Care Net Pregnancy and Family Services of Puget Sound

I found care net on Google when I was looking for a place that offer free pregnancy tests. I scheduled my appointment online and filled out a few papers. When I went in for my appointment I was extra early and they offered me some water and snacks while I waited. It was so clean and everybody was so nice. I felt welcomed and almost felt like I was at home. I ended up having to come back for a second appointment and again, everything was clean and welcoming. I want to say thank you for helping me and being so kind. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you again

My fiancé and I came here to confirm our pregnancy after taking a test. It was really important to me to find a faith based organization that could provide us with a free pregnancy exam/ultrasound as I did not have insurance at that time. I was blown away by how welcoming, friendly and supportive the staff at Care Net was and how much assistance they offer to women in need. I instantly felt so comfortable and was provided with all the information I needed moving forward with our pregnancy. Charlene at the front desk is so sweet and caring and Leah, who performed my ultrasound, was also incredibly kind and informative. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone in need. They are a God send and an absolute blessing! 🙏🏽💕

Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. I walked into the clinic feeling nervous and anxious about my pregnancy, and by the end of my appointment I was relieved, happy, and just reassured that my little bundle was doing just fine. Overall, I highly recommend them, you won’t regret it.

I highly reccomend this place. In this day and time it is extremely hard to find somewhere that has exceptional service. This place is exceptional and I am so glad I found it. All the staff has been kind and caring. You truly feel welcomed and I havent felt that in a long time. I feel blessed to have recieved an ultrasound from here and look forward to taking birthing classes in the future. 5 star service from the moment you step through the door. All of the ladies I met were so kind and caring. I went for pregnancy confirmation/viability and was able to see our little baby thriving. Charlene was super sweet with intake and Maria their RN was so informative and super sweet as well! I will definitely be recommending Carenet to all of my expecting mommies/friends with babies, as they offer so many services! Can’t wait to come back for their child birth classes ❤️

I’m so glad I found this place. Charlene and Amy were one of the sweetest and caring people I’ve ever met. They were very welcoming, I felt very comfortable through out my appointment. Charlene prayed for me, I cried on my way home because I wasn’t expecting that and I needed that prayer. Thank you so much Charlene & Amy.

Care Net has helped me and my partner prepare with my birth, and as college students, they were very accommodating of our schedules when it came to our birth classes. The birth class with Judy also prepared us for any possible things that could occur during labor and as a person who likes to plan for everything it was great to have that knowledge. And everyone were very kind, accepting, and helpful too.

Very comfortable and welcoming for my wife and I. Particularly informative and gave us all of our options. We left with a free baby blanket that they gifted us. Lots of classes and learning opportunities. Definitely recommend.

Had a great experience throughout the last weeks of my pregnancy, they offer classes for 6 weeks, plus the all help and support you need you and your baby. My mentor brandy was the sweetest I enjoyed going there. 100% recommend to all moms!

Carenet has always been such a welcoming and safe space when you are going through any situation. In my case it has been pregnancy, they offer parenting classes where you can earn credit for diapers, clothes, equipment for baby, and even enfamil! When I visited them 2 days ago it felt like I walked into a showroom, nice comfy couches, friendly faces and more importantly ears that listened and no judgement on how you live your life or what your faith is. They listened to every concern I had and even touched on past miscarriages I had and offered resources to healing groups if needed. Charlene was compassionate and caring as was the nurse that also helped ease my worries. They really can feel like family to anyone who seeks it or needs it! This place is a blessing and I appreciate that it is free for all. Come check this place out, you will be amazed!!!

My experience with Care Net has been nothing but positive. My husband and I took childbirth classes with Judy and she was very knowledgeable and reassuring. We feel very confident and knowledgeable for my upcoming delivery.Care Net is supportive and full of positivity. I feel grateful to be able to use this resource and take classes with them.

I won’t ever understand how people put bad reviews on this place. I am a Christian woman and have been having a hard time since loosing my parents insurance due to getting married. I was trying and looking everywhere for a good facility that doesn’t just take you in like it’s another person and job that needs to be rushed. They treated me with such care and Charlene at the front you can tell has a genuine heart. Everyone I met was outstanding. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the gal that did my ultrasound maybe Alyssa? But she was amazing too. They all asked me questions like how many my stress levels were doing and actually cared. The fact that they don’t charge for ultrasounds is huge and so helpful. They gave me a free hand crocheted baby blanket on the way out. Thank God I found this place !!!!!🩷🩷🥰🙌🏻

Such an amazing experience. I cant believe this is free! The RN who did my ultrasound was knowledgeable, personable, and kind. She talked to my 4 year old daughter like an equal and included her in the process. Everyone was supportive, and the whole experience was so much better than any Ive had at other medical facilities. I would highly recommend Care Net and its services for expecting mothers. I have signed up for both the Birthing and Expecting Moms classes. Weekly 1-2 hr classes that teach me anywhere from child car seat safety to my options while giving birth in the hospital. They cater the classes to your needs and wants.You get Care Net Cash which can go towards many items in their boutique or they can order the bigger items for you if you request them (i.e., bassinet, car seat). Not only do I have their physcial support but their spiritaul as well as they pray over my baby and I even if I am not religious. You can opt out of this as well. The weekly reminders help me stay on track even with my preggo brain. They are a no judgement staff and I always feel welcomed.

Care Net has been such a blessing to our family with our first child 8 years a ago and our second child this year. They provided us with many baby items that we couldnt afford. The parenting classes and other programs are very helpful as well. The stuff is so warm and loving.

They are all so great, excellent customer service, Charlene is so sweet and caring. This my 3rd child and with each one Ive done my viability ultrasound with them and will continue to do so. Always recommend them to any and all friends!

We came here to confirm a pregnancy after we had had several losses. We didn’t have insurance yet but I was very anxious and just wanted to see that it was a strong pregnancy. Everyone we encountered here was kind, helpful and friendly. I am so happy that they offer pregnancy viability service because it really helps give a lot of peace of mind. They offer many other services and lots of help with clothes and children basics up to age 3. Highly recommend this place! I have nothing but positives to say.

Very strange. I came here with a friend and after they did her ultrasound they prayed over the both of us. I’m not of Christian faith, but felt forced into a prayer because I didn’t want to be rude. My friend also said they did a “ private consultation” with her where they spoke about christianity and religion. Very off putting and strange. The overall clinic isn’t very welcoming, feels like you’re being judged from the moment you step in there. Yes, it’s free. However there’s a catch! The catch is, let us push our religion on you and make you feel terrible if you EVER think of having an abortion. It’s on their advertisement television as you walk in. Also, they have baby items that you can view from an outside window. If you ever want these items you have to attend one of their parenting classes which, of course, includes Religion. Strange.

We had our first visit and were blown away by not only the facility itself but by the staff as well! Charlene was very friendly and helpful, and we are looking forward to taking advantage of the programs offered here throughout our pregnancy and afterwards!

Tacoma Net Care has been a blessing to me while I have been struggling in this pregnancy, the staff there are wonderful always helpful always have smiles on their faces everyone gives out good vibes, I took a parenting class with a lady named Brandy and she was wonderful they have a lot of resources for expecting mothers as long as you work with them they will work with you! Thank you everyone at Tacoma net care for everything you guys have done for me so far! I will be attending birthing classes as well when it is my time.

Could not ask for a more talented and kind group of people to help us through this moment. I feel like people who gave low reviews didnt research beforehand. Care Net is funded by Pro Life organizations and individuals and is a Christian and a family-centered organization. As a result services here reflect those values and thank goodness they have services for those who need it, when they need it.

We were really worried about the viability of our pregnancy, and were able to receive an ultrasound through Care Net! So happy to get a heartbeat and relieved to see the baby wiggling around for a few minutes! The staff was wonderful and were excited with us!

I cant say enough about how amazing care net is! I used them when I had no issuance and had to wait to see my doctor. They were so nice to me and there was no judgement. The receptionist was warm and super helpful. The nurses were great and I got a free ultrasound! I really recommend calling them and setting up an appointment. I told my friends about them and a few have gone in and had really good experiences too.

Wonderful and caring staff. The people here made me so comftorable and at ease, my saftey seemed to be their first priority over everything. I can not reccomend this place enough to anyone that needs help ans guidance.

This is the most secure place I have been in, despite of being a young woman I have not been judged or mistreated here. I have been guided and helped in the most kind way possible. Very thankful for this place, I have no idea how there’s reviews with anything less than 5 stars

I absolutely love CareNet! The team is full of incredible, kind, loving people who are compassionate to everyone. My friend was a client at CareNet and couldn’t stop raving about how loved and cared for she felt. The team truly cares about women and it shows. It means a lot to me that she was met with so much support and understanding - they encouraged and empowered my friend so much!CareNet is really awesome and I would highly recommend it.

I would recommend Care Net to parents or single parents ( moms or dads) looking for extra help we all need help at some point in our lives and should never be too proud to ask. The Care Net team in Tacoma shows integrity, and professionalism. You dont have to be religious to get the service.

I had such a wonderful experience here! I had made an appointment to finalize pregnancy test results and the two ladies working here made my visit so wonderful. They seem like they really care about the people that come in. They were informative and I felt comfortable.

Great organization that helps, provides good community resources as well.

If youre looking to consider all of your options (continuing with your pregnancy OR termination), I wouldnt recommend this place.They dont have medical providers on site, and will only ever council against your own bodily autonomy. There are plenty of local community healthcare clinics that will provide similar services, but also support your bodily autonomy, and have providers (Drs, Nurse Practicioners, & midwives) on site to help you make a decision that is right for you and your family.

Just finished my retreat for infant loss. It was so good I didn’t want it to end. I’m forever grateful

Just went there to have a pregnancy test and I was asked to put my religion down and put atheist. Went into a room with this lady and she questioned why I was atheist and I honestly felt super pressured. I told her why which is pretty much just religious trauma. She asked if she could pray for me and I said yeah cause I didn’t want to be rude but I was super uncomfortable. I came here to get a pregnancy test, not to be bombarded by questions about why I’m an atheist and why I don’t believe in God anymore.

Absolutely love carenet! They’ve been extremely helpful and caring and so supportive! I’m a first time mommy and since I started seeing them they’ve made my experience so much easier!! Really grateful I found them ❤️

The services here are excellent! And the staff is even better!

This is a fake clinic that does not provide judgement free counseling or services if you are seeking an abortion. This “clinic” is extremely religious, as seen on their Facebook page, and is biased against abortion. Their website is purposely misleading, and they claim to also offer an abortion pill reversal, which is not actually backed by scientific studies. This is not a medical clinic, this is a religious group that is anti-women.edit in response: it is scientifically accurate that the first abortion pill does not even cause the abortion. therefore, your clinic spreading that it can be reversed with a hormonal treatment is scientifically false and intentionally spreading misinformation to people in need of help. This business does not serve women, and is actively anti-women.

Do not judge this facility based upon reviews. The one star reviews are basically from people opposed to women knowing the truth about what an abortion really is.

I had an appointment scheduled and anhour before they had asked me to confirm and I did then after I confirmed the lady calls to let me know she doesnt have a doctor who can do my appt I took the day off I lost money to go and then she tries to schedule me out 2 weeks later after so I just canceled with them and never even went and all I needed was a confirmed pregnancy test it took me a week to get that it was ridiculous

I’m so thankful they could get me in for an appointment quickly. All the staff was so friendly and understanding and made me feel comfortable and listened to all I had to say.

Great friendly service. This is my first pregnancy and it felt like the people I met really cared for me and my baby. They gave me plenty of brochures and information on free classes they provide, help with food, shelter and many other necessary things for the next steps. This is definitely a great spot to start out when you are just finding out you’re pregnant, or think you’re pregnant. They are very welcoming and I will be recommending to anyone I come across in similar situations to mine🩷

Just as others have mentioned: you are greeted by lovely ladies and a warm environment. I was prayed for after my visit, which I really appreciated. Charlene has checked in with me throughout my pregnancy and has even connected me with reliable resources to assist my family. The ladies there go above and beyond and are truly a beautiful blessing.
