I had my first appointment with Dr. Culbertson yesterday and I was very impressed and relieved with him and the entire staff at this office. Its a huge decision and risk to have any type of plastic surgery and I take it very seriously and they all made me feel secure in my decision and that I chose the right team for my case. They were all so helpful, friendly and professional!

I am an active 73 yrs young, outdoorsy lady and equestrian. I had a breast reduction and lift. I was so tired of the appearance and discomfort of bouncing down the trail and decided to explore my options. After interviewing/questioning three different surgeons, I chose Dr. Furnas. Her skills as a surgeon and her friendly and honest feedback regarding expectations were deciding factors for why I chose Dr Furnas. Her facilities are beautiful and clean, and the staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful, holding my hand from start to finish. I am so pleased with the results! I went from a DD to about a B cup. In my opinion, Dr. Furnas is a rockstar among plastic surgeons! We are lucky to have such a talented artist in Sonoma County!

I had a rhinoplasty and chin implant with Dr. Furnas about 15 months ago, and unfortunately, the results and follow-up care have been disappointing.Pre-Op: The office was initially very attentive and accommodating, even arranging Zoom visits since I live several hours away. However, after the surgery, they refused to accommodate a virtual visit, despite assuring me beforehand that they would.Post-Op: I healed quickly from the procedure, and the staff was responsive when I had questions. But during my first follow-up, I expressed concerns that the results were not what I had asked for. I was told the swelling was still present and to wait. At my next visit, I raised the issue again, but instead of addressing me directly, the staff relayed my concerns to Dr. Furnas while standing outside the exam room, which felt highly unprofessional.I gave it more time, as I was only a few months post-op, but by my last visit, over a year later, my concerns remained. I still have a visible hump on my nose, and nothing was done to address my tip. When I asked for a revision, Dr. Furnas refused, citing Michael Jackson as an example, implying that I was asking for an extreme change. This comparison felt patronizing and dismissive, especially since my requests were reasonable and aligned with what was agreed upon before the surgery.Before the procedure, I sent in photos and was reassured that Dr. Furnas could achieve the results I wanted.Advice: If youre considering work at this office, I strongly recommend asking about their revision policies. If they aren’t willing to stand by their work, I suggest seeking out a surgeon who will.

I truly love this facility! Dr. Furnas and her team have always made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome! I’ve had a few procedures done by Dr. Furnas and all of my procedures have been handled with the upmost level of professionalism and the results have always been amazing! When it comes to procedures of any kind, you have to find that human that you trust and you feel comfortable with. I can genuinely say, I would never feel comfortable to go to anywhere else! I can’t speak highly enough about this facility and the quality of service that I have received here!

Choosing to surgically alter your body is not an easy decision to make…but after having 4 kids and breastfeeding my breasts were pancakes. When I wore bathing suits and dresses my breast didnt fill the size that matched the rest of my body. So when I finally got the courage to do something about it I scheduled an appointment at plastic surgery associates and I’m so glad I did!! BEST experience I could have asked for! I felt well cared for by all the staff each step of the way. I didn’t ever leave feeling uneducated or unprepared for my surgery or what to except during recovery. I decided to get a Breast Augmentation with a Lift (mastopexy) and am over the moon with my results. I originally did NOT want the lift because I was scared of having ugly scars, but after further discussion I decided to achieve my goal I had to…. and I HAVE NO REGRETS! My breast look amazing and my once very large Areolas are small and beautiful. If you’re looking to have plastic surgery this is the place!

Wowsers! This was my 2nd time using Dr Canales. There is no better plastic surgeon than he and his team. This 2nd time I had a tummy tuck and Dr Canales explained it all so I had a perfect understanding of what was ahead. The day of surgery, I was very nervous but he and his staff made me feel relaxed and ready! Recovery was easy for me and the results are amazing. After 6 months, I was bikini ready! Soon, will be a year post op and my boyfriend promised to take me to Miami Beach to show off my new bikini body! By the way, I am 62! I would recommend Dr Canales, Kelsey, Jessica, Rachel and the entire PSA and Medspa team over and over. Thank you for my new life!

I can’t say enough good things about all of the staff here. Dr. Canales has an amazing bedside manner and truly cares about you when you are his patient. He went above and beyond to make sure I not only healed well but that I got the best results possible. Kelsey is simply amazing. I looked forward to my aftercare visits (& I had a lot of them) as it gave me a chance to connect more with Kelsey on a personal note. If I could give PSA 10 stars, it still wouldn’t be enough. I filled out a consultation form on their website for a breast augmentation and got a call within 2 hours to set up a consultation! My consultation with Dr. Culbertson was informative and pleasant, from trying on different silicone inserts to using 3D imaging to show a realistic profile of what those inserts would look like on my body. Within 2 weeks from the consultation, I had my surgery, where I was guided with careful, friendly care from their personable staff. My recovery was a piece of cake, especially with how precise Dr. Culbertson was with the incisions and insert placement. I am one month Post-Op and cant say enough good things about my experience with this team. Incredibly wonderful experience with Dr Furnas, Dr Canales and their entire team. I have engaged in the services of PSA surgical team a few times over the past 16 years. I have complete trust in both of these skilled physicians. They are clear in advising you about your options and making sure you understand the potential outcome. Dr. Canales, Kelsey (CMA) and the Surgical/Office staff at Plastic Surgery Associates are not only professional but they are kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Plastic Surgery Associates provide far and away the highest level of personal care. From my first contact to set up a consultation and ultimately discuss financing options, Alexandria was on top of all my questions, more often preemptively providing me with everything I needed before I had thought of it myself. I was able to move forward at every turn on my timeline. My surgeon Dr. Culbertson listened to me as I expressed my vision and delivered the exact results I had hoped for. In the process the real gift was Rachel, his medical assistant, who fielded my endless emails, questions, concerns with her full attention, compassion and dedication. I felt like I had a personal team, not just a procedure. I unfortunately do not recall the names of my surgical team, my surgical nurse and anesthesiologist, but I do remember that I was treated like the only patient on earth. After waiting a few years because of Covid and some personal issues, I finally had my breast implants removed at Plastic Surgery Associates of Santa Rosa. From initial consultation to follow up after surgery and every thing in between I was treated with respect, compassion and kindness. I was nervous about the surgery and they all helped me feel calmer. Literally everyone in the office is easy (and pleasant) to deal with, from the front office staff to the doctors. My results are everything I had hoped for, and the surgery itself was easy. I felt fine after only a few days. The hardest part was following the doctors orders to refrain from exercise for six weeks! I would encourage anyone considering this type of surgery to meet with them. I had the opportunity to undergo surgery with Dr. Canales 18 years ago, and I am still thrilled with the results now having surgery for the second time, 18 years later. Dr Culbertson did an amazing job on my breast augmentation and gave me exactly what I wanted. Every nurses I met were all so nice and helped me when I got nervous right before surgery. It was an amazing experience.

Such a great group of folks. I had a procedure done here in December 2022 and felt taken care of the whole time. The surgery center is state of the art. I felt very safe and well cared for by the team. I was well supported in my recovery. I had several follow up visits for routine check ups to monitor progress. It was very reassuring to have the doctor closely follow my recovery and monitor the outcome of the procedure. At 70 I am thrilled to have had breast reduction surgery. From my initial telephone conversations with Keri I felt supported and encouraged. I am eight weeks from abdominoplasty with rectus muscle repair and liposuction tomorrow with Dr. Culbertson. My results are beautiful. My incision was very thoughtfully placed and artistically closed. It is already a very thin line and smooth on both sides where the incision stops. And the belly button…..so well done! Honestly, the incision closure and belly button were my biggest concerns, and I am 100% happy.Dr. Culbertson was very realistic with balancing what I wanted with what he thought was possible for my best outcome- that helped me trust the process! I fully trusted his opinion and was correct in doing so.The first four days postop were pretty painful due to the muscle repair, but I was given so much valuable information before my surgery about what to expect that I wasn’t concerned and knew it was all normal. I healed so quickly; I was surprised at how much better I was every morning. I followed ALL instructions before and after the surgery, including vitamins, arnica, skin cream, and lymphatic massage (thank you, Gina Perine, you are amazing!).Rachel, Dr. Culbertsons, MA, is someone you want to hang out with! From the moment I walked in I felt that they care about keeping me safe from the virus, clean with clients safety measures in place. The staff is always polite, warm, and attentive. I’ve had a few things done here with no complaints on my end. I love that they follow up with you to see if everything is as expected or if you need to swing back by to have something touched up. This office is so professional with excellent bed side kindness. You don’t feel as though you are wasting their time or you need to hurry. They take their time to answer questions and ensure you walk out with little confusion as possible.Their communication is very efficient no matter what means they use. I switched my procedure from my prior office to this office because of how they make me feel every time I speak with any part of the team. I know I am in good hands and feel safe.Worth every dollar spent.

I have to say simply the best I have been to another technician for Botox and filler and this experience was completely different. They listen to what I wanted to achieve and they took their time with numbing my face and it was almost pain-free but the best part was the lines on either side of my mouth were gone my lips looked a little bit fuller but still natural and my frown lines on my forehead in between my eyes are completely gone after two treatments. We have a treatment plan for the next two years and I have to say they are the best I’ve ever been to. I have sent two of my friends to them and they agree simply the best. And wait to see their beautiful office. Thank you for what you do.

After 10 yrs researching and following PAS for over 6 yrs I had made my final decision to have surgery. I remember still feeling extremely nervous making that initial phone call. The night before surgery the anesthesiologist checks in with you. Then morning of, its go time! My partner dropped me off, he went to breakfast, and then I was pretty much finished with my surgery! Nothing like having two surgeons and an amazing OR team. They get you in and out with perfection.Post Op you will also have several appointments to follow for check-up.

I cant say enough nice things about my experience at PSA of Santa Rosa. I have wanted to have a breast reduction since my early 20s, but was nervous about having the surgery. Im now 55 and decided I was ready to do it! I heard great things about PSA of SR and since this was my very first surgery I called for a consult. Everybody in the office was so nice and made me feel comfortable at every visit. I was very nervous the day of surgery, but the staff and Dr. Furnas were wonderful. The surgery went well and my recovery has been awesome! I thought for sure I would have to take pain pills after surgery but I never had to take a single one! I highly recommend going here! I had a breast augmentation that i had been wanting for YEARS and the moment i called to try and set up a consult i felt so relaxed. After several failed surgeries that left me very unhappy with my body I saw Dr Canales. He was very clear about the possible outcome of my surgery but felt he could get me to a place of being ok with the results. Due to issues with scar tissue my surgery was a bit more then he thought. He opted at that time not to do a lift for a few months. Three months post op and I could not be happier with the outcome without the lift. For the first time in forever I am completely satisfied with my results. It couldn’t have turned out any better. I am so grateful to him for his amazing work.

I have been a client at PSA since 2013 and I cannot recommend them enough! I have visited both the cosmetic surgery side, as well as the med spa and I have ALWAYS had a great experience. The front desk staff is warm and diligent in booking appointments that work around my schedule, they are thorough in keeping medical records up to date by booking yearly clearance consults, they are comforting and informative during treatments, and they are always a call away if you have ANY doubts, questions, or concerns post procedure. The RN I book with at the med spa is Kirstie, she is extremely sweet, honest, and has kept me looking natural, but better ;) . My surgeon was Dr. Furnas and I honestly could not be happier with her guidance, as well as the results from my procedure!

I had multiple procedures performed by doctor Furnas and now I wish I had not. I am having her work redone with a new doctor, beginning with revising a very unfortunate tummy tuck that left me with unacceptable sagging skin, dog-ears, and bizarre looking scar placement which has caused me a lot of insecurity. I also have dog-ears and other problems from my chest surgery. Doctor Furnas is a polite and friendly person and that is why I have held off on reviewing her because I dont like to say anything negative. But I just dont feel right if I dont at least give my perspective and help other patients out there. You dont want to waste thousands of dollars for work that needs to be totally redone, or to wind up looking weird, or feeling embarrassed about your body when you go through all that trouble and healing. Regrettably, I cant recommend doctor Furnas for plastic surgery.

I had to have a revision to my breast implants because they were too big for my frame and were rippling and hanging low. My right breast was often sore. I also wanted a softer implant. A week after my operation I am healing beautifully, I can tell the rippling is gone and they already look pretty again! They have extremely kind and compassionate staff who treasured me with love and kindness before, during and after the surgery-Dr. Furnas made me feel very safe and she did a beautiful job restoring my breasts! Life changing! Dr Canales is amazing! Im not usually one to post reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due. All of the staff at PSA are patient, kind and just so obliging. Dr Canales was so patient with me as I was so indecisive about having any procedure done to correct my capsular contraction. So much scar tissue had developed in one of my breast from a past procedure. It was not only painful but made me feel insecure. One of my breast sat higher than the other. Long story short, he gave me so many options and let me take all of the time I needed until I felt comfortable in moving foward with our agreed method of fixing my issue. The outcome could not have been better. He did an amazing job and I couldnt be happier with the results!

I am so happy with my results. I had an awful double chin issue that would not go away with diet or exercise. I tried Kybella with a different facility and received little to no results. Dr. Furnas did chin lipo for me and the results are fantastic. I had a lot of scar tissue due to the Kybella but she was able to still do a phenomenal job. My overall experience has been great and everyone there is so sweet and attentive. Ive also been going there for all my botox needs. If anyone is at all on the fence about getting botox, I highly recommend going for it at this place. No pain and the results are the best. I look amazing, THANK YOU!

Ive recently had breast augmentation, and my surgeon was Dr. Canales. Hes a fantastic surgeon, and the whole staff Ive encountered were more than helpful with my surgery, my appointments, being informative, and so forth. I definitely would recommend Allegro Med Spa for breast augmentation. They also offer other cosmetic surgeries as well. Both Dr. Canales and his full staff made me feel right at home and were very attentive to my needs. From being able to fit me into appointments on short notice and when Im late, answering ALL my questions honestly, bringing my prescriptions to the pharmacy, etc, theyre just a SUPERB TEAM. Im so grateful I chose Dr. Canales as my surgeon and having met the fantastic staff.

Recently I had to go in to get a Capsular contracture. In Layman terms it means my skin easily stretches. So my perfect breast augmentation done by the amazing Dr Furnas about 3 years ago started to hang lower then my pocket. They use a mesh if needed to give my skin a little more back bone and extra sutures! They are perfect! I would say it’s like having the breasts I had as a teen....But I never had any so I wouldn’t know. LOLAll I know is I’m beyond grateful. Im beyond happy with the results. And my confidence has a little more boost. My post op was quicker then the first time as well. I was up and moving the same day!!! I came in and Dr Furnas and her team gave me better results tan I could have ever imagined.😍Thank you psa, I love you.

My plastic surgeon was out of town and sent me here for an infection after lip augmentation. Coming from the Monterey area to Santa Rosa, I was exactly 6 minutes late. The ladies downstairs sent me upstairs to check-in. I went up to the desk UPSTAIRS and a blonde lady (just found out her name is Claudia!!) told me that because I was late and this was just a favor being done by my plastic surgeon, I would not be seen. She went on to say that the doctor had just got out of surgery. Well, then, he is here, right? I asked. She then said, We cant help you. I said what about tomorrow or the next day? No, she said. I began to cry. I said I dont know what to do. She preceded to look and me and said Sorry. I went downstairs to get my husband. He was so upset he took my hand, and we went back upstairs and demanded to see the doctor. The blonde said to my husband, She is too late. We can not see her because we have a 15-time span. My husband said she was 6 minutes late. She then looked at the clock and said no, its been 15 minutes. My husband then said its been fifteen now!! She has to be seen. It could be something serious.This blonde lady should be fired and never be allowed to work in this kind of establishment or any other that has to deal with customer service. Talk about thinking you are better than. Even in Carmel or Beverly Hills they DO NOT TREAT you like a second-class citizen!!!!!
