I had a miscarriage and felt like it was because I was advocating for myself several times without being heard or seen. When I finally was barely heard, it was unfortunately too late. I then went to my follow up with ARNP Jamie and would not recommend her to anyone at all, AVOID HER AT ALL YOUR MEDICAL COST, at your babies life!!! She doesn’t care about you, or your baby at all.. I voiced my concerns, I asked several questions and felt like I was brushed off. When she delivered the news that my baby had no heart rate, she delivered it so coldly and i felt extremely rushed by her to leave after hearing this devastating news. If you care about you or your baby, I would do all the research you can. These reviews DO NOT LIE.

Do not see Jamie Ellis at this clinic if you can help it. My daughter is pregnant. I went with her to a visit and this gal has terrible bedside manner. She also wrote something in her chart that was absolutely not true and could have affected her care. While that didn’t happen because we got it rectified, it did affect her feelings…… When asked about certain medications, her response was “I don’t even know what that is”. When you are in healthcare, especially obstetrics, you would think there would be a level of kindness, compassion, and CARE. That is absent with Ms. Ellis. The things these folks write in your chart, TRUE or NOT, could have a lasting impact on you. Advocate for yourself and do not let healthcare workers like Ms. Ellis, bully you! Thank GOD for Ivonne Beltran Lara MD because she is absolutely amazing! If I could give zero stars I would.

This is the best OB clinic I have ever been to. There was no wait, it was clean. Everyone was so friendly. The doctor explained everything and answered all of my questions. The lady at the front counter was the sweetest lady ever. I would recommend using this OB clinic.

I absolutely would not recommend this clinic if you care about your health and the health of your baby. I had such extreme pain after I delivered my son. I kept telling the that something was wrong and they all told me it was no cause for concern. They told me there was nothing they could do to help with the pain. It wasn’t their responsibility to help me get around. Then they refused to help me at all or let me use a wheelchair and said it was against their policy. Days later I went to get a second opinion and my C-section burst soaked me to my ankles. I had to be rushed to the hospital where I stayed for a month due to a severe infection that had been festering for weeks because they would not believe me and the hospital I went to told me I almost died. They showed no concern for me or my baby. DO NOT GO here. You’ve been warned.

I went here with my last pregnancy 3 years ago and it was fine, but this time its a joke. When I contact the office with a medical concern they tell me to go somewhere else even though Im their patient, or they tell me to make an appointment soon when they dont even HAVE an appointment soon. Super weird care, always being brushed off and treated like Im stupid.

Go anywhere BUT HERE! Constant appointment changes 24 hours before your scheduled! Appointments being booked out so far even when you’re considered high risk pregnancy. Careless nurses. This clinic has stressed me out my whole pregnancy. I cry at the thought of having to deal with these people another 15 weeks.

I opted to meet with as many of the doctors as possible so that I would feel more comfortable with my delivery (it is necer guaranteed who will be on shift when you go into labor). I ended up needing a c-section because the baby was stuck. Dr. Hitchcock answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease with what was going to happen. These are wonderful doctors that care about getting your baby out safely.

Unresponsive doctors and nurses- I found out after my intake visit I was anemic on my MyChart labs. I never got a call to go over my labs so I called in to request a call me back to consider a plan and discuss concerns. I am still waiting to be called back 12 days later and have called them 3 times reminding them. If you want a staff that will care do not come here.

I feel as though my rights were violated as in my past pregnancies I have gone to other places to be cared for and when a student doctor is gonna come and observe the doctor and help the doctor the doctors supposed to ask first before that happeneds because I can deny this also i have asked to have in my chart for it to say only girls to help me, I didnt get asked nor did I even see my doctor til my visit was over. Im not trying to seem mean about the guy because he was trying his hardest and he was kind and professional but he obviously needed help didnt have his mentor there and I didnt have my doctorthere and didnt know what to say to me or ask me, I felt like it was my first visit and when he tried to listen to the babys heartbeat I let him try and find the heartbeat for 10 minutes when you could tell he wanted to give up/was stressing out and he wouldve been easily guided if the doctor was there to help him because you find the heartbeat lower not higher up. But once I helped him it was a instant heartbeat. My doctor, Dr. Payne came in to tell me after my appointment that she said he said babys fine and we will see you again. Once again not asking my permission. really didnt seem professional and I will be transferring care.

Tacoma Multicare PT Jill Ghent is fantastic for treating women with menopausal related conditions such as pelvic pain syndrome. This review is about the doctor, who will not be named, that Jill recommended to me at the same clinic. Women who go to this link looking for a doctor who can help them with interstitial cystitis and related pelvic pain will not be satisfied with the urologist/gynecologist at Tacoma Multicare. She heard me describe what my primary care doctor later diagnosed as a cerebellar stroke, but she did not pick up on it herself. She jumped to the conclusion that I must have used too much estradiol cream which my primary care doctor checked on and said no, I used the right amount. She should have told me to stop using HRT because of the risk of strokes with it; instead she wanted me to continue to use it! I had to talk with other experts who said stop estradiol use immediately. Why did she not listen? Also, why is she touted as an expert on interstitial cystitis when she clearly does not read the research even on HRT and strokes? Go to the UW or perhaps Bellevue to see a doctor for your menopausal related or interstitial cystitis and pelvic pain medical issues.

The WORST place to go. do not go here. my wife was told that the heart beat was fast and they were concerned about it. But they refused to make her an appointment for it. They also told her at 30 weeks she had to do testing and couldnt eat all day for a 3pm test. When she got there the doctor said it was only supposed to be an hour. trust me find some where else better this place is a a joke and their license should be taken away.

Dr. James Lin is by far the best Ob/Gyn I have come across over the last 14yrs. He will remain my Gyn for the forseeable future. He is personable, easy to reach through mychart and goes above and beyond to answer your questions completely. Could not be more pleased with their staff.

Out of date standards for treating high risk pregnancies with a history of HELLPs, with no interest in using a patients actual medical history to create a medical plan. Favorite saying All pregnancy are different, thats why we will treat yours like a normal Pre E Since HELLPs is not normal Pre E, I couldnt transfer out of there fast enough.

Everything was good tell I started seeing Anisa C Smith,CNM she was rude and disrespectful all the time during my 3rd miscarriage and during my other pregnancy’s she put me down just for being pregnant and there was some-other “DR” and when I was first pregnant she didn’t believe I was pregnant ever when there was a baby on the screen! And the tests all came out positive she didn’t like me pregnant and wasn’t very helpful, for my 3rd pregnancy anisa could see my HCG levels were still high-ish as I was having a miscarriage and I understand but she was telling me that my miscarriage was over when I knew it wasn’t, I told her I felt something still inside and that it was heavy and that i haven’t passed anything yet but some blood and 2 small clots but that night I had the full on miscarriage and it was bad I had to go to the ER and after that I had to go back to see her and she didn’t say sorry or anything for not listening to me but everyone is so kind and sweet and just very caring people that were understanding, anisa should be fired she is a bully with a attitude problem and also gave me medication without my permission and didn’t tell me what they were
