This is a alert 🚨Worst office ever. Just took the morning off to go to Dr. Brody appointment and I arrived 15 minutes earlier to fill out the paperwork and be ready at time. I stayed in the office waiting for 1:30 hours. This is completely RIDICULOUS and when I complained the lady said was careless and sarcastic. Don’t waste your time and money girls. WORST experience EVER.

A MESSAGE TO YOUNG WOMEN SEEKING ABORTION HERE: Proceed with caution. The front office/phone staff seem to push people away, or in other words, make it as hard as possible for them to access healthcare. They are condescending, cut you off and belittle your intelligence. It feels as though they are working against you in every aspect. This is the opposite of the behavior we need in a women’s center. Please speak up if you experience negativity during your process. You deserve a seamless and respectful place to access healthcare.

I visited a couple of weeks ago, and I want to extend my gratitude to the team for their professionalism and informative guidance throughout the entire process. A special shout-out goes to Tanisha for her exceptional understanding, care, and going above and beyond. Its evident they genuinely prioritize customer comfort and care here. -Natalie

I had a positive experience here given the situation. I was very nervous beforehand but the staff was kind and non-judgemental. I feel like everything was explained thoroughly and they cared about my concerns. I felt the wait times were reasonable given how many people they see and how small the office is. Overall, everyone there made my visits very easy and I would recommend this office to others.

When I say don’t go here I mean don’t. I got there and the first nurse said she had no patience for me when I shed a few tears at first. The second nurse rushed the sonogram so it hurt and was so careless with my health. They didn’t talk to me but only talked to my guardian and refused me away because I wasn’t “mentally ready”. I told them I was and they continued to tell me I wasn’t. They made a big choice for me and never actually consulted me with it! When I left and called back when I was fully notified of what they said the lady refused to see me and sat on the phone with me and talked over me. They are insensitive here and the nurses do not care. They told me that “the doctor will have no patience for you either”. I never even got to speak with the doctor before they turned me away. Go to any other clinic but this one because they are rude and rushed and will refuse to communicate. Because ask yourself this, if I’m not “mentally ready” to have an abortion how am I “mentally ready” to have a child. Oh ok!!! Like I said go anywhere but here. If I could give it 0 stars I would cause they don’t even deserve 1 star.

After my horrible experience at the Kennedy location I was directed to come here. I’m so grateful when I called because they were so helpful and understanding. After I explained what happened at the other facility I was told to come here . The staff was nice and understanding and listened to my frustrations. So grateful they turned my experience around

Had an appointment today to get a surgical abortion done but things swayed in a different direction. Not only did I take time off work 2 days for the procedure but I get all the way up here to this place sit 2 hrs for them to turn me away. In my history it clearly stated I had a cardiac ablation done but no serious issues, but I guess the clinics doesn’t communicate with each other to well. Let me remind you the first part was done successfully all that was left was the abortion. The first doctor I seen at a different location said it would be fine to see me. He scheduled me to come visit this doctor because I was a little further along. Then I get here this doctor refused to perform the procedure even with me telling him I could get a clearance from my cardiologist. Not only was this an inconvenience but they were somewhat insensitive on how they were translating the information to me. Basically we can’t help you figure it out and go somewhere else. They could have explained to me when I initially setup the appointment then I could have explored other options before too late. Now it’s too late and they basically told me to go out of state. The one nurse had the nerve to ask me why wouldn’t my OB doctor do the abortion since she told me that is safer to have it done. I explained my OB doesn’t do abortions. All around just a horrible experience. Now I have to chase down getting all my money back. Very insensitive people… especially at a time like this… Wouldn’t recommend here try other locations. And remind you I’m only 14wks not that late in my pregnancy. Learn how to be more empathetic and sympathetic with people.

The staff is very nice and considerate, they helped to make me feel a bit at ease during what was a traumatic time. One of the nurses explains things in what is a sort of flat manner and kind of seemed like she didnt want to be there, and the doctor was a bit condescending when I told him about some of my worries. Otherwise, its a good place, and Im really thankful for everyone there.

Best experience This was my first time coming in the lady’s in the front desk was so nice with me, the nurses were so nice as well they didn’t make me feel awful or anything by my decision they explain you everything step by step also always ask u if you sure about your decision. The doctor was super nice he was building a friendship with me asking me about how was my day and what’s my job also explain me all the stuff that’s going to happen and let me know that everything would be ok. In conclusion I recommend this place 100%

Staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease during all of my appointments and any questions I had during phone calls. Two people I know recommended this place to me and I am so happy I made the decision to come here. Sometimes a smile and a friendly attitude can go a long way.

Went to 2 Christian based facilities before coming here and was so relieved and thankful for all of the staff giving educated and unbiased options and resources 100% would recommend

My procedure couldn’t of gone any better. Wasn’t painful and I healed properly. The staff is Thorough with the procedure and ask you if you have any questions frequently. There’s no lack of sensitivity for the women who are going through such a delicate and personal situation. I’d recommend them to everyone. 5 out of 5 stars

I just wanted to say thank you to all the employees at this location. I had previously contacted another facility and they were completely rude from the beginning. They expected me to know things about my appointment without actually explaining anything to me. When I asked them to clarify they acted like I was an inconvenience to them. Thats when I decided to contact this office. The explained everything and made me feel completely comfortable with my decision and during my visit. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

They made me feel comfortable the entire visit and took the time to explain everything I needed to know!! Thank you all!! My overall experience was terrible, taking into consideration my reason for being there. I was tempted to leave when I first arrived due to my jitters, but the girl up front smiled at me and asked my name. it was sort of like they were already expecting me, which I knew, but to hear her speak to me like we were friends... I was very relieved at how friendly everyone was. they made little jokes with each other and me during processing payments which made me less nervous. the procedure itself feels like it lasted for 30secs. I was done before I even realized what was going on. it wasnt as bad as i thought.

Overall great experience. People should understand that this is a doctors office providing medical services and there will be some what of a wait. I would recommend this facility to others!

I just wanted to write a review to share my experience with other women. I viewed many websites called around to many different locations in the area and I decided to come to All Womens Health Center. They were very kind from the beginning.They did their best to make me feel as comfortable as possible. When I first called my main concern is that they had a Saturday appointment, not only did they have a weekend appointment they also helped me get my visit covered through my insurance which was a major help financially. I would definetly recommend this location.

The staff at the North Tampa location were awesome. They went out of their way to do everything they could to comfort me. The doctor was great too and made sure I was happy and understood every step of the way.

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for everything this office did for me. The doctor was very nice and comforting and the staff makes you feel like a person and understand your situation. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a clean, friendly womens office.

Didnt really expect much from this place but they definitely exceed my expectations... Da women that works there were funny n nice.. Totally took my mind off things. I came on a very slow day I was the only one there so no wait at all.. Doctor was excellent.. Quiet man but you could tell he knows what he doing

Choosing to have an abortion was not an easy decision for me. However this place was great the environment was calm, helpful and private. All the girls there guided me through the process!! Also the doctor was gentle and knowledgeable.....I am glad I chose All Womens Health Center.

I Was Very Nervous At First The Nurses & Doctor Were Very Nice & They Made Sure I Had The Best Experience I Felt More Comfortable At The End Of The Process They Are Most Definitely The Best Tonisha Was My All Time Favorite Loveeee Her!

I came there under the impression evryone was very caring unfortunately i was wrong. As far as the females in the office they were understanding and patient with me considering i was emotional. But when i went in for the procedure the doctor was rude and uncaring saying things like if u cant stay still then im just gonna stop now and that was when he was putting the iv in my hand sorry but im terrified of needles. He basically told me to suck it up and deal with it just in his own words. I was wide awake for the whole procedure and crying my eyes out and the 2 female nurses just kept looking at me and holding my legs. Couldnt even say a simple its ok or your doing fine its almost over NOTHING. Finally when it was over and i was having severe cramps in the recovery room they wouldnt even give me an ib profren. Unfortunatly I wouldnt recommend this clinic to anyone i know and only cause the male docotor

Thank you all so much for giving such compassionate services. I’m beyond grateful for a very special staff member she went above and beyond for me so sweet and helpful! If any woman find themselves in a unfortunate situation like myself this is the place to go😊

This Was The Hardest Day Of My Life And I Was Terrified Walking Into The Clinic. Everyone Who Worked There Especially Tonisha Was Amazing And So Incredibly Kind To Me It Made My Terrible Day Bearable And I Cannot Thank Everyone Enough!

If I could give this place is zero star I would when I called to make an appointment it was never noted that everyone’s appointment is at 9:30 I come to my appointment at 9:30 and everyone who’s come after me has been in before me and left before me I was the last person sitting they finally seen that I’m still waiting and been here all morning they just threw me in a room and thought I was going to wait they are careless with other people‘s time I called off of work thinking I would be seen at the appointment time not two hours later just a waste of time do not come here the place look outdated and old and dirty

What a caring and concerned staff. These women are committed to making you feel comfortable with your choice and to making the process as easy as possible. I cant say enough about their attitude and empathy.

They are hateful, sad and unprofessional. They behave as if someone is holding a gun to their head to help women. The only decent person that works at either office is ms. Clark. Leaving and never looking back.

I just wanted to thank the staff at this location. They were very helpful and pleasant during my visit. They helped changed my life for the better :). I would recommend!
