Great experience, easy to book appt, the lady there was very nice and took great care of me when I almost fainted, which was very unexpected. Would definitely return next time I need labs drawn.

I wish I could give 20 five star reviews!! I have an insane fear of blood, needles, and medical stuff, and I passed out twice. The staff got me to a reclining chair, gave me ice packs, and even moved me to the other room so I didnt have to get up. They were really professional throughout the experience even though it was very embarrassing for me. Thank you!!

Such a great idea to have a business like this. I work a 9-5 job Monday through Friday and it’s tough without missing work to find a lab that you don’t have to adjust to. Found Any Lab Test Now through Google and it was easy to research and book an appointment. The team member that was working on Saturday was super nice and sweet. I didn’t get her name but she juggled check in and doing the bloodwork. My only qualm is that I wasn’t able to get in right at my appointment time and I was on a bit of a time crunch but it wasn’t a horrible wait. The team member was extra nice and felt like I was in good hands. Would recommend or be back!

Lena was so incredibly helpful getting all my tests organized, getting the best rate and making a return visit easy for me. I wont be using any other lab testing facility from here on out!

Making an appointment was simple and quick online. I was seen seconds after I arrived and the blood draw was painless.

I am a 37 year old with two children (which means multiple occasions with having my blood drawn) and I just had the best experience ever! I have small and rolling veins, which makes it very difficult for needles to find them (so fun!) Brianna at the Round Rock location found a good vein and only had to try once to get it. She was halfway done with the draw before I realized that she had successfully made it in. I’m very thankful for her skill. She deserves a raise!Editing to add that the front desk staff member was efficient and kind as well. It was a wonderful experience overall. I will always use Any Lab Round Rock and will highly recommend them.

Michael was also easy to talk to over the phone. Im grateful I gave Any Lab Test a second chance because I really needed the labs drawn, fast. Each branch is independently owned and operated, so your experience will absolutely be affected by that facet. I would go here, again.

I arrived for my blood draw at my scheduled appointment at 8am but the office was locked.I called and to your credit someone was there by 8:35 am.The tech apologized, was very efficient and polite.She deserved a 5 but not the visit as a whole.

I loved this place. The staff was so nice and really had my best interest in mind with booking, the appointment and more. 10/10 recommend if you need fast or nonjudgmental testing!!

We needed a quick turnaround COVID test for travel and this was the place to go. They made it easy to make an appointment and came out to our parked car to provide the tests. It was quick and they were very professional. They even suggested we provide our passport information to ensure it was noted on the report. That was very helpful. We got the report back within 24 hrs which is what we needed. Don’t make the mistake we almost made that other places like your neighborhood pharmacy could give you what you need for travel. They only commit to 48+ hour turnaround which would have been disaster for us if we had gone that route.

The phlebotomist was great. She did the blood draw painlessly. The person who checked me in also excellent. I recommend this lab.

I felt comfortable as soon as I interacted with the very nice girl at the front. The woman who took my blood made me feel so much less nervous just chit chatting with me. My appointment was at 2pm and I was walking to my car at 2:09pm. Wonderful. Sincerely, Stacey P

Fast and efficient though the woman at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming at all and told me I filled out my form wrong and just communicated it like I was an illiterate child. Maybe just be a little more personable and don’t have such a harsh demeanor with your patients. That would have been lovely.

Quick in and out and results in minutes. I got a rapid Antigen test. I pulled up tin the designated parking spot and called the number. Within minutes the technician came out and swabbed my nostrils. Not the brain puncturing 6 inch long nasal swab but just a regular swab just inside the nostril with a few quick swirls around. Pretty harmless and painless. Results emailed in just 30 min. Now I can be off on my flight to Honduras tomorrow. Thanks!

I love coming to this facility to have my labs done!! The techs do a great job with sticking because me, which is rare in my case because I am a hard stick! I really do appreciate how clean and organize the facility is; on top of that, the techs are always professional and friendly!

I had a terrific experience from beginning to end. Easy and straightforward appointment scheduling process. I did it online after hours lots of available times throughout the day. I called customer service the next morning and all my questions were answered. She even went further and added some useful comments that would assist me when I went into office. I wish I remembered her name. I was greeted and assisted by Michael who was beyond helpful and friendly. He assisted me and explained the whole process throughly. Highly satisfied with this labs testing and experience.

What a wonderful place. My praise and gratitude for Michael and Santos for their patience and understanding with my daughter. She was scared even before she got there but Michael was awesome in helping her calm down.Hats off to both these men! Wonderful customer service.

UPDATE:Had another visit today and received top superior service again. This time, front desk Michael was very helpful and went far and beyond in excellent customer service and assistance. He took a step ahead in making sure I was given a discount off my lab work being a self pay patient with no medical insurance. He was very friendly, helpful and made me feel welcomed. The phlebotomist, Bernice was very friendly and patient. Being a patient with not so good nor easy to find a good working vein, she took her time in making sure I didn’t suffer from painful sticks nor left me bruised. She was awesome! This is your place to go to for lab work! They always go above and beyond in all areas of customer service. I highly recommend this place! THANK YOU MICHAEL & BERNICE!! THANK YOU ANY LAB TEST NOW ROUND ROCK!! 😊I have been going to this Any Day Lab in Round Rock for the past couple of years. Every time I go, I always receive great customer service. The staff are always ready to assist with a smile. Very friendly! Raul Ledesma usually draws my lab. He is always so patient and reassuring (my veins are usually hard to get a hold of). I must say, after several repeated attempts by different assistants, Raul always manages to locate a good vein for a success withdraw. I leave with only 1 attempt and no bruising. I will ONLY use this location even though its a bit of a distance for me. I very much recommend this location.

I really enjoyed my visit. I was nervous about the blood draw, but the needles here are painless and their is no sharp pain. I would highly recommend coming here. The only complaint is that the bathroom where you take your urine sample was NOT clean. There were feces on the toilet, and they do not wipe and sanitize the toilet after each patient. I will come back again, but next time clean your bathrooms!

Everyone was very nice. I interacted with two people, the woman who took my blood was great at distracting me with light conversation as my blood was being drawn. This helped a lot, since blood being taken can make me light headed. The man who did my intake and took payment was very friendly and I would definitely come back and refer others here. Getting my blood drawn is nothing new for me, and this was one of the most painless and quick experiences I’ve had! The staff was beyond helpful, kind, friendly, and professional! I scheduled last minute, came in, and they got me in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. They made the whole experience a breeze and answered all my questions. You can tell they really enjoyed what they do and really wanted to help, and all in all it made the whole experience a relaxed, friendly and easy one.

The ladies working the AM shift were very friendly and professional. I was in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone needing labs performed. Very satisfied with the service.

This was the second time I used their services and had the best experience. Their lab is out of the way for me, but I dont mind driving that far because they are fantastic. While the experience of getting my blood drawn was pain free and quick, the woman working here was rude, I needed paperwork done and she made it seem like it wasnt her problem and that she didnt care to get it done and I ended up having to make multiple trips back. Definitely needs to have someone talk to her about how to talk with her customers and about simple courtesy.

The Any Lab Test Now Round Rock location is my go-to! The customer service is awesome and I’m always seen quickly and greeted courteously. Mike, the supervisor, is always welcoming, friendly and helpful with any questions/concerns I may have. Raul is very knowledgeable and gives the best I.M. injections! He is quick, efficient and I never feel the medicine being administered. I also had some bloodwork done and am pleased to say that it was another prompt and painless experience. I’m working with a functional nutritionist who ordered some bloodwork. I received a kit in the mail and a list of places nearby that I could go to. I called and was able to make an appointment with no issues. When I arrived, I waited less than 5 minutes to go back. They were already familiar with the kit & what was needed. It was quick, easy, & the staff was friendly.

We had to bring in our four year old for a test. Mike was an excellent technician. An easy lab draw with no tears. The front desk was very kind and professional and she communicated very well about cost etc. I recommend this location if you need to bring in a little one.

Easy to schedule online. Showed up at scheduled time, taken back within 3 minutes for blood work. Tech was very knowledgeable and great. Test results was back the next morning. Highly recommend

I do not share stuff very much at all to the media, But I got to tell you these two guys, Michael and Raul did a great job during my visit. 8am Im at the door with Michaels smiling face telling me good morning, great start to the day with my past personal drama of having blood taken from me. The last 2 times at other facilities, they created blood clots, bruising and a lot of sustained and long term pain from the actual needle stick. so, its a month later and I have to have another blood draw, this time its at a different place, this place. I tell Michael and Raul about my last couple of experiences and Raul says, dont worry about this one, I got you, lets go ahead and take care of this right now. I could not believe that I did not even feel the needle at all. I had to ask Raul if we started yet or were we finished? Thats how good Raul drew the blood. I have never in my 64 years here had a better blood draw. Owners, These two guys are what we call ASSETS to your business. They should be at the least acknowledged for their expertise if not given a bonus for their professionalization. The front desk receptionist isnt the friendliest, Ive called numerous times because my results arent in for a workplace test so I havent been able to return to work. No one knows anything about whats going on with my results and its been quite a lengthy process. However, the man who took my sample was very kind which I appreciated

So first of all, Brittney was so sweet and friendly when I walked in. But then, I had to stick around for a while because I had performance issues. LOL I really enjoyed Brittney and Michael. They were both friendly, professional and made me comfortable while being there. I just think they were truly awesome.

Went in for an STD panel. Expected it to cost $200 like it said on their website when I checked in for my appointment. That’s just the panel. The comprehensive test was an additional $350, which I was not expecting to pay. Service was okay, but nothing to write home about. Had I not blown my entire emergency fund on this, I would’ve given it 3, maybe even 4 stars.

I needed a rapid covid test on short notice because I was attending a small family function where I knew some members were unvaccinated. I work with the public and didnt want to risk getting anyone sick, even though I am fully vaccinated. Every place I checked was FULL UP because of demand and because you didnt have to pay for it. I found this lab and it was very close to where I was. They had an appointment available in 15 minutes! Even though I had to pay for it ($79) out of pocket, it was worth the peace of mind. For my results emailed within 30 minutes as promised. Very professional and convenient drive-in. I highly recommend Any Lab Test Now!

I am in the medical field and have used this lab in Round Rock many times. Their prices are reasonable and by the time I make a doctors appointment and get labs drawn I spend more money than using this facility directly. Your results are emailed to you. You do not need a doctors order to have lab work either. They are professional and caring.

Fast and efficient. Having filled out the forms online when I made the appointment I was completely done five minutes after I walked in the door.

I went this Round Rock and Michael took my blood. Now, I don’t know if you are like me, but I have tiny veins. Getting my blood drawn is always painful and traumatic for me. Michael hit a small vein on the first try. No digging around or resticking me. I shouted out “I love you!”. If you are reading this and have any questions about getting your blood drawn, these professionals are fantastic!!!!

The representative was friendly and answered with the information that I needed.The website was clear and once I paid for the test, I was able to receive a same day appointment.The tech was on time, took the sample and I received my results in less than 30 minutes.Excellent experience!

I found this place on the recommendation of my normal lab, who was incapable of doing a blood draw for a research test without a pile of paperwork from our pediatrician. Santos at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Brittany back in the lab did a great job with blood draws from my two boys. Id highly recommend this place to anyone that needs it.

I really really really enjoy the staff and the information provided to me in reference to my health. Raul and Monica provided positive information and necessary information about the test and the shots available for my needs. The tests. As a female over 40 with nutritional and diet sensitive needs I find having this business in my neighborhood incredibly convenient. They provide food allergy testing, nutritional testing, hormone testing, iron blood level testing, as well as a plethora of other services. Currently I am taking the B complex shots and I am very pleased with the results. This business and the service they provide is a good for our community and I hope that more people take advantage of their services. I am also planning on taking advantage of the sales they offer to make it even more affordable to be healthy.

The first time I came it was fine, other than the a/c was out. The employees were very nice. The next time I came I was turned away because they said they were closed, even though the hours listed say until 6, and it was well before that. It is frustrating to drive through traffic to get to the one place that says they are open and then be turned away. If this is the case, they need to list the hours they actually provide service, because the current hours listed are completely irrelevant.

This place is wonderful!! Everyone is so sweet, fast & efficient. I just got a basic test done because I didn’t want to go to the trouble of going to my PCP and it helped soothes my nerves a lot that I can go somewhere so easy and quick!

Front desk wasn’t very efficient / effective (didn’t know what test I was coming in for, took a long time to find the test - I had to Google it for them). But still 4 stars given the blood test was pretty painless & results came fast. For a better Any Lab now location, go to the one on Balcones street

Worst customer experience ever. April is one of the worst customer service representatives I have ever come across. Hung up on me once when I was asking about the facilities name. So I called back, she said, Hold on a minute I am taking a patients blood right now, I will be back real quick!.I was on hold for 5 minutes before I gave up. Like I said, worst customer service, I would 100% not even bother trying to call these people.

I stopped in at Any Lab Test Now today in Round Rock. I did not have any lab work done today as my grandson was selling chocolate for his school. The staff is super friendly, I spoke with Raul and Monica and was impressed with their knowledge and customer service! I highly recommend this location for anyone who wants great service. The next time I need lab work I will be visiting this lab!

Did a rapid nasal swab test for COVID here. Super quick and professional and theyll collect the sample from your car for safety.Excellent option if you need a test ASAP. Just be aware that they dont mess with insurance so you will have to pay out of pocket.

Monica was SO informative. I walked in as a new guest amd she welcomed me as if she known me before.i can tell she loves her job and loves to inform people of their services they provide on site. I got a b12 shot and the phelbomtimist on site, mike, gave me a shot and took my blood and IT WAS PAINLESS! I left feeling great about myself and as a single mom of 2 and someone that works in the health field full time i felt confident i did the rt thing and got the right services for me. :) ill be bk for sure!

I requested a gluten test and I advised the person that I had not eaten gluten in over a year and he assured me it wouldnt affect the test. I believe I paid $75 for that test alone and it came back negative to which my doctor told me its impossible to test for it if it isnt in my system. They basically robbed me of $75. I had additional testing done that my doctor had ordered and this guy was the only one in the entire building, it made me extremely nervous as he spent the whole time staring at my breasts and leered over me breathing heavily when he was drawing my blood. He kept working into the conversation that he was single and I had never been more uncomfortable. I cannot remember his name but hes a Hispanic man with his arms covered in tattoos at the Round Rock location. I highly advise you find another facility for testing. Tons of violations as well, the guy specifically told me my doctor had to fill out my lab form (they had forgotten to) but he filled it out anyways which made me uncomfortable and he did not look confident in what he was filling out. He said it would take 24-72 hours and it took 2 weeks for my doctor to get the results.

The lady at the front desk had a attitude with me because the people who sent me didnt set it up right. After explaining my situation and trying to figure it out she calmed down eventually. Not the friendliest greeting and not the most helpful of people but after i just payed for it i was in and out.

Santos googling and researching and calling to make sure i get EXACTLY what i need verses having me pay for the wrong stuff.And Michael.... never in my 38 years have i EVER had my blood drawn at the speed of lighting. i am a hard stick. Have to get poked multiple times, veins deep and roll. Im a cry baby, hate needles because of it. Michael did that ##@% so fast, accurate and precise i was still waiting for him to stick the needle in. Hes already on bottle 2 and im still confused. no pain. no NOTHING!!! I want my labs done here EVERYTIME!!!!Friendly... excellent customer service.

I would highly recommend this lab.I have gone there for the last 4 years to have my yearly blood work done. Raul, the phlebotomist is excellent.He is very professional and highly experienced. I am a difficult stick. The last time I had to have labs was for a premployment physical at an assigned lab, not Any Lag.. It took the phlebotomist 3 sticks, with the last being my hand.Raul was able to get my lab studies with the first stick. Yeh!

This is the best place to go for any of your testing needs. The location is convenient right on I-35 and no appointment is necessary. Monica is fabulous! She is courteous and professional and took the time to answer all of my questions.

I have used Any Lab Test Now for both personal lab work, and for my business SERVPRO of North Central Austin.Personally, my family uses Medi Share, a health care cooperative, to keep medical costs and premiums down. Medi Share helps my find pharmacies and Labs that do tests for much less. So my doctor a Seton give me the Lab Order, and I take it to Any Lab Test Now. They do the test for MUCH less than Setons labs, and the results go to my doctor. Easy, low cost, high customer services. Wonderful.For my business I want to make sure my employees have the best protection. So I use Any Lab Test Now to check they have the right immunity shots like Hepatitis B. Any Lab is familiar working with businesses, and makes it easy for employees to drop in, get the test, the results, and me pay for it. Awesomeness.A shout out to Monica for helping me out. Everyone was super nice, professional, and fast. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. And the phlebotomist did a great stick!

This place is great , quick service , very affordable and staff is friendly and courteous. I can’t recommend this place enough, if you are in the area stop in and get anyone of the vitamin shots you can really tell the difference between that and just taking a pill.

They were lovely and quick, but the results in my opinion werent an easy read. I had to call frantically to have someone decifer for me what the heck they said. They thankfully did, but that was the only problem.

I have deep rolling veins and lab techs usually cant hit my vein on the first try but this guy was awesome, hit my vein in one shot, didnt hurt at all and then I was done, really impressed with this place.

I would not recommend using this location at all. For a while, I was on Lithium Carbonate which is a mood stabilizer. I was on 600MG of the drug, this drug also requires you to get blood work done every six months to check your T.S.H. (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) levels. When I went to this location I asked the employee (who also did my blood work) there to make sure my doctor gets a copy of the results. She said Yes, thats what it says on the paper. The reason I said that is because its important that he gets it, and I dont want ANY screw ups. One month later, when I went to the doctor he did not get the results!! Are you kidding me?!! Thankfully, I had the results on my mobile app. But I shouldnt have to relyOn that for my doctor to find out. What makes me the most angry is that what if my T.S.H. Levels were too high or too low and my doctor had no idea because of their laziness! And run the risk of getting Hypothyroidism, Hyperthyroidism or Hashimotos disease? If they cant even do what theyre suppose to do than I will not return to this location!

HORRIBLE place with the worst customer service. Rude, disrespectful obnoxious staff. HIPPA law violations all over the place. This place needs to be investigated by the state.When I was there, the phlebotomist called someone, stated his name and told him the lab test that needed to be redone (really loud so we could all hear the HIPPA violation). She said the speciman wasnt good. That means she screwed up the specimen and had to repeat it.When you sign in, they dont cover the names so it is possible to see everyones name.

I do not like going to doctors and hospitals most of the time. This was much more affordable, same tests, far easier, and the front desk guy was cool. :)

Great place, results are fast and they have tests for things I didn’t even know you could get tested! Prices are reasonable and they have drive up COVID testing.

These guys are awesome for Covod testing. You stay in your car, they come out and you swab your own nose. Results are fast!
