First Care Medical Clinic

I called and made an appointment for immigration exam, the lady on the phone politely booked it and confirmed for 10 am, Wednesday. So I took off from work(I’m a contractor in IT so it costed me over $600 as I do not have paid time off). I drove all the way from Columbia, SC and when 10 minutes left I got a call from a reception saying they do not have medical exams at this location! Whattt? Why? Couldn’t you warn me earlier? Why confirmed on text messages, sending me all these pre checking papers to fill out? WASTE OF TIME!

Ive been going to thus facility since 2009. Believe me it hast all been peaches and cream. Having said that, the staff and doctors there today are great. Especially the front staff run by Tiffany and Dr Hall-Baker!

Very happy with their help at the Rock Hill location! Special thanks to Physician Asst Jonathan Toro for a thorough work up of my husband! Ms Tiffany at the front is always happy to greet you with a big smile and assist you with any issues you present to her!

Tried to schedule appointment online for a sports physical, the page would time out when submitting the time. Called and tried to schedule an appointment, they said just walk in. Went into the location, they said they couldn’t take me because new patients need to be there before 4:45. After explaining I called and they told me just to come in she she apologized and said I would need to schedule an appointment. I asked what was the difference if my son was an existing patient or new patient. She stated that they needed time to do a full work up, which I don’t believe is accurate since we were just coming in for a sports physical and just tried to stare me down.There was one car in the parking lot and the place was a little run down…now I understand why. Lots of other option. Went down the street and was taken care of by Broken to Better. Great experience and friendly staff.

The staff in the office are really nice and do well with basic issues. But I have had such a hard time with referrals and communicating over the phone. Every time I call the receptionist (not in the actual office) never understands what I’m saying and it’s very hard to understand her because of a language barrier. I can’t see a rheumatologist with out a referral and I have been going through this process for 3 months and still don’t have a referral from them. (They initially referred me somewhere but the office did not have any availability until August).

These doctors and nurses go above and beyond not only to treat each patient but to also to get to know each patient! Me and my wife absolutely love it here and cant see ourselves going anywhere else!!!

The entire staff and today’s prescriber were extremely relatable, courteous, and professional. My prescriber, Dr. Hall-Baker provided valuable information to promote my overall health! She was truly amazing!

They take really good care of my mother. The doctors, nurses, and the staff are great. He is not a doctor just yet, but I feel he is, Dr. Jonathan is so good with my mother. He is so patient, knows how to talk to you and looks at the patient as a whole.

First Care reminds me of how all doctors where at one time, caring, kind and informative about me as a patient.Im not just a number and the staff makes me feel welcomed and that my business is appreciated. The doctors genuinely care about their patients and you feel that from the first visit and each visit afterwards. First Care Medical Center is a kind and caring one stop professional office that helps in so many ways. DOT physicals, Immigration physicals, ultrasounds, hearing and vision screenings occur there. Chronic and remote monitoring are provider services. The staff are professional, skilled and compassionate. I highly recommend this facility.

Great service! Love the Friday Doctor!Still waiting on my script. Never sent it over yet. My pharmacy is now closed. Now I may have to wait the entire weekend go by before I can get my medicine. That was the least thing I liked.

Although there was a little wait it was worth it due to the treatment I received. Each staff member I encountered was caring and courteous and the Nurse Practitioner Ashley was very knowledgeable and had a great way of.putting me at ease by explaining why she was ordering each test for me. Today was a very satisfying experience.Had a stomach Ultrasound today 11/16. Sylvia was very professional and nice.

Dr. Baker is professional, pleasant, and motivating. She listens attentively and helped me with a plan for a better health journey.

Hello Im one of their long time patients. I usually frequent their Gastonia office. Yesterday I decided to visit the Rockhill, SC location. I must say, the location in Rockhill is beautiful! I also saw my most favorite provider, ( Ashley P. ) Shes probably everybodys favorite as well. Shes such a an asset to First Care Medical. Shes professional, she cares about her patients, its not just a job for her. Shes just a beautiful and welcoming person all around. I also met the ladies up front as well as Triage. What a great team! They were totally awesome! Id personally give each of them 5 stars as well. Dr. Okwara really has outdone himself with that Rockhill, SC location.Gastonia, is a smaller location, but thats my go to place. It has all of my girls there. Ashley, the office manager, OMG, SerMira, Tysha, and Whitney, all are perfect! A splendid team, you couldnt ask for a better team! I love them, they ALWAYS make you feel welcome and like part of the First Care Medical family. Im grateful for this establishment, I will be a long term patient forever. Again, they always make me feel like part of the First Care Medical family. Im very happy that my time wasnt wasted there. I got an appointment the same day and they performed all the blood test and vaccinations and whatever needed quickly. That was my fastest procedure that I have ever done in any doctor office. I think 3 or 4 nurses tended to me in an hour. I have spent least amount of time and most amount of work that I have ever done in any doctor office. Thank you all. I appreciate that you care about peoples time.

The Dr is always so great, she takes time with me and listens and answers my questions and explains and is overall a very genuine person. So are the nurses and staff at front counter. Great bunch of people. They listen and care for their patients. Love me some Mrs BakerShe dont play when it comes to her patients care. Shes very thorough. I keep coming back because of her. Just wish she had more days in the Rock Hill office, but glad to have her there when she is , because I know shell get answers for me and my situation.Shes a keeper for sure !

Took First Shot of 2 Today They Were Very Nice and Caring Very Pleasant Front Deak and Nurses. Not Problems As of 5/18/21.Took Second Vac Shot Today .They Were Very Nice and Care Again.It Was Very Ouick and No Problem With Shot. So I Now Fully Vaccinated. Thank You First Care Medical for During Shots On Sight. 6/22/2021.On 3/1/24 Had to Check on My B.P. was a Little high due to Meds Change and Working on Getting the Right Dose age this vist was the 2nd in 2 weeks. Tried calling But Couldnt Understand the Person who Responded with My New Instructions. I Like that Later My Dr.Followed up With I was Feeling. I Am Please with my Dr Hall Baker and Staff.3/15/24MY Vist was a good and Encouraging Appt B.P. getting back to A good Level after Medicines Change.I Appreciate the Care Dr.Baker and Staff showed to Each Patient and Myself.5/10/24Had a unscheduled Drs Appt Because B.P. was irregular Reading for Several days. Today was a good Vist and The Dr and Staff Took Good care of Me with heart felt Concern.

Appointment @ 2pm told to return @ 345pm Dr needed a lunch break...this has happened 3 times

I have been a patient there for over 10 yrs. I have always been treated very well... theyre very knowledgeable and will honestly take the time to listen to your concerns. Plus the ladies are all super kind.

I’m not a fan of going to the doctor etc however, my visit with this particular office has been by far the best experience. I had an issue with my insurance and the front desk took the initiative to help me sort it out. On top of the front desk help as well as patients she also had great customer service. The nurse’s there was great as well. They all had positive energy , it was very welcoming. The doctor herself was extremely good as well as uplifting, She was fast and to the point with providing what was needed. She also showed concern for my wellbeing. I overall recommend first care to everyone🙏🏾

Everyone at this facility treat you lile you are their only patient. They take the time to address all of your concerns without trying to rush you out the door. Here I feel heard and valued.

This was my second visit, the first two weeks ago and I was very under the weather. Each and every person that I crossed paths with was absolutely amazing. When I was there on Thursday, I receive the same care and hospitality as I had the first time. I’m very happy with the beautiful ladies that were there to help me. I look forward to the kind faces and they’re thorough check up.

Staff was amazing very helpful and kind.The RMA was so nice to me and made me feel comfortable due to my past experiences with my Doctor. What can I say God knew what I needed. She was very ki d and concerned about ME. SHE was comforting, reassuring and concerned about my wellbeing non judgmental I was able to talk to her I never felt like she was looking through me but seeing me. I love this place it was my first appointment and Ive been to many doctors I am impressed.

I went in today having trouble breathing. They had me back in a room within minutes and was giving me breathing treatments. Felt better before I left left with prescription for antibiotics and prednisone they have always been very good too me. Ill be recommend this place 100%

The doctor that I seen she was really nice & sincere & concerned about my health issues made me more comfortable to explain to her about the health issues I was having she made me calm down from anxiety attacks I’ve been having and explained to me how to overcome them and stay calm I was very pleased with her help thank you.

I have a fear of going to the doctors because I always feel rushed or my issues are brushed off. I got the help I needed today and felt seen and heard for the first time in a while. The whole staff was amazing and to the NP Emma, thank you.

Dr. Gerth is very professional, personable, and smart. She has a patient centered attitude that transcends many other physicians at other facilities because she actually listens. She works with patients of all skill levels and age related issues. She relays medical terminology in laymans terms. She is thorough and a trusted wonderful addition to the First Care Team.

This was my first visit and a very terrific one. I was seen and taken care of very quickly. The staff was extremely friendly. The staff of doctors were very quick to listen and offer very healthy solutions. I would definitely recommend them as your primary care giver. Dont just take my word for it, make an appointment today. Thanks for such excellent service and care.

Staff here are the nicest, warmest people around. They make you feel like part of the family. My daughter is scared to death of needles, and they even made her flu injection not scary at all for her. Dr. Ada is a wonderful Doctor. She is very Kind and Caring .She really listens to you. She doesnt say Well it could be this or that . This clinic has a very helpful staff that absolutely made my last two visits a breeze. Everything was done with ease, doctor was very professional, nice, sincere, smiling face. I had one of the best Drs here I have ever had I cannot remember her name to save my life but shes got long hair light skin beautiful African America and she was really trying everything she could to see what my problems are from blood to x-ray on my thyroid chest and heart. I have never had a Dr so all this in one visit she is truly a great MD. Thanks guys for being so nice here I absolutely feel like you all care whats going on......🤗🤗🤗🤗

I went to the first care medical office in Rock Hill and they are the worst location. The front desk girl Tiffany is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and couldnt care less about what you need when you are in there. Went in for a immigration physical and they never called me back to check on status and when i called they were giving me an attitude. You pay them and they barely give you a service. The doctor was kind and communicative but what is a good doctor if their staff is useless. If you need a immigration physical do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Its been 3 weeks since i did it and just found out today i need something else.

Office staff and Dr Baker are very kind ,Dr Baker is so cheerful and I am always glad to see her . The office has done some remodeling and it looks great

I love all the staff and the Dr here. Ive never had any problems getting an appointment. My dr is quick about sending in my prescriptions. By the time I leave the rock hill office and get to the cvs on celanese rd my prescriptions are usually ready. I have been going here for 4 years.

I really liked the staff. The doctor was super nice. The wait was really long but everything else went well.

This place is a joke. The lobby is dirty, staff is rude and not knowledgeable about their own jobs. They told me they were open on Saturdays. And that was a lie. They don’t give immunizations and don’t see babies at all. They lose important records and when confronted about it they lie and say you were never their patient!! Be careful bringing your family and sensitive information here. There are much better, cleaner places in the area. I think the people leaving reviews must be paid or employees because this facility is always empty. I live 2 minutes away. The parking lot is always empty and the outside of the place looks abandoned. Now I see why.

Easy setting up an appointment for a Covid test. Checked in, parked outside, a nurse was out within 15 minutes and had my results shortly after! Very professional and my experience was great overall.

The reason that I give 3 stars is because of a situation around the cost of my care. I see this this group for a specific type of treatment. I pay dearly for a PPO plan with a well known health insurance company, through my employer.A year and a half ago, when I moved to NC, I needed to find a health care provider that could provide a specific treatment for an illness that I have. When I contacted First Care Medical Clinic, I asked if they accepted my specific insurance for my specific treatment. They said that they did and for a year and a half, my insurance paid for my treatment. All was good in my world.The issue was that First Care charged me full price up front and then my insurance would pay their portion on the back end.. This would end up causing me to have a credit on my account each month. So, the next time that I visited, I would pay the difference and again, all was good. Well, they didnt like that.So after a year and a half of my insurance paying for a portion of my treatment, they told me that they would no longer be accepting my insurance for my treatment. I called my insurance company to see what was going on.. They had no issues paying as usual and they still listed First Care as in network. The only thing that we could think of was that the First Care office just doesnt want to do the paperwork anymore.Today, I was forced to pay out of pocket for my visit which is very expensive for me. They had me sign a document that stated that I have insurance, but this provider does not accept my insurance. Whats funny is that if I were to be seen by them for a cold or flu, they still accept my insurance. Just not for my treatments anymore. Nice!!Im not complaining about the care that I receive. Just be cautious about their practices when it comes to charging you or your insurance.

So I miss Breonna ( NP) BUT the new (NP) Mary Kate😍😍😍😍 and her new nurse was amazing she listened well figured out what will work for me and it was busy but never felt as if they for got me. Spent over an hour in the parking lot on a summer day waiting to get nose swabbed for Covid test. (Still waiting at time of review at an hour and 10 minutes) Tried calling desk to see how much longer I can expect to wait, and no one will pick up the phone.Update: After an hour and 25 minutes, finally got a call through to desk and previous receptionist originally talked to hadn’t even gotten the testing process started…

Called and made an appointment for my daughter. Appointment was at 3:45. We arrived at 3:20 and provided all our information. 4:30 and still waiting. Two others have already walked in and been seen.No one else was even here when we arrived. Very frustrating as we made an appointment! Almost one hour after we arrived was told they were checking us in. Very disappointed in this practice after their review is showing 4 stars. Needless to say, this will be our last visit here.

Do not go to this office. Terrible experience. The nurses, Doctor - all seemed bored, unhappy and did not act interested in actually helping me. It was terrible. After the doctor finally came in to see me, she was cold and acted annoyed the entire time. Granted, I had my three kids with me, but doesnt matter. She could have been more kind and gracious. I have never been to such a terrible doctors office before.

This has to be one of the most inefficient places to call itself a doctors office. My child works there and their payroll check bounced. As if that wasnt bad enough, they were told they had to wait until Friday to get a replacement check! REPLACEMENT CHECK?! Never mind the bills they’ve paid out of their account that will be returned and the fees they will be charged! How unprofessional is that?! I hope they take better care of their patients than they do their employees. And Im sure that the owners see to it that none of the checks written to them ever bounce. That is shameful and totally unacceptable! I definitely would not trust these people with taking care of my dog much less an actual human!

Looked all over town for a quick rapid Covid test and they was able to get me tested with zero issues and no appointment. They come right out to your car. My in and out time was about an hour total. Very friendly staff and explained everything in detail.

I always have a great experience here and the staff is always patient and caring. I recommend First Care to anyone looking for great treatment.

Very helpful and friendly. I was able to get my child tested for Covid in a quick manner with rapid results so he can go back to school. I was able to schedule an appointment online same day.

Worst’ medical clinic ever. They are all about money not the patients. Doctors need more training and staff is rude and disrespectful. Please don’t go there let’s come together and get this clinic shutdown. Tiffany the desk clerk is a rude and disrespectful. They need to close there doors permanently.

My Provider gave her professional and medical advise about my health . She asked the right questions had patience with me She took time to listen to me and you do not get that type of concern from some providers.

I will never step foot in this place again! My first appointment was May of last year, when I got there I was then told that the only way they would take my insurance was for me to change my PCP to them, so I did. They took my copay and had me wait for me to be called back. The nurse calls me back takes my bp, temp, and weight and puts me in a room. I wait there for about 30 mins just for the nurse to come in and tell me to get out. They had apparently gotten a bomb threat. I was told that I would get a call later that day or the next to reschedule my appointment and never got a call or my copay back. I called today to get an appointment because I havent been feeling good going on a month now. The lady I spoke with seemed to not really know what the hell she was doing, but whatever I got an appointment for 1:45 ( I talked with her at 1:30). I drive all the way there for them to tell me that they are having problems with their system and that they could not get me in to be seen. I then said so I just drove up here for nothing? The white girl behind the counter snapped her head up and said there is nothing we can do we cant get into the computer and I dont know who you talked to but our phones have been down! I understand computer problems happen but the attitude she had? I will never waste my time, money, or gas on this place ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!

This office I thought was great at first, but then over the past 4 years things were going down heel. There staff can’t even draw blood, so sad, there rude and the doctor was awful. She has misdiagnosed me twice and she acts as if she’s concerned but in reality your just a number!!! She almost put me the hospital for giving me a med that would counteract another med I’m on and it would have been terrible!!! They don’t return your calls when u call the nurse line or after hours line. The staff acts like there doing clinicals bc there so inexperienced!!! I would not recommend anyone here, my opinion it’s an awful doctors office!

I never passed out before in my life and had my first experience here. I went to get my physical for the first time in years. They were taking my blood and gave me a flu shot right after while I was sitting on a high chair. Right after the nurse gave me the flu shot ... a few seconds later I passed out woke up on the floor. The nurse practitioner told me while passed out I fell forward. When I woke up on the floor I had a big bump on my forehead above my right eye and had really bad migraines for a couple days with neck pain. I had to go to the hospital to make sure I was okay. The hospital confirmed I got a concussion from the fall. Next time have any of your patients lay down or have a leaning chair so if they do pass out they don’t lean forward and have the same accident. I will most likely go to a different clinic going forward. I only gave this review a two stars because the staff were somewhat nice.

Make sure when you go that the receptionist knows you are sick and want to see a doctor. I made an appointment on line and after checking in was sent to my car and told there were 2 ahead of me and a nurse would come and get me when it was my time. While waiting I was given a Covid test and when it was negative told I could go to waiting room. I walked in after waiting for 2 hours and receptionist said oh you want to see a doctor? The word Covid was never mentioned when I was checking in. So 2.5 hours later I’m still waiting to see a doctor.

Everything was fine. The only thing I don’t care for is trying to get my test results off the patient portal. I’m not good with IT stuff.

The ladies out front are always nice and concerned bout you. The nurse that takes your vitals is nice and listens with concern. I always go by the desk an say HI. DOC. i see DOC MARTIN. Friendly she likes my hair. I had Cancer and she was always saying good things even a hug when I was scared. They need a different way to call them it takes 2 days to get thru to them the pharmacy has a hard time to cant get results of a test or make an appt. We were very grateful to FirstCare Medical Clinic for accommodating us when we showed up for our appointment a day early, and for dealing with our insurance to get the covid test for me (which was negative !!), and for getting such quick results ( just 10 minutes). Thank you!!

This place is an actual joke. Had to have a COVID19 test done was told on the phone originally 2-3 days. Took a week and no one called or emailed me with my results, I had to call them multiple times. When asked why no one called me the receptionist responded with “I don’t know” they refused to email me the results like I was told they would. Every person that answers the phone is rude and couldn’t care less. I will NEVER use any of these facilities for medical care in the future.

The Physician and Staff members were friendly and supportive which created a great customer experience!

I went today and sat in the lobby for over an hour and a half. I watched four people get called in before me. The receptionist was texting most of the time. Patients come in because they are pain and in need of care. I wish I wouldve read the reviews first before wasting my time and causing the pain to increase. I really believe that this office needs a reality check. My paperwork wasnt even processed yet. I will NEVER go to this place again!!!!

In my personal experience this is the best place I could have gone to, and I thank God for guiding me here. I struggled with quite a bit of health issues including incontrolable hypertension which I was seeing a cardiologist during 6 yrs for with no success. My simptoms were dismissed constantly at other doctor offices (making me feel like they believed I was making them up) and they just prescribed tons of different meds.My first visit at First Care was May of 2016 and they ran so many tests I couldnt even count them, and scheduled a series of other appointments for x-rays and ultrasounds. All of these tests didnt seem to have anything to do with what I was feeling. Long story short, they were so thorough that I was finally diagnosed, most symptoms are now gone, and my hypertension is now under control. All the meds I was taking are now reduced to only two a day. I will add, the ladies at the front desk are always friendly and have a smiling face in return to mine.If you visit this clinic (please do yourself a favor and do so) understand that the front desk staff dont just sit there to smile at you, they take care of insurance, scheduling, prescriptions, messages, etc., and on top of that they have to put up with some very bad attitudes from some patients that have no patience. If the Dr. orders a whole lot of tests, even if they dont seem to have anything to do with your symptoms, please remember she is the doctor, she has the knowledge no matter how much you googled your symptoms. If you didnt schedule for a long day, ask if you can have the tests scheduled for a future visit, I assure you they will gladly do so.I am blessed to have found this place.

Stay far away from this office DR. Ade or whatever her name is. Shes totally unprofessional doesnt know how to talk to Patients or her staff. Literally heard her yell at a nurse for no apparent reasons. She comes in and out the rooms discussing other patients in front of other patients YOU ARE A DOCTOR not a Friend she treats everyone as if they are peasants and shes in a high chair.... i dont like her and i will not return she needs matters... shes told us what she thought we wanted to hear and sent us out the door. Ill find a way to report her BECAUSE apparently that give anyone a PHD. Guess Ill go get mine today

Don’t book an appointment here for a COVID test. They don’t do them. Don’t be deceived by their website letting you literally book an appointment and the spots up front labeled “COVID testing”. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude and the place itself just looks sketchy. Don’t waste your time here

I went online to check-in and when I got there they told me that they emailed me back and told they did not have any available appointments, but I never received an email from them. Stated that they could take me as a walk in which confused me because online and outside stated they have an urgent care, they told me no the are a primary care office and that they verified my insurance and I have to meet my deductible in order to be seen. She then told me my deductible is $2000. Told her that was impossible because I have met my deductible and I have a copay, told me thats not what they see. So I left and called my insurance company and they told me exactly what I told the lady at the front, deductible was met and copy was $30. Sad that I had to sit there almost 30 mins to have to leave and go somewhere across town to find out I have the flu!!!! I will never ever go back there again...

They are ALWAYS unprofessional. Went to them when I was pregnant they gave me the wrong shot (thank God it wasn’t anything that could harm the baby), I’ve been billed for services I haven’t received, on the door the hours of operation is 9-6 which they do not follow. The doctor doesn’t seem anyone 4 or after I was at the office at 3:50 no other patients they told me they had to check to see if I could be seen. The staff are unprofessional, OVERALL I HATE IT !!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to them if they can avoid it. They told me my insurance didn’t cover a service and I told them i would pay out of pocket they told me I couldn’t do so (I’m guessing because it was close to 4 and the doctor didn’t want to see anyone else), the doctor rushes you and doesn’t do her job fully.

I love my Dr at first care. She is the best! Passionate, caring and listens to me.

This was my first time visiting First Care Medical Clinic and the front desk was polite and clear about my insurance coverage. The doctor and the staff was helpful and clear with my diagnoses. I was in and out of the clinic happy with the services. I will go back.

These ladies work so hard and the lady who did my Covid test was so sweet. Definitely recommend. Was super friendly and fast !! In and out in 20 minutes with results ! ❤️

I submitted my insurance details online, made an appointment, and showed up at the appointment. About an hour later, after I was already in a room, they then told me they don’t accept my insurance.

Dr Baker staffs love them, they care about her patients ! They make sure you are taking your medication and making sure don’t run out!!

Went in for a visit and everything turned out great.. all the staffs was very professional, The doctor listen to all my concerns of wat was going on with me today and she answered all my questions and took care of me.. thank you guys👍🏽

The people that work here really, actually care. make sure to call ahead and book so you know what to expect - their website isnt always 100% up to date, but the people who answer the phone know what theyre doing. Ive been here three times, the only issue I ever had was due to the website.

I absolutely love my doctor she takes the time to talk to you to understand you and provides the very best healthcare for you. Her medical staff treats you like family.

Do Not Go !!! The worse place ever !!! Drs do not care Staff are the worse ever !!! Make appointment they still make you sit over 20 mins till they are ready to check you in why they do nothing but chit chat !!! If you say anything then they just bump you to the bottom of the list !!! Only go cause I have to Thank Goodness I have other Drs and my life dont depend on a horrible office, staff !!! And now they dont even answer the phone any more they let you leave a message and maybe they get back to you by the 6th one after over a month of calling !!! Stay away

Those who want a medical examination for i-693 form , better avoid this center. Though their fees are less, service is very bad, they keep dragging for more than 2 weeks.Front desk employees are horrible, treated like unwanted people and rudimentary behavior.Particularly Rock Hill center is very worst.

Very happy that the problem I came with is what was addressed and that I wasnt upsold a lot of unnecessary tests.

My appointment was 11:00 am for a covid test. By 320 pm they still never came out and tested me after I spoke with nurses several times they kept saying they would call me when my turn was next. I waited 4 .5 hours before leaving and still no test conducted

This is the most awful drs office I have EVER been to in my life! You wait in the waiting rm forever even when you have an appt. Then all they want to do it lab work and send in unneeded rxs. I went in to get a refill for allergy rx and check my arthritic fingers. Two sets of blood work and a ultrasounds later, I went back for the results of ALL of the test. What did they want - MORE BLOOD WORK! The dr wouldnt even come in the room to see me. You bet they stilled billed my insurance. I would never never never recommend this doctor office to a single person!

My daughter had to get a Covid test for college and three different people called with 3 different results. I keep getting the run around and no one seems to know what is going on! This is the most ridiculous 3 ring circus I’ve ever seen! The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing!

All the people working for the clinic are approachable and friendly. Dr. Okwara made sure to verify that I am good to go in doing the immigration physical so I will not waste money.

Never go here. The women at the front desk are rude and do not offer any assistance. And when you call them to try to get your test results they won’t answer their phone or they will put you on hold for 20 minutes and hang up on you. Worst service I’ve ever received.
