I’m sitting here writing this review while I sit next to my 3-month old son’s bassinet as he sleeps 💙 a year and a half ago, we didn’t think we’d be able to have any kids at all and now we have our sweet baby boy and additional frozen embryos that we will go back for to complete our family. We had the absolute best experience with Dr. Propst!!! I have a variety of fertility issues including low AMH and diminished ovarian reserve which means we knew fertility treatments wouldn’t necessarily be easy or straightforward. From our very first appointment, Dr. Propst explained all of our fertility options super clearly in terms we could actually understand and gave us a realistic chance of success. It was clear that he was totally on our team and was willing to support us in whichever way we chose to move forward. We ultimately elected to pursue IVF. Dr. Propst and his staff were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer my endless questions and constantly made sure I understood and was comfortable with every part of the IVF process. Dr. Propst walked us through every monitoring appointment and never left us questioning what was happening in our cycle. We were able to move swiftly (while still ensuring we did the required testing to ensure the best possible outcome) which I also appreciated! I’m so incredibly grateful I chose Texas Fertility.

Texas Fertility Center in Round Rock was phenomenal and so very important to our family. After struggling for years with a different clinic to make any progress, TFC helped us to feel seen and heard and could offer plans to try rather than dismissing us as a lost cause. The egg donor program specifically allowed us to now be a family! Dr. Propst saw our needs and helped us feel encouraged to continue after already feeling defeated. And even after our tragic pregnancy loss, their team treated us with such kindness and care as we kept trying for further transfers. Our son is a miracle on so many levels, and his presence here on Earth is due in great part to Dr. Propst and the team at TFC!

TFC and Dr Propst are incredible. We went through 5 IUI cycles, 2 IVF egg retrievals, and 2 embryo transfers before we were successful. All along the way they were so understanding and supportive. Wonderful nursing team and always very responsive. I would highly recommend TFC!

My husband and I loved our experience with everyone from Texas Fertility Center! Everyone was so kind, patient and thorough throughout our fertility journey. It was bittersweet to have graduated from their office, but so thankful to them for everything they did to help us get pregnant!

I recommend TFC. I struggled to try to conceive for 2 years in which I had 2 miscarriages. Finally, I decided to try acupuncture along with IVF and got pregnant in the first IVF cycle and just delivered my baby girl in April. After talking with 3 different doctors around the Austin Area, I decided that Dr. Propst was the right doctor for me. Dr. Propst was the only doctor that listened to what I wanted, while other doctors just made me feel I had no input in the process. TFC never pick up the phone when you call the office, but they ALWAYS return your call. If you choose to go to the RR location, you may need to go to the main location a couple of times according to Dr. Propsts schedule and weekend visits, but its well worth it!

Dr. Propst is hands down the best! We have our miracle babies because of him and his team. His nursing team is amazing and very responsive. We can’t recommend them enough.

The staff at TFC is kind and I always feel welcome there. Also, Dr. Propst is personable and seems to care about his patients and our journeys to growing our families. We were able to get pregnant and deliver a beautiful baby girl after 4 years of infertility. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Dr Propst and his team are seriously top notch! We’ve been working with them trying to start a family for a bit now. I’ve had two surgeries and Dr Propst performed both. He cared about recovery and truly wants to see my husband and I start a family. I’m currently waiting to start IVF for personal reasons, and Dr Propst is still encouraging and guiding us!They’re really not difficult to get a hold of! I try to remember that I’m not their only patient, so when I can’t get a hold of them via phone I typically just email my nurse team.

Good luck getting a hold of anyone there. If you dont have time to consistently be by your phone for a call back, youll play phone tag for awhile. You have to leave a message in order for someone to even call you back, even during business hours... it goes straight to voicemail. Im not trying to schedule a new patient visit, I already did that... but they still send me to that voicemail for some reason. Then when I tried calling back to tell them thats the wrong section.. I kept hearing the staff answer and then automatically forward me again to that section without even speaking to me. Talk about laziness... If its this bad in the beginning stages, I couldnt imagine what it would be like down the road...

Talk about laziness I’m suppose to have surgery here and can’t even get ahold of the surgeon cordinator. What type of incompetence is this?

Make sure you ask about all charges. You will get a bill for charges you didnt know about.
