Briggs Chaney Walk-in Clinic

Dont be fooled by the 4 stars on this place. They have or had a sign that says if people write a review they will get a discount on their visit. Id avoid this place. Many people have advised me to but I didnt listen. Some people told me this clinic made them get shots they already had documents of proof for. They did just that and I paid for shots that I didnt need. I understand some are necessary after certain years but some arent.Edit: Just because a clinic has been around for over 30 years doesnt mean its serving everyone well. Ive seen people there who struggle with English and don’t fully understand the process, and it seems like your staff may phrase things in ways that pressure them into spending money just to get through it. If vaccinations are only recommendations, dont frame it as if updating shots is mandatory. If you feel like youre not responsible, then train your staff not to say its a requirement. Why should I have to update my shots if you feel there’s no obligation? My papers clearly stated I had a history of receiving the shots but your people still said I needed it.

Went for Covid test , the lady at the desk didn’t notify the person that was checking me in so she came with no mask , then they found out and the Dr came and said if u are here for Covid test do you need to see me? He is the Dr in my opinion he should check every patient that comes in. He asked me if he should order the “paxlovid” without explaining what the medication is for the side effects or anything. I am glad i went there for simple Covid test only. I have 0 confidence to go back there again I rather drive few miles and get the proper treatment.

My family was helped quickly and my cousins are very pleased with quick services including physical. They serve all ages and speak French! And great plant care for the beautiful waiting area.

I really love this place, from the moment you walk in till the moment you leave. They are very knowledgeable and super kind. When my son had a fracture scare, the Doctor made sure that my baby was comfortable and he explained everything step of any procedure he needed to perform. He kept me and my son at ease so I will always come back to this wonderful place. Thank you so much to the Doctor and staff, you guys truly rock. 💗

During my last visit, I was prescribed a medication without being adequately informed about its potential dangers. The drug prescribed to me was known to have serious side effects, yet the doctor did not take the time to discuss these risks or explore alternative, safer treatment options. Whats more concerning is that no diagnostic tests were conducted before the prescription was given; it seemed like a one-size-fits-all approach without considering individual factors. This lack of thoroughness and consideration for patient safety has left me questioning the quality of care provided here.

Very fast service! I went in sick for a flu/covid test and they took great care of me!!

Everyone is friendly and nice. Doctors are great. they are not too busy and very helpful when I came two different times after my car accidents. Physical therapy was awesome. I used to get spinal adjustments twice a week!Office is very well renovated. Paying a $100 is not awful if we werent stretched out already. My life is ruining us.

Dr. Nassiri and Dr. Waleed are the best Urgent Care physicians I have ever met. They are very attentive , compassionate, professional physicians in helping me with my line of treatment!The Facility is clean, the staff is welcoming, and I am always seen at the right time of my appointment.

Colette was the absolute best thing that could have happened to me today. I have extreme anxiety and had to have a hematoma removed today. I had no idea what to expect, and I get very dizzy and tend to faint when there is wound care involved. Colette just knew how to react to my reactions and kept me calm like no one other than immediate family has ever been able to do.

Urgent cares are a joke especially this one. They hire people who arent qualified enough to work a place of better reputation. They are privately owned so I can see why they try to tell customers they need something they dont. Also they know the customers arent knowledgeable so the clinic uses that to their advantage.

There were a few people ahead of me but they got me in quickly. The hours are WONDERFUL and convenient. Every time I called (before I came) they were friendly and helpful on the phone. I’m so glad they are here to provide travel vaccinations and prescriptions!

Went in with a minor cut, And needed three stitches. Everyone was just to sweet to me. I was super squeamish and they took that into consideration and worked around that so I wasn’t uncomfortable. Very nice staff

I’ve been here a number of times and have always received good service. The doctor, nurses and staff are quick and accommodating, and there is seldom a long wait. The waiting room is clean and the care you’ll receive will be stress-free. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in the surrounding area.

I’m really disappointed with the service, not only make a mistake with my mom test and then I have to waiting for more than an hour just for the doctor sign a paper when It supposed to be ready.

This being my first visit here, Monique and her colleague was very patient, polite and helped us understand how the insurance coverage works. Monique also confirmed details with the insurance company and ensured that we pay the right copay amount. Would definitely recommend this place.

Rude. I called in to get a Tax ID number to submit a claim to my insurance and the front office staff were extremely rude and hung up on me. The physicians were great but the front office staff needs customer service training.

I hate this clinic! I felt very judged in there especially by Dr. Nassiri who seemed very unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable to discuss my issues while he saw me. Also clerks at front who answer the phone always sound as if they’re being bothered. Their attitude is just disgusting. I’m now calling a week later since my visit to get my results and I have yet to get through to anyone. I’ll never go here again.In regards to their no one called me. No missed calls or voicemails. I even called them 2 days after my visit to update my number with them. So I wouldn’t have to worry about missing any calls. Don’t tell lies!

They are open late! We were able to get a COVID test needed for my daughters college. So she met her move-in criteria date! Awesome 👏.

The assistant at the front desk was very friendly, helpful, and made you feel comfortable. The wait time was ridiculous in the room. Was waiting for 2 Half hours just to hear take allergy medicine. Pretty much got better on my own just waiting. No one came to check on me... I couldve been passed out.

Ive been to a variety of walk-in clinics and the wait times are always pushing 1 hr., and usually Ive had to go to them when Im having back problems, which means sitting in a chair in discomfort for an hour or so. This place got to me right away, which was deeply appreciated. They also gave me a shot to help with the pain, which nowhere else has done (and I feel much better for it), and provided me a back brace, which nowhere else has done. Overall I had a very positive experience.

All their professional medical staff treated me like royalty. They were very quick, with no wait. I got there right at opening time. I highly recommend this clinic.

Firstly, this plus a Facebook review saved me $20 today. I can afford the $30 copay but honest review follows... No prior experience with urgent care I tried to hold out until I couldnt take it anymore. I came in Saturday morning. Curb appeal isnt great but inside is clean. Staff are friendly. I was seen promptly. Doctor I think could have been more thorough with physical exam but overall was good and provided education, so 4 stars instead of 5. I would come here again if another urgent need arises.

This was the best idea Ive had yet. The location is really good and convenient. I loved the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. There wasnt a long wait like going to the ER. They offer these little prescription savings cards and they actually work.

I don’t usually write reviews, on fact this is my first one but I just feel like I need to warn everyone else. I came in here in the middle of the day on a weekday and I am now almost 3 hours into my trip and they still haven’t even finished. The stuff doesn’t care about you or your time, it’s in an awful area, it’s not clean, and they take forever to do even the smallest things. NEVER COME HERE. SAVE YOURSELF.

My experience with this facility has been beyond excellent. Dr. Nassiri took the time to explain where my pain was coming from and the best treatment for it.The staff is friendly and the wait is never long.

My experience was the worst. I came in to the clinic and took a covid test and was given the wrong one. I called and spoke with Latisha that was very unhelpful. Nothing was resolved. I will never attend this clinic again nor would I refer any one. The customer service was very horrible and unbelievable. I spent $60 for the test and I actually wasted my money. How unfair is that.

I took my wife for an immigration checkup and the agent was very pleasant and courteous. He was knowledgeable and had no problems answering questions we were unsure about. Although expensive, it was a positive experience.

Vicky pays very good attention to details I came in and was told my daughter was not in the system, but she caught the error quickly. attentive and very helpful because I also didnt want register myself to be seen.(late tired and wanted to go home) She made it a quick process.I had just stopped in for my daughter to be seen.Killed two birds with one stone Good worker!

Worst clinic ever. Nurses arguing with doctors was so unprofessional. Seemed like the nurse didn’t know what she was doing. She wanted me to do a test, even though I asked her how much it would cost me, she just ignored my question and did it anyway. I got convinced to get a shot and antibiotics for a disease I turned out to not even have! Because the doctor was so sure I had it and turns out I didn’t. They told me they would call me to let me know the results but I waited for so long that I had to call them myself to ask and they told me my results came in a while ago!? So unprofessional and I don’t trust them at all anymore. I would not recommend anyone going to this clinic

This was my first time here; I was nervous but the front desk service was helpful and friendly; this place was very clean; no appointment was required and the office hours were flexible; the doctor was knowledgeable and easy to talk to; they also gave us a discount for providing a review which I thought was awesome since my husband and I are trying to save money; overall, I would recommend this place to my friend.

Dont recommend this place the young doctor that I saw doesnt know how treat and ask question to try to determine of what could be wrong with the patience. I even had to tell certain things in order for him to do some test. When i called back to get a result. The lady didnt even look what test were done .she was only refering to one test.i even had to ask her about my blood test result.i dont know who regulate their license.i am definitely going to look who regulate their license. This the second time I visit this place and I have not gotten good experience

Hello everyone! Owing to my wonderful experience at Briggs Chaney clinic , i thought of writing this review. Last month i had to take my aunt to a doctor for UTI symptoms, it was a Friday and i couldnt get an appointment from her regular doctor. So i came here and my experience was beyond expectation. First of all the place is way too big and nice than what it looks like from outside. Staff is very friendly , made me feel at home the moment i stepped in. We were taken to the exam room without any unnecessary delays. The MA was very polite and nice. Then came Dr.Ross , who is such a pleasant doctor to talk to. My aunt was so comfortable throughout the encounter and felt so relieved just by talking to him.My aunt is feeling so better now.With such a nice experience i thought its worth writing a review and recommending it to others. I hope you have equally good an experience too.

Briggs Chaney walk in clinic provided immigration medical examination services for me. The clinic is walk in only, and there were several patients waiting in line. I was asked to take a number and have a seat. I was admitted quite quickly and did not have to wait long despite the fact that there was a line. The medical services which I required were done diligently and in a time efficient manner. The staff was very friendly especially the front desk.I gave the clinic 4 out of 5 starts because I think it is important to strive for 5, even if unattainable.Thank you very much

Took my 4 year old grandson here on June 29th,2016 about 4:30pm.The two receptionists were very knowledgeable, organized, and nice.The waiting room was clean, the nurses and doctor did a great job.The waiting time was unbelievable, after the paper work they called us back and five minutes later the doctors helper came in, then the doctor two minutes after that. Keep up the good work, all of you should get a pay raise. At least demand a raise or strike.(LOL) keep up the good work, your appreciated.

I understand how frustrating it can be to get insurance paperwork done and settled but they dont even have the decency to pretend they care about patients, and what theyre going through, or the pain theyre In. All they care about is how theyre getting paid and where the money is coming from. Mind you I have insurance so thats not the issue, the issue is the lack of care, concern, and bed side manners. And yes this 3 and a half hour wait has been great too... I could have gone to the local ER if I wanted a long wait and crappy service...

Super fast and friendly, from the front desk to the exam room. Best experience at a walk-in clinic ever. In and out in under an hour. Worth driving 20 minutes past all the other clinics. Should we need a doc next time we are in town, this is where well go.

The PA is great. However, the staff in the front of the office, ESPECIALLY THE BILLING DEPARTMENT, is lacking. Subpar, lazy customer service. I wish I could give zero stars. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.Then what is the point of YOUR billing department. Absolutely will not be returning.

My family has been coming to Briggs Chaney Medical, on and off, for years. Weve never had any issues with the doctors or staff. The staff has always been friendly and caring. The pricing is fair and honest. I like what theyve done with the lobby. Theyve opened it up and made it more inviting. We will continue to come to Briggs Chaney Walk In for many years to come.

I have been here before years ago, when l walked in today its much bigger, clean. I was checked in a few minutes. The wait was not long. Staff is courteous and professional. I will definitely recommend this clinic to others. Very convenient for me.

Waited in line a long time and wasn’t told until over 30 minutes that covid rapid tests aren’t covered by insurance. We instead went to a different urgent care clinic that takes our insurance. Also - blown away by the incredibly rude responses from this business owner to previous negative reviews. Unprofessional. Also - looks like HIPAA violations because this business is disclosing some individuals’ medical details in response to past negative reviews. They even disclosed the name of a child patient. Very concerning. Updating review to include a screenshot of this business disclosing the name of a child patient and information about his diagnosis at that time. Deny all you want, but people can literally look through your reviews and see this response (“little Cayden.”) None of us should know that child’s name or anything about his medical details.

Ive been here twice, both times with horrible service. First it was an ear infection that they werent able to do anything to help me with (and charged me anyway). Then, I went here because I had a splinter in my eye. The ONE nurse/doctor that was there didnt know how to work the eye equipment. She told me Id have to go somewhere else. Before leaving the place, I confirmed with her AND the front desk that I would not be charged. They both said I wouldnt be charged. 1 week later, I received a bill for $190.00. So I called and fought with them, they agreed I was charged in error. Two weeks later I receive another bill, this time with all these notices about it being past due. I called again, and again they said it was an error. Looking forward to the really past due notice Im sure Ill get next week. This place is horrible. I will not make the mistake of coming here again. Dont go here!

Everyone was polite and kind. Thought I was going to wait long, but didnt. They took my info and before i could find a new seat they were calling me to the back..Doc was nice and knowledgeable. If you have ache, pain or just wondering what wrong you should stop in for a check.

It the Worst clinic ever. I give the COVD-19 test on Saturday and they told me that there is no lab on weekends and I said ok and wait until Monday and no call on Monday so I called them asked about my result the women who answered the call told me that they are getting results of a person who gives a test on Sunday not Saturday sorry place call back after 2hr. I said ok and I call back after 2hr and she said I just find out there is an issue in the lab. I am waiting for that result sitting alone in my room, I didnt go to work or have some time with my family

This place is joke. They took my urine for lab and they said they call me after 2 days but they never did , i went back after a week to get my lab results and to know what happened to me , the doctor doesnt even remember what he diagnosed me for and even what he prescribed me and he yelled at when i asked why i did not get call back then he lied somebidy called me. This is my experience in this clinic. I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE

Very poor medical care and service. Back in the last of of December in 21 I was have severe ear pain from a clogged left ear. To the point I was taking OTC pain reliever just to sleep and be functional. I went to this center as it was the only one open that late post work without a long line. The doctor on duty stated the pain was due to the ear being clogged. He insisted I come back the next day to clear it. When I insisted this needs to be addressed then and there, he *allowed* a nurse to clear the build up. When asked about the increasing ear ache and head pain he concluded that once its clear it would go away. After the nurse remove the wax clog and actually could see in my canal she asked if he prescribed anything relating to it. Here I shoudve inquired if it was inflammed and have him review it again. I was then told to come back tomorrow if the pain did not subside. I went home in as much pain as before and still couldnt hear. The next day I left work early and went to a Urgent Care I used to go to when I lived around the area The doctor immediately diagnosed it as a ear infection when in looked in my ear canal. I was precribed antibiotics pill and drops to treat my infection.Due to it advancing I was bedridden for the entire NYE weekend and couldnt go anywhere. Do not go to the center as they dont care about patients and want repeat visits just to double charge your insurance for work that shouldve been addressed in the first visit. If not for the fact I fully recovered I would be contacting a lawyer for a possible medical neglect suit to how non reactive to this site doctor when I said I was in very bad pain.

Today was an even more pleasant surprise than normal. The new design of the office is very refreshing. Ive always loved the windows. As for doctor care, we are very grateful for the BCWIC. They have been so helpful for me to get my dot card and annual physicals. They are are friendly, courteous and professional. WE found this place through a former job but its so great we continue to come here! Keep up the great work BCWIC! Wow! And I just learned that have dental services. Awesome! One stop shop!

The serviced received was excellent. Francesca was patient with me and helped me through the check in process. I would recommend for people to come here and its open during flexible hours for working adults.

My experience was good. I am in with an ear ache and they were able to assist with the pain by flushing out my ears. I would most likely come here again due to the fact that I do not have health insurance currently. I would recommend this facility to my friends and family.

Very kind people. They were very helpful. This is a very clean and neat place. It seems a little untrustworthy from outside but dont get scared. Just step in. It is a walk in clinic and you dont get to wait too long for your turn.

I like the fact that they are open 7 days a week. they also have extended hours than most clinics so it works out well for anyone who works a 9-5 job. Front desk staff was very friendly and I received prompt service. I would recommend this clinic.

I went to this place for drug test, the people who register patient based on ID were Ok, but not friendly! however, they are better than Ana (the Spanish lady) who is assigned to collect urine sample for drug test! she is so rude, disrespectful, and judgmental, she judge me by my dressing style and disrespect me! she has to avoid her judgment because of color, dressing style or what ever! I hope she is not illiterate to understand each and individuals body language and or culture or color!where is customer based service, if she treat me disrespectfully, unprofessional way in unfriendly manner?

I dont usually like going to the doctors too much but I was suffering from severe pain in my throat. Id wake up constantly in the middle of the night because of the pain for 3 days straight and would have a hard time doing daily activities. I decided Id look for an urgent care clinic right after work on Monday. They closed at 7 and I arrived around 5:30 i believe. There werent too many people in, and I was greeted by the recepetionist lady right away. Forgot her name, but she was fantastic. It was my first time there, but I barely had any paperwork to fill out. After getting all my information and actually making small talk, I waited in the waiting area for about 15 minutes. The wait time was MUCH quicker than any other urgent cares or doctors offices Ive ever been to, however I thought it was slow enough to have been seen quicker. That doesnt sway my review one bit.I was then greeted by the nurse and had my weight and BP checked. Again, top notch service. I waited about another 15 minutes in room and I believe it was Dr. Ross Nasiri that greeted me. So far all three people Ive met here made me feel like an actual human being instead of a client. I explained to him all of my symptoms and he patiently listened to everything and asked if theres anything else Id like to add after my health-rant I remembered like 15 different things on top of the sore throat when I was talking. Even after all that, he proceeded to talk to me about EACH one of the things that Ive mentioned.He recommended me some kind of steroid shot and I forgot all the medical stuff he told me but he said it should absolutely help. He also rewrote my prescription for my asthma stuff and another for what I think was an anti-bacterial pill. I know I was questioning him, and hopefully didnt annoy him too much (he didnt look annoyed at all) because I was asking him how a steroid shot could help my sore throat. He calmly and patiently explained that I dont HAVE to take it but he highly recommends it. Hes a doctor so I went with it. I told him I needed to go to the gym after and asked if the shot was going to impede me from lifting. He said it shouldnt but my arm was bothering me for like 2 hours after the shot. Nothing serious, but I didnt want to risk any other kind of injury after. Again, no biggie I wasnt frustrated at all. Edit** I woke up this morning and my pain is now a 2/10 as opposed to an 8/10. Im so glad I went to the doctor yesterdayAnyways, the reason Im leaving 4 out of 5 is the following.-Location..parking was good, but Ive never felt comfortable leaving my car in that lot.-Aesthetics...Looking from the outside and the waiting room, it doesnt look like it would be a very good urgent care (Looks can be decieving though as I was extremely happy with this place.)I wish I could give it like a 4.5, as I like to reserve my 5 stars for perfect places.I will ALWAYS come back to this Urgent Care and have already recommended this place to several people already. I said this yesterday, and you guys are probably not even going to read this review, but you all are doing a fantastic job.

Took my son here yesterday and was told by the doctor that he just had a common cold, and that his ears and lungs were fine. Had to visit another urgent care (pediatric pm) today because he was screaming and crying non-stop...he has an ear infection and is wheezing bc the mucus is draining. Not sure how the nurse and doctor missed this at this center. I’m guessing they don’t specialize in pediatrics or aren’t pro-medicine for toddlers. I could barely understand the person who took his vitals, but she was nice. They were all really sweet ppl. I would recommend this place for adults only.

Everyone was very polite. Waiting to see a doctors took soooooooo long. The triage nurse was very quick, check in was tedious but they all got the job done! Everyone was very polite & patient. But the waiting is definitely the worst.

As soon as I walked in I was checked in right away. The staff was nice and professional, the office was clean and the doctor got right to the poiint. I have a primary care but if thee is a time I cant get there I will definitely be u sing this clinic again.

My intake process was very pleasant , quick and professional. I was surprised that I was seen/processed right away! I would recommend this clinic in the future, although the cost /co-pay is a little steep.

Too bad theres no such as Cero stars for a place like this 🤬🤬🤬🤬. My brother in law took my niece to get tested for covid since she was exposed to someone who had covid and the staff at this place refused to provide care because there was a $70 past due amount. My brother in law offered to pay there at the moment and they said that the place to make the payment was already closed🤬🤬🤬🤬. Places like this should be closed, how do they refused to see a patient in this pandemic just because theres a past due amount of $70 and the parent was willing to pay right there, really🤔🤔🤔🤔, their license should be taken away honestly. I went to Access Now Urgent Care and WOW my respect for this place.... I encourage anyone to go there instead of Briggs Chaney Walk in clinic 🤮🤮🤮🤮.

Francesca was very pleasant and helpful, service was fast and even though It was my fist time here the staff made me fell welcomed and the visit seemed personal .I would recommend this clinic to any of my friends and family members.

I took my Husband there to get a uscis physical done. We were given one price on the phone, by the time we were ready to leave the price tripped. My Husband when in to see the Doctor on his own and I believe they assumed he is alone with no one to speak up for him. That Doctor told us it will cost 5 and a half times what we were told over the phone. I just dont this its fair to treat someone that doesnt have insurance or a SS card this way. Who are in the process of becoming a Green card holder. When my Husband asked to have the results to his blood work, they gave him an Attitude, He never got any help from the staff until, we decided to take it somewhere else to get it completed. Any one thinking of going here for a Immigration Physical? Dont they are other clinics in Laurel and Greenbelt that does the same thing for 30% less. My final comment Very RUDE.

I spent over 60 minutes being processed, not waiting to see the doctor, not in the appointment, being PROCESSED.Update: I spent over 60 minutes in processing when there was not a single other person in the waiting room. I had to contact my insurance myself. In addition, when I was finally seen, the PA only sent one of the three prescriptions that she said I needed to the pharmacy. I then called to question why the medication was not sent. I was told that the medication was changed because I seemed concerned. The concern the PA referenced was that I had asked about potential interactions between the medications. This was a miserable experience. I have never been treated so poorly at a medical facility; and I have traveled all over the world.

I paid out of pocket to see a Physicians Assistant - Arinze Bosah who was extremely disrespectful and rude. I had a few simple questions but they were met with impatience and hostility. I dont understand why this young man doesnt have the manners to be kind to patients. When I told him my symptoms he said that cant be. How can it not be! Only I know how my body feels. He then went on to say that I am taking the wrong medicine and I should get it changed by my PCP. My medicine has worked fine for me for many years and was prescribed to me by an educated, experienced doctor who is polite and grateful to have patience and not full of attitude.If you are looking for an Urgent Care - DONT come here. There are many other places around (as I later found out) and they do have doctors on call. No need to spend money to be treated badly by these people.Worst thing is the medicine prescribed to me didnt work and I ended up having to go to another doctor later that week as my PCP was out of town.

I have been here a few times. The front desk people are very sweet, and do their jobs well. As for my experience last time, I was very upset. I went there for extreme pain in my jaw. When i was looked at the doctor gave me a antibiotic and sent me on my wa with no therapy for the fact I was in extreme pain. After leaving there I ended up being sent to the hospital at work the next day because the pain caused me to be unable to talk. The doctors at the hospital were in shock that i wasnt given any form of relief considering what was going on. So because of that dr I have a nice large bill from the hospital, and lost time at work to be able to pay my bills. If you want help for anything you are better off going to the emergency room.

I have been a patient since this office opens , always great service. Doctor is very nice and knowledgeable and just puts me to ease no matter what I am going through.

I think the staff seem very friendly. Waiting time was not bad comparison to other clinics I have visited. The greenery in the waiting area is a breath of fresh air. ☺

I was having an allegic reaction (my throat was closing) they told to take a number and wait. If I didnt value my life I would have just so I could pass out and sueForgive me for thinking I could get help faster from you guys instead of straining to speak with the 911 operator and then waiting for the ambulance. Thank God for benadryl 🙏🏾

Walked in and was greeted by a nice young lady in a very respectful and friendly manner. Waiting room was empty so waiting for and looking forward a speedy process after check in. So far so good.

People who are at the desk are very friendly, with great attention to patients, but the doctor( Dr. Ross Nassiri) isnt a nicer person without human meaning, and four visits on different dates and years the same doctor, I said I had high blood pressure, but never gave me advice to get better or medicine until the third year that I visit gives me medicine, tells me that if I do not take it,I can die so simply, it bothers me makes me ray-x of blood test etc, when my name says he did not use my name with his nurse, said Blue choice health insurance, people do not feel like you feel like an object ... the doctor tells me your results will be in about five days, will be called to come back to the clinic, pass over 23 days .... call ask me ..... ohh sorry sir everything its alright with your blood ... the doctor did not call me .... Well thats why I give two star is the worst clinic I ever visited, otherwise most students who are sometimes diagnosed patients University George Washington .... I do not recommend this unless you wanna suicide. .!!

The clinic staff was very helpful and they had required documents at check in if you forgot them but we had our own. The doctor and nurse were nice as well.

I last visited this place 2 years ago for my jaw and was shooed away and told it was my teeth and to take Motrin Even though I have a peptic ULCER. Ended up losing hours at work to visit the ER afterwards when my boss saw it hurt too much for me to even talk at my job. I just saw the doctor even commented on here about my private medical case, and seems to think I was in there for pain meds, instead of actually reading that my review was about the fact I was concerned that I wasnt given any therapy. But he never mentioned that I was diagnosed with TMJ by going to a much better Clinic at 11120 NH Ave run by Nurse practitioners who were able to help me get a fitted Mouth Guard and set me up with a physical therapist who was fantastic!If you have a problem Id avoid this place if that doctor is still there. He overlooks young people in pain by labeling them instead of properly treating the problem or reffering them to someone more qualified for their ailment.

My experience with the Briggs Chaney Walk-In Clinic was great, considering my unique medicine related situation. I went in this past Saturday (6/22). I was greeted at the front desk by Cheryl, who was very sweet and helpful. Being a new patient, I had a few papers to fill out which is expected. I was then taken back promptly. I was seen by Dr. Arinze Bosah. He was very professional, friendly, and understanding of my situation. I honestly wish he could be my own primary doctor! So all in all, I was very satisfied with the service I received here. I left the clinic with the prescription I needed and got on with life. I recommend this walk-in clinic, especially on the weekend when you can be seen by Dr. Arinze Bosah, and when your own personal doctor may be unavailable (as was my case).

Briggs Chaney Clinic is the best! The minute i walked through the door I was treated like with respect. Nurse monique was so patient with and so nice i thought i was dreaming. Not to mention how fast i was in and out of monique face and on to the nurse colette how toke my blood pressure. My blood presure was high, but nurse colette toke her time to calm me down. Once calm ms colette then toke my blood pressure and it was good. Nurse Francesca was smiling and everyone was on point when it comes to clinics. With alllllllll that! I guess this review will be on the fair side...because the front desk people were nice and helpful. the doctor wasnt bad either...just i sorta expected a little more.i arrived with a pinkeye...pretty easy self diagnosis.Doctor: So why are you here?Me:Well...Im pretty sure I have pink eye.Doctor: Lets check. checks my eyes..Yes, you have pink eye. Are you usually around children?Me: Yeah, Saturday I went to a kids party at Chuck E. Cheese. I am also sick so my immune system is compromisedDoctor: Oh...what do you have?Me: A cold, I think..That is pretty much how the conversation went with me asking him to call in a generic prescription of eye drops to my local Walgreens. In my head when he asked me what do you have? I was thinking to myself Arent you supposed to tell me? I thought he would check out other things like my ears and my throat but i guess he trusted my judgement well enough. I paid $135 for the visit only for me to tell him what i have, for him to confirm, and for him to write up a $8 prescription. All within 10 minutes of seeing the doctor. I understand why i had to pay 135, i hadnt met my deductible yet, but still...later on during the week i developed a deep cough and pretty sure i was going through a mild ear infection (the whole swimmers ears feeling). yay for healthcare system. I could have saved 135 if i didnt need to have a prescription for eye drops.

This facility has been helpful and met all my needs , the staff has been super helpful. Especially francesca she answered all my questions without a probelm and was super nice throught the whole process .

Paid for my certification TWO DAYS AGO and its still not done! I cant use the dispensary because of these incompetent slackers. And this was after waiting an hour at their office! Terrible service! The WORST!

Please do not go to Briggs Chaney urgent care. The doctor there is money hungry an the prices are priced however he feels for the day. I called before coming in, to have my child lead test and physical completed for school since I was new to the area and the receptionist told me 35$ for the lead test and 40$ for the physical. I came in the next day an was quoted $55 for the lead test and $40 for the physical. I ended up paying $95 since I had already planned to come in. After being seen I was told the paperwork would be filled out when the lead results came in, but when I came back in to pick up the lead test results the doctor said it would be another $30 to fill the form out. Smh. I will never go back. An I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go either considering you don’t know the true price until u get there. I would rate 0 stars but I gave it 1 because they did do the lead test.

Good customer service and and the process to getting a medical card was quick. Francesca was excellent and helped out a lot.

Took my 2.5 year old to clinic because he complained of a sore throat after having a high fever for two days. MD looked in his throat and said it looked red and irritated to him, said it was a viral infection. He said if it would make us feel better, he would write for amoxicillin but did not do a rapid strep test.I ended up going to his PCP the next day and he was diagnosed with hand foot and mouth disease. It is a virus (MD was write about that - 1 star), very common among toddlers during the summer and he was surprised urgent care doctor did not notice the blisters in the back of his throat (which I had noticed the day before and therefore made a trip to urgent care).So basically it was a wasted trip to urgent care.

They take forever to service. Especially on the weekend! Only 1 nurse in the back who’s English is awful. And is the same person who withdraws your blood. Never come on the weekend or you will have to wait at least 3 hrs to be seen 😡!

When doctor offices are too busy, this is the closest and most efficient urgent care place to visit.. My children and I always receive the best service and very curtuous secretaries... Very well mannered staffs.thank youMame Ndiaye
