The best OBGYN Ive ever met. She listens and delivers. The office staffs are all so very attentive and always helpful and no long waits. Very clean place and best doctors. So far, Im very satisfied with the care Im receiving.

Needed a new OB just for a well woman visit. Was referred here by my pcp. I saw the NP Amber and she was very attentive and thorough. Listened to me and my previous history and made sure I left with no questions unanswered. It was a fairly quick visit without the feeling of being rushed.

I am so happy I started my hormone journey at this place! I came for a well-woman check up with hormone concerns, and my concerns were addressed RIGHT AWAY!! No dismissing, gaslighting, or negativity like I have had with my general physician. They take womens (and mens too) concerns seriously and aim to give each patient their custom treatment plan. Dr. Evans has even helped me get genetic cancer testing, and was very knowledgable about the process! Carla is amazing, and knowledgable when treating patients with weight loss plans. They do not give up on their patients! This is THE place to be for any hormonal or weight loss concerns!!

My 1st visit was May 2024. My f/u was Aug 21st.Good practice; thorough about the female body & health. I met nurse amber who has helped me to improve hormone balance and explain menopause. There is still life before, during, and after. You just have to get the right drs/nurses who knows something about the female body & educate us womeen instead of spooking us about using HRT. Im truly thankful.And they also offer a Spa to pamper you, and improve the outer body as well. Ill be taking a closer look into their Spa services

Disappointed. Website states to call for a free consultation. The consultation is only free for non invasive procedures receptionist states. Consultation fee is $250 and it will not be applied to the cost of surgery should I decide to proceed. What? I guess I will search elsewhere. Like why would I pay $250 for a consultation to risk being told that the doctor may not be able to service me or that she could service me at some astronomical price. So instead I’m going to visit Dr Wesley Brady in Dallas Texas, yup you heard right, I’m going to commute to Dallas for a consult and procedure why….bc #1 not only does Dr Wesley Brady do phenomenal work but the consultation fee is applied to the cost of the procedure if booked within a week🤑. Now that’s the type of service I’m accustom too. 🫡Lastly I don’t trust the reviews on here. Generally when someone makes a review and it’s there only review it’s suspect.

Dr. Evans and her team are TOP TIER!!! Ive been a patient of Dr. Evans for a few years but this was my first feminine rejuvenation procedure and they took such great care of me. UPDATE: Dr. Evans finally called me this morning and we got this worked out. There was some confusion going on, but she just explained she was out of office and she got things corrected. Thank you Dr. Evans! I am revising my review.-------------------------------------------------I wanted to put a long explanation here on this review to explain my frustration with Dr. Evans staff. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing, and every time I call the staff seems too busy to actually take notes as to what I am calling about and forwarding that message directly to the doctor. The nurse practitioner seems to not know what she is doing either, no one calls you back when there is and issue, and you cant send a message directly to the doctor on their patient portal when there is an issue. I am really frustrated right now, and it feels like they are managing both cosmetic patients and gynecological patients and are so busy they arent able to do their job effectively for a gynecological patient. The staff is terrible. I love Dr. Evans, but she really needs to get some better staff and they need to be better organized.

Dr. Evans has been the very best gynecologist I have ever been to and I am 45 years old. She is knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I had a major procedure done by her a few months ago. She took such good care of me. She came to visit at the hospital daily. She made sure I was taken care of at the hospital. Her care can not be compared with any other doctor. Her staff are just as nice as she is. You truly experience the parallel process in her office. My husband also appreciate her compassion.

My overall experience was extremely positive. The staff was patient and kind. The Synographer was very efficient and informative. Dr. Evans has such an amazing spirit, how can you not love her as a person and professional. She’s insightful, empathetic, and an advocate for your overall wellness. UPDATE: Finally getting around to a final update. My visit with Dr. Evans went well. Minus the hiccup with the appointment/insurance issue I had initially, I think Dr. Evans is providing a valuable service to women including well women exams and additional treatments to help women feel our best when it comes to our lady parts.UPDATE: Dr. Evans called me and was kind enough to get me worked in for another appointment. She was concerned about my experience and seems very kind. Appointment coming up soon. 🙏🏽INITIAL REVIEW: Terrible customer service at the front desk. Waited a month for my appointment. I verified with my insurance that Dr. Evans was in network. I get to my appointment just to be turned away because the staff looked at the COLOR of my card and said they don’t accept my insurance. Even after I told them it was verified that they were in network, they still said no. No one took the initiative to offer to call member services to confirm. They just refused service. I drive all the way home and call my insurance. They confirm AGAIN that they have a contract with this doctor and I shouldn’t have been turned away. They call the doctor’s office confirm that they are in network but I had an older insurance card because my new one hadn’t made it to me yet. So I call to speak to an office manager to discuss the issue and AGAIN the front desk staff says that they told member services they don’t accept my insurance! The office manager finally says she will call to verify the insurance. She calls back and confirms they are in network and then asks me to go back to their office to be seen. I tell her I have to pick my daughter up at a certain time and she says I can be seen before then. I get to the office and get checked in when the lady at front desk says I have to complete some online information. More delays. I ask her if they could have sent that ahead of time she says they did but I have no record of it. At this time it is after 3:30pm and I tell her I have to pick my child up by 4:15. Will I be able to be seen? She says yes and I’ll be done in time to get my child. I sit and I wait for almost 40 mins while they call back person after person. No one seems to even have bothered to tell the nurses or doctor that I needed to be worked in sooner. So I ended up having to leave and not be seen. And. Of course the doctor doesn’t have any openings for over a month. I wasted half my work day with this and not to mention gas.I have no idea if Dr. Evans is a good doctor but I can say her administrative staff at the front desk is lacking in customer service and empathy. No one even apologized for the mix up. They seemed to be completely unconcerned.

Walking into this office is a breath of fresh air. Friendly staff. I received the pellets to start my hormone replacement therapy and I was really nervous but Dr Evans and her Nurse Practitioner Amber set my anxiety to ease. Thanks so much in helping me with this new journey! Looking forward to seeing your team soon.

Dr. Evans consistently takes time out to answer all your questions and doesn’t make you feel rushed. She is extremely busy and always has several patients in the waiting room, but when you get to the back to see her..she never makes the visit feel rushed and takes her time to make sure all of your concerns have been addressed and you are completely comfortable with the plan of care. I love this! I am in the Medical field myself and this is a great example of excellent bedside manner.The office staff is nice and the facility is spotless with concessions in the waiting room. On top of that I feel very confident in her medical knowledge and experience. I started BIOTE hormone replacement with her and haven’t looked back. Everything has been great since beginning therapy and I will continue seeing Dr. Evans going forward for all my female and well woman needs.

Back in 2013 I went to the ER at Memorial Herman SW to deliver my first baby, Dr.Evans was the Obgyn, it was 3:00 am when she preformed a Csection on me, she was amazing!!! I still remember her smile and calmness, the confidence that I saw on her face comforted me, everything went great!! unfortunately, I didn’t get to meet her after the surgery but I never forgot her! my daughter is 10 years old now, I told her about the amazing doctor that helped me bringing her to this world safely and easily,💕 Thank you Dr.Evans.

Ladies, you must have a frank conversation about your overall health as well as your sexual health with Dr. Evans! Recently, I had been suffering from post menopausal symptoms, they were so severe that I could not lead a normal life. Dr. Evans listened to my concerns very carefully, she also consulted with other doctors as my case was unique. I insisted on hormone therapy and only 7 days into it, I feel a big difference. Feel no shame in talking about your and your partner’s needs as this helps to make a happy married life and overall well being. You rock Dr. Evans! Thank you for caring so much about my well being.

Feel so much better after having natural hormone replacement pellets. Initially went to see Dr Evans as waking frequently through the night and sudden increase in hot flushes . I am 52 years old. Felt exhausted. After 2-3 weeks, all symptoms went away, much more energy, sleeping well and feeling great. Would highly recommend. Dr Evans has a fantastic rapport with clients and is knowledgeable and professional.

Im going through my first time pregnancy, and have been with Dr. Evans since first finding out. She is amazing! I have not delivered yet but my visits with her have so far been a great success. Shes very helpful, answers all my questions, and doesnt show any annoyance or like Im bothering her in any way. Dr.Kimberly Evan’s is one of the best doctors for all things female, woman health and beauty. She is beyond text book and connects with you as an individual to seeks to get to the root of all issues and or preventive measures. Most doctors don’t have time and treat you like another insurance number going through the process but not Dr. Evan’s. She explains and is through and provides necessary insight or educational material. As a result I also refer people because I know how challenging it can be to find the right doctor. Her staff represents sincerity and friendliness. My schedule w/work can be busy and I appreciate how they try to accommodate me. Overall ladies in away it’s your on stop shop for health and beauty.

Professional, friendly staff, out of their way to make you feel comfortable and very informative regarding procedure. This was a first time visit to this facility but not my first micro needling/PRP procedure. Will not return to facility that I have gone to for seven years because Dr. Kimberley & her staff are much more knowledge & gave me an in-depth understanding of how I would better benefit by combing different technologies for a more youthful look.

I Love Doctor Kimberly L. Evans. I waited to give a complete honest postoperative review because I felt it was important for other women to get a true since of the kind of care Ive received from my Doctor. First of all Dr. Evans has the best bed side matter Ive ever experienced from any doctor especially an OBGYN. Dr. Evans sees her patients as guest in her establishment. Your questions are answered and your left with having a serene feeling everything will be okay. I saw Dr. Evans for terrible pain in my abdomen. She is so polite she gave me a Tylenol before the exam. 💕 I was diagnosed with endometriosis and I had a total abdominal hysterectomy c-section. The endometriosis was wrapped around my bowels and bladder and Dr. Evans skillfully took a mass as big as a grapefruit or a nurf football out of my abdomen. I was made very comfortable after sugery. She came and talked to my husband after the sugery to assure him everything came out fine. Dr. Evans even came back to see me the next day and the next two mournings to make sure I was comfortable and checked with the hospital staff to continue my care safely during the pandemic. Ive been able to contact her personally about my healing and because I am a chronic illness patient and have three autoimmune diseases she made herself available for me. She is compassionate and genuinely concerned for her patients well-being mind and body. Each visit to see Dr.Evans she still has that same amazing good energy she had the very first doctors visit.🤗 She is my forever OBGYN doctor and Id like to say her staff is TOP NOTCH 🌟Good people! 👍Thank you so much for making my quality of life so much better.P.S. Annual Woman Exam Due and Was referred to Dr. Evans by my primary physician. When I arrived, I was greeted by the receptionist, who was welcoming.The wait wasnt that long. After filling out my new patient forms,I was called back and seen by Ursula, NP. She was very kind. We talked, laughed about certain things; she was really sweet. I never had any doubt about how knowledgeable she was because to become an NP, You have to be. Anyway, Everything went Smooth and I was extremely happy with the Service. Ive already told my fellow Nurses and Friends about Dr. Evans and Staff. Though, I didnt get to meet Dr. Evans this time; Im sure shes equally as pleasant as the rest of her Staff.

Id give them a 10 if I had that option, everybody is friendly and helpful, theres also a lab there for blood test which is helpful.Dr. Evans covered my pregnancy, delivery and postpartum. She made it a beautiful experience, my delivery was smooth and easier than I have expected . Shes professional and knows what shes doing, very calm and confident. In addition to being so sweet.I had a change of insurance during my pregnancy, she wasnt covered by the second one but she came up with a plan to make it work.Im very pleased with their services.Mama and baby boy are grateful ❤️

Ladies what are you waiting for. Thinning hair, low sex drive, and feeling drained is not normal. Dr. Evans is amazing and blessing. 20+ years of no hormones and all my other doctors said get on antidepressants. Great if they are needed but a conversation about my hormones has been life changing. Dr. Evans and her staff are very kind! Dr. Evans (after a few pre-op appointments) removed a large ovarian dermoid cyst from my pelvis- the surgery was successful, and during my hospitalization, Dr. Evans was at the hospital to see me and check up on me. I was very well taken care of.With doctors, I usually feel rushed, like the doctors and nurse just want to get me out of there and I often feel that Im not being listened to or allowed to explain myself. It was completely different with Dr. Evans, though. She has an attentive ear and constantly made sure I was comfortable (and is still). I would recommend Dr. Evans to anyone, she is phenomenal.

Ive been going to Dr. Evans since 2012 and I have no regrets of choosing her as my primary OBGYN. I love that she is very knowledgeable of her practice and uses her skills adequately to get to know her patients and their condition. She has wonderful bedside manners, always maintaining a smile and pleasant attitude with every office or hospital visit that I have encountered. She always explains her findings and plan of care in a way in which the patient can understand. She also takes her time during my visits to address concerns and answer questions without rushing in and out of her exam rooms. Ive gotten to know many of her office staff throughout the years and they are always very professional, pleasant and welcoming upon each encounter. In 2013, Dr. Evans delivered my second child and recently she has delivered my third child. Each delivery has went smoothly and I couldnt have asked for a better OBGYN. During my pregnancy Ive traveled 45 mins from my home to her office only because Dr. Evans is absolutely the best!!!!!!!

I was referred over for a 15 minute consultation for a medical procedure. Got to my appointment 5 mins before schedule, on arrival no one greets you. I checked in with Diana, she took payment and told me to wait to be seen. Meanwhile prior to my appointment, I had been told that I would have no co-pay. I waited 45 mins, went back to Diana to ask why I was being delayed and she said I was next… Finally got in and Kayla was somewhat pleasant; took my weight and bp and said to wait in the room and that the doctor would be with me shortly. I waited for another 30 mins and finally got frustrated, walked out of the room and asked again why I was being delayed and no one was giving any updates… then Kayla tells me the doc was just finishing with another patient. About 6 mins later, the Dr Evans walks in and jumps right into what brings me to see her and right away I had to stop her and express my frustration about the service and the lack of courtesy of her staff. She apologizes and asks how she can make me happy and so we get into why I’m there in the first place… unfortunately I had to return the next day for a shot. Next day being today, I walk in for my appointment and again Diana shows no courtesy!!! As a matter of fact I said good morning and she doesn’t respond and instead talks over me to another patient. When she’s done, she says “name” and I give her my name… then she stretches out her hand, and I’m looking at her like what do you need. Then she said “can I have the medication”, I give it to her and then she says “someone will be with you”. So I go sit down and 7 mins later, Kayla comes to get me, no initial courtesy… she checks my weight and bp and tells me she would be giving me the shot. From out little 3 min conversation, she was actually pleasant, did my procedure and was glad to be done. I walked out and no one acknowledges, lack of courtesy!!!In summary, I will say that after my horrible experience yesterday, I was going to leave a review but changed my mind after talking with Dr Evans and speaking with my husband. Today’s experience was just the icing on the cake; nothing short of unfortunate. Diana definitely needs some courtesy lesson if not, she should not be sitting by the window. I decided that I “Must” leave a review today in hopes that things will change. One thing is certain, I will not be returning to their office!!!

Before coming to Dr. Evans I was a mess. Night sweats, mood swings, no libido, depression, but the worst was brain fog. I was engaged and was miserable to be around, so he says:). The worst experience Ive ever had with a doctors staff and clinic. The staff is very rude and inconsiderate. When I tried to ask questions during my pregnancy they never listened and overtalked me as if we were arguing. The doctor is nice but she doesnt have control over her nurse. The nurse decided to discharge me and the doctor never reached out to me to discuss the issue nor assisted me with care. I had to locate another doctor while I was 32 weeks along in my pregnancy. Not to mention they collected my baby deposit and stated it will take 3-6 weeks for them to refund me. It was a hassle and I would like everyone to be aware of this office.

I came in today 9.20.21 for a micro needling session with Krystal O. I was immediately greeted upon waking into their office. I filled out a questionnaire to assess my skin and what’s my end goal.Krystal then lead me to her room where my session would be performed. The ambiance of the room is very tranquil and relaxing. I was given a robe to change into, once changed I laid down and the process began.Krystal put a topical numbing cream on my face and let it set in for about 20 minutes (boy does that numbing cream work!) She walked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable during the treatment. She explained the different settings on the pen for each areas of your face.I was sent home with cream to place on my face and instructions on how to care for my skin over the next few days while the healing process is taking place. Krystal is a sweetheart and I will be booking another session as soon as time allows.

DO NOT LET THEM SCHEDULE YOU WITH THE NURSE PRACTITIONER. I was charged for TWO visits just in one, AND charged for labs with the best PPO insurance.This place is a profit mill. You walk in and already there’s marketing everywhere for add on services. The wait was over an hour. The nurse practitioner had no idea what she was talking about and “Googled” to answer basic questions.I went for a well woman’s exam and had questions about birth control, and she charged me for two appointments. Since it was two appointments I asked her to test for a yeast infection, she charged me MORE. THEN a year later I get a call from the office saying I owe MORE money, are you kidding?!?I handed over so much cash.

Shes nice, but I wouldnt recommend. She took over a week to get back to me when I had an infection and she prescribed twice the dose of an antibiotic with major, permanent side effects for longer than its normally prescribed when there were other antibiotics with less severe side effects that could have treated my infection.

I highly recommend Dr. Evans. I had an amazing experience with her. She listened to my concerns very patiently and answered all my questions. She is very knowledgeable. Her office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very nice office! I love the staff especially Mis Denise! She was so helpful and Informative. She made sure I was taken care of and comfortable. I’ve been going her for almost 2 years now and don’t plan on leaving ! Great office definitely RECOMMEND !

I have been seeing dr Evans for over a year now for biote pellets. She really listens to your concerns as well as to how you want to treat your symptoms. Recently I had her do my botox and filler. Once again, she performed with aplomb. I wasnt necessarily happy with one eye that puffs more than the other(hence the filler), and she stayed late to research what more could be done to make me happy ... even though it is my tearduct issue. She goes above and beyond. Not to mention liz being a wonderful asset to the practice for spa needs. Thank you all so much!

Called for an appt and the front desk tells me she dont know if they take my insurance, asked her could you pls check she tells me we don’t check insurance I can give you the npi and you can check yourself, what in the world. Never heard of nobody telling me to do this, plus I’m in the medical field myself I don’t remember telling my patients this but ok clearly they don’t need new patients!!
