All the ladies working there are amazing also. We did our first round of IUI and got pregnant. It was a wonderful experience and I’m so glad I was able to be their patient. I will miss them all and I am so thankful for them!

After having a miscarriage in 2015 and not being able to conceive naturally since, we decided to come to Mainline Fertility for help. Dr. Minassian and his team were phenomenal from the very first moment that we set foot in the door. They guided us through all of the testing and procedures that we both needed and never hesitated to answer our multiple questions. We went into our first IUI treatment hopeful, but realistic, and are now 7 weeks pregnant with our miracle rainbow baby! We couldnt be happier with our entire experience and of course our results! The biggest thank you to Dr. Minassian and the entire Mainline Fertility team for holding our hands through this and giving us what we have been dreaming of having. A family. Main Line Fertility in Reading is the best!! This is the second time I’ve worked with them and have had positive experiences both times. The staff are all wonderful, helpful and supportive. We are so grateful to Main Line and the staff for all they have done to help us in our journey of growing our family!

I appreciate receiving a call back from my initial voicemail within a few hours. I would strongly encourage the practice, though, to have at least one or two times per week in which appointments are available early morning, late afternoon, & evening. The earliest initial consultation is 9:30am & the latest 2pm which means taking half a vacation day either way.Thank you

It is so challenging when you’re experiencing fertility issues, both mentally and physically, but the staff at Main Line Fertility were truly empathetic and supportive every step of the way. We cannot thank them enough for giving us hope when we weren’t sure if our dreams of having a family would ever come true. Happy to share we are expecting our first child after 4 rounds of IUI - it was all completely worth it! Try not to feel discouraged if the early rounds aren’t successful because repetition can definitely increase your chances. Thank you, Main Line Fertility, for helping us to grow our family ❤️

Dr. Minassian and the staff at MLF have been so helpful for everything. Infertility is one of the most challenging things you can go through but they made this process go as smooth as possible. I feel so grateful to have them as my fertility care provider!

Supportive staff who guided us through every step of the process. A long and arduous road traveled but having confidence in your providers is imperative to keep on going. We are very grateful to everyone for the kindness and continued support.

At this point I would not refer anybody to them instead I would tell them to search for other options. I was told by another practice that three failed IVF cycles is ridiculous as we are both perfectly healthy and have no reason for not conceiving. They expressed that this was not properly managed as slight adjustments should have been made on the second round instead of doing the same as the prior cycle.Main line fertility needs to understand we as patients don’t choose this diagnosis and we don’t enjoy it by any means so having the support, guidance, knowledge and communication is key to our success! These are all things they have lacked over the past few years!I did send a review to outreach as well with more detail.Fyi two providers did not follow my case as I was promised.

My husband and I are expecting our first child in May 2021. Everyone at main line made our experience through this journey a very pleasant one. I always looked forward to walking through those doors and being greeted by all the happy employees! If you are seeking fertility help or just have questions, I highly reccomend main line fertility. Ill definately be making another appointment when its time for baby number 2!Thank you everyone!!

Great service and the kindest and sweetest staff!! I loved that the appointments could be done before I had to work too. No complaints. My husband and I are so grateful for everything they’ve done for us.

Very receptive to their patient . Excellent customer service from the receptionist to the nurses. The doctor goes above and beyond to address all concerns. By far the best facility I have ever come across as a patient .
