I am so thankful to have found this practice and Dr. Pillai-Allen so quickly. I began to have problems while staying here from Virginia to help family members. My doctors at home could not see me for 3 months so I took a chance and called really not expecting to be seen in less than a week as a new patient. Everyone from my first phone call was so warm and supportive. She has an excellent support staff. Dr Pillai-Allen is top in her field with years of knowledge and experience. She explained everything so clearly, took her time, and helped me understand all my options. She has a calm, reassuring, caring manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking help with urogynecological issues

I am looking for a gynecologist and happen to browse and see this , i have read reviews and ignored the bad reviews about staff being rude, i understand sometimes there are difficult patients too.Make the storh short i called in to make an appointment with this doctor and i was surprised that the person who answered my call is really rude. The doctor is not available about my health concerns and this representative who handled the call was rude! No pleasant person.If you hate your job.quit!

Dr. Pillai-Allen was very helpful in diagnosing the issues and prepping me for surgery.

Worst place I have every gone to. Dr. Pillai-Allen is rude and unprofessional. The manager is also rude and unprofessional. I have never gone to a doctor office where they treat you so bad and talk to you they way they do. I will not be going there anymore or referring family and friends to this office.
