Any Lab Test Now

Called in to ask if they supported the type of lab kit my doctor had shipped to me. It was a complex one with very specific instructions on how to freeze the tubes before shipping. Holly answered my call and sounded very familiar with this type of test. It was a relief to hear how knowledgeable she was! She told me to head right in. I arrived as she was wrapping up service for a child who she sounded so great with (I’m a mom and can attest that the phlebotomist makes the difference for kids). Holly was as great in person as she was over the phone. The ‘poke’ was easy, quick and we were done in no time. This Southlake location is the one I’m going back to from now on.

On June 14 I went in for an employee drug test. I was advised when I arrived that a hair test was ordered. I was brought to the back room where I was sat in front of a computer that showed the instructions on how the test was to be performed. The test called for 120 strands of hair. The tester informed me she would have to cut from the back of my head as close to the root as possible. Knowing it was only 120 strands, I wasn’t super concerned but still a little nervous (as would anyone would be having their hair cut by a non-beauty professional). She snipped two sections and I assumed we were done.She said it wasn’t enough and continued to cut. After 7 sections I was worried and took a picture. 3 more sections were cut after I took the attached picture. She bundled it up and I left in tears. I called corporate but they were no help. They just took a report “in case it happens again”.I would avoid this location (or company) for a hair test. It seems their staff isn’t trained on what 120 strands of hair is. I questioned the tester multiple times while cutting and she assured me she knew what she was doing. As for anyone that says I should have left, this was my first hair test and the employer required it. I was under the impression the staff knew what was the proper amount was.

I got my gluten test done 12days back. They told me i will get the results in 2 days.Its been 10 days never got the results. They dont call and tell the reason behind this. I have been calling them everyday, all they have to say it lab is working on itNot reliable at all

The experience I had at Any Lab Test Now is South Lake was fantastic.My questions about the tests I needed and what was included in different packages were answered thoroughly and with an attitude of kind education.I do not enjoy getting my blood drawn, but the co-owner, who helped me, was so enjoyable to talk with and drew my blood so easily that I hardly noticed.I will definitely return for any further blood work.

I’m scared to death of needles but Holly walked me through all of it. I was very relaxed.

I brought my family in for COVID tests that we needed to travel outside the US. The guys working there couldnt have been friendlier or more helpful. It was a great customer experience. We walked in, filled out the paperwork and then all four of us were swabbed. It took about 10 minutes total.Very easy and very pleasant experience. The best part was that they dont cram the swap all the way up to your brain. The swab wasnt uncomfortable at all.This was my second visit to this location in about 6 months and both visits were great.

So simple & easy! My doctor ordered a specialized kit and I was able to take it in and Sammie got everything I needed taken care of in about 10 mins! Quite a greater experience than traditional lab locations. I will definitely use Any Lab Test Now in the future!Thank you!

Richard and James were awesome, they got us in immediately to do our Covid test for traveling out of the country. They were very efficient, super fast and really nice. I highly recommend using this location, very worth it!! And they were cheaper than going to a clinic for our rapid test!

Very professional and convenient. Alexis administered my test. She was friendly and it was all done very quickly. Destiny (and another person whose name I dont remember) were very helpful at the check-in counter. I recommend them highly if your needs match their services.

I made an appointment 24 hours in advance by calling. They were very receptive and kind. When I showed up for my appointment, there was no waiting. The location is clean and staff friendly. Highly recommend!

They made it so easy and convenient for me and my tight schedule. The young woman that took care of me was amazing and walked me through everything and I ended up purchasing a package I didn’t even come in for. I had my results in minutes and was out the door. Definitely will be back.

If I could give no stars, I would! I went on 05/11/23 at around 8:30 a.m., so you-Owner, can check your records and see who was working there at that time if you really care to have a business.I made an appt. went in said Hi since the red-headed woman was just staring at me, she didnt say hi back and just responded with,Do you have an appointment in a very rude tone so from then on I started acting just like her VERY RUDE, I think she realized what was going on because she changed her tone at the end of the visit, too late! Never coming back to this place and Im making absolutely sure no one I know ever comes here either.

Quick and I didnt even feel the needle....she was that good. Excellent!!!However my results said test not performed and I had to go back and have the test done again which was inconvenient.

Our experience was great! My husband and I went in together and Jamila was so informative and helpful in choosing what tests were the right fit for the information we were wanting. Jamila is great at what she does, everything was simple, fast and painless. Some people cross your path and make you think wow, what a great person! Shes one of those people. The location is spotless and easy to get to. Well definitely be going back for all of our labs in the future.

Extremely unreliable, with poor communication and customer service.I booked and paid for a test with same-day results. Showed up for the test (2 days after booking) and was told they couldnt provide same-day results, and couldnt guarantee results rhe next day. No call...no email...text to alert me so I could schedule elsewhere. A colossal waste of time and resources.I requested a refund, but anticipate poor service there as well.Buyer beware with these folks!

I had a terrible experience here though my hopes were high. Went to get a covid test before an international trip, and the ladies working there were extremely unprofessional and rude. I felt uncomfortable the whole time and they barely even addressed me.They made me go out back to do my test (outside) so there was little privacy and they were so rude about it. I had to do my COVID test myself while they watched impatiently and gave little instruction. It doesn’t make sense that I paid $150+ for a test and had to do it myself. The workers acted like I was an inconvenience to them even though I scheduled my test in advance. Absolutely uncomfortable and would never go back.

I need a lab test last minute. I searched the internet. I decided that this was where I needled to go. My trip started of weird. I thought, the lab was near my hotel. So I called to confirm my time. I told the person who answered. I am going to be late. They said, its fine, just come in. When I arrive I was greeted by a very intelligent woman. I had several questions to ask. She made me feel that no question is stupid question. She also must have been working in the lab for a long, long time. Because she had all the right answers. I would return to this location. My reason being is Jamilah! What a professional.

Their website stated $99 for yearly physical bloodwork. But when I arrived they told me $129. And said well the prices changed and we haven’t updated the site yet. So I feel that us their problem but they made it mine. Hence the 1 star.

The lab nurse was very professional, she does her job with passion and love. The space is cleaned, nice and quite.

I am travelling internationally tomorrow and got the COVID PCR test done yesterday since international airlines still require PCR test done within 72 hours of check in time. CVS customer service informed me yesterday that the result should be ready in 24 hours. After spending an hour with CVS and Labcorp’s dreaded and do not care customer service, I got a hold of Rich with Any Lab Forth Worth location. He was very friendly, prompt, accommodating and got my walk-in test done with a very short notice. Great customer support and an awesome attitude from Rich. Prime example of some people just work for a living and some work with a passion. Thank you, Rich.

This place did a great job. I just walked in and had a PCR Covid test and received results in less than two hours. It’s best to make an appointment on line though.
