I meet my primary doctor. She is the best sofar. Was very attentive to all my concerns. Very professional. This was not one of the next patient please. Thanks for your help. On new meds couldnt sleep but my blood pressure is GREAT. Havent felt this stood in a while😀

I was recommended to come here for Primary Care and honestly I wish I never was. The first time I came I was pushed medication that I said I didn’t want to take, the next time I went I felt dismissed by Dr. Syed. When I called at a later date and asked for a referral I was told they would send it and they never did. I was standing at the other dr office not able to be seen because the referral hadn’t come in, left messages got no call back and was told they leave at 4:30 even though it states they are open until 5. I’ll be going to see a different PCP!

I only gave it one star because I couldnt give it a zero. The place is absolutely horrible. It is not a mental health center for children it is a holding place. This center needs to be investigated and closed down. The staff seems nice and friendly BUT most unprofessional doctors and care ever!!My love one came home misdiagnosed, not treated for the proper reason he was there, dehydrated from only offered tap water and meals on wheels to eat.Do not allow your loved ones there if you are seeking real mental health treatment.

Absolute moronic pharmacy staff I had an issue getting my meds at a Walmart and they needed a physical appointment after this I called the gracepoint pharmacy and they told me they could transfer my medicine to their own pharmacy which I thought was odd since my therapist never offered it to me and lo and behold no wonder why this pharmacy staff didnt look up my account barely spoke English or knew what they were doing they had a hard time finding my account and didnt transfer my prescription so I wasted my time and gas to come here and wasted my mental stability thinking I would finally get the help Ive needed for the last year I hope the staff gets some trainingAnd hopefully replaced

Well, after a busy morning at Gracepoint, I had to leave because of my neighbor, bringing his dog to the doctor appointment. Not realizing they do take 3 to 4 hours. That’s because doctors are always good with her patients like Miss Catherine I wanted to say this is a place to go. This is a place out that makes you feel better about yourself and they’re really really sweet people. They treat you like there’s nothing wrong with you and they make you leave with such a better perspective on life. I really appreciate caring doctors and nurses because they help me so much in my time of living and I really really mean that this is the place to go and mental health is so important today than I ever was I believe that the world needs to be a better place until then we need to take care of ourselves, so we can look at life in a better way yeah, through our own eyes with a better perspective and that you’ll get Right there is me after a long, hard day they had just to let me know if your having they think your not happy 😊 the sweetheart Supervisor will do everything and anything she can to make it even if it’s just a misunderstanding, and that was on my part but she and she made sure it was right, and that you don’t get from mini doctors and nurses and Gracepoint has the best of the best. The best nurse is the best doctors angels all from God on earth. Dr.Syed has encouraged my daughter, who is her patient, to stay healthy eating properly and staying active. She is a very caring physician and listens to the patient.I have noticed a positive change since Lilly started to see her.

This happened a year ago and they deleted my post or transferred it over and I just wanna share and make it aware how they don’t care about your loved ones. This is by far the worst place ever. It has everything to do with the front desk, the staff, the supervisor and the woman that’s in charge. This facility genuinely does not care about the people that really need help and I’m sure the higher ups do not care as well. I told the staff that I was picking up a loved one (my number and name was just under my father and myself. Once again I TOLD them I was picking her up) I waited for 15 mins until they tell me to go to the side building… and then waited on the side for about 15-20 mins… I told the staff that the front told me to come to the side. Then they tell me she already left in a car and all they could tell me was “she got in a black car with a hello kitty sticker on it” they should be aware that she’s not right to just get in a strangers car.. yes I’m upset I’m crying I just lost my loved one because they do not where she is and they won’t even help me look at the camera. All they say is “after they are discharged it’s out of our hands.” So that just goes to show that they have terrible communication skills, they don’t care about the patient, & just breaks my heart that they just don’t care. That’s why people don’t get help that they deserve. I spend 2 hours looking for my loved one driving around and I had to call the police and they ended up finding her… thank god. But once again I will never ever say anything good about this establishment it’s unprofessional and they don’t care. I will pray for every person that has to go in there patient or family member. Things will never get better for the people that need help around this location. Sad that this is

I have been to many doctors because of my diabetes including endocrinologist. None have been able to help. Dr Syed finally got my A1C to go down from 14.4 to 12.1. I had reached 10.3 at one time. She is attentive to my health needs and on top of everything. Thanks Dr Syed.

I love gracepoint the staff is very nice and maura has been a big help in my life. She is the best ever. She listens to everything I say and gives me great advice to help me get through my issues. I would never want to go nowhere else. You want the right help and the right doctors who care a lot about you and your well-being. gracepoint is the place to be.

GracePoint is very professional, also has quick service from my experience. It usually takes less than an hour for me to get there and see a doctor. They care about their patients and want to help in any way they can. All you have to do is make an appointment online and show up to their facility and you’ll be in an out in no time. 💯⭐️☺️Also this facility is to see your primary physician for any illness you may have or a check up. I see that some patients are getting it confused with the mental health inpatient treatment program. I am sorry they’re treating you guys so poorly.. I do hope someone does some sort of investigation into this because I had a family member I was going to admit into that program and they wouldn’t of done well if that’s how they would of been treated. Someone please fix this issue. It seems to have been an issue for some time. In that line of work you have to be tough but empathize with the people who need your help. I hope it gets sorted out before something awful happens.

I know someone who went there on their own. Whatvi want to know is how are they able to use the phone?? My mom went in and out of mental hospitals. Its a 72 hour hold with no outside contact. I can see why its lower then 4 stars if this is the case. Very unprofessional.

I think Ms Syed is a wonderful caring doctor. And hardworking. Everytime I see her she helps me with my problem makes me feel good and she goes the extra mile to make sure your straight even though shes very busy and our favorite doctor.

Dr. Kathryn Syed was very thorough and detailed with me. She explained things to me so that I could understand. The whole office experience was a vibe. Everyone was kind.

She is one of the best doctors I have seen in a long time she listens to you and tries to take care of all the problems that you have she is a godsend for me I would recommend her to anyone that needs a doctor shes caring and listens to everything that you have to say. The answers all the questions that you give to her shes one of the best doctors I love her thank God I found her .

This is one of the worst mental hospitals i’ve gone to, the staff were rude and incredibly impatient as well as insensitive, besides TWO people in the entire facility I was treated coldly, I was in the under 18 building and almost every single person that was watching us treated us poorly, it felt more like a daycare than an actual hospital. They threatened me multiple times that if I didn’t stop crying that i would be “tranquilized” and put on something called “sit-out” for the rest of my stay. The times I did get put on sit out i wasn’t allowed to see a therapist nor partake in group therapy, I wasn’t allowed to speak or watch tv, the couple times we were allowed to go outside I had to sit by myself in a corner. This method of punishment caused my mental state to decline horribly to the point I was tearing at my skin and crying non stop. Even after I was released the scratching continued for 5 days after and I was shortly put into another hospital from an intended overdose.This facility, the staff and the way they treat you is horrible, not a single person I saw there was disrespectful to others or the people in charge and they were still sat in a corner a ridiculed non stop by the people that were supposed to help us.If you’re thinking about putting a family member or your child here please consider other medical care units.

Has helped me get insurance multiple times, treats my mental and primary care completely free. I know some people have problems with them but theyve been nothing but awesome for me

This is the worst fascility I have ever been to. They set you up to seem crazy - the staff is rude and unhelpful. Please do not go here for help because you will not find it there. I overheard the staff taking bets regarding my recovery. When they realized I heard them, they threatened to alter my record to say awful things and keep me from going home to my family. I asked to speak to a supervisor & they did not allow it. If someone in charge is reading this - question Kieran, she was the only one who showed even an ounce of remorse, she might tell the truth. When I arrived, the majority of the staff was sleeping in the most comfortable seats available - While I, a patient, got no sleep. Even asking them to turn the tv off was met with disdain.

If I could this place 0 stars I would the doctor misdiagnosed me and now my family thinks Im crazy . I am lost I dont know what to do. The doctor took my dramatic statement and took it serious now Im on the wrong medication and my physiatrist is now treating me for the wrong diagnosis . Do go here ever

Lawyer Referral Service 813.Ask.Brad. This is the worse place clients have ever been. Do not send your loved ones to this center. Ive tried reaching an administrator by phone. Impossible

I have no words for how unhelpful and dangerous this facility is. They released my very unstable dad who has no home and is bipolar and very aggressive. When I asked where they sent him they would not tell me. Gave me multiple hospitals to call so I could find out where they had sent him. I spent my whole morning in tears and a wreck trying to find my mentally ill father!!!! Finally found him through information that another hospital gave me. I found out that they transferred him without all his clothes and belongings and so my father was in an Uber in socks and hospital clothes on his way back to this disturbing joke of a mental health establishment trying to collect his belongings. I am looking into suing. These are peoples lives and families.

The behavioral screener is overzealous when questioning your adolescent & state of mind. Was misleading and not straight-forward with disclosing that the virtual appointment was just going to be an interrogating interview rather than a basic diagnostic preceding a psychiatrist consultation appointment. Also, the screener was rather curt with me when it came to explaining the disclosure terms of the documents I was required to sign over the video call. Then giving my child mixed messages about my parenting; whether I should’ve been vigilance of his past behavior and state of mind while he was much younger child in elementary school age, even as I disclosed he was fully evaluated periodically by counseling and clinical staff at his old school. Please find your own child’s healthcare providers non-affiliated with a mental health crisis center; who care about building trust and rapport with the children and their families; who will be listening to parents’ concerns; not making every zealous effort to have your child re-institutionalized; destabilize your family unit and relations with your child.

Experience is always great with dr syed she’s soo nice and really care about her patients thank you soo much .

I just wonder how much they charge insurance for keeping you in a waiting room they make you sleep in with chairs that recline with 24hr TV going while you wait to see if you get admitted lol the staffs cool though

Very bad place. The staff needs better training. The treatment for the patients is sickening. Do not go there. There needs to be an investigation into the treatment and care at this place

They change Drs. Frequently so nobody knows you. Nobody there really cares what is going on with you. You see the Dr. For literally 3 min. The therapist area joke.

Highly professional nurses, doctors, pharmacy, and staff. They do it all, and I feel very fortunate that I was referred to Gracepoint!

I waited a long time for an appointment, I had it today, FEBRUARY 13, 2023, TUESDAY, at 10:00 AM and I arrived 7 minutes late, and they had already canceled it, not even the slightest consideration, but in the appointment I had I arrived time and I had to wait 25 to be attended to, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 😞, the RECEPTIONIST was very curt, I need medication, very DISHAPPY with this place,

Its the worst place Ive ever seen, you call and call and nothing, I dont know the families are crazy about the patients to know how they are and they dont even answer the phone, they are a horror of a hospital and on top of that the terrible treatment, I have a relative There they hang up the phone on me and they dont give me any information, Ive been at this for several days
