Love Dr Taylor. Been to him for 30 years. Thankful he’s still there! The staff is superb. Not sure I’ve ever been treated so kindly at a doctors office in my life. They are welcoming friendly and genuine. The facility could use a little TLC. Super clean but all gray and white is drab and not inviting. Needs some color to go along with the vibrant staff.

I am a former patient from 14 years bc ago delivering my first child and have returned as a patient to deliver my second/last child. The staff (admin & clinical) has always been the best!!! Current and new providers are the greatest….I feel comfortable with knowing that my care is in good hands!

This clinic is host to one of the most wildly incompetent doctor staffs I have ever seen. They become visibly infuriated when they have to write prescriptions for pregnant women, they ignore obvious symptoms until they result in a much larger problem, and they absolutely will not even remotely consider that they had been incorrect in a previous visit. I would highly recommend that you go to any other available clinic, even if that means driving further out.

Very thankful for how they treat and care for my wife. She has been coming here for most of her life, and they have helped her through three pregnancies. Dr. Bailey and Dr. Z (Shanitkvich) are the best providers in this area. Very thoughtful, through, and careful. The front desk staff are the friendliest people and are always very kind when we come for appointment.

This is Patient Amanda Hartley, I usually see Dr A but seen Mrs Harris today she is also awesome. This office has some of the best, loving, compassionate and nurturing office staff and Drs ever. I love being treated here. Thanks for the great care you all give us patients.

Everyone was great. The reception, the nurse, Dr A.. everyone so understanding, comforting and patient. I dont like these types of visits bc I get nervous but they were all phenomenal. My first time there and I made the right choice. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been a patient at this practice since 2010. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the providers. Dr. Taylor delivered my son in 2019 and he is a true angel on Earth. I’ve always felt truly comfortable and safe in his care. Most recently, I visited the Rock Hill office for an ultrasound and the ultrasound tech, Julie, was top notch. She was so warm, personable, and thorough. Later, I was taken back for an appointment by a nurse, Amy. I’ve never met a kinder, friendlier nurse anywhere. She made me feel instantly comfortable. Dr. Rowland was my provider at this appointment and she was wonderful too. I appreciated her bedside manner, her friendliness, and how she did not make me feel rushed. I could go on and on about so many people who work at this practice. They’re wonderful, and I’ll never go anywhere else.

Dr. McClellan saved my life literally. After probably 30 surgeries from other doctors including cysts, endometriosis, keep surgeries, and an embedded mirena he decided enough was enough and gave me my hysterectomy after I begged others for one for years. He fixed my problems and he really cares about his patients.

Very lovely people. I love going here. They made me feel very welcome and I wish I would have been able to go through all 3 of my pregnancies here.

I absolutely love, Rockhill GYN & OB I have went there for three of my pregnancies and when I say they will treat you like your at home and make you feel so comfortable I mean that and I love the lady’s at the front desk they always welcome you so good when you come in and if I need anything or any help or questions Kayla is the person I know I can always count on I love it there

My experience always differs with the providers. Recently, I was scheduled with Dr. Bailey. I have had minimal experience with her even with her delivering my youngest child. She almost pressured me into a cesarean birth vs a vaginal birth due to time. Her shift ended at 0800 & she wanted to be paid for working with me throughout the night. I advocated for myself and was able to give birth with no issues. Then I was told I was the only vaginal birth on the maternity floor! Now fast forward almost 3 years later and I am seeing her for an OB visit and she is quick, she did not listen to me when I talked, instead she interrupted me as I was talking. I left feeling irritated and not cared about. She didn’t ask me if I had any questions or concerns. It was not the best experience and I don’t plan on seeing her again. I’m going to consider changing OB offices before it is too late in this pregnancy.

The staff there are so sweet! I felt so welcomed from every person I talked to! I highly recommend this place!

If I could give no starts I would. Went there for prenatal care with my pregnancy with the my daughter. They dropped the ball multiple times. They were aware of my history multiple times as I had just had a miscarriage before this pregnancy. I should have been sent to MFM due to my history of losses at the very beginning of my pregnancy. They waited to send me until I was 34 weeks and my daughter was stillborn at 35+1. They never took accountability for their lack of care. Just kept saying it was an unfortunate loss, I asked multiple times at every visit when they were guna send me and they kept saying it wasn’t necessary. Due to going to MFM so late, they weren’t able to deliver early to get the care for my daughter that she needed. After delivery they were supposed to send referrals for counseling and things, I have yet to receive any of that, and it’s been almost 8 months. I highly recommend finding a better doctor as this place is incompetent and the doctors only care about the money they make. After seeing almost every doctor there I couldn’t recommend any of them. Dr. Bailey was the one at the hospital who told me my daughter had died and was so emotionless when telling me, was only worried about getting off work. Very rude and couldn’t give me any answers, just said another doctor on staff would deliver me. The doctor who did deliver me wasn’t part of Rock Hill ObGyn but he was amazing and so helpful, so sweet and caring. The staff at piedmont were great besides Dr. Bailey and the staff at Rock hill ObGyn.

I was told to be at an appointment at 8:15am, they telling me now after I waited HOUR that my appointment is 8:40???? Y the hell yall told me to come in early ( 8:15)… I been sitting in this damn waiting area for hour, just sitting and if I didn’t get up and ask y I’m still waiting, I would’ve never known….. this is banana

I can truly say Front desk is by far the best. Not only do they welcome you as soon as you walk in the door they are always fast to check you in and if there is a line to let you know they will be with you soon. They are understanding when it comes to any financial questions you have or any financial issues you might have at the time.

The front desk was great and quick with check in. If you do your check in before your arrival there was almost no wait time. No wait time while in the exam room either. Dr Harris is courteous, on time, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

First and foremost my time is valuable. And anyone that sees a Dr here their time is valuable too! That is the reason for appointments! When is it ever okay to have an appointment to begin an hour after the actual appointment time? Like I said, my time is valuable. I work so I have to arrange my schedule to see a Dr when I have time. If a Dr office cant keep their schedule then how about at least credit some $ or even just come out & explain that an emergency has come up and reschedule the appointment. After all, my time is money. I planned on losing some time/ money but not an additional hour for their lateness. Ugh! The drs are fabulous but at times really late! So if you are planning on going here plan for an extra hour.

Dr. Rowland was wonderful in my delivery of our first baby- she saved her, as she had her umbilical cord wrapped around her neck four times. I’m thankful I chose this clinic so that our baby girl arrived here safely.

First I want to say my doctors were amazing. Dr. Webb and Dr. Hilton are the absolute best. However I’m giving this office 3 stars because of some of the office staff (it would be 1 star based on them). The billing department does not bill correctly and they completely gaslight you when you try to communicate with them. I’ve been dealing with this billing issue for almost a year! And they still haven’t corrected it. They continue to give me the run around and won’t answer messages. Then they sent the bill to collections. I worked in insurance/medical billing previously so I caught the mistake. However they continue to ignore me or fix the bill. And from the reviews it looks like it’s a common practice in the billing department.

This place seriously a joke. My first time going and they had me wait 15 mins to use the bathroom when I’m pregnant and urine cups are located in the bathroom. Made me stand barefoot on the floor to take my height. Then they didn’t even check my baby heartbeat when I told them I was high risk with my first child. Not only this but they reported on my visit I was rude and cussing but didn’t explain why I had a problem. I even let the nurse know I wasn’t happy before she started asking any questions. Treating ppl different for no reason is delusional, I advise no one to go here!

I am not sure what their insurance manger had in mind, or if they just don’t inform people if they are out of network. They tried charging me $400 for each visit and wouldn’t not accept me without the payments up front. Going to atrium now with no issue and a fraction of the price. The doctor kept telling me I was only crying because of my hormones and not because of the money. The doctor was extremely rude and spoke so quickly, I had no chance to understand this very important time in my life. I knew I had to get out of there quickly. The front desk people were nice and the lady Ashley in the lab room was the most uplifting part of this appointment.

Absolutely amazing office. Patient and pregnant with my first baby! They are so warm and welcoming. Love the Doctors, caring and understanding. Thank you so much for best treatment with zero judgment.

The staff at this location are amazing. I had my glucose three hour test today, and everyone went and beyond to make sure I remained comfortable the entire time. The lab technician is excellent, she explains everything in detail and has great hand were it’s not painful. All the providers: Dr Drennan, Dr Webb, and Dr Taylor have great bedside manor and they are very easy to discuss anything with. I would highly recommend the team at this location. Oh I can’t forget the ladies up front, they are always smiling and friendly they make it easy to schedule your appointments.

So not only are the front desk ladies (Julie especially) so sweet and helpful, but the nurse (Im so sorry I didnt catch your name) who did my ultrasound was also very awesome and made an uncomfortable situation less awkward. I think the staffing here is amazing. Now onto Dr.Robinson. This man. He is so very good at his job! He was so nice to me and took his time to make sure I understood what was going on with my body. He answered every question and didnt seem annoyed like most other doctors have been to me in the past. Im trying for my first child and he not only gave me super helpful advice but took the time to answer any questions I had about that as well! That wasnt even the reason for my visit but he took the time to hear me out and help me out. He honestly gave me peace of mind and made me feel more confident about my chances. I cant thank him enough. You all are wonderful.

Switched out of this office at 30 weeks pregnant after many appointments where I felt any questions I asked were dismissed. The nursing staff is very nice, and I was always fine as a patient here until I got pregnant. As a first time mom, I had questions and was made to feel like my wishes didnt matter. Also, no one ever answers the phone. If I call to speak to anyone I have to leave a voicemail, and wait days for a return call. Very happy to have gotten away from this practice.

It was a pleasure at the doctors office today. I waited about 5 minutes before being called back. The nurse was very pleasant and Dr Taylor was in my room in a timely manner. Dr Taylor is not only interested in why you are in the office but he is interested in what’s going on in your life in general. He always makes me feel comfortable. I’ve been going to this office for 42 years and I highly recommend it to new patients. Thank you Dr Taylor and staff for your kindness.

I highly recommend Rock Hill OBGYN. I had a pregnancy loss that resulted in an emergency surgery and all of the staff truly seemed to care about me during this process... From the ultrasound tech, to the doctor who gave us the news, to the staff member who scheduled the emergency surgery, to the doctor who performed the surgery. I always felt like I was in great hands. I later had another pregnancy and live birth and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It was easy to schedule appointments, I was able to get in contact with a nurse at any time, I never had to wait long for an appointment, the office staff was friendly, and I always felt like the doctors took the time to listen to my questions/concerns without rushing me. I specifically LOVE Dr. Drennen, Dr. Pierce, and Dr. Taylor. They are incredible! Such a great practice!

I have been going to this practice since I moved to the area (about 7 years). I have never had a problem and would recommend to a friend. Dr Taylor is so kind and caring! I was hoping he would be on call when I went into labor, but it happened to be Dr Pierce. In the end I am so glad it worked out the way it did. Dr Pierce was really great!

Five (5 star rating). The staff at Rock Hill OB-GYN is so friendly and nice! My Doctor Joe Robinson is the best!! He is so attentive, kind and caring! He takes compassion to the next level. I just love he and his nurse!! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an OB-GYN!

The nursing staff were definitely welcoming and attentive than the Dr. I was referred here by family physician. I had Dr. Michael Drennen. He really brushed me off and made me feel like I was a waste of his time. I dont even think I was in the room with him for more than 5 minutes and whenever I did talk he would cross his arm as if he didnt have the time for me. Very impatient. Spent more time with his nurse than him and actually listen to me and made feel like a person. Cant say whether or not I will be back. Would be nice to receive my copay back for such bad service.

Staff is really rude. Me and my wife don’t have anybody to watch our daughter. So we carried her with us, not knowing people under 18 are prohibited in the office. When we walked in with our two year old, the office staff was extremely rude about it, AND THERE WAS A YOUNG BOY, with his mom waiting to be called back. I didn’t want to make a scene with my daughter in my arms. So I had to go back to the car after them shooing me away. Even though I wanted to hear our babies heartbeat. They called my wife back and just started talking about money, how expensive it was going to cost, $500 for each visit, and they weren’t even looking at the baby today, which we set the appointment for. They were just going to take some blood and call it a day. My wife said she wasn’t going to go back, and the lady that called her back said she won’t be able to transfer to someone else. Well we are. It’s always a bad sign when the staff is rude, and starts talking about money as soon as you walk in. I’ve never left a bad review, or been a Karen, anywhere. This was justified.

Dr Taylor is not just a great doctor from a clinical care standpoint - hes a compassionate person. He understands and takes the time to answer all the questions a patient has. I have been going to him since about 1999, and have only good things to say. The other doctors in the practice are good too, but Dr Taylor is my regular MD and I still see him. Highly recommend!

I was trying to establish a Gynecologist for my daughter who is 20, since she is in college up there and needs to establish a doctor for birth control amd just in general. She has been to her gynecologist down at home and didn’t mind going. However her first visit here , she immediately called me and said she was never going back. 1 ) she said they were rude2) she felt as if they were racist 3) they did nothing and asked no questions.I was not happy to hear this feed back and she will not be returning.

The doctors are great. Not terribly impressed with the ultrasound techs. First time I see my baby is supposed to be something special and it certainly didnt feel that way. Second ultrasound wasnt much better. If your insurance changes, they wont help you at all even though they are currently the only physician available. Not exactly the kind of care a first time mother wants for her and her baby.

Worst doctors office ever!! Allowed me to bleed for 6 weeks, had to go back 3 times before I was placed on birth control! I suppose to have a follow- up for my fibroid, but I believe my recommended appointment was removed from the system, b/c I sent an email about incorrect information on my chart!! It doesnt matter what kind of insurance you have all they want is that co-pay. I felt that I was treated poorly because of my ethnicity!!!!!!!!!!!!! They only have 2 good doctors and its hard to get an appointment with them!

New patient. Saw Dr. Barbara Rowland. Ver professional and really nice. I talked to her about a different doctor pushing their views on me. Past doctor would not allow me to get a pap once a year, said I only needed it once every 3 years even though I had some concerns. Dr. Rowland was very understanding to my needs and preferences. She’s working with me to provide a better clinical experience. Check in and check out were both quick and painless. Definitely going to remain a patient here.

We chose Rock Hill gyn ob bc we heard phenomenal things about Dr. Taylor. They cycle through each doctor so you potentially meet them all. Never had any issues with the doctors, nurses or other staff. I ended up having Dr.Pierce deliver my son (my first child). He did a great job. Very calm and friendly. When I saw him for the postpartum appointment he remembered me and was friendly and kind.

Ive only had positive experiences with RHGYNOB. They have delivered all four of my babies, and will deliver my fifth in May. Dr McLelland delivered my first three and was absolutely phenomenal. I was devastated that he wasnt there for my fourth, who was delivered by Dr Pierce. However I was so happy with him also, he was patient and helped keep me calm during a fully natural labor. I will say that if youre used to a small practice where you have a dr this may not be your spot. They require you to see all of the drs during your pregnancy because you never know who will be working if you spontaneously go into labor. No one wants a stranger delivering their baby, so I was fine with that. Unlike many of the other reviewers I have not had any issues with the front desk staff, nurses, or the phlebotomist, theyve all been kind and professional. I would not deliver with anyone else, the drs and other staff are all fantastic!

Doctor Taylor is the absolute best. Ive enjoyed him so much. For my first pregnancy, he always makes sure Im comfortable and that Im following along with any information given. Ive had bad experiances here as well, but if not for Dr. Taylor I wouldnt continue to come here.

I had a great experience at Rock Hill GYNOB. The receptionist are so nice. The doctors are all nice and respectful. Just make sure you are on time for the appointments though bc if not they will put whoever came before you in front of you whether you have an appointment or not. Other than that, if I have another child I’ll come back.

Love the doctors Ive had however, the front staff is literally the rudest two women Ive ever met in a facility like this and if you dont come in every few weeks it seems like, they will dismiss you as a patient when you are 32 weeks pregnant, a high risk pregnancy and c section delivery. Very disappointed in this office, sadly. I do not recommend to any one. They care more about coming in, getting paid and leaving than they do their patients. Stand at the front desk long enough theyll start talking about other patients right infront of you. Just hope you dont know those patients, I guess.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. My friend is estimated to be around 20 weeks and has yet to have any prenatal care, due to her just recently discovering her pregnancy. She has called multiple times to get an appt. And they have been rude to her on every occasion and the so called supervisor there, has yet to return her call. Maybe hiring people who care about their job should be a higher priority because the people who are there now do not value patients health. They seem to think their job consists of being rude, and judgemental. Do better.

This was my first visit with this office and dr. They had a rough day as they had a pipe burst and they had contactors working this. Even so, everyone I interacted with were friendly, pleasant, professional, considerate and caring. Dr. Hilton was very nice and professional, yet, came across as very caring and offered great information. I was so happy with everyone, that I immediately referred her and the office folks to a friend looking for a new dr.

Multiple great experiences with Dr. McClelland. I appreciate the concern and time he takes to listen to me. I usually have a lot of questions and I have experienced top notch care from him and Dr. Alapat. Front desk (check in and out) are very sweet and helpful.

Sorry to be a Karen but here I go. My daughter was seen today by a Dr. there that seemed to be a bit in a hurry, my daughter may have preclancia and they just seem to want to dismiss it and just tell her to drink more water, they want even bother to check her to diagnose her for it, even though we have asked them to, she has just been told to just more water, even though she the symtoms. She is in and out of the ER for some of the symtoms and all they can do is tell her to just drink more water. They have a lack of value for caring about their patience health and they seem to be slack for their value fortheir professionalism, and they are so quick to be judgemental. Well maybe some of the staff are just there for the money and not fir the patients health.☹️

If I could give a half of star I would. I was referred here by a neighbor plus they had pretty good ratings. I am currently new to the area, and first impression is everything. My insurance hasnt kicked in yet on my job, However I was in need of an obgyn, so I enrolled in family planning for the time being. First lets just say It was a hassle just to set up an appointment with them, theyre currently doing no annuals for new patience you have to do a consultation then schedule another appointment to a contraceptive remove, then come back in a week or two later to get another contraceptive put in which is utterly rediculious to say the least. So the day of the appointment the receptionist wasnt welcoming she made me feel less than and discriminate against because of the insurance that I was using she gave me a hard time. She told me at first my insurance wasnt going to cover the visit and it was going to be a $200 cover charge before even checking with my insurance. Then when she checked and was told my insurance covers my consultation visit but she was very adamant that I can only talk th the Dr. about the birth control and no other issues that I may or may not be having or I was going to be charged the $200 cover charge. Wont be going back even when my insurance kicks in everyone deserves to be treated. equally no matter what insurance you have

Please note I havent had the chance to visit with the office and my review is strictly based in on the level of professionalism & service Ive received in setting up my appt. I was referred to this office, specifically Dr. Fulton when I informed my PCP I was looking for a gynecologist. I scheduled my appt over a month ago for today and took off work to handle it along w other errands. I understand emergencies happen but my issue was the manner it was addressed.I was called about 2 hrs prior to my appt and informed the Dr. had a family emergency, death in the family & had to leave even her current patient. That struck me as very unprofessional even without knowing the details of how it was handled. Time is very important to me so respecting it is a must. Ill have to of course reschedule but it left a bad taste in my mouth the way the receptionist advised of the situation. Hopefully this isnt a foresight of future service at this location.

My fiance had a procedure done to see if she has cervical cancer. She wanted me to go back with her to have it done. The nurse states oh the rooms are small well come get you if we need you. Very unprofessional and for the money we pay she should be able to be comfortable in this time.

They don’t deserve any stars! Totally incompetent and uncaring staff! I used them for the later part of my first pregnancy which was by IVF. Wasn’t really impressed the first time since you rarely see the same doctor and I was high risk. I found out I was pregnant recently which was supposed to be impossible. Called Monday morning for an appointment, explained my situation and that it was URGENT that I be seen immediately. No attempt or concern to get me in right away and squeeze me in. Friday was earliest they would see me. I found another OBGYN that I had never used before and they got me in the very next day, thankfully! By the time my appointment was supposed to be on Friday, my new OB had seen me 3 TIMES! Not only that, but Friday I also had to have EMERGENCY SURGERY for an ECTOPIC PREGNANCY 😢. I get a message this morning that I was a no-show for my Friday appointment even though I canceled it with the robot call I got last week. I called them to make sure I was not billed for my “missed” appointment and explained what happened to me...still no compassion and not even an apology. Rock Hill GYNOB failed me in every conceivable way. If you want to me just a number and a paycheck and don’t care that THEY don’t care about you, then go here. They disgust me.

I dont even wanna give this place one star!! Ive went here with all 2 of my pregnancies. Im on my third and because my insurance lapped n i didnt have anything for 3 months when I went to come back at 32 weeks they told me they cant do anything for me and literally did NOTHING to help except assist with a VERY RUDE attitude. The doctors here are great but their nurses shouldnt even have jobs. I get scheduled C sections and now I have no way to get an appointment unless i drive 2 hours away and deliver somewhere else away from family. Not everyome can control what happens. Ive been a patient here for 5 years. Youd think they give a damn a little bit atleast!!!!!!! DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL

I have had Dr Taylor for several things, and he is amazing. I had one surgery, he called me before i even got home to see how i waz doing. My second surgery, he called the next morning to find out if everything was ok. He has a great bedside manner and answers all the questions i had. Awesome Dr!

I have been going to Dr. Taylor for years and love him! He not only remembers you but makes you feel so comfortable. Their staff is friendly, helpful and kind, as well. They go out of their way to help you and it is greatly appreciated!

Dr. Pierce is one wonderful doctor. He delivered my son in August of 2018 and will deliver our next in January as well. He is very knowledgeable. My wife loves seeing him.

I would give a zero star if I could. Unable to form a bond with any doctor at this practice. 37 weeks pregnant and still dont know who my doctor is. You go in and the doctors are still shaking your hand and introducing themselves, at 37 weeks...! Plus every appointment feels rushed and takes 5 to 10 mins. horrible practice. unfortunately it is too late for me to change practice. They dont care about you...

Worst experience at a doctors office ever. Pregnant with spotting and cramps and was told either I had a miscarriage or was 4 weeks when I should be 6 and to come back in 7-10 days for a follow up. They said they would schedule a follow up ultrasound for the fifth. They scheduled it for the eleventh without even telling me and refused to schedule in the timeframe the doctor told me, but still wanted my money for the pregnancy and delivery before they would confirm the pregnancy. When I said I would rather wait until they can confirm I am still pregnant the receptionist refused to reschedule! They are not concerned with any level of care just money.

I highly recommend not to choose this as your OB. I had one nice nurse the 7 months i went here, the two girls at the front desk are terrible. The doctors arent personable with you, each visit I saw a different doctor and I felt like I had to always repeat myself from previous apts because they never knew what was going on with me. Each doctor had something different to say, some said i was borderline hypertension some said my bp was fine. I always felt confused. Dr. Drennen was the absolute worst experience i had at this office. He walked in the room and didnt even introduce himself, asked me if I had any concerns. I told him I had a rash that covered my legs, his response was, idk im not a dermatologist. Really!? He didnt listen to the heartbeat, measure me, or tell me he was done. He simply handed me my check out form and walked out. Needless to say i switched doctors right at the end of my pregnancy! Dont waste your time here!

I seen Dr. Mclelland about a month ago. This was the first time I ever went to this practice. My visit was great! He was really attentive and answered every question I had. The nurses were all really good as well. I went in with a problem and came out that day knowing the solution! It was awesome! I would recommend him to anyone!

Called to see if they took my insurance to be seen and I asked how much a check up would be and the lady I spoke to just hung the phone up on me. Plain rude

New Patient. Saw Dr. ANSLEY HILTON. Excellent experience. She paid attention and listened without interrupting. She asked questions. Feiendly but professional. She was not rushed and took time to discusse my concerns. She told me exactly what was going to happen and why. Very through exam. Made me feel comfortable. Recommended treatment and gave me confidence that I would see improvement of symptoms. Was very reassuring. She explained things well. Great experience.

I had my second baby and second c-section, in a new area and new doctor I was nervous and Dr Taylor was amazing and just made the process so easy and made me feel so comfortable! If you’re looking for a great doctor who loves what he does, Dr Taylor is your guy!!

Still upset that they cancelled my appointment then on top on of that made me sit in the waiting room for 30 mins before even telling me. They cancelled my appointment because of the doctors schedule conflict but the women behind me checked in to see the same doctor , although I had this appointment for a month. When I called to reschedule the appointment was 2 weeks away so havent been seen by the doctor in 2 months & 28 weeks pregnant and they did not care. Only get ultrasounds & you only speak with doctor for about 5 mins at each appointment. Will be doing a midwife next pregnancy.

Ive been so impressed with all of the doctors here. They make the entire process of having a baby much easier than I thought! They thoroughly explain things, have two convenient locations, and are great doctors who make me feel very comfortable.

I sent my medical records over to rh obgyn almost a month ago, they told me it would take a few days to get them they would call me to schedule an appointment. I never got a call so I got a hold on them to make sure they received my records. They did, just never called me. I then tried to make an appointment but was given the run around 4 different times today. I kept getting transferred, put on hold and getting an answering machine. They already put me in the system when I filled out my consent forms for my records so I dont understand why they cant just book an appointment instead of transferring me to several different people just to end up having to leave yet another message on an answering machine.

My next visit will be to ANOTHER gynecologist. I have received nothing but the runaround from this practice, not to mention needless tests that have nothing to do with my medical condition. Their phone line is ALWAYS broken (not sure what women with real emergencies are supposed to do) and the doctor I saw (who has since left the practice) was rude and patronizing. Theres a lot of finger pointing at this practice, with no accountability whatsoever. I have no plans of returning to this practice.

This is the worst place ever. They’re more driven financially then they’re about the work they do. The nurses are the only advantage that they have. The doctors don’t even trust each other. If you’re looking for a place that you can trust and rely on this is not it. Please do your homework and don’t fall victim to this practice as it may cost you more from a health perspective than you expect. Now is not the time to put your health at risk with this incompetent and callus practice.

I love this place! DR HILTON is the best! She LISTENED to what I had to say, answered all concerns and questions, and I never felt rushed. Dr Hilton made my yearly exam a lot better 🤗

Rock Hill Ob professionalism is a 2 on the scale 1-10. HAVE BEEN GOING SINCE 2018. the staff is very NICE NASTY. they are very bad at scheduling appointments an getting the patients in at scheduled timing!! LAST YEAR I WENT INTO ROCK HILL OB 6MONTHS PREGNANT ON EMERGENCY VISIT WAS TOLD NOTHING WAS WRONG BY DR. MCCLEAD ON THAT NIGHT I DELIVERED MY OWN CHILD WHO DIED AFTER SEEING DR AND STAFF AT RHOB WHO IMPLIED NOTHING WAS WRONG 😑. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OB VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NEEDS TO BE RESTAFFED, IM CONVINCED THE STAFF ARE THERE TO GET PAID AN NOT REALLY BE ATTENTIVE TO PATIENTS

I went in for a physical and was told the reason I was not getting pregnant was because of my weight. Which I understand I am overweight and I need to work on it. I went back with an issue where I was bleeding a lot I have a massive blood clots and no one could tell me why the OBGYN that I saw told me it basically was my weight and couldnt help me. He wanted me to take birth control and put an IUD in and stop trying to get pregnant. Ive never felt so ashamed of myself he made me feel like the largest woman in the world. And I understand I am overweight not denying that but I have an issue where my period Hasnt stopped in a year and no one can help me no one cared you help me. Do not go there they dont care about you just your money. I wont be back and I dont recommend anyone try them if you have PCOS you probably need to find another doctor cuz they wont help you.

The team at Rockhill GYN & OB are awesome! I had to see a new dr today as mine retired. He took his time and addressed all of my needs. Really easy to talk to.

All of the doctors in this practice are so caring and compassionate. Dr. Taylor is top-notch, always willing to listen and very professional. I wouldnt go anywhere else! I highly recommend this office.

I have been here twice now and think it is a wonderful place. They are super friendly in the front office when I am getting checked in. I have no problems with them answering the phone when I call to make my appointments. I have seen two different doctors so far and they were both amazing and answered all my questions and concerns.

Never had a issue with this place. Been going here for years but it seem like 1 of the doctors here do not listen to your problems and concerns. They just brush them off and still leaving you with unanswered questions and the same pain you came in with. Dr Webb has done that several times instead of seeking to your needs she voices her opinions and not help.

Absolutely love Rock Hill OBGYN. Dr Rowland and Dr robinson were absolutely amazing with me. I lost one twin at 22 weeks and they were very comforting with me and helped me with every step of the way. I would absolutely reccomnd them.

I had a horrendous experience with (who I assume was) the nurse I dealt with, named Wendy for anyone who has the misfortune of dealing with her. I found out Im pregnant after a positive test at my primary physicians office, so I scheduled an initial prenatal visit for Dr. Ansley Hilton, (who I never even saw,) but literally walked into what felt like a cold, coarse financial assessment and a shakedown for what I would be responsible for financially. Not only did the nurse assume that, because I was asking about payment options, I was just not going to pay at all, but that I should just go to the free clinic (for teens and at risk yonng moms... okayy, Im 27!! Not to mention I went to the appointment with my HUSBAND and young daughter, who was planned just as this new pregnancy is...). She also told us that because my bmi was high, I would be required to see a dietitian (at another $85 after insurance per visit,)... and when my husband chimed in to say what a great job I have been doing at losing weight already, and that when I was pregnant with my first daughter I was carrying more weight even in the beginning and then I am now...to which she sarcastically said ok, with a look like and you point is??... so after being hurt and judged and ridiculed for no reason whatsoever, she said if I didnt agree to the terms of my payments right then and there then I can come back when I was ready to sign it but that we were done here so I could leave… And she literally showed me the door, to which I asked if there was even going to be a pregnancy confirmation test or anything, And of course she replied with yet another dig: I can get you a pregnancy test but that will be $22.50, if you want a free one go down to the Palmetto clinic.I seriously have no idea what this ladys issue is but she was like, triggered some how, and she really seem to have a strong opinion about me from the moment she saw me… Needless to say I left with no services and bawled my eyes out when I got to my car and had a super low self esteem for the rest of the day. As I was leaving I noticed several girls who looked a lot heavier than me… (both working there and waiting as patients,) and I literally was thinking to myself, I really hope that they dont have any run-in with her or shell do the same thing to them or worse. I truly hate to think about what her interactions would be like had I been a unwed (and/or teen) mother, or had I have been even heavier, and I shutter to think about what her interactions are like with those people, if she was THAT cruel to me. If you get a nurse named Wendy, TURN AROUND AND LEAVE.

Dr. Pierce is not recommended. Nice guy but has really done me a disservice. Told him that I had pelvic pain, pain during sex, and urinating frequently. He does urine test, pelvic exam and tells me nothings is wrong other than possible endometriosis of which I can only take birth control and pain meds. So I go with that. Two weeks later the pain worsens and my quality of life is beginning to deminish. I go back to see him and he again says he sees nothing wrong. He does a ultrasound and all is clear. I mentioned to him if it could possibly be my bladder. THAT is when he decides to send my urine off to the lab. (Why wasnt that done the first time I seen him a month ago!?). It comes back positive for UTI. Now I have to take antibiotics. I am thankful it was discovered and there is treatment. It could have been worse, but now I have to pay for two office visits and an ultrasound when it was a UTI and the urine should have been sent off the first time, given the symptoms presented. I felt rushed during my visit and not heard. I am not happy about this at all. I am now unemployment and am stuck with a bill I will not be able to pay.

They will send you a letter if you cancel appointments 24 hours in advance and terminate you as a patient. They are careless and will terminate you instantly before even notifying you that they dont tolerate canceled appointments. They WILL REFUSE YOU CARE BEWARE!!

My appointment was at 9:20, I arrived early filled out the paper work and did the other part online and THEY FORGOT ABOUT ME IN LOBBY, AND THE RECEPTIONIST SAID OH YOU HAVENT BEEN HELPED YET!!! WELL I WOULDNT BE STANDING HERE IF I HAD. THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT NEW PATIENTS?????🤬🤬🤬🤬 THANKS FOR WAISTING MY TIME AND GAS FOR YOU TO TELL ME YOUR SORRY.

This clinic never answers their phone. I have called everyday for a week and still can not get a hold of anyone.I changed my services to a different clinic and I have been waiting a month for them to approve my refund, it still sitting with the insurance department who will not contact me and can not be contact.Go anywhere but here.

Doctors I’ve seen are very personable. Staff is pleasant. Satisfied with my care.

Every visit takes forever. They ask you to arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment, but dont call you back until 30+minutes after your appt time. Check out lines are long and the front desk girl is rude.

I see Lauren Henderson - the nutritionist and she is super nice. I recommend anyone trying to lower their sugar or lose weight to see her. You wont regret it.

Love Dr. Webb. However, their Covid rules are over the top. They will not allow my husband in any of the visits.

Dr. Pearsons nurse was supposed to do a blood test and forgot to. Then I called back to get one and no one returned my call and its been 3 days now!!! I would not recommend Dr. Pearson...does not care about you...

I see most of the time dr Webb ( fort mill office) who always answers my questions without any rush or pressure. Their office is always clean & their personnel quite helpful.

Dr. Drennen is the best. He delivered my baby I will continue to see him and hope to have him deliver my next.

Terrible business I do not advise anyone to go here My wife was seen here and it took a month to get in contact with anyone, took even longer to get a referral to see someone else. They dont answer the phone, and when they do they act as if you were never there

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. The Doctors are great but the 2 front ladies need to be replaced.
