The admin staff at this office is completely incompetent. I wanted a Nexplanon replacement, and it took them nearly 6 months to finally tell me that my insurance would not cover it. In that time I was calling periodically, and they kept telling me, I ordered an IUD which I did not. Do they even have records? Does a child take their notes? Then, when I decided on an injection, they told me to come back in two days for the injection and when I get there, they said I should have it with me but no one told me that. Also, what the other review said, you call and it rings forever. All day, every time.

Two stars because I like Dr. Friedman. The clinic administration is incredibly disorganized and their billing practices are so shoddy they verge on criminal. Ive been double-billed repeatedly for copays I already paid and charged for services I never received. Ive also repeatedly gotten incorrect notifications that I missed an appointment or other random messages that dont apply to me from their system. They need to fix whatevers going on in the back office.

Very suspicious that this office doesnt have any other reviews. The service is TERRIBLE. I already expect very little from shoddy suburban offices, but this practice managed to lower the bar even more.Lynn, the so-called billing specialist, explicitly refused to submit my insurance claim because she didnt feel like it. Literally, I got on a conference call with maybe FIVE different reps from my insurance company and that useless placeholder. Each time, she just refused to listen. When I asked to speak with someone else, she arrogantly stated: Im the ONLY billing specialist in this office.My insurance company agreed that the service, a regular womens wellness annual, was covered; but the claim had to be re-submitted with the correct codes. It wasnt until I finally got a rep who spoke with Lynn privately (and probably knew exactly what to say), that Lynn agreed to do what I/the insurance had been asking for over a week! And just like that, problem solved in 15 seconds. Lynn is an absolute embarrassment to healthcare professionals and should go kick rocks with open-toed shoes. The overall service also sucks and good luck getting a prescription refilled. Would NOT recommend.

Horrible OBGYN! They promised me will call me but they didn’t call me. They did not put patients as their priority. Just don’t go!!!

Worst doctor experience of my life.

Whenever I call this place nobody answers or they simply just hang up. This is Very frustrating, disappointing and unprofessional!!
