Front desk attendants were no help at all. Just kept saying we can’t do anything about my insurance being the wrong card they said to pay the $140 fee or reschedule. Mind you my insurance changed and I had told them, and also I had submitted all their paperwork online, which was never reviewed, and I never received any notification that they cannot take my insurance to the location and tell me that it wasn’t valid and I needed to either pay or reschedule about 20 minutes till closing and eager to leave I don’t recommend this place if you want to see a doctor or just a different provider .

Lazy people working here! They don’t ever want to pass the phone to anyone in charge, apparently no manager is ever in the office. They declined to see my husband because of not having his insurance card, that they have on file already! And, of course they won’t want to see him because his appointment is at 4:45pm and they close at 5pm. Horrible location!!! They “accept” walk-ins but you need an appointment to be a “walk-in”. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place. My husband has been in pain for over a week because that’s how long it took to get his appointment. Do they care, no they don’t!

The staff, from the receptionist/scheduler to the asst PA to the PA were PHENOMENAL. Some of the best in the business Ive run across...definitely making the Palm Valley location my new primary care place for mens health.

Today I had to do a telehealth to renew my finasteride (I have a spot on the crown of my head that’s thinning, it’s a hair loss med) prescription with this branch, as my branch on the south side wasn’t taking appointments for several days and I ran out of it the day before. This is a low risk med that I have had zero symptoms with. Just need a refill yesterday. The medication itself doesn’t show results for 3-9 months and I’m just finishing the 3 month period. When scheduling this appointment I asked the scheduler why I needed one. I have no change in condition, I also have very little experience with medication. I have not been on medications for extended periods in many circumstances at all. She said I don’t know, I just schedule the appointments. I told her “ok, I’ll pay you a 43 dollar copay for no reason”. The doctor then called me and asked about potential side effects such as gynocymastia (female type breast tissue), depression, suicidal ideations, which, again, I have none of and could just be easily reported if necessary. I asked her why I need an appointment every 3 months for this type of medication as the appointments are more expensive than the meds, and she said she didn’t know, and she was new but it might be policy, but she would check. All of this I can deal with, without agreeing with it, and it’s fine. Everyone’s gotta make a dollar and doctors make a lot of them through charging our insurance companies for needless appointments, maybe they’re even required to, and no one complains because it’s a doctor, but I do because I think people should. I’ve seen too many unnecessary and even fraudulent things happen in charging for healthcare. I have personal experience.Here’s my huge, huge problem… After I questioned the scheduler and the doctor, and she asked me about the subject of my current call, finasteride. She said great, I’ll go ahead and put in that refill. Done, right? Nope. She then proceeds to ask about an old Xanax prescription I had in January of 2024, 6 months ago, and how it’s going with that. I was given this medication by my primary care provider as an anxiety relief when traveling. I have requested it the last 2 years for 25-30 hour travels overseas each way to New Zealand and Thailand, once a year, and only during that time. When I told her I only take that for overseas travel, which she can clearly see it hasn’t been refilled in half a year and a not for year before that when I travelled, she said “ok, Glad to hear you’re able to keep that under control”…. What?? Excuse me? She was actually attempting to make me feel like a drug addict on an unrelated issue, for asking questions about, and expressing dissatisfaction with their process regarding my hair loss medication? Can anyone explain to me how a one time prescription each year for travel, relates to finasteride? She didn’t ask me about any other prescription I’ve had in the past. The answer is, it doesn’t relate. She didn’t like the dialogue with the scheduler, and now she’s going to employ her ego to show me that she’s in control of it, maybe in defense of her coworker being questioned, maybe for herself…. But extremely inappropriate considering the reason for the appointment. Ok. Here’s a review and an expression of disappointment in how this doctor chooses to handle people that have valid questions and negative opinions that she doesn’t seem to want to hear. There are people who abuse drugs. I don’t think their prescription list looks anything like mine. There are professionals who abuse power too. At the end I said I just don’t believe in paying for things that have no value, she said “it has value, I got to meet you and get to know who you are.” Thanks doctor, but I’d rather have 43 dollars back.

Everyone at the facility was very friendly and personable. My visit went quick and was smooth and they were attentive to my concerns. I’d recommend them to family and friends anytime.

Extremely poor service I recently received when trying to schedule and attend an appointment. I originally called 3 weeks ago to make an appointment to see a doctor. I was given a specific date and time which I confirmed would work with my schedule. I even reached out the day of the appointment to double check that I was still confirmed and was clearly told that yes, I was confirmed. I arrived at the clinic on time for my appointment, only to be informed by the reception staff that my appointment had actually been canceled and the next opening to see a doctor wasnt for over a week.This is completely unacceptable. Scheduling an in-person appointment with a physician weeks in advance, confirming that appointment the day of, and still having it canceled without any notice shows total disrespect for patients time. On top of that, to be told the next available appointment isnt for over 10 days demonstrates a major failure to appropriately staff and schedule appointments. I sincerely hope this complaint results in policy changes regarding your cancellations procedures and availability of doctors, as situations like mine simply should not happen to patients seeking medical care.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Total Men’s Health. Despite the importance of timely communication regarding lab results, the clinic fails to call patients once labs are completed. Moreover, attempts to follow up through the patient portal are met with no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and demonstrates a disregard for patient care. I expected much better and will be looking for a more reliable healthcare provider.

At 27 years old things like low T were not on the radar, things like quit nicotine wasn’t even on my mind. It had been a long time since I went since I went to the doctors office and thank God I did. The doctors at total men’s primary helped me get my health on track, the made getting my medications super easy and do a good job walking me through all the labs, medications, diet and really anything.

The office is nice and clean and the doctors actually have a conversation and listen to you.Follow up: the assistance from the front office, Sharma who made we feel welcomed. Next, Nayklh was amazing. I knew that my veins were going to be a challenge for a blood drawl but she calmly assured me she’s a pro and had some food waiting. To boot she got me on the first attempt which hasn’t happened in years !Lastly, my PA Took the time to listen to me and understand the fool experience that I’ve been going through over the last eight months and gave me the ability to feel like I was parting with her in my recovery

I have been going here for over a year now - the staff is friendly and professional. I love how on top of scheduling they are. I have rarely had to wait, and they are quick to get you in and out to get on with your day. The entire staff is really great - receptionist is on it - phlebotomists are kind and great, and every PA I have seen has been kind and awesome. Really appreciate them.

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to be seen here. Less than 30 mins before my appointment, they called and canceled it. To accommodate this inconvenience, they graciously offered to see me next week. LolSorry we only gave you 30 mins cancelation notice, but you can wait a week and come back! Horrible customer service.

Great service when you want to make an appointment so they can bill $$ for services but other follow up services on par or just as bad as other regular clinics. I contacted them on May 7th to send a new diabetic medicine refill request and insurance approval to my new medical insurance. The assistant assured me the provider would get the message. On May 13th I get a message from the pharmacy stating the provider is not responding. After calling Total Mens to try and figure it out the lady I spoke to said she would get back to me. Its now May 18th and still no response or any communication on needed diabetic meds. Stay away for complex or follow up requiring medical issues...quick nurse visit or test and they do that great! In this new day age with all sorts of technology and great prompt service total Mens claims to offer it shouldnt be difficult to simply follow up. Its 2024 not the 1990s do better!

Been there a few times now. Staff is friendly but ineffective. They prescribed a medication before Christmas and said they would work my indurance to get it approved. It is now january 17, and I have received no update even after checking in via phone and their portal. Wen there to day for an appintment and was running late. I got there 12 mins after my appointment time and the receptionist said shes be with me in a minute. She then mentioned they had a 15 (14 mins after I got there), so I said OK well its 15 minutes now and I was already here. She said, yeah but iI didnt check you in so I need to reschedule. Wasted an hour of my day. Will not be going back. Taking my labs and other info and going elsewhere.

I found their medical office and services very nice when compared to a private General Practice. Their waiting room is clean, comfortable, and stocked with beverages and snacks while you wait.I was escorted to the exam room a few minutes after my appointment time. Which is nice because previous office visits with my past doctors had me waiting 30-45 minutes to be seen.The provider/doctor was very thorough with my visit and answered all of my questions and discussed possible future treatment options that worked with my time and lifestyle. Long review shorten: they look forward to helping the patients make better health choices that allows the patient to live a healthier lifestyle. I am glad I chose them to address my health concerns.

Booked an appointment based off the receptionist telling me they accepted my insurance, so I book an appointment and took off work to realize they didn’t take my insurance. So when I showed up to my appointment and asked for a minute to figure out the issue, another receptionist rushed me out the door and told me I had about 15 minutes to figure out the issue or they would cancel my appointment. Very unimpressed with these guys.

Everyone was very friendly. There was not a long wait at all. I was very pleased with my visit!

Great experience overall, professional staff with nice facilities.I was easily able to book an appointment through the website for my physical/check up and was seen the next morning. Updating my insurance was easy too as they accept nearly all providers.Doctor and nurses made me feel comfortable, explained things to me and made sure I had all the information I needed. So I was well looked after.The facility is easy to get to, pretty modern, and the waiting area was comfortable with snacks and drinks if I wanted.

Friendly staff, nice environment. Its more comfortable to be than an ordinary Doctors office. Also no mountain of papers to fill out. Get in and out quickly and go on about your day. Drinks and snacks available as well. Doctors really take their time to listen to and address your concerns. They make you feel heard and dont rush you or make you feel like theyre blowing you off as Ive experienced before with others. This is a great place to go and I highly recommend it.

Sharma always makes sure that I am in and out as quickly as possible, as I have a hectic schedule. Kristy always provides the best care possible, and is very respectful of my time. She is also always friendly, knowledgeable, and informative, and is quick to set me straight when I need it. Kristy is also a master with a painless needle, and a great communicator. The medical care experience is always patient and care-focused, very professional, and very respectful of my limited time. Its hard to say enough about the high standard of care at the Palm Valley location, thanks particularly to these two.

Every thing went nice and smooth at my visit at total Mens. The nurses and front desk woman were all nice and respectful.

Recently got an annual check up. I have not got a check up in over 10 years. Part of the reason is because I have a needle fear. They made me feel comfortable drawing blood. Clean, fast, and friendly environment recommend.

The staff was kind and respectful. The doctor answered all of my questions, and they have all of the typically external services (blood work, psych services etc.) in house which makes my care experience far less stressful.

Went in for a really bad sore throat. They ran a strep test and 5 minutes later they tell me I’m positive. My script was ready in half an hour. They are very prompt and courteous. Will go back for sure!

We found out our son may have been exposed to COVID from his school. We were able to schedule COVID testing for the whole family through the website. It is very simple and easy to follow.Upon getting there, the check-in was fast and the staff were super friendly. We got all of our test results through text about 20 minutes later.After that update, they also followed up to ensure we were satisfied. Great customer service. Went here because it was close to where I live and to see what it was like. For one I was able to get all my paper work finished the day before online which I love instead of the old arrive 30 min before and fill out this paper work. I arrive a few minutes late but they were fine with it. I waited in the waiting area for a short while where they had one some sports on the TV. I was brought in within 10 min and tended to which lasted around 20 min and I was done. Highly recommend

Always a pleasant experience, Sharma always welcomes me with happy greetings, and Kristy is the best; she is very gentle and always asks about my family and my work and makes me feel extremely comfortable during my visit. Ive had 2 great experiences at this location. Specifically, Savannah and Sierra. They were both personable and highly professional. Savannah was excellent at handling responses during the intake (sometimes an awkward process with sensitive questions) in a warm manner that made me not feel alienated. Pretty much, shes awesome! Sierra was very knowledgeable and caring, her diagnoses took into consideration all angles and possibilities. I appreciate her thoroughness and compassion. Shes also awesome!Ill be recommending this Total Mens to my friends and family.

Kristy is absolutely AMAZING! So much about getting TRT has to do with being comfortable with the team at the location. Kristy is very friendly, knowledgeable and knows her stuff! This location is lucky to have her!

Everyone that works at this office does a great job. Sharma at the front desk is always very nice and helpful. Kristy, the nurse I typically see does a great job administering any medical care I need. Very professional and takes time to ask questions about my health. Chorvy is also very knowledgeable and helpful when going over any test results, answering any questions that I have.

Ive been a patient at this location for over a year. Kristy and Sharma feel like family and provide a very welcoming environment. Kristy is the best technician Ive ever had at giving IM injections. Im so thankful that I found this location!

First time patient and I’m not sure I’ll ever go back to a “regular” doctors office again. The experience was just as they described - comfortable, fast, and easy! The lounge area was a pleasant surprise with all kinds of drinks and snacks, and made for a nice treat on the way out. Sierra was absolutely amazing and very easy to communicate with. Definitely not bothered or burdened by seeing them in the future!

The staff here are amazing! I scheduled an appointment and waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. The physician I saw was very knowledgeable and nice to talk to! She addressed all my questions and concerns, helping me feel a lot better than before my visit. Best men’s health clinic in Round Rock! They also have many locations including Austin and San Antonio if you live in those areas.

Really great team! Front staff member was welcoming and nice - they accepted us as Walk-ins for rapid Covid tests, took our insurance and we were in and out within 30 minutes. Lovely waiting room filled with coffee, sodas, snacks, etc. Covid results were texted within the hour. Would definitely recommend!

My experience with Total Mens Primary Care Round Rock was exceptional. The Receptionist/scheduler was very pleasant and the health care team did a great job being comforting and thourough when providing information and going through health evaluation. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed, which helps put you at ease if Dr. Visits give you anxiety.

The staff is extremely friendly and organized. It was a very easy process to schedule my appointment and the staff was very prompt during the appointment. I found this clinic by searching for a Covid test near me. I’ve had some strange symptoms and wanted to be certain I didn’t have Covid before returning to work. I was able to book that morning for an afternoon appointment. I went in and waited less than 10 minutes and was out the door. I had my results within the hour! The facility is so clean and the staff was amazing. I would highly recommend visiting them. They have several locations around Austin.

Signed up late last night for an in-office COVID test today and it could not have been easier. When I got to the location this positive review was reinforced by the courteous, helpful, and direct staff. As good of an experience one could have going to the doctor.

Woke up feeling really sick and needed to get a COVID test. Upon entering they were really busy. As a new patient I needed to fill out paperwork which they made really easy by scanning a QR code. Once paperwork work was completed they asked to me take a seat in their lounge where they have snacks and beverages for patients. I only waited 5 minutes for the nurse to call me into the room and perform the test. The nurse was friendly and quick when completing my COVID test. I was provided with my results within 30 minutes via text. Overall a really great experience with this location.

Outstanding service. Im happy to finally have a place where I can get the medical attention I need. Im paying out of pocket but the prices are reasonable. Im truly thankful they are here.*Update* I want to give a warm shout-out to all the staff at this location. You guys are amazing. If I could, Id adopt all of you into my family.

Returned for annual visit, previous annual was with Total Primary Care. Had to fill iut the new patient information (again). Tried the QR app and it wouldnt let me attach a photo of my health insurance. Tried the QR code and the link sent over SMS. Neither worked, ended up spending 5-6 min on that. Eventually used the kiosk while the front ladies took my info. Overall a typical healthcare visit; seriously dont understand how this industry at every office everywhere needs the same information given every year.

Wonderful clinic. I got there early and they were able to see me before my scheduled appointment time. Everyone was super polite and the place was very clean. I had not been to the doctor in a long time and they put me right at ease. Will be making this my Primary Care practice. Highly recommend

I needed a COVID test and it could not have been any easier. Easy to schedule the appointment and the test was fast and painless. Office was clean and staff was professional. The best part was I received a negative result in about 30 minutes!!

I would highly recommend to anyone who asks about first class Healthcare in the Round Rock area. My visit was quick, and the professionals left no rock unturned. Being prior military, they inquired about previous injuries and ailments to ensure I was receiving the proper care.

Everyone I spoke to was so kind from making the appointment, entering the clinic, getting my COVID test, and leaving. I didn’t know if they’d serve me since I’m not a man, but they were warm and welcoming. The lobby was spotless and they even had snacks and drinks for patients to enjoy! I waited less than 5 minutes to be taken back and the medical professional who gave me my COVID test was amazing. Should I need to get tested again in the future, I’ll definitely be going back!!

Service was great. My wait was minimal . The physician was very attentive and listen to all my concerns. Together we come up with a plan to treat my symptoms. Highly recommend this for males who are in the edge of seeing a doctor or not…. Oh and the snacks are an awesome touch.

I’ve received Covid testing here twice. Each time was extremely efficient! I was checked in quickly, waited in the super comfortable waiting room for 5 minutes max and then immediately seen. Even better, I received my results in 30 minutes of my appointment time. I was nervous about it being Total Men’s (as a woman) but it wasn’t weird at all. I’d obviously love to not return for Covid testing but given the current world we live in, if I need another test, I’ll be going here!

Total Mens has handled my primary care since I moved to Austin two years ago. The staff is friendly, the facilities are spotless, and the waiting rooms are the absolute best. I definitely recommend giving them a try if youre looking for care, or are having a less than great experience with your current provider.

Ive been using Total Mens Healt for all of my Healthcare needs since November 2022. The staff here at this location (Sharma amd Kristy) are very professional and courteous and make sure I have a detailed understanding of the tester therapy process. Ive the most energetic Ive been in years thanks to Testosterone injections and Im grateful to this team for helping me get on a healthier track.

I needed to get a COVID test in order to go back to work, my HR person did a little digging and sent me the link to schedule at TotalMen’s assuring me that they would test anyone. It was super easy to schedule the appointment, just choose a date and time from their calendar and fill out a little bit of contact info. They sent me a confirmation and a pre-registration form which took 2-3 minutes. I showed up at my appointed time, had the test done, quick and painless, and was out in 5 minutes! Less than an hour later I had my results. 10/10!

First time Id seen a doctor in around 10 years. Staff was welcoming, environment was calm, and I made it through the entire visit without having a panic attack. They also accept all major insurance companies, which is a huge plus. Ill definitely use Total Mens from here on out. Also, the office is full of cute ladies, which is always a plus in my book.

My girls and I made Covid test appointments here and the staff was so kind and accommodating. The nurse that administered my youngest child’s test was so gentle and really put her at ease. We are exceptionally grateful to Total Men’s Primary Care for opening up their Covid testing to women and children.

Total Mens is my primary care provider, so when I found out I may have been exposed to Covid, it was only natural that I go to them for my test. The whole process was easy. I made an appointment online this morning, showed up this afternoon, virtually no wait time before my test. The attendant was polite and professional. She explained everything before we started. Best part: she didnt have to tickle my brain to get the sample. Results were sent to me by text a few minutes later.

Was in the area and kinda wandered in. So glad I did! Ended up getting a testosterone check with the staff. The area was clean and everyone was considerate and friendly. There are snacks and drinks in the waiting area but I was seated for all of two minutes before I was called to have my exam. I wish I could leave more stars!

Fast and easy for COVID testing. They take walk-ins, so try to book online, but if you show up early theyll give you a time frame to report back. Super helpful and very nice staff!

Great doctor appointment today. This place is the best option for the average millennial man who just wants comfortable and convenient health care. I know what Im getting here which cant be said of many doctor offices. One side note for anyone who may be in need of pain medicine for a chronic condition- this particular location wont help you. I still received my prescription through another TMPC location in Austin luckily.

Went in for an annual, it was super simple to set up and everything was straightforward. Had to set up a follow up for recommendations on derms and other providers, which went well too. Had 0 issues at both appointments and you also get snacks afterwards!

They advertises walk in Covid test but do not provide walk ins unless you have them listed as your PCP. They even have walks in on there window. They did not provide a courtesy prior to me showing up.

I called them in advance to have a walk in covid test and when I got there they told me that there arent any walk in services. (The sign on the front door says just walk in. I asked for a mask for my mom and couldnt even provide that. After trying to negotiate if she could get me in even after calling first she told me no and that I could try another location.... Ok..... lady.... can you give the second location a call to check if I can get in? Flat out told me no. And when I drove all the way to the other location I couldnt even open my mouth before the lady at the front desk said that there short staffed and that an employee was late and had to push back all appointments.

Went to Total Men’s Primary Care in Round Rock today for a COVID-19 Rapid test and had a wonderful experience! To answer the question everyone’s wondering.. no you do not have to just be a man to be seen!😂 The process was very simple, the facility was very clean and I had my results texted to me within 20 minutes! The little waiting room has snacks, cold drinks and a Keurig! I’m very happy with my experience and will be returning for any more rapid testing I will need in the future!

Great friendly service. Very helpful and attentive. I was formerly a Low T patient and became accustomed to being treated like a number. At Total Mens Primary Care I was treated like a person by physicians and nurses who care.

My advice: go to an actual clinic. The rooms are also very small and they don’t clean them between patients so good luck with that!
