On Monday, July 1, in the afternoon, there was just one young lady handling absolutely everything; she did a great job.She was able to take us 1 1/2 hour later than our scheduled appointment, and although both waiting areas were full, and people kept arriving, she never lost her cool.She was very calm and professional; as a result, not one person waiting lost their cool either.She deserves a bonus.m.

Even with an appointment time 9:40AM, I ended up having to wait about 40-45 mins beyond my appointment time…but that’s because 1 of the workers had to tend to their dad who had a car accident as she was coming in to work. So, it’s understandable. I would do the same: And the girl who did take care of me was great and trying her best to serve everyone as quickly as possible. I’d recommend them and go back if needed.

I know these young ladies come from good homes. They gave me the customer service that we used to have. They had the business hours on the door and lunch hour as well, I walked in during their lunch hour which was an hour before I was supposed to be there and they got me in and out on their own time. I think I’m going to go buy them lunch as a thank you to them.

Understaffed. Only one person working. Waited well over an hour. Taking people back that came in after me only to find out I was taken out of the computer for some reason. Was supposed to have an instant test and one sent off but they only ended up doing 1 test. Would definitely not recommend this place .

The people in there were great. And I believe her name was Jessica, she’s awesome. Very professional and was very welcoming

Scheduled an appointment for 10:30 and didn’t get in until 12pm. The only reason I give it two stars is because of the young lady who was working there. She was by herself and handled the stress of having to do everything, very well. Salute to her but they have to do better…

I had a 250pm appointment for TSA precheck. I arrived at 247pm but wasnt checked in until 258pm because no one was at the desk for awhile. I came from uptown because this office had the earliest appointment available. I sat until 420pm and my appointment took less than 10 minutes. The person who took care of me was extremly kind, fast, and apologetic. They mentioned they are double booked for each 10 minute timeslot and they get backed up. Meanwhile, I noticed walk in people arrive around 3pm. They were able to be seen before people who came in later, but at the actual time of their appointment. The people were on time for their appointment were left to sit like I had and walk ins went before them. Walk ins should not get priority over people who arrive on time for their appointment, even if they get there first. That defeats the purpose of bothering to make an appointment. I would never have driven all the way to Rock Hill, had I known Id sit for almost 1.5 hours. I was then late for my next commitment. I suggest not double booking ten minute time slots for appointments that take 8 minutes. Also, walk ins should have to wait until people on time for their appointment are seen. The person who took care of me was very nice, and it wasnt their fault, so thats why I didnt give only 1 star. I wish Id read reviews first because this looks like an ongoing issue that the company is aware of and has no desire to change.

I have used ARCpoint Labs of Rock Hill a few times, three. Each time has been a good experience. In and out. No hassles. No delays. Paperwork, communications with third parties, help when needed. No problems.

They had moved and there was nothing telling you where they moved to. I decided to drive to the front of the building and saw their sign. When I called I didnt get a answer, then someone called me back, but I had found it then. I gave 4 stars because the service was good once I got inside.

My appointment was delayed with TSA due to the system going down. Their employee was very nice and provided several updates. Quick and smooth process.

Great job. We were there for TSA precheck. They were running a little behind but it wasn’t bad. After our appointment in Charlotte was canceled the night before we had to reschedule. We took vacation to handle this so we had to go that day. The Rock Hill location was where we went. The employees we very helpful and nice. Thanks for taking care of us on short notice.

Made an appointment for precheck registration. It seems like they double book to account for their no-shows.It is common to wait over an hour after your appointment time so be warned. I waited 1.5 hours past my scheduled appointment. So did everyone in the waiting room.The staff was super friendly, apologetic, and transparent about the situation hence 3 stars.

We had a great experience getting our TSA pre✔️ done there! Our agent was very personable and friendly and we were both in and out in about 20 minutes total. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Great experience, fingerprinting for tsa precheck only took 5 minutes once my name was called. The wait was long even though I had an appt, but the staff was so nice and had signs up to explain the delay that I didn’t mind the wait.

This is quite possibly the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life. My appointment was for 11:50. I arrived early and did not get seen until 1:15. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to go as you will have to wait an extremely long time. The front desk people are completely unorganized.

Very good customer service. Excellent personalities. Pleasure to meet good team of people. However, young lady that completed blood drawn, with additional practice & training, she will perfect it.

My first visit to the lab. Things seemed a little disorganized as far as checking in and coordinating the sample collection. The process took to long. I have experienced other similar collection facilities that had a more streamlined collection process and patient enrollment. The actual collection the sample created some anxiety since there was some training and the phlebotomist was unsure of herself. The collection went without incident. I am waiting the results. The next time I need a sample collection, I may use the AnyWhere Lab in Fort Mill SC

You knowingly took individuals that had appointments after me when we arrived at the same time, devaluing my time. I was quick in and out within five minutes they took in excess of 20 to be completed, delaying my time there substantially. Very unprofessional.

I had to come here earlier in April for a blood draw. The staff is very courteous, friendly, and professional. Kaylee worked on me. I didn’t feel a thing when it was time for action. And great conversation with her beforehand! She really put me at ease.

Dont be in a hurry when you get here. Had an 11:40 appointment for TSA precheck. I arrived 10 minutes early as instructed (11:30). Sat in the waiting room with four other people til we were all finally called back at 12:30 for something that took 5 minutes. Go elsewhere.

Unfortunately the day of my appointment they were short staffed. But the manager handled the situation with calm and assurance and I ended up very satisfied even though I waited for more than an hour

Showed up for a random drug test d.o.tThe lady’s in the office were very nice and pleasant to speak to. They were very helpful and made me feel at ease. It was my first test so I didn’t know what to expect, but I had a good overall experience.

Went for TSA PreCheck. Had an appointment. Based upon number of people and one person doing PreCheck, was seen 45 minutes after appointment time. This is NOT due to the fault of the enrollment rep but ARCpoint scheduling two people to be seen every 10 minutes instead of one person every 10 minutes which backs her up.The enrollment rep was superb! Extremely personable, took the time to explain everything, and took the time to make sure the processing was done correctly. She, however, needs more assistance (another rep) and/or the scheduling algorithm needs to be changed.

Went here for a drug test and I’m clean but the temp was 2° higher than their average. When told this I asked where their equipment was calibrated and the last battery charge was performed. They would answer neither. This is the cheapest place in Rock hill to have these services performed. They don’t keep Their equipment calibrated or document the battery change and both would affect temperature and readings. It’s a cheaply run business that doesn’t care what consequences their inaccurate results have. Got to River view medical if you want thorough testing. I am clean and this is unfair. I have contacted an attorney and will seek representation.

Wait time was horrible. Appointment was at 2pm, arrived at 1:40pm and decided to walk out at 2:45pm after finding out “they were running way behind. I was only there for finger printing. They should have communicated that they were behind when I checked in not an hour into my wait for a service that takes 3 mins.Horrible experienced!

Went here as a walk in for a job. Very happy with my experience. It was super fast and the lady who took my sample was very polite and made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend this lab.

Staff were friendly, TSA Pre-check process itself was fairly quick. However, I made an appointment, but still had to wait 45 minutes before being seen, after everyone else who signed in. They didnt ask if i had an appointment until they called me to be seen. What was the point in even making an appointment if youre going to be treated like a walk-in? That part was ridiculous. I recommend using IdentiGo for TSA pre-check. My wife went there and was seen within 5 minutes of checking in.

Went in for TSA Pre-Check with an appointment at 10:20 and didn’t get brought in until 11:45! No one should have to take a 2-3 hour gap in their work day just to get some fingerprinting done. There were only 2 young females working, and they left the front for long periods of time. Many customers were confused upon walking in and didn’t know what to do. Extremely inefficient, I’d recommend going somewhere else for TSA.

Quick, courteous and friendly. The only issue I had was when I called to schedule an appointment the woman told me to go online and schedule. I attempted to do so and the site was down which resulted in me having to call back.

Prior to my 3rd trip here for my TSA pre check, I had 2 other canceled appointments. Both canceled appointments were due to a down computer system; understandable. However, both times I was told that they would call me back to reschedule my appointment once their system returned. After a week of waiting with no call, I rescheduled, and again when I showed up the system was still down. Finally after over 2 weeks with no call, I rescheduled a third time and was able to get my TSA. Very poor customer service!

They have redone the office it looks very nice.There were about 6 people in front of me but they were doing a fine jog.Did not have to wait very long.

Walk-in Appt. for drug screen and was 6th person to enter waiting room. I was back in the back within 15 minutes and was out in 5 minutes. Refreshing change at this location as to their speed and professionalism in processing customers through efficiently compared to what I have seen at most other lab locations.

If the temp from my urine is high so wat still use the sample aint its for your job. Labs are quick to deny a person for a job which is crazy aint like we applying to work with you... pass the sample and keep it moving we all wanna work just like you

This place is sketchy looking. Floors are nasty, every single soap dispenser was empty. Worst of all, the girl taking blood couldn’t find a vein and I have veins like garden hoses. She missed twice and I just left. I won’t be used as a dart board. I hate to be this critical, but I never got the feeling that customer service or experience was anywhere in their business plan. Looks like it’s barely held together to make a quick buck.

I went to get my background and finger print scan for my hazmat. But no where on the email or anyone said I would need my marriage certificate. The only documents it said I would need is my birth certificate an ID. I drove 2 hours to be sent right back home. You would think it would specify a married woman would need to bring her marriage certificate..

I found it a bit confusing to go to a lab for TSA fingerprinting. The young lady was very nice but the signage could be improved.

Scheduled a rapid covid test for travel online. Made appointment and got confirmation of appointment, as well as link to fill out forms. I had used this service in November with no issues. When I arrived for the test I was told that they are under new management and no longer perform rapid covid testing. This should be remove from online scheduling if you do not offer it any more. This left me trying to scramble to find another place to get the test as I needed the results within 24 hours. Poor management and customer service to not update online scheduling with current offerings.

I am never the one to complain or leave bad reviews, but this has been a nightmare dealing with arc point labs in rock hill. The lab techs have been as helpful as they can, but from what I understand- they are under new ownership, and have switched accounts with their lab screening services- and I have waited over 2 weeks for my drug screening results and have called over and over again since I have heard nothing.. the new owner has failed to fix their IT/log in information for the lab screening service and has left many people/companies without drug screening results… which interferes with onboarding and being PAID. Called 3x this week but apparently the new owner is out of town and the lab techs aren’t able to resolve the issue themselves. Not gonna bash on the lab techs since it’s out of their hands, but where is this new owner involved in trying to fix this..?

Ok I like the new location in rock hill sc. but it seems you never have enough workers. I had a scheduled appointment and still waited over an hour?

I wasn’t going to leave a review because I didn’t feel like I needed to. But since these guys sent me an automated review link to my email, I’ll go ahead and share my experience.The website was great, informative, and easy to use. I found the test I needed and scheduled an appointment via the website with ease. After that is when my trouble began.The email instructions I received told me to park around back and call when I arrived to let them know I was there. Upon calling the number, I sat through about a 2 minute ADVERTISEMENT for their services. Then I sat through another 2 minute recording telling me about this particular office. I was then directed to press 3 to speak to someone from the lab. So I hit 3 and and waited on hold for about a minute then I was sent to voicemail.I thought to myself: well I know they are there. I already have my appointment confirmation as well as my follow up email giving me the particulars. I even filled out the online documents that were required for my visit. SO, knowing all that I called back again. Listened to the advertisement and the speech and hit 3 and after about a minute of hold I was sent to voicemail again. So I reconfirmed I had the right number, called again, mr advertisement man talked again. I waited again. Voicemail. So I get out of my vehicle and I walk over to the door. And it looked like a ghost town inside. All lights off, door locked, and nothing.So I thought oh well this sucks but I guess it is what it is. And I was a little upset about all my wasted time. But not enough to give a bad review. But today im sitting here with my wife just hanging out - and I get an email from these jokers asking me to leave a google review about my experience. So here I am. Thank you and good day.

I stopped by for a quick pre-employment UDS. I was a walk-in which is welcomed per their advertisement. There were 4 people waiting when I got there. There was a sign in sheet at a reception desk. There were 2 cups for “dirty” and “clean” pens. The “clean” pens were empty and everyone was using the dirty ones. No one was wearing a mask. There was no receptionist to manage wait times. The carpet was in need of a serious cleaning. The other patrons were commenting on how long they had been there, some had appointments. No one was moving from the waiting room to the lab draw/testing areas. No one came to check on the sign in sheet. Four more people entered the tiny waiting room and I decided to leave.It was way to crowded and dirty to be waiting. I can’t attest to how friendly the staff was. I only know that in the 15 mins that I was there, no one recognized me or the other people who were waiting.Also, upon going to the front door, there is a sign posted requesting patrons to use the back entrance. It looked quite sketchy.I’m going some place else to have my testing done.

This place takes about a week to get pre-employment results back.The website says the results come back quickly - but having taken 2 pre-employment drug tests here... I know that not to be the case.I certainly didnt have a choice - or I wouldnt have come here a second time.Do your prospective employees a favor and choose another testing site.Or do one better and dont involve pee-collectors in your hiring process.

Called for an appointment on a Saturday an hour before they closed and was told to come on by for a test. Forms were quick and easy. Process from start to finish was professional and safe. I got my results within 30 minutes.

Tsa pre check was fast !

We have been working with ARCpoint of Rock Hill for about 1 year and their customer service is the best in the industry. Reports have a quick turn around and easy to use and read.If you have questions the staff is always willing to take the time to answer and make sure your fully satisfied.

Skip this place for your covid testing. Absolutely clueless as to what was going on even though I had an appointment and completed intake forms online prior to arrival. So many other places get you in an out (many I can do on my lunch break). I was there for just over an hour for a 10 second nasal swab.

Not feeling well at work, so was set up with a Rapid Test at ARC Point Lab on Cherry Rd. Technician arrives to swab my nose, standing right next to my vehicle chatting with me, & taking the nasal swab with no mask. Seemed odd, like protect yourself.

Got a COVID test here for my husband on Monday and myself on Wednesday and the experience was more than A+. It was fast, easy and results were timely. Couldnt recommend ARCpoint Labs of Rock Hill more!

Terrible. Everybody has good days and bad, but when dealing with the general public, you have to at least be nice. Had a hair follicle test done today. The receptionist who also takes the sample, was the worst person for the job. Very short with her demands, banging things as she performed her work and made it clear she hates her job.

This place is very unprofessional. I came in for my pre employment drug screen. My employer uses an e-passport for the transaction and when I provided this to the woman at the front desk she told me that the computer that processes the e passports just went down. I will be rescheduling with another business.
