Sea Mar Tacoma Behavioral Health - 19th St.

I received a call this morning stating that my appointment to see their Psychiatrist has been cancelled. This is the THIRD TIME IN A ROW that they have cancelled my appointments, the morning of. I have never had this happen with any other Doctors office.They are unable to refill any medications without seeing the Psychiatrist, however they have cancelled my appointments 3 times back to back. I now have 0 refills on my medications, without anyone to refill them.I will be searching for a new Psychiatrist, and encourage anyone seeking medical assistance at this location to go elsewhere. It is so important that patients have regular access to their medications, and Doctors. I dont want anyone else to have experiences like this.

This place is horrible, mainly sharon lee. I went to her for several months and got nowhere. I was at a point in my life where I desperately needed some counseling and was putting in my very best, however she was dismissive and irritated every appt. Then in the middle of an appointment she abruptly said she no longer wanted me as a client regardless of the fact that at our first appointment I said its hard for me to open up because Ive been thru a lot of counselors and after a few months they let me go and each time I get a new one i have to pick off all my scabs and bleed all over everywhere just to be cancelled.

Horrible! I have been to this clinic twice, and another time in another location. In every instance I left with no help, feeling as if they thought I was wasting their time. They have no idea what compassion or patient care is. These appointments were not for simple bumps or cuts but for major issues like gallstones. They made me feel horrible and would not listen to a word I said. If you have any other choice GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I am!

I have been coming here for the last 4 months, the staff is caring and kind although the first day was a nightmare. But the reason for my review is this is a medical type of facility where children come and can play in the child waiting area the light brown floor is black and has been for weeks I spilled come coffee 3 weeks ago and you can still see the spot where the floor is not black anymore from my spill. CLEAN YOUR FLOOR, where I work we mop every night when we close.

If you you are at a point where youre suicidal and reach out to them as a referral from a hospital, please look elsewhere. Never a call back even when they addressed the are you feeling suicidal...I am glad I was able to find help elsewhere. Shame on you Seamar

Seamar Behavioral Health is a terrible place to go for mental health treatment.... Do NOT GET TREATED BY CARLA THE THERAPIST she saw me twice then reported me to cps for something I was doing 5 months ago... DO NOT TRUST HER Im an excellent mom and told her my whole story and trusted her she says its confidential DO NOT TRUST HER PLEASE SHE WILL REPORT YOU IF YOU HAVE KIDS

Amazing Therapist Will Zogg is simply put amazing and my child has flourished with his help. I recommend this place to everyone.

Ive got serious mental health issues and they cancel my first appointment when Im trying to get help. No one takes it serious till its too late.

This place is great, now I like going to the dentist, They can save the nastiest teeth and do not give you a bad time for not taking proper care of your teeth! It is hard to get in for an appointment,so keep the appointment when you can

Dont go here. The therapists are minimally helpful and the closing of cases and referral process to other providers outside of here isnt good.

I wouldnt recommend Sea,-msr for behavioral health unless you want to walk away feeling a 1000x worse. Please choose a better facility.

They were very good with my adult schizophrenic son. I was very grateful to have very compassionate and professional
