My appointment was originally for 11 got pushed to two o’clock just for when I got here for them to push it to 3 it’s now 3:06 and still no dr. I would say the staff seems every nice and was very apologetic for the dr disrespectful towards our time. But they was also very aware that this was a dr that seem to always be late. If that’s the case they should’ve rescheduled me for one that have respect for others and their time from the very beginning. Wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone.

Pros - clean, private, fast appointmentsCons - the news was playing very loudly in the waiting room in which they were discussing the benefits of breastfeeding babies!!!!!First appointment was booked and after $300 is paid, you can schedule your next one. I took off because I was told consecutive day appointments could be done. After I traveled 2 hours and after I paid, I was told that I couldn’t come back for my next appointment until days later although I was told differently on the phoneLastly, the women who worked there was talking about how they need to get waxed and what’s their favorite wax place WHILE I’m having a consultation with the doctor!!Although I do think it’s a safe place to get a procedure done, the staff should be empathetic to the needs of women during this critical time. I felt they took advantage of me by scheduling the first appointment first and paying without the second appointment book.I did not return and found other options that I was more comfortable with

Went to this place and was immediately greeted by a sweet lady behind the glass window. Everyone that works here is so very nice, non judgmental and extremely attentive. I opted for the pill procedure and the wait time from start to finish was supposed to be 3 hours (so they say as a standard) however from start to finish I was there for only an hour and was on my way home! didn’t have to wait long for anything and the process was easy. I can’t say enough good things about this place! I actually have nothing bad to say. I really appreciate everyone there that has helped me through this process. The staff is so nice!

My girlfriend was treated very well. Staff was very reassuring. The one lady (cant remember her name! sorry.) was extremely nice and comforting, she helped us with a lot of the paperwork (theres a handful and it can be overwhelming). Was hesitant because the location isnt in a great area but she was well taken care of. Weve had to call them after-hours with some concerns and they were very knowledgeable and reassuring. Impressed with the care she received here.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Treated me as a family member or friend. Everyone answered any questions or concerns I had, even meeting the Doctor before the procedure. The doctor was kind and caring. It showed that everyone genuinely cared about me and how I felt. These women made one of the worst days of my life a little better. They all deserve a medal for the hard work they do. I honestly dont think I would have made it through this if it wasnt for them. During the darkest days a ray of light will shine through- thank you ladies!! Highly recommend

THE WAIT IS SO LONG DRAWN OUT AND EXTENSIVE! IT DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE!!!Then they speak in Spanish so you’re outta luck if you’re not bi lingual. Waiting for hours as I watched them call people who arrived after me! Those people were all Hispanic of course!! Now I usually don’t mention RACE BUT THEY DEFINITELY SHOW FAVORTISM WITH HISPANICS AT THIS LOCATION!!! Hate it

All the staff at the Womens Clinic are very friendly, and I wish I could give them a good review, BUT... their management of time/records/employee needs is HORRIBLE. So I can only, at best, give them 2 starts.1) The fist appointment I had was for 8 am. I took off out of my busy work day and was not seen until 11 AM!! The doctor (who is awesome), didnt even arrive on the premises until 11! Someone scheduled me for 8 knowing the doctor wouldnt be in until 10. I wasted three hours of my work day. Strike one.2) I needed to know if my insurance covered a medical service they offer. I asked them before my appointment to check. No response. I came to the appointment and asked. They hadnt checked. After my appointment (and in anticipation of the service I had requested) I asked them to check with my insurance. They did not. After three times of trying to get them to make a call to my insurance, I had to do so myself. Now, I know their staff is perfectly capable of doing this, because I saw them sitting around doing nothing during my THREE hour wait! Maddening! Strike two.3) I wanted to give them third chance. I showed up for a routine exam, ready to go- early and taking time out of my busy work day... and guess what? The doctor had left! Someone did not inform the doctor that she had another appointment or again had scheduled me knowing she wouldnt be in! Strike three.They will not be getting my business again. I am pro-choice, so this isnt some slanted politics thing. Im just warning you in advance. This office is poorly managed and they WILL WASTE YOUR TIME.

I hate giving such a low rating but the business side of this place is corrupt. I paid them $1800 and was told that theyd file my insurance and if they paid I would get a refund. A couple of weeks after the procedure my insurance did pay (because the baby had a chromosomal abnormality incompatible with life). Well, nearly three months later and MANY calls later they continue to lie and give me the run around regarding my refund that LEGALLY I am owed due to their contract agreement with my insurance. They owe me over $1000, Ive had my insurance company call them twice and they are giving them the same run around as me. This was the hardest time in my life and then having to spend my rent money on the procedure only made it worse. Now I cant even get the money I am owed. I will be speaking to a lawyer regarding this because I was lied to and rightfully owed money back. Its sad because the doctor is good and the staff is nice. But dont go here if you dont want to be ripped off and lied to during a very hard time in your life.

I don’t even write reviews but I had to for this place it’s was absolutely AMAZING despite the circumstances! From the moment I walked in everyone treated me so good!! The procedure was pretty fast and I felt nothing even afterwards I was fine! They educated me a lot on what I was going to go through and how to properly take care of myself afterwards. I really appreciate the whole staff for making my experience perfect and making me feel really comfortable!

The nurses and the doctor are excellent! Very warm and compassionate. But expect a very long wait because they are always short staffed. When I was finally taken in for the procedure, it was quick, no pain and I dont remember anything. The best service ever! Having an abortion is a difficult time for all involved and this place is doing their best to help out. More people should help this place out.

This place is an absolute dump. From the staff to the cleanliness. The girl who does ultrasound isnt board certified. They will stretch out your babys measurements to charge you more money.I wouldnt take my dog there dont do it. Spend the extra money and go somewhere you will be treated with a little dignity.

I love how i was treated & how comfortable the whole process was. The girls are very sweet & Proffesional. The doctor was very compassionate & was stern about me calling the office if i was in pain. Theyre there for their patients before & afterwards. Thats cool.

My appointment was @9:30 and I wasn’t seen for TWO HOURS! It’s already a traumatic experience and sitting two hours past your time only makes things worse.

Was a walk-in and in and out in 2 hours. The staff was very caring and kind. Soon as the doctor came in she knocked me out. She explained the sedation as she was injecting me and then I blacked out. Glad she didn’t try to explain the procedure and got on with it. Don’t remember any of the procedure. They sent me home with pain meds but didn’t have any pain at all. Didn’t bleed with the procedure and for 6 weeks after. Please don’t read all the horror stories on the internet. I highly recommend this place and the surgical procedure. The pill sounds like a horror story and this was 0 pain and 0 bleeding.

There is an older woman with very short hair, who treated us like we were incompetent trash. At BOTH visits. She literally yells and shouts. Took us for money for NOTHING. A huge waste of time and treated incredibly terrible.

The Best Place To Go. The Staffs Are Extremely Patient. They Worked With Me So Well . In Such A Tough Decision They Made Me Feel Very Safe And At Ease. Ill Recommend Anyone Here . I Love The Team. To Show My Appreciation I Bought Flowers And A Thank You Card.

I loved the staff they made everything so easy and they were so warm and welcoming. I honestly have no recollection of the procedure or anything after, but I know they took great care of me. Thanks.

Horrible place to go if you are just needing guidance with services if you automatically want a abortion that’s the place to go.

I had an abortion at this clinic and the staff and Dr. were very nice and professional. I didnt feel anything during my procedure. Thank you and Thank you for having the nice lady out front to walk me in side the clinic.

Well if you come here and pay your money and u so happend to loose your baby (miscarriage tubal etc)the next day or by next visit they will not give you a refund/ or even half so for that zero stars

In those moments of anguish where you feel insecure and lost, I thank God for putting this clinic on my path, the very discreet and professional staff, they explained everything to me so that I felt safer and they gave me their support, grateful to everyone, especially with Lorena and the lady who performs the analyzes who I believe is called Alina, they were two angels on my path, I had surgery and despite feeling very afraid when I woke up I was already in recovery, without pain or complications, if you are a woman and you are going through a moment as painful as I was, I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic, the doctor and her assistants are excellent 🫂❤️

It is the best clinic I have ever been to. They treated me very well, they were very discreet, nice and careful, obviously like everywhere there has to be a fly in the milk, there was a clown girl there but the treatment at the clinic was very professional, I highly recommend them. 🫶🏽

I almost didnt come because of bad comments, but since I was close I came and it was the best, they are super good, considerate, they make you feel calm, the wait is normal, at least I didnt spend much longer than usual, everything was fast and they were very helpful. Thank you!!!!
