Updated review:I want to give a special shout out to the entire dental staff, namely Dr. Patel, Dana, Marianna, and Kimberly. I walked in without an appointment at approximately 12:30 p.m., just as they were about to head to lunch, and they all accommodated me. Everyone was so kind and courteous. Not only did they all provide exceptional service, but I also felt the genuine camaraderie and teamwork amongst them. Thanks for always going above and beyond the call of duty. I appreciate you.Review April 2024:Excellent service from the entire Sugarland staff. Kimberly in dental is very warm and welcoming and made my dental procedure anxiety free. Dana at the front desk was also courteous, kind and professional as she always is.

I’ve been a patient at St. Hope Foundation for years now, this is my first time at the Sugar Land location. I was attended by Diana at the front desk, very pleasant and helpful, my appointment confirmation was not done correctly and she was still able to get me in. Mariana was helping prep for my procedure she made me feel very welcome everyone was very helpful.

The staff were very professional and friendly. Nurse Kimberly made me feel very comfortable and less nervous during my X-ray and dental examination. The wait time to see the doctor was long, probably because it was a weekend. Overall, I give a 5-star because the service provided was exceptional! I highly recommend this location.

I was referred here to be seen for a root canal with the hopes of falling somewhere on their sliding scale. My instale appointment with Annette was great. Where my appointment went downhill was that I already knew exactly what I needed but since I was under the impression that I qualified for some reduced price of dental work I decided to get a full dental exam instead of just an emergency X-ray for my tooth that needs to me worked on (since I already had an exam at another dental clinic and referred me to a specialist). Proceed to my exam, exit after the doctors consult and what not. To then me told I fall at over 100% on the sliding scale and I just paid $240 for an exam that told me exactly what I already knew. The lack of communication can be easily missed because the team is super kind! Yea it’s easy to get and feel comfortable because the staff is really kind. Not to be distracted by the fact that my quote is $5,900.00 for a root canal, crown and deep cleanings.

The whole staff are always welcoming. I have to give special recognition to Kim and Dana because they are the best. Dr. Patel makes sure to take great care of your teeth. I don’t want to go anywhere but here, and you shouldn’t either. Call and schedule today!It is hard to get in touch with someone that is my only concern.

This Clinic has 2 most amazing women that help everytime and dont hesitate. They are amazing Kim and Dana dont look at you any differently than any other person! I love them! They make it worth the time!!!

Ive been a patient since 2015 and just received the most disappointing treatment from Cynthia in the pharmacy. Was left on hold for 8 minutes then 12 minutes (20 minutes total) after I called back because miss cant handle the job couldnt even let me get a word out before putting me on hold. Finely after calling back the 3rd time asked my name and phone number to verify my simple request on the status of my prescription refill only to hang up as I was trying to ask if it was resubmitted. Will be speaking with Shannon on my appointment since Cynthia needs a reminder that patients are more then just a number at SH.

Honestly, if I had somewhere I can go to right away super easily without going through all the hassles over and over again I would leave because it is very frustrating when you’re driving all over town because they don’t have an availability for the Clinic to be closer to your location to pick up your medication and then they’re closing at 1 o’clock in the afternoon on a Friday. 8 to 1 on Saturday, I understand, but I have no availability to make it all the way across Houston in however much traffic in order to try and pick up medication that I need. Just pull up one minute after the time to have the doors locked and no one in the lobby and no one willing to answer the door just to make sure you can get your medication completely forgot what customer service like coming to the pharmacy as well as most of the staff itself, I’ve been through a bunch of changes and it seems like they’re getting worse.

Jennifer the wonderful woman who took my blood was so kind and gentle. I didn’t feel the needle go in or come out. Highly recommend Mrs Jennifer.

Dr Nasar and Marianna, Kim, miss Dana are so welcoming and compassionate. I feel so comfortable with them helping me with my dental issues. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!! Bless them all.

The service is excellent! They are professional and very friendly! They actually care about your health. For my dental, Dr. Patel is the best dentist Ive ever had! Shes very knowledgeable and will only recommend and do whats best for you! Kimberly, Shawn, Dana and all of the staff are consistent in providing excellent service! Hands down Sugarland St. Hope is all about the patient!!

I truly don’t recommend this place anymore, their office wait time is unreasonably too long so I’m usually there for 2+ hours. Now they have a policy where you have to be charged for a “follow up” just to get a prescription and lab results otherwise they won’t tell you the results of labs even if it’s life threatening although they’re clearly posted in the online portal so you have to google your results and demand they give you a prescription for it if you can’t afford to return for verbal results. I HATE THEM NOW. it’s been a month with zero communication other than “you need to come for an appointment to get results and prescriptions” even after making it clear that I can’t afford to pay to come for a conversation

Karla and Meses are great ladies! They always make me feel comfortable and their personality is great... if I miss my appointment I feel lost because I miss seeing good people that show care and concern. If I should live to be 100 years old I want ms. Karla to be 102 so I dont have to see good people like her pass away ...🎤 drop

I really enjoy talking with the staff at this location. Dana, Kimberly, and Dr Patel always make me feel welcomed and comfortable. They listen to my needs, and address my issues. Thank you!

Horrible service from the doctor. I wish I could remember here name! It was an Indian lady that did absolutely nothing then proceeded to over charge me! I went in bc I had an insect inside my ear and “the Doctor” said she couldn’t or didn’t know what to do as if she was scared to remove the bug. All she did was take a look in my ear and told me to go to the ER. Even the doctors at the emergency room said she should have known what to do in a situation like this not send me off to someone else ! Specially after being charged !

Kimberly my dental assistant is a very caring and warm person who I feel so comfortable and at ease around. The receptionist Ms.Dana is warm and friendly and a great help in any situation! I highly recommend this place based on the encounters that I experienced in the company of all staff here!

Omg they must really take their time handpicking the employees at this location because as soon as you walk in the faces you are met with are so kind and welcoming. As you go inside the nurses meet you with laughter and great customer services. I have been to a few of the other locations and this is by far one of the best. They treat you like family more than just a patient. I would definitely recommend anyone to come to this location.

There is incompetence at the front desk. i had to go up and ask about my appt. after sitting in the front for an hour. I do need their services however i wont go back due to the manipulating vibe from the person up front who gave a snide have a nice day as i walk out. I wont be going back there because of her.

Oh, what a day I had at St. Hope Healthcare today! It was like a triple-whammy of dental, vision, and medical stuff, all in one go—kind of like a health care spa day, if there’s such a thing.Right from the get-go, it felt different. You know how some places have that clinical, kind of cold vibe?None of that is here. Very consistent as someone who has been going to this location for about a year besides the Bellaire location.Everyone was all smiles and super welcoming, almost like walking into a friend’s place rather than a healthcare facility.Very inclusive place, which i feel gives off a welcoming feeling.Let me tell you about Karla and Meses—theyre the real MVPs. Karla, with her nurse assistant magic, and Messe, who’s basically a bloodwork ninja, were totally on their game.They weren’t just going through the motions; they genuinely seemed to care about what they were doing and paid attention to the smallest details, all with this comforting chat that makes everything feel less clinical and more, I don’t know, human?And then there was the whole dental and vision experience.They didn’t mention names, but whoever these wizards were, they managed to make even those parts of the visit — which, let’s be honest, are nobody’s favorites—pretty darn bearable.It was clear they knew their stuff, but they also had this way of making you feel like you’re in good hands, reassuring you without even needing to say much.Throughout the whole visit, it wasn’t just about getting through a list of checks and procedures.It felt more like a conversation, where they actually listened to what I had to say, which is pretty rare in my experience.It’s not every day you feel heard, especially in a healthcare setting.So, if you are looking for a place that has it all: no anxiety, comprehensive care, genuine kindness, and high-level professionalism, St. Hope Healthcare is where you should go.The team there is doing something very special by ensuring that each patient feels personally cared for.I’m pretty grateful for the way they handled everything and just wanted to share the love.If you need any sort of healthcare check-up or treatment, you should definitely give them a shot.

Got here super early, trying to get my dental appointment earlier than the scheduled time. Met Dana & Sean at the front desk, most amazing people! Dana by far made sure I was taken care from start to finish. Dana and Sean definitely makes it super comfortable being at this location! The staff here is by far the most amazing!

This time they had an emergency in SL so I was efficiently seen by my same staff at the Bellaire location at the same appt time. They are wonderful at making me comfortable and getting things done quickly, yet explaining everything during the visit and what is needed for recovery. Now the new MA there I’m not sure what her name is but she is super sweet always friendly and very understanding she made me feel super comfortable. As for the phlebotomist she’s the best!!! She always gets me on the first time her way of making sure I feel okay and comfortable during the process of getting my labs done she’s always with a smile when you see her. Today was my first visit here. I arrived an hour early for my appointment and Dana at the front desk greeted me with a smile, got me checked in immediately and straight to the back to be seen. The entire staff here was very warm and inviting. I will definitely be back here.

We had an appointment at 11 and we were waiting almost for 40 mins I fill out the form and every paperwork’s and at the end they were saying we are not accepting this insurance.

Another great experience with mesces the flobotomist, she is very proffesional and iam a very very hard stick and only place i have good veins is my wrist,she always gets me with one stick wich im not use too and is very nice and sweet and has a great smile always,10 stars i would give her if it was an option

St Hope has been my choice of provider since 2017. Back in 2020, I started having issues with medicine not being covered and getting the run around from my insurance, the case worker, and the pharmacy. It became frustrating and a waste of my time so I stopped coming. After 3 years, I decided to come back and give them one more try. After seeing the doctor (dr Roberts who was great), I seen a new case worker. I explained how my insurance doesn’t cover specialty medicine and I wouldn’t get approved for the assistance due to my income. Before walking out, Sean at the front stopped me, made a call to someone, and came mentioned to the case worker for her to have me apply for a different medicine assistance programs these 6 years of coming here, no one has mentioned this to me, I’ve just been going without medicine. Sean mentioned it, not even a week later, the case worker called me and said it was approved and the medicine will be covered! Thank you Sean for helping me out and for keeping a patient/customer. I also want to add how phenomenal Dana in Dental is as well as Jessica! Always friendly and helpful!

My dental appointment at SHF Sugarland was refreshing comparing to my last dental appt. at the Greens Point location. Sometime professionalism can be done without being graciousness, not so with Dana at SHF Sugarland. Her: meet and greet was done splendidly, her: inform and directive was done with clarity; and my Care Provider: Dr. Amal Nassar put me at ease with her kindness. I was impressed and pleased with my visit . All the staff that I encounter that day made felt appreciated. I am so looking forward to my next appointment. etc. my wife and sons will be going there too .

My experience consisted of kind and professional staff that do their best to provide expedient service. Dr. Patel is great at communicating with patients about treatments, care, and dental education. My only issue lies with scheduling. It can be very difficult to schedule appointments.

Dr. Briscoe is the worst doctor Ive ever seen. She has terrible bed side manner and is completely unresponsive with refills. Shes sat on my case for 3 weeks now with no response. Ive called nurses and hotlines and pharmacies, and Ive had no response until today. When I had to call her at another location, in which she denied me the medication and said I need to come in. Thats fine, except its been 3 weeks, Im out of medication and I have the flu, and a fever of 101.4. When the nurse told me she denied me the first time, I made sure the nurse expressed that I had the flu and have been waiting for 3 weeks, perhaps give me one month supplies and let me schedule a visit. Still denied. What a terrible human being. Why is she even a doctor?---update-- I was contacted by st hope very quickly after this review. They were able to get the medication sent through. And they are giving me 1 month of medication. I dont know why it took me writing a scathing review to get my situation understood. I was informed there are other doctors, and I will be switching away from Dr Briscoe. The person who called to do damage control did a great job and was completely emphatic to my situation. I appreciate that greatly. The staff hasnt been subpar at all, its Dr. Briscoe who has.

My experience with doctor offices are extremely terrible. I truly am happy that I found out about this office. They aren’t pushy or rude. The In-take coordinator/caseworker Mr. Faustino was awesome and he was very kind and made me fully aware that he will take care of everything and also that my doctor and nurse practitioner are very friendly! My son who is three was everywhere. They were so kind and understanding and gave him treats for being an awesome three year old. They are wonderful. Thank you for giving me chance at life again. I came here 2 years ago. I genuinely didnt like the way I was handled the first 2 times and ultimately after waiting my 3rd visit, I left. I swore I would never come back Until today. The front desk Briana, nurse Tony and Faustino are GODSENDS!I walked in about 10 minutes early, and Briana greeted me. The office hadnt even opened yet and she was there and readily available to assist me. Kinda changed my Outlook immediately on the place.Nurse Tony greeted me as well letting me know my appointment would be in a few minutes and made me feel as if she actually cared why about why I was there.Faustino literally iced the cake. I couldnt believe his level of customer service. He took his duties above and beyond. I felt like a person instead of just another number.This time around, I may have more than just 2 visits here._____5 years later...Clearly I came back more than twice!Meses makes my blood draws EFFORTLESSLY PAINLESS!!! She makes me forget were even working with needles (WHICH I HATE!)SEAN AND DANA ARE GODSENDS!!!!! If I see them at the front desk, I know my visit is going to be good. GIVE THEM RAISES because would be so annoyed having to deal with me, and they handle whatever curveball I throw at them professionally with ease.This was my first visit speaking to caseworker Annette and I can truly tell she cares about what she does. She was patient and kind the entire process.Nurse Heber and Sulima handled me with so much care!Go team!

The dentist Patel messed up my teeth and put me in unbearable pain. The worst experience of my life. I heard her yell at her employees really bad. She did a horrible job and put my life at risk. And to fix it is $10k.

Absolute worst provider I have ever had I have been regretting my switch to this provider from day one ! Today I was only 15 mins late had to reschedule so I fall to reschedule they tell me theres a opening at sugarland tomorrow for 10:45 I check my email only to realize they set my appointment for greens point 1hour from my house ... how do u mic sugarland and greenspoint its beyond me the fact that they are having a letting in the middle of the day around scheduled appointment times is beyond me the facility is closed to long through the days for them to not have time for a meeting around clinic times ... they have been dropping the ball every step of the way I was talked into staying with them by a floor leader when I had already started the process to switch back to my old provider the first thing they say is u not a number all the whole treating u like a number

The front desk is always hospitable Kimberly is always a joy to see when I go to dental.

Exceptional Service at St. Hope Foundation today, I came in for testing and services at the Sugarland location. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Larry. He had a smile on his face very friendly and professional made me feel really comfortable. The faculty is really inviting. I explained everything with Larry and he said he would help in all aspects. Larry has a lot of knowledge about Prevention and Options, he was very helpful in testing. Larry told me about all the services St. Hope offers at all locations to see which location would be feasible for me. After telling me about all the services at St. Hope I decided to want to make an appointment. Not only did he help me with my registration also made a call to get me an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. I am thankful for his kindness, he went out of his way to help me get me the services I asked for. Larry, I want to stay thank you for your kindness and being so helpful. This clinic is very professional and friendly. I just recently started coming here and they are very convenient. They have medical, dental and vision. Couldn’t ask for a better clinic. The receptionists and nurses are great.

I had an appointment on 5/15/18 with Faustino at the Sugarland location, and I was beyond impressed with him. He was the most pleasant provider I have seen maybe ever, and not only was he thorough in his explanations of the paperwork we read through together, he was also concise, so the time flew by. By the end of the appointment I felt like I had know him my entire life-something I have not experienced before in a setting such as this. I highly recommend St. Hope...from the receptionist I encountered upon entering to Faustino and everyone thereafter, I was pleasantly surprised with the whole process.

Was trying to find a place that was not super expensive and that my boyfriend would be comfortable going. He said his experience was beyond amazing!! From all the staff having awesome attitudes, the Doctors and Nurses taking the time to explain everything and helped him figure out the issue he has been dealing with for 5 years. Thanks to them he was able to find a surgeon per their referral, had surgery and is recovering amazingly!! I also stopped there to pick up my meds prescribed and the pharmacist was super sweet, and gave me a detailed explanation on how to take my meds and what not to take!!! The front desk staff at this location are inefficient, irresponsible, and poorly trained!!! Before I showed up for my appointment on January 29th, I was told I could verify my income via my bank app, but when I got there the South Asian lady at the front desk requested a screenshot of my bank statement. My new phone made it difficult to do that, so she told me to send it to her email later on. I paid the fee and she checked me in to see the dentist.Since it was my first visit, the x-ray technician needed to take a number of photos, which was pretty difficult to accomplish because of my Mandibular Tori, but she tried her best to make me comfortable. She was awesome! The dentist took his time examining and explaining everything that needs to be done. Once he was finished, he asked if I had any questions or concerns. I did and he explained everything to me. He then sent me over to the front desk to learn my financial responsibility.The South Asian lady gave me her email address and told me to send her my bank statement. She seemed aloof and mentioned nothing about the process or what to anticipate. I sent an email the next day with information for two months. I waited for two weeks to hear back from her without any success, so I called and Debra answered the phone. She said because my file was not completed she would prepare it and call me back to schedule my next appointment. It is exactly three weeks today since speaking with Debra and I still have not heard back from her nor have I received any sort of communication from either of them. You are the reason government agencies and non-profit employees are labeled lazy and inefficient! You should be retrained or your position should be given to people who want to work.

My experience here was good got to my appointment at 1:35 pm. The staff at the front desk was friendly. Although had to wait another 30 minutes but the case manager Faustino was such a lovely person made me feel very comfortable, my application went very fast. Got all the help I needed.

Went to the doctors office a little early expecting to have to wait outside right until time for my appointment time but to my surprise the doors were open. I was greeted by a very professional and charismatic guy by the name of Sean who advised me what the process was. I sat for about 15 minutes and then was called back by another gentlemen by the name of Faustino. He to my knowledge is my case worker. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the whole process. He made the process so easy I can tell he does it in his sleep; made me feel very at ease about my doctors visit. It was also his birthday, so he was full of energy. I was then given to a Stephanie who did my blood work and she was hilarious. I mean she had me laughing the whole time. I forgot I was doing blood-work. Shes awesome. I then met with my doctor and we discussed treatment options and next steps. She was so personable. I felt as if she genuinely cared. Like an aunt or something. So needless to say I recommend everyone to go to this office. The Sugarland office. They are TOP NOTCH!

I arrived prior to my 9:30am appointment to complete the paperwork. The administration staff and case manager were all professional and accommodating to my needs since I had to reschedule the first time I originally made the appointment.However, the doctors on staff are highly unprofessional and inconsiderate of patients time. I sat around waiting for almost two hours to get attended, and paid $60 for minimal services and did not get attended by the doctor. Although the nurses and assistants were attentive and did as much work as they could prior to my seeing the doctor, they did not do so in a timely matter. I was at the location for two hours and a half, and was only attended for a short period of time. Waste of my time and money. So despicable! I moved around my work schedule just so I could attend this appointment, only to be highly disappointed.The only reason Im rating this location one star is because the administration staff did a superb job and administered a doctors appointment right away, as well as administrating the paperwork right away. Otherwise, I would not give this place any ratings.However, I will NOT come back due to the poor clientele services given at this location. Steer clear if you dont want to waste your time.

I had an appointment at 11:30 and they made me sit in a room until 1:15 with no explanation. I had to leave my room and ask for a refund. Ridiculous staff. Everyone is not focused. Wasted so much of my day and made me late to work. Front desk acting appalled and didn’t even bother rescheduling me. Just canceled the appointment.

Had a very good experience at this clinic. Everyone from the staff at the front desk to the physician was very friendly and professional. Faustino the case worker is very knowledgeable and efficient. Through his expert direction, we were able to finish the paperwork quickly. The rooms are clean and well-maintained as well.

I have been going t h.c St.. HOPE FOUNDATION Sugarland -- For more than a year. When I first started this were better. It appears they experiencing growing pains. I give medical care and medical staff Dr.. Wallace and Stephanie 5 for excellent job they do. Dental Staff Dr.. PATEL and Josh I give 5s,. DR.. McKinney and her staff is excellent.Referral staff is very poor. I have never been referred to the doctor that I was ask to be referred to.Social Services is poor, I cant any answers from Rachel. All I can get from us a gas card when she have them. Majority of time she dont have them.I am being to feel that I am just a number.Also, I apply for jobs with St. Hope through indeed and through St Hope website and all I get is a thank you for applying and I will get back with you. I called it to HR and no response. It hard to get through to Sugarland Office and areas in the corporate office and they refer you to chat and know was is there from that area and there refer you back to your clinic staff personnel.First impression is every thing that is why I gave a 3.

Really Great Experience at the Sugarland Place, I came in for testing on last week, and it was my first time being tested and I was really nervous. I was helped by Mr. Larry he was very friendly and helpful to me. He made me feel very comfortable to talk about my thoughts of my experiences. He is really knowledgable about testing and helpful options. I really appreciate him helping me. He told me if I had any questions to please not hesitate to contact him. I contact Mr. Larry on yesterday, just as he said if I had questions he would help and he did just that. I am so thankful for his help, thank you St. Hope for having great employees who care.

Oh my goodness this is the BEST clinic I have EVER been to. The staff are caring to the patients, the doctor, in particularly Dr Mckeown is The BEST, she cares and works hard to get her parents well. All the staff go over and above to make each patient “more than just a number.” They make you feel like family.

The reason I ask, is because every member of the staff at St. Hope’s / Sugar Land location has a smile on their face and a very courteous demeanor. I have been a patient for a few months and I am astounded by their positive and professional demeanor. I have never seen this high level of competency and professionalism in any of the other private health care facilities, much less did I expect it in a public facility.To be more specific, take BRIANNA for instance: she greets patients at the registration window and she is a first class multitasker. Courteous and respectful should be her last name.MICHELLE takes care of all dental patients. Wear sun glasses when you talk to her, because she has the most beautiful and pearly white teeth you have ever seen, which go perfectly with her personality.Last but not least, BRIA (alias Dracula) the most pain free phlebotomist I have ever experienced. She eases that needle with a smile and a twinkle in her eye that puts you at ease.¿WHAT’S WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? They don’t see their daily routine as just a job, they have a vocation and a call to service. May many blessings be bestowed on all of you.

I’ve been coming to St. Hope for over 10 years know most of the staff at several locations. Very happy with all services expect the psychiatric services. The Ironically the only M.D. Psychiatrist is a older gentle that has trouble speaking. Every several months he takes it upon himself to change my medications and says it’s blah blah blah isn’t allowed under St. Hope policy. This is very frustrating because of his speech impediment we can’t even have a conversation about these changes. Mental health is just as important as physical help and St. Hope has definitely dropped the ball in this department. This man should not be practicing medicine anymore. These are real people dealing with real problems and he is notCapable of giving the proper level of help needed. I hope they bring on another M.D. asap!!!

The receptionists was nice, the dental assistant was nice, the Dentist (Dr. Patel) was nice but unfortunately they were not helpful and my experience was not that great. I got gagged and nearly puked during my x-ray because I had the x-ray bitewing shoved down my throat. I spent the majority of my time filling out paper work and apologizing for gagging (The appointment took two and a half hours not including the hour wait for the pharmacist to give me antibiotics). The Dentist spent maybe 5-8 minutes on my appointment and told me that my tooth had to be pulled and that I needed an oral surgeon to do it because I would need a bone graft. Dr. Patel told me there was nothing that she could do for me and directed me to the dental college that wouldnt be able to see me for 3 months. I had a MAJOR toothache with a lot of pain and was sent away feeling panicked and hopeless. Luckily I found the BEST dentist ever (not at the dental college of course) who removed my tooth in 15 minutes without a bone graft or any issues. Everyone at St. Hope is very nice but not interested in treating every patient. I left super stressed and lost.

I love this doctors office. The wait dampers your mood, but it is the doctors office. I just met a new worker, her name is Ajai. She is a present help. I love her personality, and her calm soothing voice. It relaxes me. I wouldnt dare to change my physician. Dr. Penny is quite informative and direct. Two attributes i adore. St. Hope is the best!!!!!

Faustino was very helpful and informative I actually walked in and did not know who I was supposed to see and what I was supposed to do and after asking a total stranger for help and turned out that I was supposed to be with him. I have been with st.hope before but was not currently in the system and forgot all the things that they could do for me.But he knew everything without reading it off the screen. When it came time for the personal history and sexual orientation questions.I like how he handled them with a certain flow because in the past I have felt like people have looked at me and quickly made judgement,but he didnt and I look forward to the next 6 months.

Extremely expensive for a place that goes by income. My friend makes $780 a month and needed all her teeth pulled and dentures and they wanted her to pay $117 PER TOOTH. Not including the cost of dentures. I have a good income and I couldnt even afford that. They said based on their sliding scale she was at the lowest. Well the lowest is $117 a tooth if anyone is wondering. When my friend told them there was no way she could afford that they didnt even offer any programs for her to reach out to for assistance. Hateful..

Ive been coming to this clinic since 2011 and I have yet to have a bad experience. Staff is very helpful and Faustino has been very nice and quick getting me re-established as a patient since I havent been here for a while. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality medical and dental care.

My experience Michelle in billing and patient services is the best. My conversation on the phone with her and trying to get me an urgent appointment was kind and understanding. I was in a lot of pain and she understood.

At this location they never keep to the appointment time. There is constantly one hour wait time before you get to see the dentist. They tend to forget that people have other plans too. The dentist however is good at what he does and the assistants as well.

I’ve been trying to schedule an appt for more than 3 months. Every time I call no one answers. I try to make an appointment online, it gets denied, but no follow up as to why or to reschedule. Feeling like there’s no hope and that I’m just another number atp. Please assist. My situation is urgent.

Had a great experience at this location. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a little wait but I appreciate Faustimo, nurse Esmeralda and Dr. Penny taking their time to make everything is done correctly.

My case isn’t a bit unusual, as my income is irregular. Faustino checked me in early and maintained enthusiasm and humor throughout the process of getting me registered and checked. Further, there was an issue with the system, and he was resourceful in finding a way around the problem to keep moving forward. In my estimation, he will be running the center soon (or should be!). Thank you for a fantastic experience.

I was scheduled to see the doctor I came in and I as well as another client were turned away because we did not or were able to pay our co pay at that time I was very disappointed in the way this got handled: where your more than Jude a number but if you don’t have any money your nothing at all . Asked if it could be billed said no I just feel if you really care why is it all about the money all can’t afford it times are hard and health is important just thought you should know .

Absolutely the worst clinics in the Houston area! I have insurance and was left waiting in the clinic for 5 hours only to be refused services at their Bellaire location. Today I took off from work to go to the Sugarland location for an eye doctors appointment, which they confirmed by text, telephone, and email... only to be turned away and told that I didnt have an appointment from a rude receptionist named Lakesha. The behavior of the staff is deplorable and unacceptable. No one should be treated like this and I will be taking civil action against them for my lost time and wages. As well as the discrimination that I have encountered.

I had to wait 3 1/2 hours to see the doctor even though I had an scheduled appointment. This was one of the worse experiences Ive had pertaining to St Hope, I normally go to the Bellaire office which by the way is truly amazing!! Unfortunately they didnt have an opening until later on in the week and I was pretty under the weather, due to hurricane Harvey. Needless to say I will NEVER return to this location again.
