This is hands down the friendliest clinic with the most thoughtful staff in all of staten island. They treat you like a human being. Dr Borislav Kheyson is truly the best Doctor Ive had in a long time.

Wonderful Doctor. As a patient, I found Dr. Kheyson to be a respectful and perceptive physician. I appreciated his ability to lend a light hearted kindness to an overall stressful situation. Dr. Kheyson really took the time to explain my issues at great length in terms I could understand (as a non-medical professional). There was minimal wait time once I arrived at the building. I found the office to be inviting and clean. The appointment was efficient while also allowing for the appropriate time to explain a plan of action to move forward towards a path to address my specific medical needs. DR. Kheyson was great at balancing the conveyance of the actual issues at hand without overly alarmist language all while accentuating all salient core issues of note. Highly recommend his practice!

It was my first time coming to Dr. Borislav Kheyson for a check up. My overall experience was very positive. Short wait time (a rarity when it comes to doctors appointments) and very friendly staff. The office is very bright and clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Borislav was friendly, patient, listened to my concerns and was very professional. Glad I came to this practice!

I visited this clinic many times and I just have to say that Dr. Borislav is such a five-star physician! He explained well disease processes, ordered just the necessary laboratories and treatments, and he was very practical in terms of our expenses. Not to mention he’s a civil surgeon too! He took care of our immigration medical papers. He established rapport very well with us and made us feel comfortable.Similarly, the staff were also very accommodating. They answered calls quickly and took good care of us whenever we were in the clinic.

My wife and I have been receiving care from this doctor for a few years now. The office is well-maintained and hygienic, and the staff is courteous and friendly. Dr. Kheyson is knowledgeable and conducts himself in a professional manner. In addition to routine check-ups, I underwent a procedure at the office, which was completed swiftly with minimal discomfort, as the doctor had assured me. Overall, we have had a positive experience and are grateful to have found Dr. Kheysons practice.

I have never had a doctor as kind as Dr. Borislav Kheyson. Him and the staff are VERY welcoming and thoughtful. Truly the best clinic Ive been to in a while.

I have been to Mr Kheyson on couple of occasions, where I wanted to get certified for DOT medical test, though I could pass due to white coat syndrome. I would say Mr. kheyson is really good at communicating and comforting patients. At present my old PCP is showing no signs of urgency on providing me with appointments. I am totally thinking to make him as my primary Dr. His entire team of interns made me so much comfortable, that I have no better words to describe. Thank you and your team.

He values both relationship and health for his customers. It’s always a pleasure to visit him and I never worry about my problems as he every time helped me with it. My husband and I went to see Dr. Boris Kheyson he came highly recommended by my family, he gave my husband a piece of mind spoke to him about what was going on and reassure him that he is and will be okay. Great doctor, very personable. Highly recommend.

If you want doctor call you with lab results give them 1 star they will call you right away! Visit this office 2 times and understood that all 5 star reviews are fake! I had phone appointment with doctor and waited for call more than 2 hours and didnt got any call from doctor. My lab results was not looking good at all, I call my self instead and asked for my result. Response was “doctor is not here” when I provide bad review they called me right away! So be aware this place and AVOID these “doctor kheysov” office.

Staff is friendly and amazing!!! Doctor is gentle, informative takes her time to explain and answer any questions. I was crazy nervous for this visit and was so happy at the end of it. I highly recommend this office and I will be recommending to family and friends definitely.

I come for medical advice and help with a few problems, and, just as one example: he told me about a new topical treatment which I had no idea existed. I had a highly positive experience with my gynecologist. The responsiveness and understanding shown by the doctor were exceptional. They consistently followed up with individualized care, and the staff was not only friendly but also efficient. Dr. Kheyson and staff are extremely attentive, have fantastic bedside manner, and extremely thorough. My wife and I made the change to his practice during the summer time, and we both have been extremely happy. They are always accessible and they do their best to get you in to see the doctor when you aren’t feeling well - opposed to waiting hours or not being able to be seen at all. He takes the time to get to know you as a person, and not just as a patient. We would recommend Dr. Kheyson and his staff to anyone looking for a doctor they can trust and depend on.

Dr. Olga is the best doctor I have ever met in my life! I always get the help I need and all my questions are answered. It is incredibly easy to make an appointment using their website. I never wait more than 15-20 minutes before my visit. The girls at the frontdesk are the most polite and always willing to help. Definitely recommend this doctor!

Incompetent, unserious doctor. The first time, they forgot to take ALT and AST tests; the second time, they took my blood again and promised to call with the results, but no one called. When I called myself, they said there was no appointment and I needed to make a new appointment! In the end, they prescribed no medication or anything! All the reviews are fake! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr B Kheyson is the BEST dr I’ve come across !!!! I’ve went to many & worked with many. Amazing bedside manor and truly takes the time to discuss your issues and cares about your outcome. Highly highly highly recommend. Staff is also WONDERFUL. I have NEVER come across an office of ALL sweet, likable people. His nurse Julia (forgot her name, def starts with a J lol) that drew my blood was a sweetheart too. Great practice!

Great experience attending this medical office! Its very clean, they offer coffee, comfortable sofas, wi-fi. The stuff is nice. Dr.Borislav is professional and very helpful. I highly recommend it.

Great staff. The nurse that saw me before the doctor, was kind respectful and overall professional.She did my blood work which was easy and painless. Dr Borislav Kherson was great! They are professional and really care about their patients. Dr k was very intelligent, compassionate, caring. Everyone there wanted to help me. Even the lady who drew my blood was gentle - didnt hurt me too much. And the lady who took my history was professional even tho some stuff was awkward to ask and answer. They are the nicest people ever and super tolerant! Their kindness was everything to me. They answered all of my questions and I just felt comfortable and like I was in good hands, which is important for someone who gets so worked up over doctor things. I cant recommend them enough! I am happy to have found them!

My husband and I were looking for a new primary care doctor and Dr. Kheyson came highly recommended. After meeting with him, we could see why. He had a great bedside manner, was knowledgeable about his field and we felt like he really took the time to listen to all of our concerns. One of my biggest pet peeves in long waits in a doctors office, luckily we were seen on time. The office staff was friendly especially the medical assistant who greeted us with a smile and did our blood work. That was a plus too...blood work done in the office! Happy to have found a primary care doctor that listens and doesnt rush through your appointment.

Dr Olga Kheyson is an amazing doctor who’s so caring , gentle and knows what she’s doing . My first baby prenatal appointments were amazing with her and coming back from a vocation realizing my water broke along with contractions I had to deliver at a different hospital which was close to me and dr Kheyson doesn’t work there but she was truly missed by me . I was so glad to meet her after my delivery . Now I called again so she can deliver my second baby but sadly she isn’t doing deliveries nor new patients . Overall she’s excellent

Dr. Borislav Kheyson is an excellent doctor. He speaks to you in a way that makes you feel very comfortable and allows you to feel heard. He has the best bedside manner! I find him to be highly knowledgeable and provides realistic solutions to any medical issues you are experiencing, as well as prepares you for realistic expectations on how to treat those issues. I wish I found him sooner in life, but grateful to be his patient now. Also, his staff is amazing, especially Carolina! She always makes you feel comfortable as well and treats you with the best 1:1 attention while working with you. She is always a pleasure to speak to both on the phone and in the office. Highly recommend!

This review is for Olga Kheyson. I cant even put Dr with her name because shes not a doctor. And a review to her rude billing department.I decided to try new doctor because the other obgyn I go to I have to wait for few hours. Anyway, so my first and last time at Kheyson office:1. My appt got changed 3x due to different reasons each time. First red flag.2. While in the waiting area, Olga Kheyson yelled at her workers in front of patients. Second red flag.3. Olga wasnt rude to me, but she was definitely rushing me out of the office, which okay... there was a lot of people, but at least answer my questions without running out of the room.4. I said I have a history of ovarian cysts and Im in pain to which she didnt do an ultrasound to me, stating that gynos cant do ultrasounds anymore and gave me a referral. Which honestly leads me to believe she simply doesnt know how to do ultrasounds.5. Few weeks later I get a bill from them for $300. My insurance stated they cover everything that has been performed to me, but Kheysons office billed me wrong. And when talking to the rude person from the billing department she stated our doctor shouldnt be paid as much as your nail technician. So you have to pay $300. And a week later while having a 3 way call with billing and insurance department the rude lady in billing department said you dont have a medical degree, so you cant be stating what we should and shouldnt run. And you cant diagnose yourself. After telling her I have background in medical department she stated you should of treated yourself then.In other words, dont go to Olga Kheyson.Edit 11/7/23:Got their patients confused. The rudeness experience wasnt from me. I was in that office once, in February, and never again. The only reason posting this now is because my insurance resolved the issues with this office. Proving to me I was right about the insurance claims.Liars: because insurance covers obgyn ultrasounds being that the obgyn I went to afterwards did it no problem. And said that its not true of what Kheyson office said. I can get ultrasounds done with my annual visit.This just shows their incompetence. If they cared for the patients, they would do a better job, with at least not confusing their patients.

One of the only 2 doctors on staten island that I actually trust. The entire office is full of kind and caring people who literally strive to do their best to protect my privacy and help me feel better. They actually care about helping. Never have I felt so welcome and comfortable in a doctors office. People look at me funny because of my tattoos and colored hair but every single one of the staff has been kind to me about it which is honestly a relief. Its hard to go into a doctors office and trust them with your body and your health when they dont make you feel comfortable. Best staff ever. Thank you guys!

Dr. Kheyson has been a great practitioner to me since I moved to the area. Everything about their practice is amazing.

I have been treated by Dr. Borislav Keyson for about 6 months. Waiting for an appointment for about a week, you can make an appointment earlier by phone. The doctor appoints all the necessary tests and examinations without any problems. The appointment is quite fast. I do not have to wait long in the clinic.The atmosphere in the clinic is relaxed. The staff is very friendly. I recommend it

It is a nice office. Clean, friendly staff. However I scheduled an appointment on two separate occasions for two separate issues I had, that the doctor could have easily helped me with. By the time I finally get to see the doctor, both times she immediately recommends I come back to schedule another appointment for a simple task she could easily do now. I was respectful but on the inside was irritated. It’s annoying because since they are so booked I had to wait 3 weeks each time. The first time I didn’t think twice, but the second time disappointed me a lot. I am a young woman, it took me a lot of courage to go there and get help, and instead I am getting milked of my visits.

If you are a genuinely ill or infirm person, please STAY AWAY from this terrible office. If it were possible to give negative stars I would. Either the five star reviews are fake or they are all people with no health issues just going for routine checkups. If you have serious health problems and are in need of a professional who will treat you with dignity and respect, you must absolutely avoid Borislav Kheyson. My mother--a 60 year old cancer survivor with numerous chronic health issues--has repeatedly suffered from incompetence, negligence, and abusive behavior at the hands of Borislav Kheyson. In the very basic aspects of medical practice, he either intentionally or negligently failed. He messed up essential prescriptions that my mother needed. He failed to correctly fill out even the most basic paperwork that my father needed to take time off from work to take care of my sickly mother. He openly refused to diagnose my mothers sicknesses on multiple occasions, claiming it was none of her business. On top of all this, all visits were accompanied by insufferable rudeness and completely unprofessional bedside manner. To finish off this terrible experience, Kheyson had the gall to terminate my mother as a patient for asking him to diagnose her concerning bloodwork results. He threw out a sick 60 year-old cancer survivor for absolutely no reason. He failed in his duty as a doctor and as a human being. If you have health problems and need a reliable PCP, do not go to Kheyson. If you just need a PCP for routine checkups, consider not patronizing a doctor who treats sickly patients like animals.

Dr Kheyson always takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I might have. He is very attentive during the visit and I never feel rushed. The office staff is wonderful as well. That was my biggest complaint with other medical practices. Calls are answered and returned in a timely manner.

Its rare to feel like youre actually visiting a family doctor, who sits down with his patients and speaks to them. The staff are friendly and seem very happy to be there, something that also isnt common in medical offices. People with flexible hours can definately get appointments. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Kheyson.

This review is for Dr. Olga Kheyson, in which the clinic has completely wasted my time this morning. I made an appointment through zocdoc for fertility counseling , and prior to my appointment I discovered I needed prenatal care instead which is an actual service offered on the zocdoc description. When I asked if my husband could be in the room to do a sonogram, they looked t me like I had 3 heads saying why didnt I tell them I needed all these prenatal services- apparently they dont even take new pregnant patients after the new year (meanwhile I saw one pregnant patient in the waiting room, gee how convenient). They blamed zocdoc for not listing this new policy, and long behold when I called zocdoc they told me the clinic is responsible for making these clinical changes so it was strange to blame a third party like zocdoc. Even worse, I overheard their system for patients was actually down after multiple patients called in a frenzy, and I even heard one girl at the front desk complain about some crazy patient (wont disclose his name but they were not happy about his numerous calls). To me this office lacks professional and organization. I guess I dodged a bullet for not being a patient here.

Dr. Boris is my primary doc.Im very glad I found him.Hes extremely knowledgeable, and professional while still being laid back, funny and approachable.Going to see him is like having a good friend whos also a doctor.

Excellent doctor with bedside manner,doctor who did not ask “What kind of Insuranse do you have?” he asked”How can I help you?”Very knowledgeable about medicine , I felt that the doctor really listened and took interest to help with issues. My husband and brother in law made appointments with Dr. Kheyson for two weeks ago. They got to the office about 10 minutes early and five minutes later the doctor canceled. They made another appointment for today and got to their 9:30 am appointment on time ... and waited ... and waited. After an hour they finally gave up and left, only to see the doctor strolling leisurely across the parking lot with coffee. I guess being there and being on time arent important to him.

Amazing experience. My husband arrived as a last minute new patient. Doctor Kheyson saw us after he was done with his patients and spent TWO hours with us(after his normal day would have ended!!). I have never seen such service. And we didn’t feel rushed or as if we are inconveniencing! Excellent doctor, clean office, great bedside manner.

I went for a first time visit with Dr. Keyson for an annual checkup and the experience was very enjoyable, talking with him is very easy and his staff were very polite and easy-going. I had a little bit of bloodwork done and within a few days Dr. Keyson called me to let me know about the results. Overall, Im very satisfied with my experience and the level of care provided, highly recommended.

As a young woman, I rarely see male doctors unless it’s extremely necessary however Dr. B is a phenomenal doctor!! He is thorough, uses patient-friendly language, ensures comfort, and does not make you feel rushed. Office is clean and staff are friendly. They also have amazing tea in the waiting room haha! I made an appointment as a first time patient, my first appointment got cancelled. They scheduled me for another appointment the following week and I walk into the office and they only take my temperature (no one else’s) and they say I have 99.2 then 2 minutes later it goes up to 100.2. They ask me if I was feeling fine and I was perfectly fine! The receptionist asked the doctor and the doctor told her to tell me to leave. I got nervous and upset and came home and checked my temperature I was 97.2! I checked manually and the head temperature and both came up no fever. I would definitely not recommend this place after how I was treated. I called them to let them know I was fine and I had no fever and they told me if I wanted to go back and how they will do it manually. They should have did this the first time instead of kicking me out and embarrassing me!

I have now seen both Dr. Olga and Dr. Borislav Kheyson. The office is immaculately clean! Both doctors are professional, easy to talk to, and take the time to explain everything to you and make sure you understand.Dr. Olga was my 5th gynecologist but the only one who really took my complaints seriously. Her treatment plan is not shoved down my throat without explanation. She gave me options and explained each one. We talked about pros and cons. She answered every question I had. Her presence is calming and sweet. She’s knowledgeable and caring. She understands what I’m describing and relates to my fears. She’s empathetic and shows it. One of the best bedside manners Ive ever experienced! I’m incredibly grateful to her demeanor and character.Dr. Borislav is also amazing! My bp was through the roof while seeing his wife and he stopped in to check on me and I decided right then and there, based on his kind way of just checking, that I would switch to him. When I saw him for the first time, he took the time to discuss all of my concerns and I, once again (must be a family trait) felt like I was being taken seriously! Another doctor with a great refreshing bedside manner and a kind and caring soul. He knows what he’s talking about. He is funny and kind and he actually cares. He doesn’t have a “because I said so” kind of attitude like many GP’s do. He explains why he is making his recommendations. He also explains why my way of thinking has flaws. I definitely don’t feel like I’m being talked down to when I’m with him.Then there’s the staff! Holy moly, they might be the greatest group of women I’ve ever met in any doctor’s office!! They treat everyone with respect and they are sooooo nice!! Not surprised that the nicest doctors I’ve ever had have the nicest staff of receptionists, nurses, medical assistants, everything! Even when I call, they’re so nice on the phone too. I mean really!! Always going above and beyond. I’m thrilled to have met them and thrilled to be part of their practice!! I hope I’ve found my doctors for life! The only thing that will make that change would be if they don’t take my insurance at any point.I will be eternally grateful for being treated like a human being who matters every time I’m there.

This review is NOT for the front desk staff or the MA’s I commend them for their efforts. They are absolute dolls in there. Again I stress this review is solely for Olga Kheyson. I am currently 18 weeks pregnant & my pregnancy is considered a high risk pregnancy. I have a bicornuate uterus & was referred to Dr. Cabbad for the montioring of this condition ONLY. Prior to my first appointment Olga Kheyson did not give me any information or any suggestions about my condition- just a paper referral. Okay- no problem. Typical doctor with absolutely no bedside manner, no empathy NO NOTHING. Mind you this is my first pregnancy. My high risk doctor, who I see every two weeks is responsible for doing an ultra sound & checking my cervix. Mind you I don’t see the actual doctor, I see an ultra sound tech. Dr. Cabbad monitors my cervix ONLY & my ultra sound pictures get sent to Olga. Wednesday was the icing on the cake for me, I’ve been rushed out- & quiet for too long & now I regret staying with this doctor. I shouldnt feel like I am a burden. I had an appointment for 12PM- the doctor comes in all frazzled & rushed, okay, I know you’re busy, but I have questions that need to be answered. She said what was going on with my baby so fast that I couldn’t even process what she said. An amniotic band is forming over or around my baby, I don’t know where it is? Or even know WHAT IT IS- Because guess what it was said too FAST & my questions where never ANSWERED. She told me not to worry about it because she will monitor it- mind you again, this was said in the most fastest way possible. I was literally rushed out of there, I feel SO belittled. So now I am home googling things & driving myself & my Husband crazy because YOU couldn’t answer my simple questions that I had. You did not give me your time- or SHOW ME ANY of my ultra sounds & take the time out to go over them with me!! I have not sat down with a real doctor in weeks. I was seen for literally 3 MINUTES! To top it off I called the office to tell them how I felt & for her to please call me, because I am concerned & have questions about everything— & guess what? Absolutely no call. This is a prime example of horrible patient care. Now I have to change all my doctors at 18 weeks pregnant.

Dr. Olga khyson is very nice and knows her work but has a bad habit of not sticking to appointment times. Last time I went there for a follow up for Birth control. Sat in the room for an hour and a half by myself waiting. Then I finally see her tell her I need a refill for 3 months and I call my pharmacy and she put in the wrong meds. Called her office and told the desk. I was practically rushed off the phone. They say they called it in but called my pharmacy and they never called them!🙄

I highly recommend this doctor and his practice . He is very attentive , has a great bedside manner and listens to the patient’s concerns . The staff and the whole environment is very positive.Thumbs up :)

Very thorough and kind . Listened carefully and made me feel like I mattered. Office was clean, neat and organized. I always have trouble getting my blood drawn and the doctor took his time and made me feel comfortable.

I had to wait a little bit to be called but Dr. B seen me as soon as I stepped in the room. He was straight forward but was still able to make me feel positive and most importantly comfortable asking tough questions. Thanks doc!!! I highly recommend visiting Dr. B !!!!!!

Saw doctor for the first time. The office is clean and medical assistant was nice. However the doctor was unprofessional. I found his remarks and comments to be extremely inappropriate. Besides his comments, when I mentioned all the things I was going through he laughed about it. Will not return.

Great doctor, very pleasant staff. Office is very clean not crowded no waiting time, doctor very knowledgeable and compassionate. Very affordable if visiting without insurance and they offer great prices for labs. Definitely recommend this office and Dr. Kheyson.

Went to Dr. Kheyson for my DOT physical. Dr. Kheyson and his staff are extremely friendly, helpfull and very professional. The Dr. and his staff answered any and all questions i had the physical was fast and easy.and the office and waiting area was one of the cleanest ive ever seen. I highly recommend them.

I would put no stars if I could. This doctor and her assistant are so unprofessional. I came for an ultrasound for my very first pregnancy, obviously very excited. Her assistant made me feel very uncomfortable; and my fiancé and I caught that she looked over at the doctor who both then laughed at me after the appointment was over. Aside from that, they keep trying to tell me I owe them money for my visit, which I paid months ago, and I have the receipt. Probably a scammer.

I come early to my appointment and every time I have to wait an hour in the waiting room and then another hour and a half in the room. the receptionist is unprofessional i don’t know how she got hired there , her attitude is disgusting, it’s an issue to get my results, make an appointment or ask simple questions.
