Had such a good experience here! Everyone was soooo friendly which is not always the case at clinics like this. The MAs were very nice and professional as well as the admin team at check in. I was in and out in about an hour and didn’t have to fill out any additional paperwork or even provide my insurance, etc. because I did it online when making my appointment. The PA (Ben) was really great and super professional. I received some of my test results same day and the rest next day through the online portal (super easy to login and view on your own). Within 48 hours of my appointment, another PA called me and talked me through the results and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed which I really appreciated. I don’t live in this area but I would make the 40 minute drive to visit this clinic again if needed! Would definitely recommend!

Came here today and was in and out in 20 min with a prescription as well. Very clean environment and staff is very patient and kind! I’m so glad I chose to come here. Definitely the most pleasant experience at an urgent care facility that I’ve ever been to. I would def recommend to anyone who needs to be seen asap.

I’ve been here almost once every 3 weeks in the past few months. Lol. But the nurses and doctors who work here are simply amazing. They are kind and professional at the same time. I was well taken care of on all the occasions i had to visit them. And they prescribe just the right thing, that you start feeling better immediately. I simply wish i could tell that they were my primary care, but alas, it doesn’t work that way. Truly wonderful people and they give you the best treatment possible. Lovely front desk staff and the space is kept clean and comfortable.

I was very pleased with the care I received from Memorial Herrmann-Go Health Urgent Care. I was very happy with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I am employed at an Urgent Care in Ohio, so know how stressful it can be at times. I was treated as I was the only patient needing care. My provider did an excellent job of repairing my laceration. A big thank you for the excellent care, so I could enjoy the rest of my visit.

The staff were warm and friendly, and the prices are more affordable than I expected. I came in with an injured toe, and left feeling better than I have in forever. They were helpful, explained everything from the procedure to cost step by step, and not once did I feel uncomfortable or like I was being criticized for why I was there like at some other urgent cares. I will definitely be returning to this location when the need arises, highly recommend.

Prime urgent care is great. I have visited multiple times with my kids and received the best care better than primary physician. They are very helpful and take all necessary steps to ensure your healthy.

The Assistant doctor was great and the clinic covered all of the tests suggested and the recovery antibiotics were prescribed and I’m very happy with the final turn out. Unfortunately even though the nurse performed all the check ups properly it could help if their attitude could be a little more friendly as we already feel sick and down we need to see friendly and kind nurses that can help us feel better and more confortable during the check up process.

We were seeing quick after making out appointment online. In and out within one hour. Place was very clean. Nurses were professional, supportive, informative and listened to concerns. My daugther had a hard time letting them do the testing and also taking the medicine and they spoke to her with care and love. Really went above and beyond to make her feel as confortable as they could.

Today I made my first visit to Prime Urgent Care in Sugar Land because I needed wound care that I couldnt seem to receive via Home Health Care. Ive been in the hospital, the emergency room, and on the phone with countless doctors and insurance advocates. The care I received from P.A. Adan was beyond what I expected and have had elsewhere to date. His attention to detail and personalized care was the best care I have ever received. Adans Medical Assistant Denisha, also went above and beyond. She provided a wheelchair for me from the car to the office and then back again. Her M.A. skills were everything I could have hoped for. Not that I want to get sick again, but if and when I do, Prime Urgent Care is where I am going. Their medical staff is top notch.

I kept holding off going to an Urgent Care or ER due to the cost. Prime Sugar Land location was referred to me. It was a great experience and surprisingly AFFORDABLE. Clean, efficient, fast service, professional and transparent with pricing. I would return and also highly recommend.

I went to two different place got no help I needed. My coworker told me to go here she had a great experience while very sick in the past. I went in the front office team was GREAT! The wait not long at all! The nurse on duty was very helpful and explained everything so well. The whole team was great! The prices are very good in my opinion. When you hear the name Urgent Care you automatically think “overpriced” immediately but this place is not. I will refer family and friends for sure. I can’t thank the team enough for their help! In this clinic there is a little paperwork and wait time. I took my child there because of a high fever they took care of everything even contacted the previous surgeon to gather some information about the surgery. Nice and polite staff.

I was able to get in right away. The facility is new and very clean. The receptionist was very nice and polite. PAC, Adan Castro was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my million questions. He was very patient as well. I contacted the facility after coming home since I had some questions, and I was contacted by a nurse and she was very helpful. She called in a prescription for my cough. I will definitely go back. Ive been to PUC a few times for urgent care for family members, and we were always very well assisted by the team. From minor treatments like sinusitis to more serious ones like lacerations, the staff and physicians were always very attentive and professional.I highly recommend Prime Urgent Care of Sugar Land.

I was able to be seen on arival. The receptionist was very welcoming and check in was a breeze. They accepted my insurance unlike others where you pay upfront and file a claim. The did a few necessary tests on site with 15 minutes results. They even had the shots I needed. The PA was also outstanding and professional. The way a doctors visit should be.

My husband and I came here when we got COVID, and the doctors and staff took care of us so well. We came back a second time but this time for my toddler for pink eye and the doctors and staff took really good care of him! The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and so considerate! I’m very pleased they opened up this urgent care near our home. It’s super clean and the check-in and check-out process is excellent. Thank y’all for y’all’s service! Keep up the good work!

I had an urgent need for a medical attention in December 2022, but my primary care doctor was out of town. Since I couldnt wait for a couple of days to see her, my only option was to go to an Urgent Care facility. I chose Prime Urgent Care in Sugar Land. The facility is extra ordinarily very clean and adequately equipped for Urgent-Level patient care.I was promptly attended to and the attending P.A. (Rajani) was very professional and courteous.The front desk staff (Andrea) was equally very nice.I went back to this facility this month (July 2023) and had the same positive experience as I did during my my previous visit. I was treated by a P.A. named B. Aregbesola. He was was very nice too. I am highly impressed by the staff of Prime Urgent Care at this Sugar Land location.

First time visit… excellent experience!! Super friendly front desk staff and excellent medical staff. Had a super painful ear infection and they saw me immediately and took care of the issue and alleviated the pain almost instantly. Very pleased and will be back!!

Very satisfied with the service and expertise of the clinicians, everybody was super nice and courteous. My only constructive criticism is on the lab draw department, the assistant tried several times to no success, maybe she was just having an off day. I ended up being sent to Lab Corp for this, there they got it on the 1st stick. This lab draw issue is not a deal breaker though , I would still return there if the need arises. Overall, great great service.

Very clean facility. Courteous staff. Checked in on my way thay were waiting for me. It was 1 hour drive from my home I think it’s worth it. Dr. John made me very comfortable first listen to me so patiently & felt my pain. Dr. Nurse was very sweet & polite too. Thanks is a very small word the comfort they gave me.🙏🙏🙏😴

I had a great experience here. I went in for a small toe infection and had a partial toenail removal and was in and out in about an hour and a half. My toe feels immensely better. I had some issues with my prescription and they fixed it immediately as soon as I called them to let them know.

Even though it was pretty busy, the staff was really good. They expressed care and apologized for waiting time. They knew what they were doing. My husband was having potential heart related issues. The lab work came back same day. We had 3 follow up phone calls from the front desk, the nurse and the doctor. They went above and beyond. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

New office in our neighborhood so First time here. Very close to home. Waited less than 5 mins. Doctor was very kind and thorough with my daughter and her diagnoses. Would definitely use again.

I will update that I was given a call with sincere apology and wanting understanding for what went wrong. A previous visit I had great care for my young child so I will update review to allot for that.Received misdiagnosis, poor education and could have made injury worse if followed instructions that were given by the PA that saw me.It was clean, and easy to get in.

Came in for a Covid test. They treated me so well gave me great prescriptions and had great attention to detail. Doctor Castro was very descriptive and cared about me and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. Very clean and fast facility. This will be the urgent care I go to for all non emergency issues. Thank you so much!

Our son got bitten by unvaccinated pet dog and we came to Prime Urgent Care on weekend ! After verifying paperwork, we were seen by Practitioner Busayo and taken care of issue promptly. We are very glad this clinic in the hood and serving on weekends.

In and out in 30 minutes. It was easy doing all paperwork online. Front desk staff and doctor were very polite and made it a good experience.

Was seen immediately. Receptionist was as nice as could be. The physician (Gracious John) that helped my daughter with her skin infection was incredible. He was gentle and kind to her and very personable. Prescribed antibiotics and we picked them up at a Walgreens in the same parking lot. Couldn’t have been more efficient or helpful! Paid $100 for the entire visit but will get it reimbursed by insurance.

Prim urgent care took us right in and Dr. Gracious answered all my questions about my mom and her health. He was also very caring about everything. Staff is very professional, i 100% recommended this place for any testing. Thank you dr and staff.

This visit we are not happy, the attending Nurse was not ready to listen to the concerns but was interested in getting tests. He mentioned about the flu, cough, Covid-19 but he was wasn’t sure if we should or not he was asking us if we need. He is a medical professional and should be able to suggest something being in Urgent care instead of throwing guesses and options for tests. Visits with Dr.Nyugen have been awesome.

An urgent care facility lacks the necessary means of addressing concerns such infectious diseases where IV and lab tests are required… they’re not equipped to handle such case … you’re better off going to a real doctor … the cost was in my opinion outrageous @190$ for them to tell me that I need to go to a real urgent care facility or even Hospital ER

This place has improved so much since Memorial Hermann took over! I was in and out in 25 minutes. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and on time.

Brief wait time. Efficient staff and Nurse Practitioner provided all the medicine needed to assist in my recovery. Prices are also comparable and less than some other quick care clinics in the area.

When I went to Prime Urgent Care and after registering as a new patient, it did not take long before I was seen by a physician who diagnosed my confition, sample taken and sent to lab for confirmation and prescription sent to mg pharmacy of choice. Consequently, I am on the mend after two days. Thank you to the staff.

I think its ridiculous that the staff didnt call in my sons prescription. Instead we spent 3 hours waiting, traveling to different pharmacies to see if it was sent to another location by accident, then going back to the urgent care to find it closed.We had crying, sick 2 year old in the car the entire time while we were trying to get his medicine. SMH! The pharmacist were even disappointed and confirmed that it only takes less than 2 MINUTES to call in a prescription!!!!You are an Urgent Care, so we come to you expecting exactly that .....URGENT CARE! Not wait 24 hours for a simple prescription!!!If we would have known that it was going to take this long for your staff to submit our sick sons prescription, then we could have just waited until Monday morning to take him to his actual PCP!!We are disappointed and will not be returning. Also, we will be using and recommending Next Level Urgent Care from now on! They make their patients a priority rather than trying to rush and clock out for the day!!Get it together Prime Urgent Care Sugarland!!!!!

Got in and out very fast was given report on my ankle and picked up my medication on my way home to rest . Place was very clean and girls very friendly that made me feel good thanks to all that took care of me right away .

I suspected I was coming down with Covid for the second time so I used Prime Urgent Care to check me. They determined I did in fact have Covid. Lon and the rest of the employees there were super. Lon took time to explain to me everything I should need to know and or expect while taking the Paxlovid that they had prescribed for me. I was urged to call them anytime I had a question or concern. Plus they checked on me the following day. They worked with me accepting my insurance coverage at no out of pocket expense to me. I will always use them in the future when the need arises. I would urge anyone needing urgent care to give them a try.

Vanessa and Lan were great! Rushed in there due to my my 11 month old having a 103.2 temp. They tested her for flu, strep and Covid. And monitored her until we were okay to go home. As a mother I couldn’t ask for much better care, the wait at pediatric urgent was too long. We came here and they seen her right away. We will be back.

PA and I talked that I have irregular heartbeat nad when I got home with prescription it said tell physician if you have irregular heartbeat. What was the point of giving a medical history. Received meds that could make situation worse listen to patient! I have google thru my nickname so yes I had an actual appointment.

Thought I might have Covid, googled urgent care facilities near Sugar Land, and found Prime to be close, and open. Husband and I both went, and found it is a brand new facility. From the receptionist/nurse to PA Lan Nguyen, we were treated so great and we’re explained everything that we needed to know. Would definitely use this facility again. We both tested positive for Covid, after being so careful for 2+ years, so have no idea how we got this. Thank you for your care!

Went in early AM at opening. Quick check in online prior to going INTO the facility was easy. This allowed me to be seen quickly by the doctor. Rapid for strep done in 15 mins was negative so did a PCR for Covid and results were sent via a portal with easy login by 9pm that evening. Will use again.

Prime Urgent Care in Sugar Land is a super clean, professionally run facility. I was very pleased with the treatment and care I received. I would definitely go there again.

I went to another urgent care before going to prime urgent care. I have to say, the service was amazing. It was fast, the rooms and bathroom were clean, and the staff members were friendly.

This place told me to go to the ER and I paid my copay and they couldnt even help me .It was only a Sinus infection I will never go to this place again. They didnt do any tests whatsoever. I only gave it one star because it would not let me post my review without star.
