The staff at Southlake is superb. Friendly, knowledgeable, and an outstanding customer care experience. Margie, the RN, drew blood effortlessly and was incredibly thorough in going over my medical history and conducting numerous tests. Dr. Phelps gave me the most detailed explanation of my test results and medication details that no other physician has ever done.I HIGHLY recommend this location for your medical needs and customer satisfaction.

Disappointing. The doctors were very thorough and the office is clean. Front desk is so kind! However, twice now my husband has had to wait in the waiting room for an hour or longer. He makes the appointments early so he can go before work, but has ended up being late twice now. I totally understand that things happen out of the doctors control (they are late, an appointment runs over, etc) but if this happens we would appreciate honesty and a reschedule rather than wait for 2 hours to be seen.

By far this is the best place and would highly recommend to anybody. Faith (my provider) made me feel as if I were her only patient for the day. She not only explained every thing (and very thoroughly I might add) but also answered EVERY question I had. Her demeanor is calming (I sometimes suffer from white CS) which in turned calmed me as well.The staff here is excellent and didn’t meke me feel as if they were in a hurry to get rid of me to get to the next patient. Highly recommend!!

This was my first time here and I have been looking for a good place to get annual checks up etc. By far the best place I have ever been too!! Front desk were nice! Margie that drew my blood was very knowledgeable and the Dr was attentive and professional I would recommend

Front staff was pleasant and efficient. Faith, PA, Listened to my needs, assessed things with me, was attentive, and discuss options for me. She was adamant about getting medication to my pharmacy, which was there only a half hour after I arrived. Thank you!

Dr Faith is one of those people that really advocates for her patients. Im very grateful to have become her patient, and highly recommend doing so if possible. The people that work here are very friendly and caring, and I cant speak highly of them enough.

My first visit was very good. I did not have to wait and they took me right in and everyone is very nice.

They are very kind. And they listen to me, rather than talk down to me, as doctors have done in the past. Not having an open dialogue causes most physicians to overlook what may be a real issue. The physician is truly trying to build trust with the patient, while talking steps necessary to help you with your health. And they work scheduling to fit to you, as best they can.

I’ve started using total mens as my primary care as I want fast access without worrying about competing for appointments with other age groups and sexes. Perfect place for any need but if you take care of yourself and are looking to keep the engine running smoothly there isn’t a better place. Concierge service is new and extremely valuable too!!

I scheduled an appointment and was called out of town. I was able to reschedule easily via text and they were able to do it on a Saturday at 8:30 am. I got there and was immediately seen. It was the easiest Doctors appointment I have ever experienced. The Staff and Doctor were kind and professional. It was a yearly physical and I would recommend this office as a primary care physician and will come again.

Very very nice people I went in to do a covid test with came out negative witch was Great! But the lady on the front desk was so sweet and welcoming not rude at all. I saw they had snacks and drinks for there patients In a cute orderly fashion. When I went and got my test done It was quick and easy the lady was so nice and gentle not quick and just trying to rush things. Loved the experience definitely coming here again and definitely recommending it to my fiance .

It was hard finding a Covid test anywhere and I didn’t even have an appointment with them but my partner did and they worked me in without me feeling like they were being put out or anything. Went to get my COVID antigen and antibodies tests. Everything was so easy a quick. From scheduling the appointment to filling out paperwork. And the staff was very nice and thorough when taking my blood and swabbing my nose. I got my test results in 20 minutes (maybe less). I recommend them!

They were very fast. I was in and out very quickly and never even sat in the waiting area. They sent me right back I was seen with in 5 minutes and out of there before I knew it. Great location! We had to go in for Covid testing and everything was quick and seamless. Office staff was very kind and compassionate. I was in and out in under 10 minutes and only had to wait 20 minutes for results. Results were sent to my phone by text, quick and easy!

My appointment went great. Everyone was very friendly. The woman who gave me my COVID rapid test was very comforting as I was a little nervous. I was in and out very quickly too! After they swabbed my nose I went out to my car to wait for my lab results. Took less than an hour in total, less than 15 minutes for results.

We went to total men’s care for a rapid covid test. We had an appointment and were seen on time. The test itself was very quick, and we were able to wait for our results. I went in for Covid testing needed it for travel clearance. I was greeted by a friendly welcoming receptionist. A nurse came out almost immediately and was very cordial, professional and friendly. She administered my test. My wait time was very minimal. I did have a scheduled appointment. This place is very clean and modern. They offer coffee, snacks and beverages in the waiting area. Overall, I would highly recommend this office. I’m sure they’ offer a lot more services than just testing.

I have never been to any other total men’s care facilities so I can’t speak on all locations, but this location gave me such a great experience. The staff was very courteous and informative. I went in for a rapid covid test and they made it so easy. The swab test was painless and more comfortable than other covid tests I have done in the past. The lady was gentle and really made me comfortable about the process. I got my results in 20 minutes via text message. I couldn’t have asked for a more convenient way to test. I was in and out, with no wait time. (I scheduled my appointment online)

I came for a rapid Covid test to travel, and I had barely sat down before they were calling me back. The team in the staff is very helpful in getting your appointments confirmed and a reminder set. This place is great! I had been searching for somewhere to get a COVID test with quick turnaround time and was having no luck with either scheduling or finding rapid test availability. I came across Total Mens Primary Care in a Google search, called them up, and was pleasantly surprised they had the test available and several same day appointment options. They scheduled an appointment for me at 4:30, took my insurance, and by 4:38 I was back in the car heading home. Within 15 minutes of the test, I had a text message with a link to my results! Thats how fast the process was, I kid you not! The staff was very polite and professional, the location was hospital clean, and they offered complimentary Starbucks coffee or other beverage! I cant recommend this place enough and will definitely be visiting them again for health needs. Dont miss out on Total Mens Primary Care in Southlake (though Im sure all locations are great) you will NOT be disappointed!

The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I was in and out in short order. Got my results by text in about 15 minutes. Great experience. I highly recommend them.

I got my rapid COVID-19 test here. They fit me in without an appointment as well. It was excellent. Everyone was nice and it was very organized and efficient. It took less than 15 minutes in and out the door with results following almost immediately after. 10/10 recommend.

I came in on 12/28 for a Covid test. I walked into a clean and inviting waiting room, where I was asked to fill out an online form, that only took a few minutes to complete. After that I went to a room where I was seen quickly by Heather. She was cordial and quickly did a swab. I was in and out, in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend making an appointment at this facility for a covid test.

A friend of mine told me about this place. I felt weird going in to a mens clinic, but the staff was very nice and welcoming. I went for a covid test and the whole process was very quick. I did all my registration online so I just had to walk in. I was seen right away. I was in and out before my actual appointment time. I got my results in 20 minutes. Id go here again.

Excellent experience! I was in-and-out of there VERY quickly. Results of a COVID and an Antibody test were delivered via text within 15-20 minutes as promised. This was after I searched a lot of other places that couldnt get me in quickly and/or promised results only after weeks of waiting. They also took my insurance, so it was only $20. Definitely recommend!

Friendly staff but the incompetence by the primary care physician, Faith, is grossly disturbing. I absolutely cannot recommend. If you care about your health, please go somewhere else.

I came here to get a rapid covid test and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Three other people came in over the 10minutes it took for me to fill out new patient information and one was done and had left within that time as well. Once ready, I was immediately taken back to a room and within 5 minutes I was seen and on my way home to await my results via text. I’m thoroughly impressed with how efficient and prompt they are at getting people taken care of even when they are seemingly busy!

This is a terrific location to get a covid test. I walked in and luckily, the procedure was straightforward. Everyone in the office was so accommodating. Heather (the MA) noticed that I was a little apprehensive but she reassured me it was a quick swab and it should be like a tiny tickle. All and all she was sweet and I obtained my results within 20 minutes

Had my first visit today. It was so far the best Drs office Ive been to. The waiting riim has a variety of tasy snacks and starbucks coffee..mmmm. my nurse practitioner made me feel so comfortable and really paid attention to me. definitely look forward to coming back.

The only doctors office Ive been to that is consistently on schedule and sees you immediately. In my case, I walked in 7 minutes early today and had my blood pressure and temperature taken within minutes of walking in the door. The NP was in the room 3 mins before my scheduled appointment time. She was friendly and very thorough. We even discussed a couple health items that were unrelated to the reason I came in. This is the way every doctors office should be. Id give it an extra star if I could!

I was having trouble making an appointment for a Covid test, everything was booked. Luckily the one in South Lake had openings in three days. It was very efficient. I was probably there 5 minutes from checking in to having the test and back in my car. They said my test results would be text to me in 20 minutes and they were. They test men women and children. I would highly recommend this place

I showed up about 25 minutes prior to closing knowing a test I was seeking would take some time for results. Hoping for the best I was treated with respect and they were happy to help! Me and the wife both got testing done quickly and they even stayed past closing time to make sure we were taken care of!! Thanks again for everything! Nothing was professional about this place. They could not find me in there system even after my login and confirmation of appointment.They told me my insurance would cover the yearly and that I was good to go. Later I find out that I was not ready for my free yearly and I owe all 500 dollars of the test and panels done.Then I They dont even give me all my panels or go over any of them in detail with me.Do not go to this location. Find somewhere else to go who actually cares and isnt just doing their job for a pay check

Walked in for a rapid covid test. Filled out a short form and then immediately tested. Honestly, I think its taken me longer to fill up my gas tank than the whole process took. The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional.They will definitely be seeing me again!

Had to get 2 tests in a weekend, they were super accommodating and flexible on schedule when I showed up early! Covid tested here today by booking appointment online (super easy) Since I’ve been there before I just literally walked in and said I’m here (could have called) and then waited 5 minutes in my car until they called me on my cell phone to walk in. Quick swab of both nasals which was not painful.Within 15 minutes or less they called me with my negative test results. Highly recommend.

We have used this location multiple times for Covid testing for various family members. I was able to make appointments easily online and complete all the paperwork ahead of time. We had no wait prior to our appointments, which were quick and efficient. We received our results quickly and were given the necessary paperwork to be able to return to school and work after our non-Covid illnesses and Covid exposures.

Had an appointment at the Southkake facility… It was quick, I was in and out. It was painless, the nurse was very good with the needle. It was efficient, my forms were filled out and they had my insurance before I got there. Great experience!

I visited Total Men’s yesterday for a rapid Covid test and it was the quickest test ever! Total Men’s offered a very fast service and a very comfortable environment. I got the results sent to my phone in about 20 minutes. Will definitely be going back in the future. 5 out of 5 stars.

Went for a covid test. They had plenty of appointment times so it was easy to get one done during the small window I had available. The staff was great and explained everything to me. My results were sent in a timely fashion. Definitely worth it! Will come here again if I need another covid test.

I had exposed to a person who tested positive for Covid so I needed to be tested just as a percussion. I was scrambling to find a place to get a rapid test. I was referred to Total mens and did a walk in . The process was very easy to get registered and my total time there was less than a hour. I would highly recommend them based on my personal experience.

Went for a COVID test today. The staff was professional and efficient, the office was clean and even had a good variety of snacks and drinks while you wait. They told me results take about 15 minutes and they would call me. Got a call 17 minutes after leaving the office with results for if I was currently infected as well as if I had antibodies indicating a prior infection. The person that gave me the results was very informative as well. All of that for a $20 office visit with insurance- ILL TAKE IT! way better than waiting 5 days and doing the test yourself at cvs!

This was by far the most efficient appointment that Ive had. Everyone was friendly & professional. I made the appointment online the night before. I was in and out of my appointment within 10 minutes. I waited in my car for my covid test results which took another 6 minutes. I highly recommend this place!

I walked in without an appointment, entering in my information and uploading my insurance card and ID took the longest. I was in and out in 5 minutes, minus the info uploading. Staff was super nice, and facility very clean and inviting. I highly recommend the Southlake location where I visited.

Total Men’s Health has by far been the easiest place I have been to do a rapid Covid test. The website was easy to navigate. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the entire process took 5 minutes. I can’t recommend this location enough: clean, efficient, and friendly!

We made appointments for upcoming international travel requiring COVID testing prior to departure. We walked right in the door and were both in and out within 5 minutes and had our results in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely go back.

Came in for a Covid-19 test. Signed up online and filled out all forms quickly. The facility was clean and organized. Walking in and getting the rapid test took less than 5 min total. 25ish min I had my results.Will be using this facility again for further testing needs.

Was super nervous, didn’t know what to expect, but the nurses and doctor were amazing! I had blood drawn and it was the most painless blood draw I’ve ever had. I actually felt cared for by a Dr / office for the first time in 5+ years. I’ll be coming back!

I have not had a physical for over a decade and my wife made me go so I decided to go here. I never liked going to the doctors office. However my provider, Mathew Roy has been very attentive and exceptionally accommodating! He ordered some tests and explained to me some things to change to improve my wellness.  With his expertise in hormones, he also uncovered other factors that would I am sure would have been overlooked by traditional providers.  He has me on a wellness plan that now has me feeling great! I WISH I would have come in sooner!  I just really appreciate Mathew for his focus and guidance.  He listens and does not try to rush patients in and out as fast as possible like other offices do. I particularly like the Total Mens Southlake location even though it is a farther drive for me. It is well worth it because of  Mathew Roy, and also the very friendly nurses and courteous staff at this particular location.  Also, there is hardly any wait time if any at all.  The facility is clean and the waiting area is stocked with snacks and beverages but I rarely ever spend time in the waiting area because of their promptness.  Anyway, I could go on and on.  Thanks Mathew Roy and team!Kevin Schwanenberg

I made appointment with new patient registration on line and there is not required to ask me to do physical exam first. When I went there Front desk said I need to reschedule for physical exam first, then schedule for my issue. They need to tell me first when I made appointment online.

We went in for Covid test and they were extremely nice and the check in process was smooth. They were very prompt snd stuck to appointment time and we’re even able to get our daughter in with us who had a later time. Highly recommended for rapid testing.

Made an appointment for a rapid COVID test as a new patient in the evening and had my results by 9:30AM the next morning. They took my insurance and didnt waste any of my time. Great service oriented clinic.

Today was my first experience with Total Mens primary care and it was far superior to any other Dr. Visit I have had. Scheduling was easy, although not required. I was able to fill out all forms and submit insurance information prior to the visit so no time spent/wasted in waiting room. Basically back office and paperwork has been cut to zero from a customer perspective.In terms of care, the nurses were fast and efficient, again basically no wait time in the exam room. Last but not least, Dr Roy was informative and engaging.I would recommend Total Mens to my friends and family and will be leveraging their services for my future medical needs.

It was an amazing experience! I was afraid but the nurse was very assuring and I had a very pleasant time! The clinic was very clean and very elegant and minimal. The lobby was filled with snacks and drinks and had nice chairs while I waited. The office that I had entered was clean as well and very clean. Overall my first experience there was absolutely lovely and I would recommend it to anyone who is afraid of going to the doctor’s office!

I have went to several places to get a rapid Covid test for one reason or another and Total Mens Primary Care is my new favorite spot. I made an appointment online a couple days prior to my visit. I showed up exactly at my appointment time, was called back within a minute or so. Test was completed and since I needed an actual copy of my results, it only took 15 mins and I had the results in hand. I also received text message with a link to my results. I was able to get this done within my lunch break which is so convenient. Insurance was billed and covered, but if it is your first visit you must pay a one time $20 new patient fee. This fee will cover all Total Mens locations which is a huge bonus. If you want quick and reliable, this is the place to go!!

It was my first visit at this clinic. The staff was friendly and efficient. Very little wait time. Waiting room and consultation rooms were clean. I would highly recommend this place to my families and friends.

I had my first appointment with Total Mens Health in Southlake today and was immediately impressed. The level of caring and professionalism exceeded my expectations. My health care provider really listened to my concerns, provided a comprehensive exam then provided a roadmap of care on how to meet my needs.I’ll definitely recommend to my friends and family.

On 9/25, I went for my first visit here for a physical, got blood work, no problems.They called me about 3 days after to come in for another round of labs.On 10/2, I got blood drawn. The doctor came in and asked if I wanted a different test done today or mailed to my home, and I said mailed to my home. That took no more than 30 seconds.I am now being billed for an entire office visit on 10/2 because according to their billing department “had a face to face conversation with the provider.” I did not talk to the doctor about anything other than I didn’t want an additional test done that day, and now they want me to pay for a full office visit when I only had labs done?? Absolutely not.

The Saturday after Christmas, I had to get a rapid covid test after my brother-in-law tested positive that morning. After striking out at a couple of urgent care places, we tried Total Men’s and were tested and had our results within an hour and a half. The staff were very friendly and competent.

We got family covid tests here. Online portal was fast and easy if you have all pic already for your phone, like insurance card and IDs. Great office, nice shelf stable amenities mini bar set up! Super friendly staffs and efficient service! Saw some interesting services like Botox, energy shots.

Staff is absolutely wonderful from the moment you walk into the door from the second you leave. There is a one time $20 admin fee for new patients for the test but they do inform you that insurance covers the rest. To me it’s absolutely worth it as you get the results back in 15 minutes and get to enjoy their full free snack bar 😋

I was worried that my symptoms were Covid. I knew there were long lines and no appointments available at known covid testing sites. I was able to get into Total Mens primary Care within 24 hours. They were efficient, quick and polite. I had my results in 40 minutes (negative).

I was referred here specifically for Covid testing. Went online to to check them out. Website was easy to navigate and finding an appointment was simple and easy. Once I arrived the front desk was friendly and quick to check in. The nurse explain the procedure; answered my questions and I was in and out in no time. I am the Host of the Men’s Point of View on FB and chose Total Men’s Primary Care Southlake location from Google for my Covid Test! Excellent Service from the from Desk to viewing two nurses enter acting with patients. There was an influx of several individuals along with two sets of families. The staff kindly reminded us of body count and gave us the choice to wait in car until called. The lobby reminded me of the Health Spa or Car Dealership fresh snacks, cold drinks or coffee. Most importantly I got my results through a link through text within thirty minutes. I do recommend this place. There is a $20 new patient fee. Women and young adults are Welcomed ! Great Clinic

I usually go to the flower mound location. I had to go to Southlake because they were open on Saturday, which better accommodated my schedule. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 10 to 15 minutes tops. It worked perfectly! Thank you!

I went to get a COVID test and it went flawlessly. Check in took less than 5 minutes. Testing was super profesional and quick. And results were sent to me as soon as they were ready. Lastly, extremely friendly staff and impecable facility.

I moved back to the Fort Worth area and my insurance didn’t cover them, I had to settle with a different provider / company. I now have new insurance, became sick and found them to be in network! I decided to check it out. I work in healthcare, and I was very pleased. Everyone I came across was wonderful. The physician I saw actually listened to my complaint, signs / symptoms, and assessed them then set up a treatment plan. He then made it clear to call for any questions or to follow up if I was not feeling better. They never once tried to sell me, or push me to come back to them. I obviously will be coming back from now on.

This was the first time I have been to the doctor in 20 years at least so I automatically had my guard up ! The receptionist was really friendly and helpful . Then the young lady got my vitals was very professional and efficient .. Last but not least Natasha came in which was the Dr who stole the show !! Like I said havent been to a doctor in years but she is OFFICIALLY MY DOCTOR !! All around great experience!!!

The service here was amazing! They provided the rapid covid test and were so knowledgeable and kind in providing it. Prior to administration they described the sensation that were had heard many negative things about enough to calm our nerves. I highly recommend them!

I took a rapid COVID-19 test prior to the holidays. There was a line of almost 20 people when they opened but I was in and out in under 20 minutes. The nurses and reception were all really nice and they made the process a non-issue. I will definitely return.

I was looking for a place to do the Rapid Covid19 test and found Total Mens Primary Care on my Google search. When I got there the receptionist told me the instructions to register. It took 15 minutes to wait to be tested, nurse was so nice and caring. And another 10 minutes to get the results. Fast and efficient really recommend this place.

It was great. The young woman who did my swab was very patient with me. I truly appreciate her. It’s also nice to have the Nurse Practitioner educate us on the virus (vs standard flu) and how taking supplements like Vit D has been shown to safeguard our health. Brilliant use of their resources.

Went as a walk in for COVID19 testing due to possible exposure even though I had no symptoms. No long wait and procedure was quick! The med tech was very detailed in explaining what the procedure for testing entailed. The receptionist was very friendly not to mention they have a well stocked snack and coffee bar! I went to Total Men’s Primary Care today to get a rapid Covid test. Although it is a Men’s facility, they are Covid testing anyone.Making an appointment online was extremely easy, lots available. I got there had the swab and was out in 15 minutes. The staff is extremely nice, the office was so clean and smelled amazing. Quick and easy, I went for a pre-appointed covid test, showed up 5 mins before appointment and was in a room as soon as I checked in, as I walked into the room a nurse walked in behind me, had me tested in less than 5 mins and back on my way home. By the time I got home I received my results.

This was a great place to get tested for Covid and for the antibodies. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes and waited another 15 minutes in my car to get the results. It only cost $20 to do both tests if you have insurance. The $20 fee is for new patients. It was very convenient and easy and they had great snacks while you waited. If and when I have to get tested for Covid again, I will be heading back here.

I had a quick stop at Total Mens where I was tested for covid, the staff was extremely respectful and made sure every interaction was safe. They had people go to their cars instead of piling up in the office. The testing was quick and I got my result before I even arrived home. I would recommend going if you need to get tested for covid.

The staff was professional and kind. Both the phlebotomist and PA were very accommodating and kind. The lobby is comfortable and modern. I didnt partake of the complimentary snacks and drinks as I was fasting. They look delicious though! Perhaps next time!

Although I am not a man, I always feel welcome at Total Mens Primary Care. I have gone a few different times and the staff is always warm and kind. They also have free refreshments like sparkling water, gatorade, and coffee. Im always impressed by the efficiency and cleanliness of the Southlake location. Nurses and doctors take their time to treat you like a person without making you feel rushed. Def would recommend!

Scheduled an appointment online to take the rapid antigen COVID19 test. Went very quickly and smoothly. The employees were also very nice and step through the process with you. They perform the nose swab test and while it is not very pleasant it is done in less than a second and only on one nostril of your choosing. The results take less than 15 minutes. You have the choice of them calling you with your results or you can wait in your car and they will call you to give you paperwork.I actually much prefer this test over the test I have done at CVS (not ripping on CVS). The CVS test is another nasal test called the PCR test I believe which takes 2-4 days (I think this test is more accurate than the rapid antigen test especially if you test negative). I found it much more unpleasant. Although the swab does not go up as far in your nose, it still goes pretty far, you have to do it yourself, and you have to do circular motions for 15 seconds on each nostril. I could not stop sneezing.Other than the test, the clinic was very clean. They have clean pens and after you use one you put it in a dirty pile. They also have an area with a tv and provide coffee, beverages, and snacks if you so desire.

Went in, nice clean sanitized space, to get a Covid test. Luckily, it came out negative! My appt was at 2:50 and I had my results by 3:20, THE SAME AFTERNOON! 30 minutes total and now I can go back to work with a clear mind and focus on my work and my family. Not like these places that take 3-10 days to get results. As a business owner, I can’t wait 3-10 days to figure out if I need to shut down all operations and quarantine myself and my family.
