Staff were friendly and helpful. The nurse was warm and inviting. My new doctor was phenomenal, knowledgeable and helpful to my personal needs. My previous doctor retired so being a first timer and feeling welcome let’s me know I’ve found MY doctor that will tend to my needs and promote healthy living for years to come.

I have never experienced such amazing care through some of the best and worst times of my life. Dr. Watts has gone above and beyond to make my experience personal and successful. She addresses me by name and I never have to question her knowledge about my personal experiences. Kristi, my amazing nurse, has been with me through the hardest loss of my life and the new joyous addition to it. She has made me feel heard, known and seen. What an incredible team.The front desk has also became very familiar with my face and made sure I’m always well taken care of. Use your voice and make your concerns known… you’ll end up with an amazing care team who takes them into consideration. Thank you guys for everything you do!

They r remarkably awesome they saved my life during birth and they still saving my life check into how u can get paid off peoples stability like where they work etc for extra needed help by planning their futures before they get home and finding ways to question more people out their wanted lives to ur levine childrens hospital what do u think of chester county for that where all the kids r hiding ect to go to when I u derstand and c through theceyes if the real handicap our kids work on people senses and drive them. As family if need be but dont give up on our doctors they r great and deserve to b paid I was trying to buy i know u got all the above covered I just wanted to say thank u

Dr. Comer truly is the best! I am thankful for the research and reviews, I have truly found a doctor that finally listened to me. Instead of masking the issue with birth control, he decided to find the root of the problem. I have never left a doctors office feeling confident and with a smile on my face, like I did leaving Dr. Comer. If you are not sure and have anxiety about an OBGYN, look no further than Dr. Comer. I will be having my 3rd baby any day now and I have went here with every pregnancy. I have always had a great experience. Specifically Dr. Haley Watts (formerly McDough) has been so amazing this pregnancy! She is tentative, she listens to all concerns, never makes my complaining feel like an inconvenience. And she truly cares about my mental health just as well as physical. Cannot be more happy with her care throughout this pregnancy. Thank you Dr. Watts and Piedmont GYNOB.

Dr. Demchek is a true gem. Personable, knowledgeable, ethical and kind. She listens carefully and takes the time to ensure your needs are met. In addition, her nurse is attentive and personable as well. I never feel like a number in their care.

Dr. Comer is amazing! So personable and just really cares about your well-being. I can tell he LOVES what he does for a living and that makes a huge difference in a doctor and a GREAT doctor!

Comer is always a friendly person to talk to he describes your personal needs and so on. We look forward to him being our labor and delivering person to look forward to one day in the future. The Office was also very clean

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as a patient with Piedmont OB/GYN! All of the staff are super nice and friendly, especially Dr. Comer!! I could not rave enough about the friendly nature of Dr. Comer. He makes sure I feel comfortable during my visits while also making sure I understand the medical jargon and am satisfied with the outcome. And he actually listens to me!

Everyone was friendly and very professional. Wait time and check in time we’re short. Dr Garcia is one of the best doctors I have ever had. Room was clean and care was taken to keep me comfortable

Dr. Garcia and his staff are top notch. I had some test results come back that require an extra procedure and medication, and Ana, the nurse who called me to schedule everything, spent 20 minutes on the phone explaining everything to me so that I wouldn’t be worried. Dr. Garcia is always thorough and kind and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Comer is the best. He listens to my concerns and takes a team approach for resolution. I highly recommend him for your gynecological needs.

Probably the best doctor appointment Ive had all year! I really enjoyed how Dr Cromer listened to me and gave wonderful advice and set a follow-up appointment. You can tell he really cares. So glad I found this practice!

Dr. Garcia is one of my favorite doctors. He is such a gentleman, so knowledgeable, thorough, informative, and very personable. His staff is also very nice.

I had a great experience fromCheck in, to the nurse to the Provider. I felt listened to and not rushed and my concerns warranted further testing that I was able to easily and quickly schedule, as well as, receive blood work the same day. It was a pleasant appointment even though it was the gyno, which no woman I know enjoys going. :)

After visiting this same facility & another physician with awful experiences, I was quite fretful about revisiting this same facility! I believe in forgiveness & second chances & am happy I do because, my fretfulness & apprehension went out the window once Dr. G. Comer stepped into the room with his nurse ! Dr. Comer was so amazing! I love Dr. Revell @ Piedmont Medical! He will be greatly missed when he retires in 2024. He has been my obgyn doctor for over 37 years. Delivered both my girls. He feels like a part of my family because he always asks about my life and well-being and has taken the time to listen whenever I needed to vent. He has been the best doctor I have ever had and probably ever will have. Enjoy your retirement Dr. Revell! The new doctors have big shoes to fill!

I have been going to Piedmont GYNOB for many years. My son (17) was delivered by Dr. Phillips who has since retired. On my regular visits I see Dr. Garcia. He is always pleasant and makes me feel at ease. He is genuinely concerned, asking questions and makes you feel like you are heard. He reviews everything at each visit to my understanding and explains what recommendation he has. He always has a pleasant demeanor. He is both professional and personal in his patient interaction. I never feel rushed through my visit even when they are busy.

My appointment was efficient and conducted in a kind, professional way. The patientroom was very clean.

I am 72 years old but developed a problem that only a gynecologist could solve. My doctor, Dr. Comer was fabulous along with all of his staff. They have responded quickly each time I sent a message to his office. I finally feel normal again, all thanks to Dr. Comer and his staff.

Dr. Comer is an amazing physician who listens and never rushes an appointment. It is evident he truly cares about the well-being (physically, mentally and emotionally) of his patients and I am so grateful I found him!

Dr. Revell is a wonderful doctor. I have been a patient for more than 25 years! I have always had great care. He is very understanding and kind. He always listens and you can tell he really cares about his patients and their well being. He is phenomenal!!!

My favorite part is the fast easy check-in and quick entry to exam room. There was no long wait time for nurse to come in and take vitals. Very friendly and comforting as I have anxiety at the doctors office. Dr. Revell has the best bedside manners and made me feel like my concerns are important. As a new patient my appointment schedule was pushed out but it was well worth the wait. Im extremely glad I found this practice and Dr. Revell.

I am a former patient of Dr. Barkleys. He was an excellent physician! He was very attentive and gentle and caring. He put the needs of his patients first understanding the viral importance of healthcare. After he retired, I struggled with finding that type of physician who wouldnt seem as though the logistics of the business was more important than my healthcare concerns and needs. Then I was recommended to Dr. Ted Garcia. In my first visit with him, I could tell that he was just the physician for the job. I felt as though I could trust him with my healthcare needs. He took the time to listen and didnt rush me through the visit and took proactive measures for follow-up steps and options. I feel I have found my new home 😊. Supporting staff members are nice and friendly and the Receptionists Rock! Definitely a great place to trust with your healthcare needs!

From day one to current I have had the BEST experience! I honestly have never had doctors listen and care like the ones do there!I gave birth to my second child at atrium and I wish I had of been with atrium with my first. The support and comfort in the room was UNREAL!!!!I was treated with such great care it honestly made me a little sad to leave!!!Every doctor.. nurses … even the cleaning ladies are the best!Atrium women’s has taken fantastic care of me since day one and I can’t even explain how much it means to me!Please tell ALL of your staff thankyou and keep up the AMAZING work! 5 stars is not enough!!

Atrium Health Care for Women is one of best experiences I have encountered in a long time. The whole atmosphere from the time you walk in the door is wonderful. The receptionist greeted you as you walk in. Each specialty group has their own group of receptionists. They check you in quickly and in just minutes you are on your way to an exam room..NOT ANOTHER WAITING ROOM...AN EXAM ROOM!!! The nurse for your Dr comes in weighs you, takes tour blood pressure, and asks all the pertinent questions about meds youre taking and any concerns you might have and then shes out the door. The Dr comes in and you talk about the reason youre there...he answers all questions and discusses the treatment he recommends. Theres a smile on everyone that you meet and the atmosphere is relaxing and not rushed.This was my first experience with medical care in this area as we recently moved here. The health care system where we come from is so different...you can wait hours to see you Dr and there arent many smiles or kind words as most are in a hurry to move to the next person. I look forward to getting to know my new physician and building a good relationship with him.Kudos to Atrium Healthcare that turned an unpleasant experience into a pleasure able encounter.

I’m high risk pregnancy and it’s been 3 months since I’ve been seen! They keep calling a day or two before my appointments and rescheduling one-two months out! The front desk is always rude to me. My life and my baby’s life is in these medical professionals hands and they don’t seem to care! Every time I express my concerns, the front desk or whoever schedules the appointments brushes it off and always says if it’s that bad go to the hospital. The emergency departments at most hospitals are over saturated when you problem can easily be diagnosed and treated by a doctor. Will never step foot in an atrium anywhere ever again!

Im very disappointed with the lack of understanding and compassion for my condition. My suffering/discomfort has been downsized, and not taken seriously at all. I was not informed of the risks associated with procedures/treatment. I was given inaccurate information/misinformation. Im considering other networks.

Dr. Demachek s assistant made me feel very comfortable. She was very knowledgeable. Dr. Demachek is awesome and talks to you just like we had known each other for years. I received awesome care.

Fast check-in provide and great customer service. Dr. Comer always take his time and ask questions to better understand any concern I have. I never feel rushed or like a check list. I highly recommend Atrium Health!

Ive seen Dr. Barkley since I was 17 years old--Im now 37. Hes retired, so I got an appointment with Dr. Garcia in Jan of 2023. I was there for my annual and during introductions he asked if I was pregnant or trying, and I said I was actually trying. THAT IS ALL I SAID. Dr. Garcia gave me some advice and ended the 3 minute convo about this subject with if you dont get pregnant in 6 months, come back and see me. Please note, I DID NOT ASK FOR HIS ADVICE ON THIS MATTER. Then we proceeded with the annual and I was out of there in less than 30 mins. I get my bill 2 months later and I am charged an additional $220 for FERTILITY TREATMENT. Are you kidding me?! Ive tried challenging this charge and havent heard anything back in almost 3 months. Im pregnant now (and needed zero fertility treatment, mind you) and Ive taken my business and needs to Novant where I dont get charged for a doctor giving me advice that I did or DIDNT ask for. Thanks but no thanks, Atrium. DO BETTER.

Ive finally found an amazing OBGYN that I love and trust, and surprisingly in an office that appeared well organized and responsive, too. Healthcare now days just overall isnt good anymore. Dr Revell is a wonderful exception. I only wish I found him sooner.

Every visit I’ve had to even child birth during COVID this amazing facility has always done their best to keep everyone safe. They have always been accommodating and I would highly recommend anyone to come here, ladies of course. But also, the fact that my children’s pediatrician is located in the same building. They are a blessing!

Love doctor Comer, he was amazing last year when I miscarried and has such a beautiful bedside manner, he was very hands on even though he had never seen me before. I dont generally like the cold feel of a larger office where you feel like just another number because they have so many, but doctor Comer makes it worth it!

Ive been going here for years. Dr. Revell remember just who I was providing great bedside manner and its been a couple of years since I been to this location. He knew exactly how to manage my pain and got me in track. Told me his plan very detailed leaving me without any questions.

I wouldn’t go to the doctor for years due to the lack of compassion and bad bedside behavior from the previous office I went to. I gave it one more try and found a doctor who actually cared about how I felt physically and mentally. He sat in the room with me until he made sure I was okay and all my problems were addressed. I’m very grateful I decided to give it another try with a new doctor and highly recommend this group.

I’ll be honest, when I went here only for my annual gyno appointments, I NEVER had a problem. Nobody was rude, or rushed me in and out, they genuinely listen to any questions and or problems I had, etc. etc.However, I found out I was pregnant on September 25 and had my first OB appointment on October 5 with Hannah Faulkenberry. She has never seen me before becoming pregnant.The first visit was OK… She didn’t seem like very much of a “people person” which I kind of brushed off because some people just have the personality of a 2 x 4…whateverUnfortunately, on October 18 I had a miscarriage… Mind you this is my very first pregnancy/miscarriage so naturally I am very sad, upset angry; the list goes on and on and I have questions.The morning of my miscarriage, I started cramping roughly 2 hours before the actual miscarriage occurred and shortly after the cramping proceeded to get worse, I immediately called this office and explain to them that I was basically in excruciating pain, couldn’t hardly stand up, had sudden urges to go to the bathroom, I was trying numerous positions (lying on my sides, back… Standing up, bending over, was on a heating pad, etc. etc.) and nothing was helping my pain; mind you, I had taken two Tylenol about 45 minutes prior to this, and it was not touching my pain.I spoke to the receptionist who said Hannah was not in the office that day, and that they would send this information up to Dr. Comer (I’d seen him before for gyno appointments and really like him) but was told that he was on lunch at that time… but because of my excruciating pain, I asked, was there not any other OB that could be on the phone with me to tell me what to do—did I need to go to the ER or did I need to come straight there…? They basically told me they would have dr. Comer call back asap but they didn’t know how long it would be.Shortly after, I miscarried while at my home… Ended up going to the emergency room in Waxhaw and was seen (blood work, vaginal ultrasound etc etc) where they confirmed I did have a miscarriage and told contact my OB the next day (by this point is was after 5pm) and have them schedule a follow up appointment for me for aftercare, HCG levels, etc etc.The following morning I called the OB told them to give this information to Hannah and I also sent in a message through MyChart as well, explaining what had happened and that I needed to get scheduled… Hannah called me back later that afternoon had no bedside manner/seeming to care at all of what happened to me, did not ask me if I had any questions about after care or what happened to me in general or anything to do with the miscarriage at all… Didn’t ask me if I was having any trouble mentally or physically, basically just asked me how my pain was which at that point was nonexistent. She quickly wraps up the phone call tells me they need to get me back in for bloodwork for hCG levels and then immediately places me on hold and sends me to a nurse so that she can schedule me for said bloodwork.I honestly felt like the receptionist that I spoke with, and my OB, Hannah, had no remorse or care at all, for what I was going through/went through and they were not helpful in the after care. I understand that miscarriages within the first 6 to 8 weeks are very very common and to them they do see this on a daily basis. However, when you are a doctor, I feel that you should show a little sympathy/care toward your patience especially when this is the first time they’ve gone through something like this and have tons of emotions at one time.I will be switching OBs/offices and if I ever decide to get pregnant again, I will be going somewhere different

I have been seeing Dr. Revell for 31 years and have always had a great experience. From the doctors care, concern and knowledge of his profession to the friendly nursing staff that works with him...GREAT! I also have other doctors in this network whom Ive been with before they moved to Riverchase. Check-in was a bit teeming in the beginning but now the process is easier and faster. Highly recommend.

I followed by GYN Physician from another office to Atrium Health. I have had all great experiences. I drive 1.5hrs to visit this office and I am not disappointed. I have referred my sister and Mom to Dr. Eva Stover.

Dr. DEMCHAK, Courtney and Angela took great care of me. They got me in on time and answered all my questions. All the Doctors I there are personable and see to genuinely care about patients.

My gyno appointment was TERRIFIC (said NO ONE EVER lol!!!!) BUT, Susan Demchak was AWESOME! I was sooo nervous seeing a new Dr and I seriously hit the jackpot! Smart, professional, caring and spent so much time talking to me about my issues. Ladies, go to her for your next OBGYN appointment… she’s wonderful!❤️

Youre understaffed when it comes to your OBs. Their stress is sometimes let out on your patients. Some friends and family have been called fat and or crazy for expressing concerns about their own health. I have found a Dr at your establishment Im comfortable with but Ive had to go through quite a few over worked and stressed individuals to get here. Your teams need help.

The best hands down!! Always have my best interest from day 1! Recommended a great specialist to assist with PCOS/infertility! I got all the info I needed and we are on baby #2!!

I have read through everyone elses reviews and I feel like Im at a completely different office than them. I have had a great experience each and every time I have went. They ask all people to arrive 15 minutes early and write it on your appointment card so you dont forget so being late has never been an issue for me. 15 minutes is plenty of time to go through the check in process. We usually dont have a very long wait before we are sent up to our room and the nurse is in there within 1 to 2 minutes. The nurses are always smiling and make conversation. They get your info and make sure youre comfortable and the doctor is shortly behind them. I have visited with Dr. Barkley, Dr. Comer and Dr. Stover and all three were amazing. They walked me through my appointment and let me know everything that was happening. They asked my feelings towards how I wanted to deliver considering Ive had one c-section already. They have already addressed how I plan to feed and never judged on my response. They deliver at CMC pineville which is an outstanding facility. I will continue to go here for the length of my pregnancy and deliver with them. Happy patient here!

I always feel relaxed and comfortable going for my checkups with Dr. Revel. He and his nursing staff always make you feel at ease. I highly recommend them for your drs.

Thought it was a normal gynecological exam with Dr. Ted Garcia and then we started talking about weight gain, especially during peri-menopause. PLEASE do not use the Holocaust as a dieting tool with your patients. A million and one ways that you could have shared, that low caloric intake can help in losing weight. Saying, “There wasn’t one fat Jew among them.” is extremely abhorrent. I was disgusted & completely uncomfortable listening to you make that correlation. Saying that, “yeah what happened was bad of course.” doesn’t make it okay. I wanted to make sure and leave this review. This behavior is not okay in any setting, let alone a professional medical setting. Do better please.

I have used Atrium women’s care for all 3 of my babies. I would never go anywhere else. They take such good care of me and my littles at birth. It’s almost like a 5 star hotel. They really do wait on you hand and foot. I have had wonderful experiences using them.

I am sharing what I have known for years. Dr. Revell is an excellent gynecologist. I would 100% recommend him to any of my friends and loved ones. Throughout the years he has always been genuinely concerned with my well-being and shows great patience in explaining health matters. He recently diagnosed an ongoing problem that I have been having that seemingly did not have anything to do with gynecological matters (I had been seen in urgent clinics and general practitioners resulting in CT scans, blood tests, and a referral to a digestive disease doctor, etc) He ordered one simple test and knew immediately what was wrong.

Worst office I have ever been to. I had a problem, messages through the MyChart like it suggest. I had to send in several messages, which were read and no one responded to, and then call the office to get help. I thought I would try one more time with a question, also making another appt with a different doctor just in case they didn’t respond. They replied back for me ask my question at my future appt. I have never been treated so badly at a practice.

Staff was personable, empathetic, efficient, and professional. Dr. Demchak listened to my concerns and addressed them fully. I would highly recommend this practice. My only difficulty was finding a place to park.

Always refreshing to go and see Dr. Revell. He makes it easy. He and his staff are always friendly. The front staff in the lobby are always quick and efficient.

Avoid this office at all cost. I hate to leave this post because Dr. Demchak has been nothing but wonderful over the years, but since moving to this new location there have been nothing but problems from staff to billing to management, and I’ve had enough. My only hope is to save someone else the trouble and stress. Check in is horrendous and all of the information under my name, date of birth, and phone number was for a completely different person at my last visit down to the emergency contact, which I had to tell her repeatedly that I had no idea who they had listed. Instead of acknowledging their error, I was met with attitude and that I must not be the same patient. They finally blamed a new system. Any kind of issue you have is not met with concern or compassion but rather some excuse of a policy that prevents them from doing their job. I was lied to that my insurance would not complete my prior authorization for up to 10 days, turns out it was just the person in the office needing that unnecessary amount of time to complete it, and then left a rude message by Dorene who is in charge of prior authorizations at the office that because I didn’t return her call when it was convienient for her, she now doesn’t have the time, is putting off my authorization for insurance, and making me wait the next 7-10 days. I called back to speak to management only to be given the excuse that it is policy to make patients wait 7-10 business days on prior authorizations. For something that can be completed by phone in under 10 minutes or electronically in 24-48 hours according to insurance, it’s absolutely ridiculous that this office has enforced a policy to make patients wait to pick up prescribed medications for 7-10 days for issues that cannot wait that time. So I am forced to go without medication because she doesn’t seem to think it’s important or have the time to do her job. Nobody should have to wait that long and being butt hurt over returning a phone call is no excuse to prevent someone from getting their medication. This office is a joke. The management lacks any kind of authenticity, respect, or actual concern and will say anything to cover the failures of the staff if you do have any issues. It’s unfortunate that good doctors have this kind of staffing and ultimately lose patients because of it. If you’re looking for a new doctor, this is not the office to go to.

They would get no stars from me if it would allow but I have to at least provide one, and here is why..this place was great up until today when I had a scheduled pregnancy check up. Confirmed my appointment/ did e-check in online three days before appointment and then was sent multiple texts prior to appt to also confirm it which I did. I babysit my nephew for a living and showed up to my appt at 12:20, 10 minutes earlier then I was supposed to with him to check in and was advised I could not do my appt because I had him with me however never was I notified before making arrangements to get here this was the policy. I also went to the same building last Tuesday for a sinus infection and had him with me then as well and it was no problem. I was seen and was called in medication with no issues. However today was told I would need to reschedule or do a visit by phone since he was with me. I’m not sure how you do a pregnancy check up by phone but that’s a whole different convo..if that was the case I wouldn’t have even needed an appt unless I felt there was some bodily change within myself. I told the check in nurse that it was nonsense since we were just here last week and had no issues AND they all share the same building and check in nurses as well as we all have mask on so what exactly is the issue other than being difficult?!? I told the check in nurse I wouldn’t do a visit by phone and would reschedule however she didn’t want to make another appt for me right then and there and was told to go online to do so. I left and called back to speak to a manager and spoke to someone named Jackie and explained what happened and she said that’s been the policy for a year now. I told her then why is it that no one is notified of this prior to their appointment and instead show up and they are turned away after wasting their time to make the appt and drive there. I did use profanity with her on the phone as I was highly frustrated that at this point my time had been wasted and inconvenienced along with a three year olds and she asked me to stop using it and I did and she then proceeded to say we can dismiss you from our practice after again asking why no one makes this clear prior to the visits since I can’t be the only one who doesn’t have other child care throughout the day to make obgyn appts and she hung up the phone. I called back and asked for Jackie’s manager who was Pam Faircloth who was yet to return my phone call to hear me out and what took place and listen to my point of not being notified of the visitor policy for anyone below 18. I called the office to reschedule my appointment since It wouldn’t allow me to do it online and was hung up on by three nurses that answered while they figured out what issue I was having online. On the fourth phone call the nurse I spoke to then said the problem is they banned me from the practice and can no longer been seen there. Excuse me?!? What a joke! Don’t give these people your money and don’t waste your time like I have. Lesson learned, they don’t like to be questioned on their ridiculous policy’s that legitimately make no sense. they are worthless! Read all the other negative reviews below this to also see other issues they have other than just being difficult i.e billing and time management!

Check in was a breeze! The nurse was friendly and knowledgeable and Eva was fantastic as always. She makes you feel so comfortable and she is so compassionate and caring. I highly recommend this office and staff.

All staff I interacted with were attentive and really cared about what I had to say. Special shout-out to Ana and Dr. Haley McGough (Watts)!

The check in process is horrific. It is more than obvious that this triage check in does not work. They started by giving me someone elses check in sheet and it went downhill from there. I was there for 30 minutes for them to tell me they are running 45 minutes behind. After being there for over an hour they finally come get me (never using the pager) and tell me they are ready for you. When I get upstairs the nurse (check in person) tell me we asked for you 20 minutes ago, well actually she said it was 30 minutes ago but they sent up the wrong person. The only saving grace was the Dr. she was very nice and understanding and took the time to speak with me. However, if the process is the same next year, I will not be returning. If you want a headache and/or heartache please go here. If not, I recommend you go else where.

Amazing great front desk asistance from Miss Talesha! She was fantastic in tracking the date of my last visit, which was a few years ago. I enjoyed how she was patient and very easy to speak with. I would give them 0, horrible service. I just went there this was my first visit, I am 11 weeks pregnant, they just cared about financial part, and just sent me to the lab. I just wanted to speak to the doctor, And wanted to be seen. They dont care about their patients.

Horrible staff. They told me they only have ONE ultrasound tech on site on a busy day like Friday. I arrived early and the Ultrasound tech made me wait 2 hours for my 8 week appointment. Sat in the waiting room 2 HOURS! When I finally did get seen all she could say is Im running behind. Uh, Ya think? Fast forward to my 19 week ultrasound. Im literally 5 minutes late because the line was so long to check in and they made me reschedule!This place doesnt care about patients or their babies. They dont mind making you wait 2 hours but if you happen to be running late because you are PREGNANT.. they dont care. you will have to schedule for another 2 weeks out because they are strict with ultrasound appointments. STRICT? Ha! I cant tell! I waited for 2 Hours for the ultrasound tech! Newsflash! Us patients have jobs too! But our time is apparently not as valuable as theirs. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks or go to a location completely out of my way just to get an anatomy scan of my baby and make sure everything is ok. These people are crazy. No empathy for their patients or the babies in our womb.

This place has horrible customer service and they dont make exception for women who work & pregnant. They have a 10 min grace & I arrived 11 minutes late & I had to reschedule. I was only there to have a pregnancy confirmation. The appointment would not have taken 20 minutes but they would rather reschedule than to do any work. Please visit the Ballentyne or Steele Creek office they are much better.

Dr. Garcia is the worst. When I was postpartum 4 years ago he told me it was “all in my head” and today he really spent the entire appointment yelling at me giving me an anatomy lesson & he doesn’t listen to a word you have to say. Just remembered why I do not go to him anymore. Wasted my Monday morning because I’m going to have to see someone else.

Downstairs is a big cluster of a mess! Hate the initial stop on waiting to check in and out such a tedious process .Overall the practice is great! Love Dr Revell and Barkley however many of the medical assistances can be friendlier and rid of their attitudes (not all but many ).

I absolutely love this office. Everyone has always been so nice. I have seen Dr.Revell since I was 18 and I can not say a bad thing about his care. I would recommend this office to everyone! They are the best!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL BILLING AND CODING IN THIS OFFICE.I really like the doctors at this facility, but I vehemently disagree with this offices billing practices. I feel PIEDMONT GYNOB is fraudulent and unethical in their billing practices. I went in for a prescription refill for a medication that I have taken regularly for several years and then received an incorrectly coded bill for a comprehensive visit THAT DID NOT OCCUR. The doctor was in the exam room with me for about 5 minutes and NOTHING comprehensive happened--just some small talk about my personal life and my request for my refill. I am still fighting this bill and will continue to do so. I spoke with several different people in the office _Adrien and Jackie are the names that come to mind. The office manager gave me some line about we have to code for a wellness visit anytime you come in for a prescription refill due to legality issues. BULL!Dont waste your time with this office--they treated me unethically and refuse to admit wrong doing.

My experience was beyond great, the doctor and nurses were welcoming, professional and kind.

I was checked in and sent right up. I was in and out of my appointment in 10 to 15 minutes. Theyre very nice and professional.

They always value my time. You are in and out but if you have questions Dr. Revell always takes the time to listen. I wouldn’t Go anywhere else.

First experience here was yesterday. Went to see Dr. Comer. After giving me his name, the first thing out of his mouth was We need to work on getting you some birth control! I will leave that there. After that, he only seemed concerned with whether or not I wanted my tubes tied,asking if the father was involved, and giving me a date for when they wanted me to come in for the birth. Nevermind my past medical history; nevermind any concerns I had up until this point with myself or the baby. The exam consisted of a swab and quick check of my cervix with no clamps/tongs (not sure of the name of the instrument doctors use for that). He appeared to not have gone over my intake paperwork missing the fact that I had C-sections in the past. The fact that he came in the room and started the conversation the way he did squashes the argument that he recommended what he did based on my medical history.On top of that, this office didnt have available appointments for this week, and so next week I had to schedule with another doctor at another office. Mind, I am 8 months pregnant, young, married, and black.

I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. But basically I feel like their priority is money and Im just another number. I get BASIC CARE, but my last OB was just so amazing, i really miss that connection.If you dont need or want a personal relationship with your OBGYN and dont mind being shuffled in and out like cattle or another number or like cattle at an auction, theyre great.But if you want one on one care, want to feel listened to and like your opinion matters, youll probably want to try another OBGYN.I chose them because Im new to the area and the office is listed on my insurance as a provider. I blindly went into the practice thinking that all will be fine because of the very first phone call conversation I had with their nurse when I decided to switch from one OB practice to another (due to driving distance and proximity to the hospital we where going to deliver at).at my 20 week mark.Well the next day I get a phone call saying I owe them $2000+ for my OB budget. (They want you paid up by week 20, and I had just transferred to their practice at week 20 !- something I was not aware of until after I had already made my appointment) Mind you, I had not even seen a provider at their practice yet ! I just had my records transferred over ! That was the first flag. I asked to speak to someone in billing who didnt get back to me until almost 3 weeks after via a message. Not even a phone call who said they would make an exception so I could do half now and the other 1/2 after baby was born. But it didnt go that smoothly. Those 3 weeks, I was told by staff, that they would drop me as a patient, I would not be seen, if I didnt pay up !Fearing the worse, my husband and I took out a credit card to cover the $2000+ fee (I do have health insurance btw. MEDCOST!) They told me the money would cover OB visits and needed lab work up until delivery.Let me include that many of my visits have been a complete waste of time. I feel as if my issues go by the wayside so I only speak up about the MAJOR issues if any. Because I feel like, whats the point. My little issues go unanswered. Believe it or not, I still call my old OBGYN for advice and handle things through myour PCP if need be.Again. BASIC !The other day I was thinking, no wonder there are no pictures of babies they have delivered in the office. They probably dont even remember their patients.I am scheduled to deliver next month, and I am sad to say, I have no ideas which doctor of the shuffled bunch will be there. No personal connection to say oh Dr so-and-so delivered me was never asked about a birth plan. So Ill have some stranger in the room who doesnt give a crappie about me or my baby whos demanding that I push. Makes me kinda sad, but this far into my pregnancy its too late to change, but I will never do this again with Piedmont OBGYN. Unless I need BASIC care.Well Im sorry, I want one on one care. A doctor who knows me and who remembers me and my family. A staff who can recognize me. And I want to know whos going to be there for me when I give birth.

This is the BEST Gynecologist I have ever been to. Dr. Gerald Comer was absolutely AMAZING. He explained everything he was doing and explained why he was doing it. He made me feel comfortable with the experience.

Overall excellent. This Center has overall great customer service. They really care about your wellbeing and take time to really tend to your needs.
